today we will look at two police officers who are corrupt and think they are above the law on May 30th 2023 civil rights YouTuber Jeff Gray stood in front of Ocean Springs City Hall in Ocean Springs Mississippi he held a sign that read God bless the homeless vets at that moment officer Wilder from the Ocean Springs Police Department approached him Mr Gray's visit to Ocean Springs was one of several stops along the Mississippi Gulf Coast part of his mission to investigate how each City responded to the exercise of his first amendment rights greetings everyone this is Jeff with honor your civil rights investigations I will be your civil rights investigator for the day today is Wednesday May 31st 2023 I am here in the Town of Ocean Springs Mississippi and um I'm going to go right down the road down here just down the road a little ways that way to the city Hall I'm going to stand on the public sidewalk in front of City Hall underneath the American flag with my God bless the homeless veteran sign spreading the word of compassion and love for a homeless vets and also I'm going to be conducting a civil rights investigation to see if the Town of Ocean Springs Mississippi respects our right to freedom of speech freedom of religion and freedom of assembly on a traditional public forum God bless homeless veterans huh God bless our homeless veterans okay so what what are we doing God bless the homeless veterans I heard you the first time why don't you answer my question what are you doing God bless the homeless veterans all right you need to go somewhere else why is that because your can't solicit here on the front on the property God bless some those veterans God bless them too have a nice day I'm a vet for myself and move God bless veterans ID please for what on your sign bless the homeless veterans in this situation Mr Gray was positioned outside City Hall a location that a court is likely to categorize as a traditional public forum unless there is concrete evidence suggesting a historical restriction of the area outside Ocean Springs City Hall officer Wilder's actions insinuate a broader restriction on Mr Gray's freedom of expression at that location implying that he couldn't Express himself at any time or in any manner consequently should a court determine that the area outside City Hall is indeed a traditional public forum it would almost certainly conclude that Ocean Springs couldn't fully curtail Mr Gray's exercise of First Amendment rights in that vicinity similarly if the city's argument for Mr Gray's removal is based on the content of his speech it would have the burden of proving that its content-based exclusion was indispensable in serving a compelling State interest and that the restrictions on time Manner and place still allowed ample alternative channels for expression to right yeah okay all right so what's going be you've got one of two choices so you're telling me what I have to do you've got one of two choices okay you can respect my consti tell you this I'm gonna go tell the mayor and when the mayor comes out here to tell you to leave and you refuse then I'm going to arrest you all if I refuse yes if you refuse even though I'm engaged in Constitution matter it doesn't matter no ites I'm standing on a public sidewalk in front of you're allowed to move you're allowed to leave I'm going to stay you're being told stay if the mayor comes out and tells me to leave under a threat of arrest I'll leave be right back this is a constitutionally protected activity I can't believe this all right well I just got off the phone yes sir making a phone call and the thing is you're actually on government property right I'm City Hall property yes we have the right at City Hall and me being part of the city can ask you to leave the property okay we have that right we own this thing City owned all right so at a city employee it's myself people that work in there has asked you to leave and you refuse if you want me to leave I'll leave and you refuse let me let me explain myself before you go any further okay because you're very confrontational you want to tell me what I can and can't do and you told me if I violate your rights I'm going to be I don't know in trouble I guess well let me explain this to you sir yes sir all right I'm a bad as myself all right I understand what you're doing that's fine they don't want you here on city property it's government run all right you understand that I hope you're getting all this because that way you can review it and understand it later now if you walked off the property you went somewhere else all right not on private property and did this wouldn't be a problem you understand that you understand that I'm engaged in cons protected I'm engag yes or no it's a very simple question you understand protected activ so let me explain this to you freedom of speech and freed Rel care let me explain this again if they're trespassing explain this again you're trespassed okay I'll leave now you're done how long I got to get before you go anywhere else yes sir I have a right to be here okay let me explain the law to you again I want your identification all right want my ID can I reach my pocket you can reach in your pocket okay I'm going to step away from you a little bit good I want your can we go over there and do this so I'm off the property okay IDE is right here because I have a valid reason to be here and I have a valid reason to ask you for identification don't care if I'm engaged in a constitutionally protected activity you're a military V then go get your freaking lawyer and Sue the city if you think that's a violation I would rather not do then do that because I tell you what you're not going to go anywhere with it you understand me I would rather not do that I would rather you respect my my Constitution protect their rights especially being a v i i do I do very much trespassing me come in confrontation and tell me what I can and can't do guess what you're going to you're going to lose every time is it illegal because I know what my job is I know what the Constitutional says I know what the god-given right is you're not going to tell me anything different you understand me now yes I you want you want to get confrontational I can get confrontational just that simple I did 20 years in the military I collect a VA check for being disabled yes I understand that I don't have a problem you holding that sign and saying that but when somebody tells you you have to leave and you can't do it in front of a city building guess what you got to go just that simple I'm not answering any more question good you told me to leave I'm trying to leave but you got my ID yeah I got your ID you told me I was trespass I'm leaving yes you are all right you stop me from leaving when I run your information then you're free to go officer Jill last week we sir yeah it's pronounced Gil Gil I'm sorry yeah badge number 35 how are you I'm good I'm trying to explain to the officer here I'm engaged in a constitutionally protected activity this is freedom of speech freedom of religion and freedom of assembly on a traditional public forum okay at the steps of City Hall all I've been doing out here is politely and peacefully