how's it going so he's just he's been mad ever since this this morning I tried to calm him down I try to like tell him like I don't know why you're mad at me I cried to him expressed to him as much as told him to come outside with me talk to me and he just he wouldn't it was really pissed at me and I just I wanted like I felt like it was for something else I'm just like the why don't you tell me so he got really mad um he does um he is trying to get a right now too so he's stressing a lot so I have my myself you know what I mean I don't like to take medications okay so and I don't smoke around my son all my smoking happens outside whenever he's napping or if he's playing right now huh where's your son this was my friend right now he's with your friend yeah so he wasn't around when this you with those things like he's a baby mama he's acting like it sorry but um where are you gonna be staying at are you gonna try to stay at your friends um I'm trying to uh call and see if she'll let me uh bring on a little place right there there's something my friend my other friends in California are the one that would let me stay with her so what about the friend that has your your um your son right now is she gonna let you stay with her him is she gonna let you stay with her him yeah it's a guy sorry like is he gonna let you stay with him oh no I don't want to uh he works a lot he he's the jelly over there I mean Dante yeah okay um hey though yeah okay so after so okay so after he he nudge you or pushed you he just he got picked up some stuff and just left and I told him that I wanted my stuff to at least leave it right there and he did it he told me that my stuff was going in the trash which is I don't what stuff did he take of yours it's just my son's stuff like that you know what I mean I'm just worried about my son stuff that's it like it's unfolding or yeah my son's clothing like I have diapers in there and stuff for him but um I'm sure you wouldn't throw your son's clothing I'm pretty sure you would just throw myself away which is fine but I still need his clothes with me yeah but if he comes I just don't like are you okay with him coming back of course this isn't his name this is his you know what I mean what are you gonna you yourself gonna be in peer if he comes back am I gonna be here are you gonna be in fear like now you're gonna worry about him oh no no no I'm just only looking because of my baby being around but I'm just I'm not so stressed about him hurting me I'm not afraid of that it's fine I can fight a dude you know what I mean that's like that's not how bad I was like they'll hook it up right for us and everything they got the electric power they got the little sewer package the little things you know to for the toilet and everything all at that time I was like dude was I thought your mom was gonna help us out whatever so that's what the whole argument started about you know just about the whole trailer situation on just like dude like I don't want to talk about it and that's what I had told you this morning I was like dude it's just something that my mom told me all I did was it just pissed me off like I didn't like the way she told me because she told me in the rude way and I was like and she made it seem like you're lazy like you don't do nothing that's it okay so we just started arguing from there back and forth back and forth and then I just told I was gonna shower the baby and then she got mad because she wanted to shower uh after that she just well she just thought that I was gonna hit her with her because I was like so frustrated this morning I just thought I'd leave him alone dude like you know I just want to be like alone let me go take even a shower and I told that dude I was like every time that you come home although every time that we wake up okay I always ask you I was like help me pack up do it so we can get out of here let's get out of here dude everybody like I don't want to deal with my real [ __ ] here no more okay she told us she wants us gone before she gets here dude I was like we only have like a day or two before she comes back I was like I want to get out of here got to get this my little TV stand that I have in there I gotta get all my groceries out I gotta get all my dishes out and then after that I gotta get all this stuff in the bathroom shampoos razors whatever that happened so like I'm just a noise that she can't help me out you know like she's she's not there to help me you know she's like dude like I just want you to help me out like she's trying don't get me wrong I'm pretty sure you guys known Andrea right enjoy for a while already you know and she has bad anger you know she was bad on drugs or whatsoever no no no no no that's what you're pursuing okay I don't know no no no no no no no no no yeah yeah no I can't make that adjustment no no no no no no I'm just saying and like little by little she's getting better you know she's improving herself she's she's bettering herself you know doing this so from this morning whenever you guys got in an argument what happened after that when you guys were walking back and forth with each other you said that she thought you were gonna hit her yeah she's not that I was gonna hit her and I told her no dude like because I kept trying to rush you know to get the baby to get the baby because the baby had fell off of the high chair walk so I told her in general I do get the baby because I had stepped outside right I had stepped outside right after that and like I had went and kicked the Cherry because she soon she's like dude like I'm tired of you assuming [ __ ] I'm the dude like I'm tired of it like so so I went and kicked the chair outside it broke right you know just a leg you know like broken I didn't mean to you know break it on purpose or whatever it's just you know out of my anger it just went on there you kicked it or yeah I took the chair and I accidentally you know broke a leg off of it by accident um and um well when that happened Andrea has stepped outside and she got mad she was like dude Orlando's gonna get mad at us she's gonna charge us for the child I do I'll buy her a new chair that they're cheap all that