Best of body cam woman gets into a road rage arrest for a chicken that's trying to cross the road. The first woman stops to let the chicken cross the road. The second woman drove around her and hit the chicken. Then the first woman got out of the car and pepper-sprayed the second woman to avenge the chicken. Yes, this takes place in Florida. My brain cannot like fathom that possibly happening exactly like that. I need to see it. >> Somebody hand it. >> The ambulance is here. Okay. >> So, you're waiting for the chicken across the road and then the car behind you, she went around you and possibly hit the chicken. >> Ate the chicken. >> Okay. >> Look, she killed this chicken. >> Did she hit the chicken? She has a photo of the chicken while it was waiting across the road >> and just started spraying like crazy. >> But she said, "You have got this coming to you." industrial size. >> I do work as a animal right defender. So I got really angry. [screaming] >> Police are called to the scene when a Florida woman allegedly jumps out of her car to pepper-spray another driver. The woman >> Hold on. >> woman allegedly jumps out of her car to pepper-spray another driver. The woman claims she was defending a chicken, but police will have to determine if it was foul play after all. >> Dude, not them hitting the foul play. I have opinions. I will let the case unfold a little bit. >> Why don't you get out your car? >> Because I want to give her a lesson. >> The following report is based on official police records. Please note that all persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. On July 9th, 2025, a witness in Key West, Florida calls 911 after seeing an audacious attack unfold in the middle of traffic. >> Oh my god, somebody just sprayed a lot of stuff in this lady's car. I was sitting in my car and the lady was >> There was a girl in a car, the ones that got sprayed on. >> Okay. And a girl stopped, ran out of her car, opened the car, and sprayed him really bad, jumped in her car, and took off. >> Is she having trouble breathing? Are you having a hard time breathing? >> Yeah, she's foaming. >> Okay. She's foaming at the mouth >> a little bit. Yeah, my eyes are burning, too. It's almost like a spray. >> And does she know the person? >> No, they didn't know who the person was. >> Oh my god. >> Okay. Is that her screaming? >> Yes. >> They spray pepper on it. Somebody did. They need water for their face. The police are coming right now. Ma'am, you can't get in the car and drive away. >> Yeah. Keep her there. She can't drive like that. >> Can you Can you tell me what happened? I need to know what happened. >> The chicken alive. >> I was in a hurry. >> Let me be clear. You cannot just pepper spray random people. Even though you guys know, you can probably tell if you watch my channel how I may be feeling about the chicken. I know that you think that this is funny because it's so absurd. It is a little bit funny, but you can't pepper spray random people. I do need to know if the chicken is alive. I do need to know. This is way better statement. Luxitine, which I will be saying by proxy. Lux, Luxie and I are making this statement together. Lux, have my back, [ __ ] Okay, please. Come on. Lux and I say this is not the type of vigilante justice that I support. Great answer. Great answer. >> Spray in her eyes. So even reaching my but it's a black car. >> The two women whose names are Shirley and Peara say their only prior interaction with the woman was passing her while she was stopped in the road. Police will only learn later why she was stopped and how that moment may have led to this attack. >> The ambulance is here. Okay. >> I think she got pepper spray. >> Also, she will get arrested for pepper spraying her even if it's for the >> the chicken. before the attack. >> Yo, you [ __ ] burn. >> Don't touch Don't touch your face. All right. Don't touch your face. >> Somebody >> listen. >> Did you get to see who it was? >> You didn't see >> listen. Just calm down and breathe. Okay. >> Just calm. You can breathe. Just calm down and breathe. Okay. >> I've been pepper sprayed before. >> All you got to do is just breathe. Don't touch your face. All right. Somebody has >> with Pearl too overcome with pain to give a complete statement. The officers talked to the 911 caller who saw the incident from her own car. >> I was on my phone just playing a game waiting till killing time and I I could hear him screaming and I looked up and she tried to close. She opened the door. more things that I shouldn't say, but I'm going to say, imagine you're in your SUV just playing a little game pigeon, sending sending a little monol back and forth with your friend and you're like just trying to kill some time to entertain yourself and then suddenly this happens. You put your phone down and you watch this [laughter] hot dog, it's my nosy birthday. >> She closed it. girl opened it again and it was canned like this big that with a black top on it and just started spraying like crazy. >> Some people in chat were asking was it bear spray so fast? >> It's uh you all get me. I know it was about 24 hours. You sure? >> Depending on the person. >> I mean not it's not even like I don't know of any. >> Let's see what kind of what kind of spray it was. >> 24 hours. She had a really the one drive caught it >> cuz it might have just been regular mace and she just like really hates men and is like I'm going to flip this around and beat them with it too. If I was presented with the option of like here's the light and easy to travel spray that's effective but you can just, you know, put it in your purse and then here's one that you can um spray the person and then beat your attacker. I would pick that one personally but we'll see what kind of spray it is. >> What you want to do is so what happens is is the water go keeps activating that. So, what she needs to do is stop touching her face and strobe her eyes. >> So, I did wrong strobe her eyes. No, no, no. That was good cuz that wiped off the the rest of the the the stuff. But >> the priority for police is to now track down the woman who allegedly did this. And that won't be easy. >> Okay. Do you remember what color