saying God bless the homeless veterans people that are coming and going I told him I'm saying God bless the homeless veterans um and now he's he's tresspassing me off the property okay I I don't think he can do that I I think it's Constitution he's violating my civil rights students so if if somebody could please contact the mayor the city manager the City attorney and let them know what's going on before you guys follow through just trespass he's trespassed me I tried to leave but he stopped me to get my my ID so I'm trying to comply with the trespass the uh I don't know if if he told you not the way the call got reported to us was that you were out here soliciting for money holding a sign we don't know that until we come here and see what's going on well even if I was listening a still civil right even if I was but I'm I'm standing here I told him multiple times God bless the homeless veterans we that's what I'm doing he ask me what are you doing God bless the homeless V oh wait yes sir go ahead thank you we have city ordinances in the city boering handh handling things like that right I'm not saying you were doing any of that stuff we don't know that until we do our job and investigate right so it after we read your sign we see you're not asking for money you're just expressing your freedom of speech in a public place right yes um we can't have you boering though so in this city I don't know if you're familiar with the city ordinance or not if you if you stay stagnant or Idol in a public place even a sidewalk for 30 minutes or more that's a violation of a city ordinance here in Ocean Springs so am I trespass yeah you're trespass I don't come back on the city property for how long not for what you're doing you got business here you can come back and do business but can't just stand here with Hold sign leave if I don't leave what'll happen huh if I don't leave I'll get arrested yeah you get trespassed I thought I was trespassed already huh I if would I be arrested if I don't leave yes I know what you're thinking Mr Gray failed and gave the police what they wanted but if you had been in his shoes would you have made such an objection to armed and highly authorized officers Mr Gray stood his ground and stood up for his rights the rest is about the level of corruption and lawlessness of the police in April 2022 Mr Chuck was traveling in his car obeying all traffic rules rules however a police officer decided to exceed the speed limit to catch up with him even though Chuck was not breaking any rules Mr Chuck was obeying the traffic rules and decided to turn right but at that moment the light turned yellow and red and he naturally wanted to stop the police officer coming behind Mr Chuck almost HIIT him because she was following too closely things took an unexpected turn after that because Mr Chuck knew he was in the right and the cameras supporting him were recording what are you doing what are you doing I am driving on the road cuz I'm a police officer so if I'm running your plate or I'm deciding I'm going to turn or I'm deciding I'm going to pull you over it's up to me so what's going on I started to slow down to pull into this gas station and then the light turned and then you slam on your brakes because the light turned do not it turned yellow your license please the light turned yellow what do you mean please supposed to do when the light turns please thank you do you have your registration Insurance on you yeah I do hey man how's it going good I'm officer police department cool what's the reason why she's talking I'm uh I'm driving down the road here she gets behind me yeah I didn't realize it was a cop and I'm approaching this intersection I slow down yeah adding my cruise control on 50 m and then you know then I start slowing down cuz I'm going to turn into the 7-Eleven yeah and I don't know apparently she was on my ass real heavy and the light turned yellow and so I slowed down you know I hit my brakes pretty aggressively to slow down because I didn't want to you know run the red light yeah and um she almost crashed into me cuz she wasn't paying attention and so she got pissed off and pulled me over for ITA okay I got the whole thing videoed man I got like eight cameras going in here a problem it shows my speed it documents everything good good evening Sergeant C keep hey what's going on man um everything I don't know if you know who I am but no idea yours everything this whole Situation's been recorded I got probably eight cameras going okay when I drive um you know for this type of situation and and anything you know um basically I'm driving down this road right here um I'm doing I got my speed control locked on 50 okay because that's the speed limit back there um I'm uh approaching this intersection sure if you don't mind I'm going to stand in yet side because we're yeah I would too man I can pull over if even if you want me to too so we can pull P into 7el if you really wanted to um I'm driving down here doing 50 got my speed control locked in um I'm approaching this gas station so I um I start slowing down I slow down to bound to around 35 40 miles hour as I'm getting to this intersection uh the I have my turn signal on still um because I plan on pulling into the 7-Eleven um I didn't really notice the cop um I I did there I did notice that there was a a car in the lane next to me it came flying up um pretty fast from behind me you know it had to be doing at least 6065 it came from Del pra it turned onto Pine Island from delpro um I was by the time they turned I was probably about a mile and a half in in front of them okay okay I didn't realize it was I wasn't paying attention that much and to not that it was a cop at the time um I get up to like I said back to that I I I get up to this intersection the light turns yellow I slam on my brakes a little bit you know not really slam them and skid or anything leave marks but I aggressively slowed down because I didn't want to run a red light you know cuz I ain't out running red lights and especially when you guys are doing DUI enforcements and those kind of things you know and I go out of my way not to break the law in general anyways okay and so and at right about the same time she was switching over Lanes got behind me at the same time as I'm slowing down a and then almost crashed into me and had to jump over out of the lane and then back over to avoid crashing into me I got it all recorded 360° okay and this is where where I ended up to avoid her from crashing into me it was ridiculous it's unsafe for the entire Community I mean that I I want to file complaints on her sure absolutely so what's your first name what what's your first Brian Bri yep she's got everything I'm supervisor I'm here talking to if you want to file a complaint i' give you the information you can do so Al have you ever follow the complaint with us before no it's okay give you the address okay what's your specific complaint though just how dangerous and risking my life what she just did I'll put the video out and I'll I'll submit the video with the evidence to uh Internal Affairs and and then it'll be pretty obvious at that point can't do it tonight because we got to download our
