Colliver was taken to North Alabama Medical Center for canine puncture wounds before he was booked into the Lauderdale County Detention Center. Colliver was not part of the drug investigation on North Locust Street. He walked into the operation, kept coming back, ignored the road warnings, and ended the night facing charges from a case that did not start with him. Florence police released the full body cam footage after shorter clips had already spread online. The department said the force was reviewed and found within policy. But the reaction was not one-sided. Florence's city council president also said what she saw on the body cam footage troubled her. Colliver's current listed charges were resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and interfering with a police dog. His bond was reported at $2,500. [music] He's presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty, and no final court outcome was publicly confirmed. Drop a comment below. Did officers give him enough chances to walk away, or did the canine deployment happen too fast? And subscribe to the Body Cam Archive for more real police footage breakdowns.
