This is the first video that I have ever seen the channel Midwest Safety post their hate mail about. And not only that, in just a week, this video has 3.7 million views and thousands of comments. Look, my big thing is I have never seen them post hate mail over people not liking the video. You know what? I think it is truly about to be a best >> of Bond girl. >> Also, it was labeled as a must-watch by my producer. >> I'm sorry. Everybody lock in. >> I apologize. >> I really need to go. >> So, can I move this? >> No. >> I apologize, but I need to go. >> what I'm saying. And all these residents, there's only one way out. >> I understand, but it was advertised. >> Yeah, so they told me to move my car in here. >> Right, but the road is is is closed, and we can't let people out, okay? >> Okay, so like I said, I apologize, but I'm not going to move. >> No, you can't. >> There's a a boiling point happening here. I can I can sense it. Y'all know when you start getting like real overwhelmed or something and you're about to go off? Someone said it's absolutely insane, bows. Okay. >> You can't move the cones. The road's closed. >> 10-30, you need to take the cones out of the way. >> Yeah, them big cones, too. >> inconvenience. I'll be happy to call you a taxi. >> There has to be another way. I'm not taking a taxi all the way to Virginia. I work in Virginia. >> I understand. And I apologize for the inconvenience. >> Take the detour. There has to be a detour. Almost every neighborhood in America is on some type of grid. We all know this. Go another place and make a left or make a right and then turn around, right? >> But >> Just >> Unfortunately, >> I have to come back. >> Just back >> I just need to get out. >> Back up. >> I I need to get out. >> Back up. >> Is there any way Can call somebody? >> I can't. Unfortunately, there's several people that I've had to say that can't come out. This is just one of those times where I can't let you out. >> I'm very I'm not trying to be against nobody at all, but I got to go. >> I I understand. I can't have you >> So, somebody just told me in chat, they said, "This one is there's only one way out." But, it was told to all of the residents to move their car. Now, a chatter said that, but their punctuation was really good, so I'm going to choose to believe it. >> [laughter] >> Like, that's how I would be working on the internet these days in 2026. They capitalize the first letter and put the period somewhere, and you're like, "This guy This guy must know what he's talking about." That one, though, I'm going to choose to believe it. >> nobody at all, but I got to go. >> I I understand. I can't have you do that. >> But, I I I I I have to >> Signs And there's signs up. >> Okay, you can't just >> I'm telling you >> Stop. Oh my god, you can't >> work. What do YOU WANT ME TO DO? >> LIKE, I have to go to work. >> You cannot get out. I can't help you with that. Please do not disturb this area. >> Oh my god. >> Ma'am. >> You Oh, no, no, no, YOU CAN'T YOU CAN'T HOLD. STOP. YOU CAN'T DO THAT. GUYS, AND SEE, THIS is my bro. [ __ ] I'm telling you right now, yo, my empathy has gotten me in trouble before. I was thinking for a second, I kind of felt bad for her because I was sensing a like, "Are you always late for work? Are you about to get fired? Are you feeling claustrophobic in the sense that you can't get out?" Like, I In my head, immediately, I was like, "What type of anxiety is happening?" I don't care what type of anxiety is happening because I'm like so done putting like other people's like anxiety or parallel or something over like, "You can't do that. You shouldn't do that. You can't do that." And he just told you multiple times that you can't do it. So, like, this is like a bad day where you you you got to eat it. >> In fact, how many of y'all would be on the phone with your boss right now saying, "I'm so sorry I can't come in. Please talk to the officer." >> Girl, a free DAY OFF. I THINK [laughter] I'M LIKE, "COME ON, DUDE. IT'S A FREE day off. >> Observe this area. >> I might have to. >> Ma'am, you >> I might have to. I'm sorry. >> You're going to be placed under >> Yeah, you can There's people walking by. Hold on, there's people walking by. >> Another vehicle trying to run through the roadblock. It's a two door Lincoln 460. >> THE >> STOP. >> OH OKAY, THAT'S a charge RIGHT THERE, BABE. >> [screaming] >> AND THERE'S A LADY >> GOD. OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. YOU CAN'T DO THAT. YOU CAN'T DO THAT. OH [ __ ] HOLD ON. WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. OH DID ANYBODY else think that she just needed to like cross across? Babe, you are driving through the public with children. This is like running around with your titties out. License plate out, babe. Oh my god, this is really scary. Oh my god, this is really scary. Use that >> Stop. Get out of the car. >> Oh, you're >> Get out of the car. >> Oh, wow. