Polie open go in watch the right door's open go go go she got Poli get every she got Poli get [Applause] get can't good good clear as the officers in interrogated them about drugs and their alleged suspect Savannah visibly shaking begged to call her uncle but her pleas were ignored the children were forced to comply standing in a row as police questioned them their fear evident even after realizing there were no drugs and that the suspect did not live there the officers lingered turning off their body cameras and continuing to search the home for another 45 minutes this was not the first time the police had raided their home just 2 months earlier in February officers had broken in under similar false pretenses and if that wasn't enough they returned again in May traumatizing the family once more The Fallout from this botched raid led to reforms in Chicago's search warrant policies public outrage demanded accountability but for Crystal and her children the damage had already been done their home meant to be a sanctuary had been invaded by those sworn to protect them however this next case unfolds a pass County Sheriff's Office eviction a lot of times they could be ducking us just not coming the door start drill yeah go ahead start drilling remember this we actually this is our third time posting this is it you post is you posted it we cancelled Zach posted it canell on July 28th 2022 deputies from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office arrived at a house to serve an eviction notice the time was 10:18 a.m. and this was their third attempt at forcing the residents out after failing to gain entry through the front door they tried the back but found it locked last week last week yeah that's a week yeah and I looked in CCIS nothing's been changed you got keys I got keys oh bro they moved nothing it's locked we usually have the electric Cod but I guess this one wasn't installed on let uh let's try the back there's nobody home either you check this morning yeah I checked CCIS and I called the law fir they is locked all right so if he wants to start drilling might as well get animal control the phone want me to call them well let's see if they're inside first you know a lot of times they could be ducking us just not coming to the door yeah go ahead start drawing remember this we actually this is our third time posting this is it yeah you post is you posted it we cancelled Zach posted it cancelled you should never cancel without verifying the address one last time they called a locksmith to drill through the lock ready to execute the eviction just as they began breaking in a voice interrupted them it was Jennifer the homeowner speaking through her ring doorbell camera she was not inside but had been alerted to their presence what are you doing at my house she asked in alarm realization dawned on the deputies as they glanced at the house number they had made a terrible mistake they were at the wrong house the eviction was supposed to be served to the house next door hello hold on a second what doing uh we're here to finalize the eviction what eviction it was posted a week ago it was posted last week my house yes ma'am my are inside what is your name my name is Jer and that is my Jennifer what's your last name Jennifer hey hey is this 47 or oh damn I think it's that one isn't it is this 47 yeah I think this is 47 This is 43 huh this is 43 we're going to have to fix her lock change her lock hey we actually we do apologize we have the wrong house it's the next St neighbors what we're going to have to do is we're going to have to they're going to have to repair their locks I don't know inside no no we're not going in we're not going in hey um real quick what's what's your phone number let me call you what's your phone number you know what I will I'm at my mom's house I will be there in 15 minutes 15 okay we'll be here do you have anything that fix a while to put in a work order have somebody come out with that stuff all right we'll wait for you I should have checked up I know yeah yeah one time I posted it on the wrong house and it was one next door and I don't know what I was thinking I guess I got it wrong in when I typed in the computer so I go up to do the final and knock on the door cuz that that day I got the right number in the computer and he goes I don't know what you're talking about he says I never got a notice I said a lot of people say that then uh half the looks next door and the notice so you had to give him 24 I had to give him another 24 I actually gave him 48 was like okay my bad it's a good thing to house next door was vacant nobody had torn the notu off it's like oh my God now with this [ __ ] thing there they're taking care of and they're going to fix it he have lock do we have to notify Ser or anything else I don't think so it's just a I mean they're the ones that are fixing it side he's fixing it as long as they don't build the sheriff's office I don't think just trying to see this is why Sheriff's Office Don't force entry cuz we don't want to have to pay have to pay anything gets damaged yeah maybe I tell stor just in case this lady complains yeah want you you want to go ahead and call him real quick yeah call hey how you how you doing how are you doing all right um hey we're