your ID and then you can

you're just being disrupted all over

the Handcuff handcuffs can only get so
small uh typically on guys it's not a
big deal because our wrists are are
bigger on a woman of of smaller stature
um with really skinny wrists the the
phenomenon of slipping cuffs is it's a
thing don't

in a ton of use of force instances you
see people failing to comply with lawful
wers from law enforcement this is a
great example of that if the cops would
have showed up obviously they're in
uniform you know it's not like you're
dealing with undercover narcs that show
up not looking like these are in uniform
on duty police officers if when those
police officers showed up those two
suspects were like here here's my ID I'm
really sorry probably nine times out of
10 that would have ended right there
those ladies both would have went home
could have continued their night
somewhere else having a good
time there we go that looks
polite she she only drunk today she kick

both suspects under control another
problem arises with one of the female's
handcuffs no no she's got one slipped

non-compliance like they had here and
then you use that response to pain to
elicit

window over there you could see the one
on and she slipped out and that's why I
said hey she's got the one cuff out so
we went to grab her and then yeah she
swung back and that's when I didn't I
saw I saw her swing at you I didn't see
it connect I know you saw the yeah I saw
the mark right there and then it was
just I don't remember I don't remember
if I reached for the other hand or what
well you're trying to secure the hand is
the one and she just she was just
flailing it cuz we're trying to keep her
uh you
know the woman in white was charged with
battery on a law enforcement officer
resisting with violence and resisting
without violence the woman in green was
charged with three counts of battery on
a law enforcement officer resisting with
violence and resisting without violence
they are innocent until proven guilty in
a court of law all right so that was the
first video I watched so this is my
introduction for Frank to Midwest safety
