[screaming] We're getting into sovereign citizen territory, sir. >> No, the bartender. >> Patron. >> No, it's a bartender. >> A patron. This is already crazy to me. >> And I promise you, you won't want this trouble. >> Please pick up me in the front. I'm scared. >> Best of body cam. When an entitled drunk tries bringing pitbulls into a bar. Okay, I am an OG dog lover. I have a cat now, but I've always been a dog person. I've got some thoughts already, but let's see where this goes. >> On January 18th, 2025, officers responded to a call regarding a disturbance at a bar. >> She just showed me by the net, sir. >> What's going on? >> We're trying to go into the dogs and the people are pushing us out of the bar. So now they're >> Hey, break it up. Break it up. Hey, come out here. Come out here. It's a piece of [ __ ] I'm out. It's >> a piece of [ __ ] >> All right. Go for me. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Just let me get everybody separated. >> All right. Thanks. >> All right. Come over here. >> Close the door so we can talk. >> Yep. Yep. Close the door. >> Oh god. I already have so many opinions. >> I just got choked out. >> All right. So, >> we were just trying to get a drink and we're going to sit outside with our dogs and they're pushing us out and they're yelling at us like no dogs allowed. We're like, "Okay, we're just going to get our drinks. We're going to sit outside." like, "You're not allowed to do that on our property." Blah blah blah. And they're yelling at her and they're yelling, >> "Wait, what does it say? It is unlawful to purchase, use, offer, for sale, possess, consume, or carry in a cup or otherwise unsealed container any alcoholic beverage on the public streets or sidewalks." Okay, I get it that that is the law that has been like put in here, but that would not make sense to me if these benches are part of the property of the bar >> set outside like you're not allowed to do that on our property, blah blah blah. And they're yelling at her and they're yelling at him. >> Okay. And >> we said, "Okay, we'll just get a drink and sit outside. That's all." >> Listen, service animals are allowed in any bar, >> right? >> Hold on. >> That's where you completely lost me, buddy. And this is what I WAS THINKING BEFORE. OKAY. ALL RIGHT, CHAT. LISTEN. The whole reason why we have service animals that need service animals. Okay. My sister, she has a little half pit. Sweetest girl ever. Okay. I love me a pit. I love me a mixed pit breed. I am all about a service animal. However, you guys that also have service animals or if you've just seen this, I think we can all agree that there is a very particular type of person that loves to take their service animal uh badge or whatever it may be and say, "I can do this and you can't say anything. Look at this piece of paper." And they do it in such a problematic way that it makes it an issue for people that are actually trying to get in that have a service animal that they need, man. Like if I am bringing two pitbulls into a very like enclosed area late at night at a bar when I'm drinking and everybody is drinking, I'm going to completely understand why they do not want like my animals in the bar. This is already crazy to me. >> Listen, service animals are allowed in any bar you want to be on. >> Like I know that's my dogs. >> Okay, >> so why the are they Why? Why they be so nasty? >> You know, >> so I don't know. I I'll >> I'll I'll talk to you in just a second. Let me talk to them. Okay. >> They touched her honestly. >> Okay. >> Please. It's not fair. >> How's it going, guys? >> All friendly. >> Yeah. Let me see the dogs. >> All right. You You guys mind coming over to the table [laughter] with me? >> Can we let me see their little faces? >> I mean, yes, sir. I can >> no need to put gloves. >> There's no need for gloves, Von. >> I put gloves on on every call. You never know when you got to touch somebody. >> Um, all right. So, what's going what's going on tonight? >> Oh my god. Putting on gloves before you touch three dogs that you don't know. Like whether he's got to be near the dogs or what through the people. This is normal. That is not crazy. And first, this guy immediately acts offended that he's even putting on gloves. And then she laughs about it. Like, they're about to make a big deal out of why you got to put on gloves to touch my dogs. You have to make me explain to you basic [ __ ] No, you