she was? >> White, black hair, shirt, and keep darkish color like >> Okay. >> She's not white. White. White. >> But the car went straight. >> Black. >> Yeah, >> I think so. >> Black female. >> Possibly. >> Oh, >> but there are many unknowns here at the scene, including what may have motivated this mystery woman. >> Wait, also just pointing this out in chat. A couple people said this, but Riley recently said, "Barp spray can temporarily blind people and permanently in really bad cases." Exactly. Which is why we cannot move to questioning quite yet if it was bear spray because that's just a question mark theory based on the size of the bottle that completely changes the magnitude of the case. Right? We're going to say that it's mace until we hear otherwise. And then once we hear otherwise, we'll take it in. And I'm only telling you guys this because anytime you consume any kind of stuff on social media, videos, scrolling, whatever, there's so many times that you can read a random comment that can shift the whole perspective of it, but we don't have that information firm, right? And I know I brought it up a minute ago, too. So just as a process, let's stick with our baseline for a second and then if we hear that information confirmed, then we will ingest it because otherwise we'll just be swimming in a bunch of question marks, you know, >> including what may have motivated this mystery woman. >> Oh my god, my skin burn. >> Let me let me get a better story. She stopped before I reached the blue heaven and I I hang like I need to get by and then she give a full stop. So I g around her and when I g around her she just keep following me. And when she reach up here by the corner she start you. So I stop >> and when I stop she get out her car and come back open my car door and start spraying her but I had on my seat. >> The account gives police very little to know especially if they want to find this alleged perpetrator and >> it look like none of these houses got like rain cameras on thing. >> But it won't take a manhunt to find the suspect. She voluntarily drives herself to the Key West Police Department ready to tell her side of the story. >> How you doing? How are you? Good. >> Okay. >> Hey, no, I'm officer Osborne. >> Hi, Officer Osborne. I'm in San. What brings you here today? >> So, I had a problem with a lady on Bahama Village. >> Okay. So, I just want to point out that other lady, even though she was trying to do right, the one that was playing on her phone, she goes, I think she was black. Not black. Anyways, >> what brings you here today? >> So, I had a problem with a lady on Bahama Village just right now, like an hour ago. I was driving um to my dog to the dog park and there was like a little chicken passing the street and I was waiting on the chicken to pass. He almost passed. He was looking hurting already and a lady who was behind me, she um instead of waiting like everybody else, she just decided to pass next to me and ran to the chicken while she was watching me. The woman, Cynthia Diaz Sosa, says she felt compelled to avenge the chicken. >> I do work as a animal right defender. So, I got really angry and I decided to chase her, which I did. She stopped the car. I opened the door and I sprayed her face when she attacked me. So, she came to attack me. Obviously, she was >> But you had the pepper spray in hand. >> And then I spray her face with this spray. Keep that in there. >> Oh, wait. Yeah. Yeah. Keep that spray in there. Let's take a look. >> And I spray her face. >> Now, some people are questioning if the chicken was actually real. Um, it is my understanding that in the clip in the beginning, we did actually see a photograph that she had taken of the chicken. We'll see when that comes up again. >> This is for >> I think that looks like regular mace, but it's just she got the full size. Not the trial, not the travel. Full size. All right, back to her. Obviously, she was feel threatened and then I spray her face with this spray >> a little bit. >> Keep that in a little bit. >> I feel so sorry. I didn't want to do that. >> Okay. So, >> I didn't want to do that, but I had to. >> Because I want to give her a lesson. >> That much at least seems to match Pearl's account. >> She said, "You have got this coming to you." That's what she said to me. Cynthia's claim about what started this incident is so surreal that the officer wants to make sure he has the story straight. >> Also, okay, I'm saying this as a true crime person, you guys that consume a lot of true crime actually will probably believe this, too. When you see somebody loves animals, this is not like immediately a trait of like, oh, this person is like cozy and safe because they like animals. That's not true. Do you guys remember the woman I I believe her name was Susan that had the pig farm and she was killing people on her pig farm and she hated humans, loved animals and would defend her animals to the ends of the earth. A lot of murderers and serial killers that are vegetarians and they like love animals. So there's different categories here. There's people that hate animals. There are people that love animals and don't [ __ ] hate humans and understand that being a human is basically a spectrum. And then there's people that hate all humans and only love animals because animals are the only things that they consider safe. And maybe there's some other category, but like yeah, just cuz somebody loves animals does not mean that they are this like cozy, wonderful, amazing, like safe person. And also sometimes I have even seen people emulate liking animals to appear more human. So, just all that to say, lighting animals don't mean [ __ ] Like, I I need to see how you act in front of animals consistently for a period of time and humans. >> Cynthia's claim about what started this incident is so surreal that the officer wants to make sure he has the story straight. >> Um, so you waiting for the chicken to cross the road and then the car behind you. >> Um, she went around you and possibly hit the chicken. >> Eat the chicken. Okay. >> Kill it in my face. I have a video of the chicken dead and everything. You want >> to see the video? >> Absolutely. We