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> OKAY. >> You're under arrest. >> That well, that was quick. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. I'm just trying to get to work. Girl, take a day off. Also, sorry. As you guys know, they have to detain her, but I don't like showing nobody getting manhandled to her. And they like pushing her head down and [ __ ] Okay. >> report. >> I'm just trying to get to work. I live in the apartments and there's no other way out. So, if you live in the apartments, one, you were given notice that there is going to be a parade and that you needed to move your car. Two, yo, I'm making some assumptions here, but work with me for a second. If you are in good standing in your job or even if you are kind of in pretty good standing of your job, who the [ __ ] else would have handed that phone to the police officer and said, "I literally cannot get to work. They will not let me out. I want to chat if you would have done that, you know? You, in my opinion, you have to like, if you're really just trying to get to work, you must be on your last leg, babe. You must be on thin ice. You must be like not on thin thin ice, like you know that you're getting fired after Like, you know what I mean? Like you have to be to be going this hard with it. >> I'm just trying to get to work. I live in the apartment and there's no other way out. >> ARE >> I'M MY MOM. >> NO. >> BRO, OKAY. OKAY. >> RELAX. >> YEAH, you scared people's children. >> Stop. >> Wow. >> 10-11, 5. Secure that vehicle. >> Dude, you drove through a festival with children. A parade where if people are taking their kids, they would feel so safe. Police everywhere and the road's blocked off. This is supposed to be a nice time. >> WHERE ARE YOUR ARMS? >> STOP. >> AH! >> EVERYTHING'S ON CAMERA. STOP. >> THIS is uncomfortable. >> I don't care. >> MY MOM IS RIGHT THERE. PLEASE JUST CALL HER. >> NO. >> ARREST. SIT. >> This is a serious serious crime. >> Okay, you can stop touching me now. >> Settle down. So, >> does anybody know what this would fall under? Like this is a pretty serious crime. I also feel like that like if a parent had to pull their child out of the way, like that might also be a civil suit. Oh, dude, this is way more than reckless driving, but yeah, that's a start. Public endangerment? Oh, absolutely. This is a attempted vehicular manslaughter. I mean, that one's kind of a stretch, but maybe. Maybe, you know? This is a throw the whole book at her situation. It's a whole It's a whole book, no questions. >> I need to call my mom. She's going to >> injuries? >> What? >> Do you have any injuries? >> Are you Is she on drugs? >> Stop. Just sit on the wall. >> I just need to go to [ __ ] work. >> Well, you're under arrest, so stop. >> BRO, WHERE'S MY PHONE? JUST CALL MY MOM. OH, SO YOU CAN GET MY CAR OUT OF THE WAY, SO LET ME GO. >> STOP. >> LET ME GO. >> WHAT? >> I'M JUST TRYING TO GO TO WORK. >> NO. >> It's a tactic. What tactic is this? Here we go. You just graduated from Narc Week. I know that you've got this. Well, actually, you might be watching on my second channel right now. Did you know that I have a main channel? It's actually Bows Versus the World. You're like on my second channel right now, but welcome. And by the way, come to the streams. What? Minimizing? Yes, definitely a minimizing. I also like to call it a reframing. Instead of I just drove through a [ __ ] parade of human beings that thought that they were safe despite police telling me not to, she reframes it as I was just trying to go to work. How many times have you been in a situation where somebody has done something essentially catastrophic and then tried to hit you with the reframe? Oh my god, you know my favorite tactic is from these [ __ ] Reframe and then an attempted return to normalcy. >> [laughter] >> When you see a minimization or a reframe and then a and then a return to normalcy play right after that, you're like, "Oh, we're done here. We're done here, babe." >> I'm literally all I'm trying to do is go to work. >> Leave right there. Right there is good. Are you going to stop and sit? >> I'm trying. >> Sit. You may sit. You