just they're going to get me. >> All right. So, what's going what's going on tonight? >> Uh, long story short, I don't know. >> I've been here. I know the owners of this bar. I know the bartenders normally. >> Okay. So, my story, I was standing outside with the dogs and I seen her get shoved out the door by her throat. >> Okay. >> It's not fair. >> Do you guys both have your IDs on you? >> Yeah, >> I do. >> Okay. >> What do you need it for? >> I just did a call. >> No, you don't. >> This is some You can't tell me nothing. I know my rights. We're getting into sovereign citizen territory, sir. >> Okay. Well, I got to know who I'm talking to. >> I'm Henry. My name is Henry. Okay. >> I don't Why do I think that's not his name? So, okay. >> You guys, those are your dogs. >> Mhm. >> You're trying to go in, get a drink. >> Mhm. >> And then what what happened from there? >> They said, "No, >> don't go in. >> Don't go in." >> So Louis said, "Okay, we just want to get the drinks. We'll sit out here." And they said, "We can't serve you guys." >> Okay. >> So he said, "Why? We're not going to bring the dogs in. They're fine. They're service animals. They're our friends dogs. We're set." >> Listen, if you hire your dog and you go into a bar, >> I'm not drunk, >> okay? Neither does my wife. >> I'm not saying your own. >> You have three pigments that you're trying to take into a small enclosed space. >> I can't even bring my dog to a bar. >> She >> Oh, that's another type of thing I hate these people do when they when they use minimizing language. What? I can't bring my dog into a bar like it's not a big deal. He's talking about this as though he's talking about some small Chihuahua and some big open air patio bar or something like, "No, you saw that door. It's very tiny. And y'all tried to walk in with three pitbulls while this girl is saying, "I know the bartender. I usually know THE MANAGER. WHERE'S ROCKY?" LIKE, WHAT? Are you kidding me? Like, this is like not a what kind of papers do you have or are your dogs aggressive or not or anything. This is like basic human decency for me. Like I said, I've always been a dog person. I've told you guys this before. I got bit in the face by a dog when I was like a teenager and had to have been hospitalized for it. I am okay now. But I completely understand some people that are terrified of dogs. If I had two of my dogs with me, no matter what their [ __ ] breed is, if I'm going into a small area and there's somebody in here that's like, "Hey, they are deathly afraid of dogs. Like, they're really settled in here for the night. Like, I like you can be here, but we really cannot like have your dogs in here." Sure, you might have some rules and some stipulations around that, but like I would be like, "Okay, I don't want to scare anybody even though my dogs are completely harmless and I don't want to make a big deal of this and there's plenty of bars on the street. I'm just going to go somewhere else." But then they WERE LIKE, "NOPE, CALL THE COPS. >> I can't even bring my dogs to a bar." >> Oh, the minimization you by the neck >> and shoved her out the door. And I watched that. >> Okay. What were the events leading up to that? >> She went in and asked for a drink. They said we couldn't have dogs in there >> and they were pushing at my friend that were touching >> them >> and they were pushing my husband. They just like >> Okay, so I do need you guys to identify yourself. >> So the bartender's the only one that put the hands on you with me. I know everybody here I work at >> Tell him Is the bartender the one that shoved you out the door or was it a patron? No. >> No, the bartender. >> Patron. >> Oh, it was a bartender. >> A patron. >> What does she look like? >> Uh older woman, blonde hair. um kind of shorter. >> Okay. >> Uh >> I can't wait to get their side of it. >> And just slung my head back. >> It's not fair. We just wanted to have one beer. We're going to go have a dinner. >> I got you. >> But they were also against us. >> They were so mean to us. >> I don't know if it's because me and my husband are Hispanic and I'm Middle Eastern. >> Yep. >> Yep. Hey, >> just go back in. Just come over here, sir. >> For a sec. >> Oh, he's confronting them. >> Yep. We'll talk. >> I got you. We'll talk to you in a second. Go ahead and close that door for me. >> All right. >> And then what's his date of birth? >> I'm telling you, I would tell you