need to see that video after that. Look, she killed this chicken. >> Okay. >> Where is We need to open an investigation into the chicken's death. Now, it still will make what she did wrong. She still has to go to jail for this literal assault. But for me, I don't like having an unclosed loop. I don't like having an ambiguous ending. This is why also why I don't like doing cold cases and stuff. I need a resolution. >> After that, look, she killed this chicken. >> Okay. >> But even with the aid of video evidence, Cynthia struggles to get the officer to see it her way. >> So, she got out of her car first or you opened her car door? >> I did. >> Okay. And why did you leave? >> Because I didn't want her to get mad and I came here. So you see I wanted to come and talk to Anyways there's no police officers around there. I don't >> I was there and we were there within three minutes. There's two officers there and the fire department was there. >> Oh, so sorry. I >> Cynthia's apparent calm is a contrast to the other women involved. [screaming] >> But she can clearly read the writing on the wall. >> So am I going to get arrested for this? How many uh days you think I'm going to get? >> I don't know. You'll see a judge in the morning. Mhm. >> So, today I'm going to be in jail or tomorrow? >> Today. >> Today. So, now? >> Yes. >> Yes. >> So, can I pay a finance about it? >> Take it up with the judge. >> I wish I could see the video of it. >> So, there's no video. I wish you would have stayed on scene. >> So, just make the phone call for me so someone talking to me like that. I was trying to defend an animal. >> That's not what I was being. It's not your moral justification is not a a shield for assaulting people. It's not okay. >> In in the state of Florida, you can't defend animals and take it into your own action to teach someone a lesson. That's illegal what you did. >> Yeah, but I did not want her to do that. >> 38-year-old Cynthia, >> I didn't want to have to do it, but I I had to. I didn't want to, but she deserved it. Diaz Sosa was charged with two first-degree felony counts of burglary with assault or battery. >> Oh my god. Psychic Bluebird in chat said, "You're wrong, girl. I get it, BUT STILL WRONG." YES. [screaming] YES. THIS IS THE EXACT COMMUNITY I'VE ALWAYS WANTED. They're here. We like the animals. We don't see it as a moral shield. What she did was wrong. the situation overall and her having the picture of the chicken is objectively still a little silly, goofy, funny, but we see the whole p wow audience that is able to hold nuance. Okay. And also, can I just take two seconds to explain why this is such a amazing thing? It's a light in the freaking dark for me while dealing with the internet is that one thing that I found I I just see this so much in like Tik Tok and things. People can't handle an open ending. So they often have to create an ending themselves. You will see that happen a lot online and they will create an ending that is the way that they like it and then they will fight for that ending. It all stems from them not being able to handle a an open an open loop basically. Okay. And then two, you'll also find that people can't handle ambiguity or discomfort. So they will create narratives that make them more comfortable and then they will fight for that narrative. So they will fight for the narrative that makes them feel more comfortable in their skin regardless of how that narrative applies to the outside world or they will fight for endings that make them feel better and more comfortable so that they can hold the situation um with as much passion as they have. And personally I just think that that is wrong. It's a disservice to the situation you're talking about. it's a disservice to yourself and you will be a lot happier if you can tolerate um things that are a bit uncomfortable and then articulately and not delusionally discuss them at length, you know, and a lot of people sometimes can't see outside of their lens and don't realize like, no, no, this doesn't work here, you know. The police report states that it was by opening the door to a car she didn't own before spraying the driver with bear MACE THAT >> IT WAS [screaming] BEAR MACE. Holy [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Cynthia violated Florida's burglary statute. She's plead not guilty. >> OH MY GOD. >> WAIT, WAIT. I WANT TO READ THAT whole thing. Cynthia's vehicle was later found. Cynthia was placed in custody. Search uh searched in front of my patrol vehicle. Placed in the rear. Cynthia did intentionally and knowingly open Pa's driver's door, which Cynthia does not own, and sprayed with bare mace, causing her to lose her vision at the time. Due to Cynthia's act, Peara was transported um to the hospital to be treated for her injury. Cynthia intentionally and knowingly sprayed ba bare mace inside of Pearlla's vehicle to teach her a lesson. And in Pearla's face, causing her to lose sight at the time and spraying in the direction of Shirley, a passenger. I'm surprised Shirley didn't press charges, which she was affected, the bear mace as well, causing both parties to get checked out. Damn. Yo, so I kind of go back to what I said on like you don't just love animals, you hate humans. You you have to hate humankind to just randomly open a woman's door and spray bear mace in her face. Oh my god, that is [ __ ] crazy. But also, I say this for like looking at other cases and things online. There is no point in like jumping to it immediately. even though you guys that like guessed it. And I remember I brought it up first, like called it out and it was right, but sometimes you want to like sit with it until it gets confirmed because otherwise you're going to be like floating up here unanswered questions and sometimes you don't even get a resolution. Dude, I'm actually glad that we got this ending to it. Hold, let me see if there's anything else. >> Burglary statute. >> You can't just go around pepper spraying people. >> I never do that. >> The arrest report makes no mention of the condition of the chicken, >> bro. Oh, but not them like hitting us with a why did the chicken cross the road situation just buried in
Danger Zone