doing on an eviction uh down here and I guess it's loots anyway um somehow try got the wrong number and um there's nobody came to the door and there was the locksmith so he started drilling the lock but the lady had a ring camera and she um said hey what what are youall doing there and I explained she says I don't know anything about any eviction they all say that but uh I guess tooy got the number wrong on house and uh went out looked at the she said this is 17043 and it's like oh uh anyway the the guy that manages the houses is going to just replace the lock and she seems cool with it she said okay just you know happens but uh we're doing the eviction on the the real house now um this is one we've tried to evict three times and it keeps going back of circle so let me make sure I hear what you're saying we posted the eviction right we posted a notice on a on a location today we show up with the property manager the property manager calls for a locksmith the locksmith drills it out and in the process it's discovered that location no no that we executing at the long wrong location um the um he started drilling the lock it didn't complete didn't go inside so um we didn't go inside we never made entry and he's just going to have to replace the dead bolt he's got one with him so I'm just confused as how how we location I you know I I thought when we pulled up uh we pulled up right in front of the house and uh you know got out of the car and and Troy said yeah this is it so we went up to the door and knocked on it like normal um it's it's an oversight I guess on all of us cuz not all three of us didn't notice that scrambling to correct their error the officers apologized promising to fix the damage and change the lock at no cost to Jennifer however their blunder had already shaken her to the core the thought of officers nearly breaking into her home believing her to be a tres professor in her own property left her rattled and Furious Jennifer demanded accountability but the officers downplayed the mistake as a minor mishap it's not a big deal one of them muttered but to Jennifer it was her trust in law enforcement had been shattered in an instant lell hey how you doing hey we uh so it was an accident I understand it was an accident whose responsibility is it to read those numbers uh it was all of ours okay and what company are you from Invitation Homes and what company is that is that HOA is that a mortgage company it's a renter company okay do you have a card I don't have a card okay we're replacing the lock now so we're going to get you a new lock we didn't touch I need multiple keys because I need keys for every single person that needs to have a key I don't know how many it comes with how many how many it comes with two I need I need they need to have a key my M okay so that's one me myself my husband okay um my mom so that's four his stepmom so we need at least five five P so let's make it seven okay cuz my husband likes to have extra stuff okay do you hear that there's three dogs in there that I can't get to M you understand who who do I need to take this up with I am shaking right now because I'm so incredibly upset it was it was an accident and I understand that but look what you did it wasn't a it's not a big deal it's it's not a big deal my are inside okay we didn't get we didn't go in ma'am it was an honest mistake we didn't go inside your house we're replacing it he's going to replace the loot this the house you get your video running run it why can't you get into your dogs yes ma'am and I don't know if I lost you know what can you go in through my back door I don't I don't why can't you use this why can't you go through here did you already change the BL no we didn't do anything we drilled the little holes on the side of it but it's still it's still good we didn't get in contact with a caller as his exwife I want something I want something what do you mean you want something I don't know what that means I want like an apology we're we're offering a huge apology I'm sorry ma'am it was I think you did mess up that L yeah we can through my back door I don't think I locked ma'am it was an honest mistake and we do apologize it's it's here's the thing we've got so many of these right now and we're backed up and we're trying to get them all done and my number is on the house yes ma'am you're absolutely right it is on the house you want me to jump in the bad fence and check the door well we had we didn't go in the house and nobody went in the house no no I mean just so that I can come through the where we can take and then put her key in there and we key it to her key so all the keys she has will be the same key you have you have your key currently for this right so what they have is what they call a Smart Lock a Smart Lock is they're going to change it you put your key in they're going to change the lock to your key so everyone's keys are still going to work it'll all be the same you it all be the same you have to do nothing but it's going to be a new lock on the thing it's not going to have this fine yeah well he can continue taking the dead Bol out then you can't get in your house he's going to have to take it out anyway right yeah yeah all right right you related to I'm I'm the neighbor we're really