may not stand up. You may sit. >> Gosh. >> You can sit. You can sit. >> What? >> Is there a Is there a key key fob? >> I don't know, and somebody's live on that phone right FaceTime right now, so I just turned the phone over. >> Where is the phone? >> On the other seat, sir. >> Okay. >> Yo, I would have turned the phone back over. I would have looked into that camera. I said, "YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE WHAT THIS [ __ ] JUST DID." BUT IF YOU'RE THE FIRST PERSON AND YOU THEN SHE CALLED, you probably know exactly how she is. Boy, turn on the news. IT'S PROBABLY ALREADY UP THERE. ALL RIGHT, I need to go back and talk to THE OTHER OFFICERS. >> THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ME ON THE CAMERA. >> All right, so I just turned the phone over. Where's the phone? >> On the other seat, sir. >> Okay. >> Looks like it's the mom. It's the mom. >> I got the phone. >> Got it. >> I'm just getting her ID, too. >> I wasn't going to hit nobody. >> You I You might have. >> You almost hit 25 people. >> Look at his face. Oh my god. For the first time ever in the history of Best of Bodycam, I will be putting the playback speed at half time just for you to see that reaction again. >> I wasn't going to hit nobody. >> [gasps] >> Injure? You almost hit [laughter] 25 people coming out of the >> Almost is a hit. >> All you had >> The woman was too stunned to speak. >> I would also like to point out she's very childish um defense mechanisms. >> Can't be this pretty and just [ __ ] it up like that. Also, look at his eyes. He cannot believe it. He's like, "Bitch, you could have had everything. You fine as hell. >> [laughter] >> We're not Now you about to be in jail." >> You could have killed me. >> I wasn't going to hit >> You can't believe it. >> Instead you bumped me with your car and then drove down the street and almost hit 16, 15 people. What is wrong with you? >> I'm trying to get to work. >> Okay. >> Uh >> We said you couldn't drive. You could have taken an Uber, but no, you have to drive your car down the streets. >> And I [snorts] told you my circumstances, so >> Your circumstances don't justify your behavior. >> Is it key fob or what? >> Uh yeah, it'd be a key fob cuz it's push to start. Let's turn that off. I'll see what I did wrong. >> No, oh my gosh. The media and chat said that he's Shakira flabbergasted, but I would like to say that man was legitimately flabbergasted. Like that was the expression of flabbergasted. >> Is it key fob or what? >> Uh yeah, it'd be a key fob cuz it's push to start. Let's turn that off. I'll see what I did wrong, but >> Maybe a judge can make reasonable doubt. >> Okay. All right. Can you take me out of these cuffs? They're uncomfortable. >> arrest. You're going to jail. >> Okay. Stop touching me. Just get off me then. Just stop touching me. >> Just sit and stop trying to get up. I'm not getting off of you. >> I'm not about to do nothing. >> Based on your behavior, I don't trust the words coming out of your mouth. >> No. No. Gosh. ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT. STOP DOING THAT. DAMN. >> AS MORE OFFICERS arrive on scene, one of them brings new information about the incident possibly being premeditated. >> This is a planned thing. [snorts] Her uh male counterpart asked if she could get out. Officer Kadiri gave them an option that he would escort them. That was like over an hour ago to get them out of 7th Street. They didn't come out to do it that time, and she just did all this, so >> So, you guys have prior interaction? >> Not with her. The male half. I don't know if it's boyfriend, husband, whatever. >> The male half came to me 2 and 1/2 hours ago. >> All right. Now for real, can you call my mom? >> No. Now for real. Okay. Now that we're done joking around, this is what I'm talking about. People that are doing such [ __ ] up [ __ ] that they live in alternate realities, okay? I talked about this quite a while ago. They have chosen another world that they want to exist in. A world where I was just trying to go to work, and all of my actions are justified because work is important. Nothing bad has happened. They will not call my mom. I am a victim here. That is the world that she lives in. And every single statement that she puts out is basically a hook, and the intention is to pull the other person into Delulu land. These people, their goal is to bring you into their delusional arena. Have you ever experienced this before? And then, when you step into their world, you're basically going by their