This is my first thing ever getting like >> I guess you did it right. >> I'm in college. I'm in college so like I DON'T KNOW. >> YEAH, YOU'RE GOING TO GET ME OUT. YOU SUCK at this fitness strip clubs. >> Don't >> I don't TRUST EITHER OF THEM. >> FOR ENTITLED BRATS, confidence usually [music] disappears the moment consequences become physical. One second they are talking tough, the next they are on the ground learning that cops were never playing their game. This is when entitled brats test cops and gets [music] dragged back to reality. First, a cocky 19-year-old challenged police headon, unaware that her outstanding warrant was [music] about to come to light. >> On the 3rd of January 2024, a traffic stop for following too closely in the rain initially seemed like nothing serious. But after officers smelled marijuana and began checking the people inside the vehicle, their attention quickly shifted toward the female passenger. >> How's it going? You're just following that car in front of you a little closer. That's all it is. Not a big deal. It's just raining, so you got to stay back. You got your license with you? You stay in Alabama or you stay over here? >> Okay. Did you have your ID on you by chance? You don't have it? What's your name? Huh? What's your last name? Huh? I'm just asking. I'm out with you guys. You got the registration insurance. Pull in this parking lot so we don't get hit by a car. You can look it up on your phone and I'll check back with you in a second. OKAY. You good? Uh, I had a little piece of paper. All state car. >> Back here for me. >> I don't like you jumping out of the car. You got any weapons on you? >> That way. Can I pet you down for weapons real quick? Huh? You ain't got no weapons on you. You got a medical card. >> The male driver was fairly cooperative from the beginning, giving officers very little trouble. But once the investigation shifted toward the female passenger beside him, they were met with a completely different attitude almost immediately. >> Take your hands out of your pocket for me. >> What's going on? You've been requested to get out of the vehicle. That's what's going on. >> I know what happened. Somebody tell me what happened or what? >> It'll be explained to you in just a few. >> What's her last name? She's going to get it or is she going to go to jail? You don't even know who it is. That makes sense. Well, this is going to go about I'm going to make it as easy on y'all as it is. You know, y'all make it on me. Do you make it difficult on me? I promise you I'm going to help you out. I'm fixing to you have any ID on you at all. Okay. What's your last name? >> Yeah. Yeah. I'm going to explain it to you once and uh you refuse at that point, then you're going to go to jail. Okay. Um the car smells like weed. He doesn't have a medical marijuana card. So, I'm fixing to search the car. >> That's not mine. >> It doesn't matter. So, so you can either provide your name or you can go to jail. It doesn't matter to me. >> What's your last name? When asked for her name, the passenger repeatedly wanted to know what was happening instead of simply providing the information. Officers explained that the vehicle smelled like marijuana and gave her a very clear choice. But one basic question about her identity was about to uncover a much bigger problem. You want to act? You want to act? I'm not acting okay. You're showing your ass. I'm not acting cool. I'm actually >> relax. >> Nope. You stop. >> Dude, I'm going to hurt your head. >> Yeah, that's not really the point. But you want to show your ass. So >> I don't want to show my ass. Stop it. >> Like all grab. >> Are you done running your mouth? Cuz I'm done listening. >> Have you ever been searched by female law enforcement before? >> No. >> Okay. >> I just felt I was confused. I was confused. Well, I'm confused, too, because when my partner over here is asking you for information and you all of a sudden you start tensing up, pulling away from him, then we going to take that as >> active. >> And then the reason she was so determined to keep her identity hidden finally came out. Kayla had an outstanding warrant. Officers quickly detained her and the secret she fought so hard to protect still came out. >> Yeah. Showing your act again. >> Yay. What's that? >> We're just orderly conduct. I don't know. You tell me. I don't know. >> I don't know. >> I don't either, >> dude. Why? >> Because we had to go hands on with you. >> I didn't know what the [ __ ] was going on. >> Doesn't matter though. >> You let us do our job >> and you don't end up face down on the ground. >> Well, I don't know where I'm being arrested for. I didn't even know that I had a war or nothing. >> Well, okay. So, you do. So until you know what's going on because you know these handcuffs go on just as easy as they come off. >> Yes. >> So she has no idea what that warrant is. >> No warrant. I don't even know if that like I didn't even know that cheese. >> I didn't even know how warrant >> Well, I didn't even know that's I don't ever get in trouble for years. Like I never get in trouble with nothing. So like this is my first thing ever getting like >> I guess you did it right. I'm in college. I'm in college. So, like, I