I walked in with my dogs. Okay. >> These people were like, "Who are you? Why is your dog in here? Is this a service dog?" And I said, "Well, pretty much." She now >> uh the bartender said uh somebody in this party assaulted two people in my back. >> Okay. >> What are we talking about now? >> What are we talking about now? >> Oh, that what are we talking about now was so annoying. >> I'm one of the the guys that had the dogs in them and >> let me see your ID since you sir. I'm telling you right now I have a legal reason to ask your identification. Okay, then have a seat. >> Okay, I'm sure. >> Hey, stop. >> Oh, where are you? >> Oh, you're Oh, buddy, you're going to jail. >> No. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back and do it now. >> Take off this backpack first. >> Goodbye, Mr. Annoying. >> Everybody was trying to kick us out. No dogs allowed. They told you no dogs allowed. I was Okay. So, we'll just go outside. And she was just looking for her friend. >> What's one second, ma'am? These are people that think the rules do not apply to them. >> 2495. >> All right. I'm going to hold his hands up. Okay. >> And you search him. >> All right. >> The only thing I got out of that was a birthday and a second pepper spray. >> Go ahead, >> sir. You're escalating the situation by your failure to comply. >> I keep telling you not to do something. You keep doing it. And you're stop tensing your arms. >> Dustin, I'm not >> Stop tensing your arms and allow me to pull them up so he can search your waistband. I'm I'll talk to him. >> Okay. I got uh attacked pretty much >> by not only women but men. >> Hey, he's getting locked up. >> Uh not necessarily. Not necessarily. >> Yeah, he just got >> They're just searching. >> No way. >> He just got What is she? What are you getting up for? What are you getting up for? What are you gonna do? What's the plan, girl? >> Same thing as us. >> Nothing happened. He's not going to jail. >> Here, just just stay over here with me. Stay over here. >> He's not going to jail. You guys might be arresting him right now, but now that I have noticed, I'm going to do something about this because the rules don't apply to me and my friends. >> He's not He's not in puffs. He's not in cuffs. >> I swear to God, he's not going to jail. She's the decider of that cuffs. You're a piece of [ __ ] >> Charge in. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, stay over here. >> Ma'am, don't Hey, don't create another issue for yourself. Just stay over here. >> Is she going into the bar? >> Just stay over here just for a minute. I don't know what's going on over there. We'll figure it out. But don't don't go over there. I don't want you to create another problem for yourself, okay? As of right now, you guys are not >> in trouble for Okay. >> No, nobody's in trouble. And I promise you, >> like she's the decider of that. You like I love how they like will literally say things to her and like she's like, "No, no, no. It's going to be this. It's going to be this other thing that I choose. >> You won't want this trouble. >> Not me. >> You don't want the struggle." >> Check this. >> They're what? >> For what? been arrested for resisting an officer without violence. >> Yeah, they they were they weren't dealing with his [ __ ] tonight. >> Ma'am, please stay over here. >> Lindsay Lindsay Lindsay, wait. >> Lindsay. >> Ma'am. >> Ma'am, >> the people there. >> So, there's people inside that are involved. Haven't talked to him yet. and uh heard him and him in the vehicle. >> And you guys arrested him. >> Yeah, he's going to jail. >> He has a gun >> for resisting an officer without >> Come on, guys. Please don't do that. >> Wow. I love that earlier she said, "You ain't going to like this." And then like when it comes down to it, come on. Come on, guys. No eye contact. Come on. actually what she did when push came to shove >> the gun >> for resisting an officer with violence. >> Please don't do that. >> Come on, guys. Please don't do that. >> Come on, guys. Come on. >> Please don't do that. >> We contact the person. Apparently, somebody hit somebody. >> She She was pressed out. She was shoved out by the neck. >> She does not want to press charges. >> I'm not pressing charges. I got choked first. And I What are you complaining about? If you want to press talk louder, please >> patron patron inside. >> Wait, hold on. They made a dig and then she started recording. Let's