his son Nathaniel Espinosa on the 29th of November 2022 while father and son were on their way to the mechanic Nathaniel was pulled over by deputy Kyle null for driving too close to a patrol car seeing that his son was pulled over his father Kenneth Espinosa stopped on the side of the road not too close and waited for his son separate body camera footage shows that Espinosa was sitting in his incident Mr Espinosa's lawyer Kevin May shared that Lieutenant trugillo was found guilty of displaying a weapon misdemeanor harassment fighting in public and disorderly conduct in 1997 2006 and 2009 and that he had five restraining orders against him two of which were for domestic abuse it was also revealed that Lieutenant truo was forced to resign by the L Animas County Sheriff department but