rules. Nothing that you say about what really happened in the real world matters because you have stepped into Delulu land. Does that kind of make sense so far? So, the opposite tactic here is one, identify the hooks. They're actually quite easy to identify, okay? Things that are trying to pull you into delu- delusional world. They're basically things that you just objectively know are not real. If you feel compelled to defend yourself against something that you think is a Delulu world hook, don't defend yourself because defending yourself puts you into Delulu world. Ignore the hook, okay? Second of all, stay in the real world. Eventually, they will get so tired of being in Delulu land cuz it's not working that they'll step back into reality for a second, AND THEN YOU GRAB THEIR ASSES. That's what you do, you know? >> All right, now for real, can you call my mom? >> No, you're an adult. How old are you? >> No, the not for real is killing me. >> I don't know where she's at. She's right there. >> And and it like dude, the not for real bothers me so much because it is crazy how manipulative people can be with just a couple of small words, okay? When she says, "Nah, but for real, can you do X?" She's basically saying that everything that just happened, which is one of the biggest crimes I have ever seen on this body cam channel, she's trying to say that that doesn't matter, it wasn't important, it wasn't real. She tries to wash it away with just a statement, "Nah, for real, but" and then she does some type of call to action to move to the next thing. No, no, no, we do not erase that. >> What's the date of birth to you? 96. Okay. Yeah, you're an adult. >> I never said I wasn't. I'm just saying she's right there. Like literally right there. >> Okay. You're an adult. >> Okay. >> Your mom cannot help you. >> Don't blow it. We don't need any more of this. >> I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. Be gentle. >> That's all that I asked. Okay. >> Another minimization. I'm the victim. You are once again one of the biggest crimes I have ever seen on this channel and this is how she's acting. These people will get you. They will try. They truly will. And now she's going to cry. >> I got to go to the station and do some paperwork. So really be in charge. I'll be back. They're going to call in an evening unit so transport station is going to be the >> should throw the whole book at her? >> earlier about the situation. You mind doing a uh >> supplement? >> Yeah. Just give me kind of a rundown of what that was this morning. >> Yes, so basically yeah, I guess he went up to Wagner. He asked him could he get out and that was at 7th and Main. >> Right. >> So Wagner said no. So he came up to me. Basically he's just like, "Hey, my girl got to go to work. Okay, how can we get out?" So I was like >> Who said the whole book in the tree that came from? >> Hey, should've paid attention. Exactly. So I was just like, "Hey, I'll go talk to the officer." I was like, "She's there's no way she's going to be able to get out but if she comes outside right now, I can escort you up there if the officer is okay with it and you get out." So he was like >> I'm stealing that. Babe, I'm stealing that. >> She came out whenever she was ready and just but she was made aware because I spoke to the boyfriend so >> How do we know that that's her boyfriend? >> We don't other than him just saying like coming out and saying my girlfriend needs to get out. >> Hey, real quick. You're not injured, right? >> No. >> Okay, cuz we have fire boy here who'll check you out. >> Also >> Are you dying? >> Like dude, I'm sorry. She's so fine. Like can you You know, why why people have to be pretty and then just be doing dumb [ __ ] you know? Like what if what if you were pretty and also a functioning member of society that didn't try to run children over with your car. I don't know. That would be crazy, huh? You'd probably be living an amazing life. >> or anything? >> No. >> Do you have any conditions that we would need to know about for your safety? Okay. >> She ain't going to make work. >> Huh? >> She ain't going to make work. >> Okay. >> The barrels are there with the tape crossing. >> Do you know? >> She pulls it off. I said, "Hey, I'm sorry. The road's closed." She said, "No, I'm not trying to cause an issue, but I'm getting out." And she gets out of her car, rips down the tape. I stand in front of her car. I'm like, "Stop. Like, you can't go." Then I start calling a tag out, and she just pushes me out of the way, goes tearing down