Family Dollar Dollar General I'll go get one I was like if I had to go to Walmart I'll go buy her a new one foreign the baby fell so when I try to rush in there she thought that I was trying to charge at her when I was just trying to you know just in a hurry trying to pick up the baby with her because he because he gets up out of the high chair while he gets up and he starts you know rocking the chair back and forth or up and down so when we heard that he fell he hit the tail by accident he didn't fall too hard he found his butt from what we've seen like how he landed he landed perfectly on his butt so I try to rescinder and enjoyed that that I was gonna hit her and that's when she called for Dante the the one of the police officers can I show you guys know yeah so she went calling him thinking that I was trying to charge at her or whatever and I was just like dude like the baby dude like the baby dude like what about the baby dude I was like you're over here so concerned about this chair I was in the baby what dude all that you're feeding the baby like just worry about feeding the baby she's like no dude you're like now the landlord's gonna get mad at us she's gonna charge us extra now she's gonna want to take us to court because we broke a chair and that's what I told her like I'll pay for a dude like I don't have no no I just got my unemployment she just got her check too I don't mind we'll go up to Silver right now and go pay for a new chair I'll go buy a new chair and have him sit on sitting right there outside perfectly for her and so she got mad we went from there we started arguing back and forth and then um when she grabbed the baby she went to the bathroom and then she kind of walked back you know getting a diaper bag whatever and I had to slit my hand on the baby you know just you know slit my hand on him I ain't do nothing to him I just lay my hand and I think Andrea assumed that I did something to the baby so she went and went as soon as I turned around she was like [ __ ] you dude like I don't know why the [ __ ] you touched my son and then as soon as I turned around she just threw like I don't know what it was a bag or something and then you hit me directly in the eye and I got mad and I was just like I kind of got like you know out of temper real quick so I was just like dude I started cussing her out I started yelling at her meeting and I just walked out I tried to leave whatever and I just do like I'm [ __ ] leaving dude I'm leaving and she's like no you're not you're not [ __ ] leaving with all my [ __ ] in the car dude like let me get my [ __ ] [ __ ] off like no dude I was like just leave me [ __ ] [ __ ] in the car I was like you act like you need it right now although it's nothing but dirty clothes and now but it needs to get washed anyways I literally have dirty clothes right here right now in the dirty chunk and you know clothes that were moving out of the house yeah and she's getting mad because she wants to get her stuff out but I'm over here trying cool myself down I'm not trying to be new here right now I literally just I was about to come over here to my mom's and everything so I don't have to you know deal with it right now right now I don't have no phone so she can bug me on or anything right now so like she just started getting at me and she tried you know she went and called for Dante and then Dante you know came along to the side right there to the side of the house because he lives right there in front of us and she came outside and like she went over there doing it and she's she tried saying I was trying to hit her with her and I'm trying to leave like dude like I'm trying to leave so I can calm myself down like I have bad time for the night I tried leaving I got in the car dude like dude I'm done with you dude I was like I was like you can get your [ __ ] later do whatever I was like you can don't have to do it there when uh whenever uh you went to go after your son that was inside the house and she thought you were here did you ever make contact with her you know their arms no I I just I know I just try to grab the baby whatever because I was like excuse me because I didn't want to lay hands on her because I know she'll try to tie me off so you know that I was like dude excuse me dude like excuse me dude like me just move out of my [ __ ] way dude so I can get the baby she goes and runs up to the baby she grabs on I do make sure he's okay whatever and he tried for like maybe two minutes and then like he stopped like he didn't seem like he got too hurt too bad most of the time when he falls like off the bed or something he cries you know for a period of time when you said that she hit you with the bag what kind of bag was it I think it was just a white bag it was just closed in there it's you know it's not going to hurt me or nothing it's just close I and that's about it but it you know it didn't get far because it's a little plastic and everything in it no it never hit her it never touched or anything and she just ran out there she went to Dante and I'm like dude I'm done with you I'm leaving also I'm going to our mom's whatever and then that's when she started telling me that I want my clothes whatever all I do you can get it back later okay you can get it back later I'll be back I just I just need my break right now that I need to be left alone and I just left I got in my car I left and she tried charging at the car like running towards the car so she could try you know stop me there and you know keep me there to get her stuff and everything and I just left I just left her but she still had a chance you know walking back over there and I just when she called up to Dante uh and she came out of the house were you falling behind her were you running after her yeah well I came I didn't come after her but I just walked out because she said I'm gonna come okay well I'm leaving dude because I'm leaving so when she left when she didn't go to Dante because right now we have no phone right now at all both of us at all so she went and she tried using Dante's phone or whatever and I think she might have asked on to the College Police or whatever and I just got in