don't know. >> How old are you? >> I'm 19. >> The 19-year-old college student then started emphasizing how young she was, that she was in college, and that she normally never got into trouble. But officers made one thing clear. The warrant was one issue while resisting their attempts to detain. Ha. >> What do you mean? Why? Why? I don't. >> Cuz you you can't resist. >> But I didn't know. Police. But yeah, if he tells you to turn around, put your hands behind your back, we can detain you just on a plain smell of marijuana. Hey, just lean up against it. Okay. >> November. >> November. >> Yeah. So, two months, a month and a half ago. What did you do? >> The only other thing I can think of is is whenever we were um the pot whenever I was looking at Santa Villa at unless I meet that. >> Were you part of that fight with the dogs and all that? >> That pul That was the one that makes sense. Okay. >> Yeah. I don't understand why I got that. I don't understand why I got that though. There was it came out in the 19 and apparently there's a bunch of dogs involved and then you were chasing after a person and somebody chased after >> No, I was just pulled off. >> It wasn't between you and Kayla. >> Huh? >> Kayla Hudson. >> No. >> Okay. >> Me and Lauren. Yeah. I remember she was choking dog and I pulled I pulled a dog off of her >> and she came at me and I came at her but nobody has each other or nothing or nobody anybody. >> Okay. >> So I don't get why for that though. I don't know, dear. I wasn't there. I heard about it, but I wasn't there. >> The warrant turned out to involve a disorderly conduct case from roughly 6 weeks earlier. But instead of dealing with that old charge alone, Kayla was now hearing about obstruction, a consequence that had been entirely avoidable. >> What happened? Like I was just sitting. >> It's probably a It's a secondderee misdemeanor disorderly conduct. You >> have another misdemeanor for what? >> Obstruction. So I probably get probation or some [ __ ] >> You wouldn't even probably get probation for something like that. What happened? Yeah, you're going to jail now. Then you'll have a bond. You should have a bond proposal. And what if you bond out? Then you're good to go. >> But what if I can't bond out? Like I don't have money. >> You can hire a bond for 25%. But it's a minimum of 100 bucks. >> But I have my people's number. Like >> give your We'll give your phone. You'll get >> You'll get your phone. You'll get contacts. Yeah. >> But like Okay. Yeah. My Wi-Fi. >> Is that your phone on the hood? That was Yeah. >> The one that Yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> to crack it while you're pulling away from it. I didn't know though. I didn't know. >> Girl, why you getting mixed up with this stuff? You got a pace sweat softball hoodie on. Do you play softball for pay? No. >> No. It's one of my one of my friends. >> Under Florida statute section 843.02, resisting, obstructing, or opposing an officer who is lawfully performing official duties without offering or using violence constitutes a first-degree misdemeanor. Under Florida Statute Section 877.03, 03 engaging in fighting conduct that breaches the peace or other disorderly behavior can constitute disorderly conduct, a secondderee misdemeanor. Kayla was charged with obstructing police and was also wanted for disturbing the peace. Based on the incident that occurred a month and a half ago, her total bail amount was set at $1,500. Next up is an intoxicated woman who tries to run from a traffic stop three different times hoping to avoid a trip to jail. A B C D E F G F G H J K and then I will repeat. >> On the 21st of August 2026, police stopped a vehicle after it was seen driving recklessly on the road. But once officers approached the driver, they quickly noticed suspicious signs of intoxication. >> How you doing today, miss? I'm good. >> The reason I stopped you is somebody called you in for aggressive driving. Okay. >> So, um I just wanted to stop you. Um, I saw you hit the curb a couple times. Just stopping to make sure that you're okay. >> No, I'm good. >> Okay. Do you have your license and insurance card? >> No, I I live down the street. >> Okay, that's fine. I need your license and insurance card, please. >> Thank you. Do you have insurance on the vehicle? >> Yes. >> Okay. Could you show me an insurance card, please? >> Do you have an insurance card, miss? I do. >> Okay. Are you able to show it to me or >> I don't even know where you're if you have a digital copy that's fine. If you have one on your phone, >> would you like me to give you a minute here? I'll I can be right back with you. Okay, just uh just stay in the car. Okay. >> Jennifer did not seem to realize she was being given a very easy chance. Stay still, hand over the documents, and let the officer check things out. Just seconds later, she decided to test whether stay in the car was actually mandatory. myself. >> 21. My driver just took off. Continuing northbound now. Stop your car right now. If you continue any further, this is going to be flee to elude. You will be going to jail. >> Ma'am, step out of the car. Step out of the car. I'm >> sorry. >> Get out of the car. >> Why are you guys >> step out? >> I'm