on September 18th 2019 a woman reported that her husband had shot her in the head numerous members of the leville police department responded to the scene and violently arrested the woman's husband 71-year-old Frank sarelia the incident was captured on body camera I'll be back I got a sledge in my truck got person coming to the door got one coming to the door is that him going upstairs I don't know I can't see just went upstairs open the door that's him subject he's inside come to the door come to the door come to the door open the door open the door let's see your hands come out here see artificial give your other hand give us your other hand I didn't I was playing on a computer what after the incident it was revealed that Miss serapia had mental problems and even a history of hospitalization the 71-year-old man who was hospitalized after the violent arrest by the police was found to have suffered injuries to his shoulder Frank selia sued the city and the police department went over the arrest and settled for $250,000 even though this is a very short video I wanted to put it at the beginning of the video because I wanted you to see what the police did based entirely on a tip knowing that the woman had been shot in the head the cops should have questioned things after seeing her sitting on the porch in perfect health but instead they went with what they knew and ended up taking $250,000 out of the taxpayer's pockets even sadder according to the information we have received none of the police involved have been disciplined or punished on October 15th 2023 a man named Ry McGill was trying to fix his car in a hotel parking lot when he was allegedly reported by the hotel's management the police officer who arrives causes the incident to escalate rapidly the incident was recorded by a body camera not too bad officer hendri is the marille police department got a call from hotel management I was just cleaning my car out gotcha H I said you've been out here for a couple hours I you know been that long all right you got an ID on you man no no uh there's no reason to ID me okay what's your name doing anything wrong okay what's your name I'm not going to misunderstanding regarding the location's property status the driver believed he was on public property however it was actually private property under trespass law being on private property without explicit permission can be grounds for legal action if the property owner or manager requests removal and the individual fails to comply in this case the driver was never asked to leave which complicates the situation Additionally the conduct of the responding police officer has raised questions specifically regarding whether the officer's actions were Justified under the circumstances do believed he was on public property because there were no fences or signs indicating it was private as we mentioned before under Missouri law his presence on the property does not constitute trespass asked to provide identification the encounter was recorded by the man's phone got stopped by the police sitting here on break just now he's trying to ask me for my ID before he even asked me for paperwork to see what I was doing saying there's suspicion suspicion of nothing there's no crime being committed or suspected of being committed and here I am this guy is basically telling me I have presumably ably just filming and speaking loudly do not meet the threshold defined by the statute as no bystander has reported disturbance and no direct breach of peace or public decency has occurred according to observers therefore under these circumstances charging the cameraman with disorderly conduct would likely be unfounded as he does not fit the specific criteria outlined in the statute it again and you give you lockal commands and you have a gun what is he supposed to do interrogating me no he was asking lawful questions which we're allowed to it's funny how the you don't but it's funny how you played the two Street game where you can do whatever you want but we have to follow all these rules but you can do whatever you want we to talk no it's like a sovereign citizen what's a sovereign citizen look it up you read all the rule books and law books look it up you're basically a sovereign citizen from what you're done identifying yourself as so you will be treated as such