my car and I left and then that's when she came back and she was like dude I want all my [ __ ] still okay let me get my [ __ ] first before you go I was like no dude I was like just [ __ ] leave it dude I was like you're not getting your [ __ ] back right now dude I was like just leave me the [ __ ] alone dude I'm leaving I'm going to tell him and she tried coming charging in the car and I just heard it into the car turned it on and I just left and then she just stood right there at the gate just yelling yelling yelling and I was just like dude like whatever you never chased him no you never made it yeah it made it seem like I chased her butt when she said she was in a clock cops that's when I got Brian I just ran out the door too Myself and I no like when she when she ran out when she said I'm gonna call it cops I I tried running well because she was standing by the door and I tried running out and she she made it seem like I was trying to chase her but really I was just trying to leave so she I wouldn't have to have any problems with the police officer so she would just you know be left alone so I wouldn't have to have to run into the police officer so she can just calm down and be like okay well I'll do that whatever and he's gonna calm down and he said that she hits you with the bag without the only time she hit you yeah just right here on the side right here on the side of the eye right here it wasn't too hard I'm not sure if there's anything right there at all but she just hit me with the bagger right here she just hit me with the bag you know it was just a bag of clothes I mean obviously I don't think so it's kind of light yeah it was pretty lights it was baby clothes in there so it wasn't right there wasn't much in there okay so next thing okay so the best thing that we could do what I could ask you to do okay is if you guys just think separated okay yeah yeah just so that there's no other confrontations nothing gets physical or verbal and we don't put the stress in the baby okay yeah yeah no problem I mean how long will it be it to the jail tomorrow because the jail is gonna drive up to Hidalgo to Hidalgo County jail right give them the cash and he can be taken out of jail on bond okay so if I don't want language please it just depends the judge has to see him but the judge wouldn't see him until Monday because it's Saturday and the judge doesn't see anybody on Saturdays and Sundays so here tomorrow at seven on Monday then I'm just gonna go take him out if you get paid tomorrow you can get him out tomorrow you can take it to the jail and you can get him like say like 7 P.M that's fine that's fine you can bottom out whatever time that deal is 24 hours facility of course do me a favor are you ready to go can you have somebody watch your child get somebody to watch your kid that way we can go and I can take you to I'm gonna get that to you guys tomorrow at 8 pm okay but no it's not to assist the jail no I know I'm gonna go to the jail okay but that's where you take it to okay he does he did say um he asked for that I told him what you told me to tell him okay um with that being said he wants you to have the vehicle okay so that you could load the stuff up in there you have the kids clothes you guys have remote uh some kind of mode of transportation on this on the call that we got called to for the for the domestic okay a report is being generated okay that's not gonna get him in trouble I just wanted my stuff let me finish something okay so I'm gonna put your story and his story together okay in a report okay I'm gonna go to the DA's office the district attorney is going to decide if there's any criminal charges on any okay I don't want any criminal charges on them I understand but look in this case when we have he didn't even really hit me he never even hit me we have a couple in a relationship if they're investigating this there are signs of of a possible battery that occurred okay well I look me as my me as an officer I have a duty that I have to do a type of a report like I said I'm not making the decision if I'm gonna take him if he's going to be arrested for that or if you're going to get arrested for that okay that's a district attorney I'm gonna tell you this I'm not issuing you guys a warrant on it okay if you if I'll keep you updated and on on everything okay you've known me for a long time I don't do things surprisingly I tell you guys up front and I'm always honest about it okay and I'm gonna keep it that way okay so that's the way it's gonna be okay for right now though he is going to jail for the for the traffic warrant okay that's unfortunate but good thing that I don't want to tow your car we got you your car back okay um but that being said if you have any questions for me no okay no I just hope that none of us get charged I just I didn't even call to make a report I just wanted my stuff I was just trying to do a civil standby to get my stuff that's it okay but with you saying that he hit you he didn't even have he just pushed me that's it but that's something that you should have never done oh my God I was in the way he nudged me like that's it like I said the da is gonna read that I'm gonna put all that in the report okay it's gonna just be up to the D.A like I said okay it's not I'm not doing it if I felt that he did something like aggressive to you and and he was there okay he's not born so like I said there's no surprises I'm gonna tell you what's gonna happen okay I know where he lives okay 18 years old hey why are you entered missing into the into our system I was just about to call you guys about that because I freaking I freaking went to Mexico like three months ago and they told me why are you missing I'm just like I'm not missing like you can come I aged and everything I don't understand why you're 18 years old yeah if not unless my mom I'm gonna I'll call her and we'll figure that out let her know okay I'll go from there but other than that I'm not I just I was asking yeah I'm curious too because all right have a good day okay yeah of course brother we can tell them for you but we we can't have you come over here and talk to him okay [Music] foreign foreign