run it back, guys. >> I'm not pressing charges. I got choked first and I get >> I can't hear you because she's yelling. So talk loud. >> Boom. Roasted. >> Patron. Patron inside. >> Patron inside. Pushed her out by the neck. >> She doesn't want she doesn't want to talk. >> Has not spoke with anybody inside yet. >> We haven't made contact. Please. >> No, he is going to jail. >> Why? Why? >> I already told you I'm not going to repeat myself 50 times cuz you guys don't understand. >> All right. Do we We got IDs on both of them. >> I I Who's them over there? >> He didn't do nothing. What did he do? He didn't do nothing. >> So, there's four people all together. >> Ask Holy Ghar. He's one of them. And he hasn't been identified yet. Why? >> He hasn't done anything. >> Go get Go get his identification. >> Okay. So, the information >> he hasn't done anything. So, sorry. >> We've been sitting outside the whole time. >> It was us holding the dogs. >> We were inside. Well, >> congratulations. I mean, I'm not here to give you guys a hard time. We're here to find out what happened. >> You're arresting someone, but that didn't even do anything wrong. >> Well, you weren't standing over here during our exchange, so you don't really know it. >> And you keep saying that you got chokes, but you don't want to press charges. So if you're going to be a tough guy and eat it, then stop using it as like a talking point, you know, like are you pressing charges or not? >> On a human being that put their hands on me first. He didn't even touch nobody. Why is he getting arrested? >> Yeah. >> For failure to obey lawful commands on you. >> You are crazy as hell. Wait till I make a report on your ass. >> Wait. Because I know everybody here. I used to work at Worcester Pub for five years. I know a Uh, everybody. >> He didn't do anything. Honestly, >> just wait. >> No. Anybody work at a bar or restaurant in small towns and like mediumsiz kind of towns? Everybody at different restaurants, especially people that are always taking smoke breaks together or drinking together after work or always hit the same happy hours. Girl, they know everybody. Especially they've been in the restaurant industry for like 10 years or something. If you hear, "Oh [ __ ] Kelly's here. She's here to have a drink." If we like Kelly, Kelly comes in. Yes, she used to work here. She's great. She's not problematic, amazing, or whatever. If we don't like Kelly, then Kelly's not coming in. So, her sitting here saying, "I know everybody. I worked here. X, Y, and Z." Then where are your contacts? Where are your connects? Why doesn't anybody want Kelly to come inside? They don't like Kelly. Probably for a reason. They know her. They do know her. I believe that. >> Just wait. He may not have done anything. Our kids are here. He may not have done anything before I arrived, but he did something after I arrived and he's going to jail. >> That's the end of the story. >> What did he do? >> What did he do? >> I already told you. I just can't keep saying. >> Let's see the video. >> So, what what's his name? >> Henry. >> Henry. What's his middle name? >> No, don't give him nothing. No. >> You want a birthday? >> Yeah. Lindsay is L I L L I N D. S E Y. >> But >> okay, he's gonna be Let's not harp on what his name is. >> You got her identified. >> Yep. >> You got her identified. >> No. >> Why not? >> Um Carmen was over. >> It's Lindsay. >> He was talking identification with you. >> No. >> Okay. What's your last name? >> You going to jail, too, Lyn? >> This is how he ended up in jail by doing what you're doing now. >> Are you on arrest? What's your last name? >> I just got assaulted. You want to arrest me? >> What is your last name? >> Let's see how that works out for you. >> What's your last name? >> You know what? I'm going to make a phone call. >> What's >> Come on, guys. Girl, you ain't got that dog in you. You ain't got that dog in you. >> What's your last name? >> What's your last name? >> Wow, that was annoying. >> 10:15 right now. Ma'am. Ma'am, come back. >> Ma'am, what's your last name? Ma'am, what's your last name? Can you tell us your last name? Uhuh. Nope. I got you. >> 10:15 right now. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, come back. >> Sir, please don't do that. Sir, please don't do that. >> Stop. Ma'am, >> is she on Snapchat? She posted Snapchat right now. Unedited. >> Come on, girl. >> Where you're at? >> Oh, stop. >> Get off of me. WHAT THE ARE Y'ALL DOING? HEY, THEY'RE TRYING TO GRAB my phone. >> Stop. Stop. >> Is she knocking on the bar door? >> THEY ALREADY CALLED THE POLICE. ARE YOU? Nobody wants you there. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. [screaming] >> Stop. >> She's trying to get the people at the bar to help. Why would you draw attention to this? >> She's drawing attention to this. I would be over here like, >> just don't don't look. Can we go do this over on the sidewalk? Can we please go? Like I'm ducking under the window, [ __ ] She knocking on the window. Help. >> Get back there. >> Videotape this. >> She's going to jail. >> Get out your camcorder. >> This Get your hand off my neck. >> Get your [ __ ] CAMERAS OUT AND VIDEOTAPE THIS. >> ARE YOU CRAZY? >> They definitely are, by the way. >> Stop. I haven't done nothing. >> No, he said he was Come here. He was detaining you. >> No, she's going to jail >> for what? >> Resisting an officer. >> For what reason? >> For resist the same >> and attacking me. >> Come on, let's go. >> I know. This little [ __ ] down here is so cute. [laughter] >> This officer, would you like to go to do the same thing? >> Attacking me. >> Come on. Let's go in the car. Lince, >> I haven't done nothing. >> What does she do? >> Also, a lot of people, they literally see their dogs as a piece of themselves, like an extension of themselves. And so, when bad things happen to their dogs, the owners take it personally. So for their dogs to not be let into a bar is them feeling like they and a piece of them has been rejected from the bar as well. You know, barging in with somebody that clearly the bar patrons don't like and saying it's my right. I can do this is like not going to fare well for you regardless of what right you may or may not have, you know? Hey, what's the reason? >> All right. >> Come back here. >> In the back of the car. >> Oh, well, you're gone. >> You can't You can't You got to handcuff me on the front. >> Nope. >> What? >> You missed that chance when you resisted. >> I didn't resist. >> Yep. Go ahead and stop seat. Where are your kids? >> They're here. They're >> in the bar. >> We told No, we told them to go away to the side by IHOP. >> IHOP. Let's look at my IHOP. >> Well, your best s my best suggestion >> 16, 17 years old >> to go find your kids and have them. >> Okay. Do with that whatever you want. Do whatever you want. I've said enough. >> Drive you home if they're old enough to drive. But have you been drinking, too? >> Our hotel's right here. >> Okay. Then to go back to the hotel and stay there the rest of the night. >> Like that. >> Okay. >> Ma'am, giving you a chance to have a seat. I'm gonna You got to handcuff me in the front. Please, >> please get in the car. Please go in the car. >> Handcuff me in the pro. I'm scared. >> Please go get in the car. >> Oh my [screaming] god. Stop. >> They're not going to arrest him. This I'mma make this difficult for him. Who think they got my boy? This my bar. I know everybody here. I know everybody. >> 10 seconds later. >> PLEASE. [screaming] PLEASE JUST HAND [laughter] ME IN THE FRONT. PLEASE. I'M SCARED. THAT IS CRAZY. [clears throat] >> Please get in the car. >> Got me in the front. I'm scared. >> Please get in the car. I'm >> scared. >> Mark, >> what happened to Miss Cold? >> What happened to Miss Ice Cold a minute ago? What happened to Miss I know my rights. Come on, man. Yo, the other thing is too, I respect people so much more if like they present that front and then they're like actually about it. Like I have seen two instances where she just completely crumbles. Like I need you to be about it if you gonna be about it. >> WHO'S IN HERE? >> HEY PARTNER. Hey there now. >> Get back over here now. >> I have to go. Man >> said everybody's a little gangster till the cuffs gone. [laughter] >> Ma'am, sit in the car. >> I wouldn't do nothing. >> I cannot believe this. I said I wasn't even charges on the girl that jumped ME OUT. NOW I'M GETTING ARRESTED. SHE'S NOT GOING TO JAIL. >> WE HAVEN'T even had a chance to talk to her yet because we've been dealing with you. >> This is crazy. >> Ma'am, in the car. >> Ma'am, now now I have to deal with bailing her out and >> Yes. >> over kids and our kids. >> Well, I'm sorry about all that, but you guys did not do this to them. They did it to themselves. >> We take each person on their individual actions. Have