the street. I'm running after her car. Firefighter start pounding on her head. So, we yanked her out of the car after that. >> Just keep going. They only care about themselves. >> We talked to the fire department, anybody that's down there. If there's any witness information for the use of force, can we get witness information? >> Can you picture people? >> Wait, somebody in chat said, "Is that not what you are? Pretty and not committing crimes." That's very kind of you. I'm one of those people that thought that I was very ugly in high school. And also, I I've been very disassociated from my appearance for a lot of my life. I know that some of you guys are going to be like, "Oh, the ball, you're attractive. You're pretty. Whatever." But some of y'all can really relate to what I'm saying. If for whatever reason, you just had a problem with your physical appearance, you disassociate from yourself. You don't like to look at yourself in mirrors. To an extent, sometimes you don't even know what you look like. And so, because of that, I've had a very unique experience where um I have never understood the benefits of my avatar. Does that make sense? Even when I was a waitress at Hooters, I originally applied to work in the kitchen. And my titties were so big, they said, "Put on this uniform, bitch." And I was so excited. But even then, I was not the person that put myself in that position. You know, they did. The manager was like this He thought I had applied to be a girl, and like I took the job, you know? But even from there, I did not use my avatar at all. Um I was I was a good waitress, you know? Like, I [ __ ] came in, took my Adderall in the mornings, got your cups ready. I got the dididada. Yo, one in chat if you know what I'm talking about. Like, you like don't Yeah, and I'm like very I'm happy about that because like even to this day I don't Now I know what I look like, but I I tried to you know, I I never thought the avatar would get me anywhere, so I focused on other things. Some people get the benefits of the avatar right away and then XYZ. But, in the ideal world you get to work on both and also hopefully you don't disassociate from what you look like. Yes, weapons of mass destruction. Were you talking about when I said I use my boobs as a weapon? Yes, absolutely. The titties carried me through a lot of confidence. I had big boobs when I was 17 and I said, "Girls, let's get out there." >> [laughter] >> Let's go, girls. >> [laughter] >> Sorry. >> Is there any If there's any witness information for the use of force, can we get witness information? Can you put your feet up? >> Yeah, okay. All right. Oh my god. May I have a shoe for my other foot? >> Are there shoes in that car? >> I feel like for once I'm actually genuinely see someone seeing somebody use their pretty privilege because she's asking for these things as though she has not done what she just did. Because normally this probably works with guys, guys that she wants to date, guys that XYZ. She does something crazy, but then like she's really pretty and so the person's like, "Ah, okay, whatever." But, right now in this situation with the cops the face card is not working, babe. It's not working. >> Are there shoes in that car? >> Okay. >> Do you have anything in your pockets? Anything? I'm just going to reach in your purse here. This suspect, 28-year-old Kaia >> I have to look at all these. Yes. The face card has been declined. Assault, second degree. Wow. Resist interfering with arrest, disorderly conduct, failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order, resisting and interfering with arrest, and reckless endangerment. Oh Oh my god, and none of them were felonies? >> Bostwick was charged with second-degree assault, two counts of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, failure to obey a reasonable and lawful >> did she get? >> order, and reckless endangerment. During her first appearance in court, her attorney stated that Kai was trying to get to work. >> Did he [ __ ] say that, too? Did he not realize it didn't work in the body cam? >> The incident was an unfortunate reaction to police instructions. The judge pushed back and said the incident was an extremely dangerous situation, and subsequently denied bond for the suspect. Kai later took a plea deal, pleading guilty to failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order, while all other charges were dismissed. She was sentenced to 13 days in jail, and >> 13 days in jail. I I think that should have been 6 months to a year minimum.
