before his demeanor was very much hoping that there was gonna be some type of Buddy system with this officer some type of camaraderie and now it's almost like he's kind of fully stood up he's fully anything nope stand back that's about he's still trying here by your side for me and hands down by your side please look straight ahead and you see the tip of my pincer I do and when she faulted my pain without moving your head okay don't move your head sir I wish we could see those he's cheating he's got the manual just burned into his brain because he knows what officers are looking for at a drunk stop also guys drunk driving really disappoints me so really disappoints me that somebody of the law that's supposed to be upright and just a captain is driving drunk on the roads who can we trust come over here it's a little bit more level oh dude my man is just getting treated like a civilian today cause you for keeping your balance or anything I don't think so you don't think so he's giving him the full going straight for you first while I'm demonstrate I want you to stand with your feet together hands down by your side just like this all right sir what's your name Matt French Matt French Mr French stands just like that for me okay when I tell you to begin when I tell you to begin okay I'm just going to demonstrate for you first I want you to pick a foot of your choosing it doesn't matter if it's your left in your right foot I typed in matte French Google auto filled it to say Matt French Oklahoma City that's the police department he's from and all of these articles came up oh my god dude Oklahoma Oakley homie Oklahoma City Police Captain asks officer to turn off camera after he stopped for alleged drunk driving and I want you to lift their parking six inches off the ground and while you look at your toe I want you to count by one thousands one thousand one one thousand two one thousand three one thousand four one thousand five so on and so forth until I tell you to stop at any point in time you lose your balance your foot touches the ground just go ahead and pick your foot back up and continue to count okay do you understand these instructions I've explained to you Mr French you may begin oh my God I kind of want to know who the officer is my man said no today sorry you know I love Justice I don't know I cannot sir please I know you're aware of our body cam policy you know I cannot turn off the spot again but I'd like to talk to you no I can't do that sir no please he said I don't know you I'm not risking my job if I turn this thing off I better have a good reason and it ain't gonna be you today brother please please talk to me I'll talk to you once again you can turn it off you can turn it on I can turn it off once I'm done with my investigations okay I'm asking you I'm a Capstone I understand that sir and I am a sergeant on this police officer pull the wall I don't show favoritism to anyone regardless I don't care if you're a gang banger or the president of the United States sir I'm not asking that's right baby if I was a treat fairness and justice for all differently than I was a treat like some South Side Loco or some pedo how's that look on me oh okay I'm not asking for that okay because I wouldn't do that for any of them starting to scanner please are you going to do the test or not sir I will I will do whatever you ask okay once we complete the test I'll turn off my body kit once I'm done with my investigation okay you wanna you wanna try that again let's run the test boy you may begin one two does anyone else love when he says you may begin also I love how I'm literally wearing a watch but I chose to look at the the arm that doesn't have the Y you guys didn't even notice and I just called myself out everyone shut up I need one of those um Men In Black those little blinkers or resets your memory I am just a figment of your imagination all right you may begin [Music] turquoise please I'm asking if you can't do that okay so we're not going to do the test we will keep stopping okay let's try another test what is this one of my partners not sure I can't tell what the lights on no it's officer catch he's pissed this guy he's one of my favorite types of people because even in 360p in only eight minutes this man has shown me a range of emotions the hey man are we friends is this cool too all right all right let's see let's see what happens bargaining reasoning and then acceptance who is this who your partner's here well like this guy shows all of his emotions on his face it's so funny you're familiar with the walking turn I am dude what demonstrate the walking turn for you I want you to stand with your left foot in front of your right foot okay left foot in front of your right foot heel to toe hands down by your side can you do that for me sir yes sir hands down by your side okay attempt to hold that position while I demonstrate for you you're going to take nine Heel To Toe steps counting out loud one do you guys think that he called his partner in and he said yeah three four and we'll say that's nine on your ninth step without lifting your lead foot you're gonna pivot like so and then you're gonna take nine kill the toe steps counting each step out loud back the way you came until you get to nine do you understand these instructions I've explained to you Mr French I believe so all right anytime you're ready you may begin one two three four five [Applause] one oh God this is so embarrassing five six seven eight the reason I also say that this is embarrassing and not humiliating because embarrassment is something that you kind of do yourself and humiliation involves a power Dynamic where somebody is doing something to you and even though there is a power Dynamic here and we're kind of quick to say well the officer is making him do this so it's kind of more like humiliation he's the one that got himself into this situation he was an officer he knew he shouldn't have been drinking and driving Point Blank period to me is embarrassing go ahead and turn around for me put your answer on your back wow can I talk to you go and put your hands back here Baxter dog the arrest was the least of your worries he had no idea what was coming next the internet and I have just added on to those views well anyways