a seat in the car. >> Roll down the window. Can you roll down? >> You can roll down the window. >> I can run the window for you. Get some AC going. >> Can you put the handcuffs in the front? >> Well, we'll think about that after you have a seat in the car, >> please. I swear I'll sit down. >> Okay. Well, have a seat in the car. >> In the front. >> If you have a seat, we'll we'll [snorts] think about it. >> I didn't do nothing. >> All right. I need you to put your feet in, >> please. >> Are we all done? Do we have everybody? I still have Yes. Everybody's IDed. I still have not talked to anybody inside. >> Yeah. Your ID's right there on the table. >> Let's get this wrapped up. >> But at the end of the day, she was the one that was assaulted. >> Yeah. Really? She was. They kicked us out. >> Uh, so what what happened tonight? We were going to come in and talk to you, but we've been having to deal with all this. >> Yeah. It's okay. So, >> who's Oh, the bar owner. >> Did she hit you? >> Look at my forehead. >> So, she put hands on you. No, she hit Look. Put your fingers on my forehead and see the knot. No, she punched me in the face. >> Anybody witness it? >> Everybody did. Yes. >> All right. >> So, she's just been rewriting reality for the last 15 minutes. >> Uh, >> I want to prosecute. Absolutely. >> All right. We're going to have you fill out some paperwork. Okay. >> Okay. >> He said he's saying she's claustrophobic. Yes. >> Take her to the jail. That's what I'm saying. Get her out of the car. >> Okay. before she kind of happened. >> This is how it happened. How it transpired. They had their little doggies there. I went and pet their dogs. I'm like, "Oh my god, they're so cute." And I'm thinking, "Why are we having pit bulls in the bar?" >> They're big. >> No. And then the next thing we had this, it was some kind of barroom brawl. I don't really know how it happened. >> Oh, they completely left all this out. >> And I kind of came out to defend what was going on. And she's like, you >> and Yeah. No, I mean you can clearly see she hit me in the face. >> Yeah. >> Like so I just >> No, she's crazy. >> I just want to talk to some people in there. If I have a couple people that witness it, >> everybody everybody here on the corner, they saw everything. >> This is unreal. I cannot believe that y'all would actually want to throw me in jail over this. Uh, do you want them trespassed? >> Yep. >> Absolutely. I've never >> They said they said they're in here all the time. >> I've never seen those. I've been here for Okay. Okay. >> Yeah. I've seen seven years. >> I've been here your whole life. >> Yeah. Right. But I have been here for seven years and I've never seen them. But I'm not working tonight. My boyfriend just came in for a quick drink um after dinner. >> So that's a >> $500 bond. It's a first first degree misdemeanor >> and that thrown out of court >> usually. >> You know what else is crazy that we're seeing here too? The two rowdy, you're not going to get me, I'm tough partners with the seemingly like two nice, rational people. Like this lady has been pretty nice and concerned for her partner throughout and he's like, "Well, let me take care of the dogs." these types of people, the two that just got arrested, they always end up with really compliant, empathetic, um, and kind people that are seeking sanctuary in somebody else's power sometimes on accident. Um, but that's kind of what it looks like here. >> That the arrest is sufficient for the charge. >> So, they throw it out of court so it don't really get charged. I'm just asking. >> Well, she'll have a criminal record. >> Still, she will because of the arrest. It goes on her record and that doesn't come off. Yeah. >> So, what's your uh P? Is it Peter or Pete or >> I'll give you >> Paul? >> One more guess after a famous NFL player. >> Uh I don't know. >> Patrick. Oh, Patrick. Payton. Payton. Oh, Payton. Babe. Okay. All right. Let's find out. >> Oh, Pete Rose. >> Payton. Payton. Payton. The Payton has got it. >> I can just get a picture of you there. Oh, yeah. That's a good angle there in the light, too. Oh yeah, you can see that knot. >> Frank, all we wanted is a beer >> and we had dogs. [laughter] >> And when they said no. >> Wow. The minimizing is crazy. >> I walked out. I didn't hit nobody. Nothing. >> Why are you arresting me? >> Why are you arresting me? >> That guy's a little nightmare at home. That poor lady.