close yeah finish she wants me to finish doing that I know she do I she's upet but we didn't go in her house no no no I know I she's worried about the dogs too she can get in to get them no being able because she's oh if anything we can still drill out the lock and get in but that wouldn't be an issue all right well I I mean I'm going to I'll do this do this do they have a but it's full I don't think they can get in that way and the dog thing there like sister's house you want me to jump back there and see if the slide is open ma'am where's what's her name probably is she he can continue getting that lock out and then you can go in yeah I'll jump and see if the thing's open though is open I think this one is let go through there it'll only take a minute hey Corporal if she wants to jump if just in case just in case I would say just in case yeah sorry ma'am I I totally get that it was a mistake but I hope that you guys it from from a home owner's perspective that is totally caught up on everything and when I have my ring camera going off and I see a drilling we were trying to make it in contact with you and that probably would have solved everything but um we're going to make it right okay he's going to change the lock and then uh all your keys will work all your keys will work and that's the lady that got evicted you know her yes she didn't move anything and she had a dog too and that's what threw us off cuz she had a dog we heard barking then we heard your dog barking I think that's what threw us off Mama all your keys should fit all my keys should fit even the bottom you didn't do anything we didn't touch the bottom that that's a cool perfect thank you so much you're welcome have a wonderful day you too and if you I'm gonna get my room cuz I just threw metal all over your okay we're sorry again I'm sorry okay I'm sorry that I'm no no no I believe me I get it yeah though they replaced the lock and attempted to make amends the incident highlighted a glaring problem officers were willing to break into a home without Triple cheing their own paperwork but hold on your seats because this next case unfolds awake W Police Department raid wo Police Department on June 3rd 2023 officers from the Waco Police Department responded to a distress call regarding a man reportedly kicking a door and yelling at a residence on the 3,200 block of North 20th Street in Waco Texas the caller mentioned that the suspect was shouting but also insisted he was not trying to cause harm however a critical error occurred the wrong address they informed the homeowner apologized for the misunderstanding and called for a supervisor to arrive on the scene despite the tragic outcome for the pet no further actions were identified himself from the start the situation would not have escalated in the end no arrests were made and the officers left the scene however this last case unfolds an idiotic SE police smash into wrong Home Police the search warrant police the search warrant on June 4th 2023 Conneticut police executed a search warrant in New Haven just before 6:00 a.m. they were looking for a man suspected of possessing child pornography however they stormed the wrong apartment let me see your hands let me see your hands is there anybody else inside this room with you no no no no no why why where where's Tim who Tim you're you're you're your your go Tim the neighbor downstairs so he's down down downstairs no I do not know where he is all right why stand by okay we'll explain everything to you all right there's currently a search warrant being executed the officers burst into a residence where a frightened 20-year-old woman lived with her 4-year-old brother and their mother the officers demanded to see their hands unaware they had the wrong location as they searched the rooms officers found the young woman's mother Stacy Whispering without understanding the situation they immediately handcuffed her meanwhile officers assured the daughter that everything would be explained but at that moment she was told to stay put and away from her phone despite the police's insistence that they had a valid search warrant the mistake was glaring the suspect they sought lived in a different apartment downstairs fortunately the commotion didn't wake the four-year-old child once officers realized their error they released Stacy from the handcuffs and allowed her daughter to reunite with her apologizing for the intrusion the police admitted they had mistakenly gone to the wrong floor the warrant had listed the correct unit but the officers miscounted the floors and stormed the second floor apartment instead of the first eventually police did enter the correct unit arresting 35-year-old Timothy Juro however just 5 days later he took his own life in response to the wrongful raid the New Haven Police Department promised to replace the damage Department door and gave the family case details for insurance claims however the psychological and emotional damage had already been done leading the mother and daughter to file a lawsuit against the department this was yet another Scandal for New Haven Police already Under Fire after five officers were arrested in 2022 for paralyzing suspect Randy Cox in custody if you enjoyed this video make sure to subscribe and hit