going home. >> No, you're not. You're going to sit right here on this curb right now. Okay. >> Yes, you are, miss. >> You're going to be mean. >> I'm not going to be mean to you. But you can't take off in a traffic stop like that. You know what that's called? >> What? >> That's flee to elude. >> It's a criminal offense. >> Go home. >> Okay. Well, we're not going home right now. In the middle of the traffic stop, she suddenly drove away. Jennifer was not leading officers on a high-speed chase. It seemed more like she simply believed, "My house is right there, so I can go home if I want." >> It's going to stay right there. Okay. It's not going to go anywhere. Sit back down on the curb. >> Okay. >> Can you subject? >> Nope. It's okay. It's not going anywhere. Okay. I don't want you back in that car cuz I don't want you to drive away on me again. Okay. So, I want you to sit back down on this curb. Please sit down on the curb. Thank you. Okay, just just give me No, give me a few a few minutes here. Okay, and I'm going to be right back with you. Okay, not right now. Jennifer, sit down. >> My phone. >> Jennifer, stop. >> No, >> my phone is >> Sit back down. Okay, I'm about to If you get up one more time, I'm putting you in handcuffs. >> Okay, thank you. >> Let me go home. Well, we're going to talk about it in one second. I just I haven't even added your name in my computer yet because I keep having to attend to you. Okay. I literally just I'm trying to check if you have a valid driver's license. >> But distance from home does not decide whether a traffic stop is over. Officers warned her again and again. Yet, she still kept trying to go back to the car. >> Handcuffs. Put your hands behind your back. Stop. Stop. This is going to Put your hands behind your back. >> You're being detained right now. Stop. >> Yes, you are. Okay, >> ma'am. I'm going to have to put you on the ground. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. N >> I can't trust you to not get up. >> Okay, go ahead. You can just keep going. >> I'm going to double lock these handcuffs now. >> So that they don't double lock on you and I'm going to have to babysit you until I >> So do not move. >> Not like that. >> Is this your car? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Really hurts though. >> Well, maybe I can adjust them. >> Well, I could stick a whole finger in. >> I did my best not to detain her. >> Okay. >> One, she took off. So, I had her sitting on the the curb. Okay. >> You know, but she continued to keep trying to go in the vehicle. I'm like, "No, we're not doing this." So, I put her in cuffs and sat her back down. >> The irony is that the handcuffs did not appear because of the original driving complaint. They appeared because after she had already driven away once, the officer no longer trusted her to stay put. >> I can help you out. Ready? I >> can't even get off. >> 3 2 1 >> Oh. >> Okay. All right. I'm going to use this. >> I can't get off. >> Okay. >> Can't get off on. >> I'm going to push you forward. Ready? >> Not red. >> Uh fireball. >> Fireball. Okay. Have you consumed any alcohol today? >> Okay. >> Earlier. >> Okay. So that would be very Is there any alcohol in the vehicle? >> No. Have you consumed any alcohol today? You consume nothing. So can I just ask you a question? Why would somebody call and accuse you of drinking Fireball? Have you drank a Fireball today? Yesterday? Do you drink Fireball? >> It's kind of a weird Wouldn't you agree that's a weird drink to just say somebody's drinking? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So you got no alcohol today at all? >> Nothing. Okay. And you hit the curb. >> Now I'm at right down the street. >> I know where you live. Yeah. I've met you before. Okay. >> Um, my name is Larry. Do you remember me? >> Where? >> My name is Larry. Do you remember me? >> No. >> It's been a while since I ran into you. But anyways, um, you know, I did. I double you up under. >> So, at your house? >> Yep. At your house. >> Where? Right down the road. I know where you >> I don't know the address you're I don't know the name the address. >> Deputies noticed her slow speech and other signs of impairment. From there, officers asked Jennifer if she would perform field sobriety tests. Um, it's not that big of a deal. You can't be arrested for drinking alcohol. It's when you're impaired that makes it a crime. Do you understand that? So, you can drink a keg of alcohol, but as long as you're not impaired, that's where the criminal act becomes. Okay? Our job now is to do a DUI investigation based off the factors of the nature of the call and what we've observed since we've been here. Okay? It is your right to refuse all those tests. We're explaining to you, we're at the point of we want to administer fuel soiety test. If you pass the test, you're on your way. If you don't pass the test, then we have other options that we can talk about. Does that make sense? >> That's where we're at. Deputy's going to ask you to admin. He's already asked you. So, do you want to take the test that we're going to provide to you? And they're very simple test. >> A test. >> Can you recite the letter the alphabet from letter A to Z without singing it? >> A B C D E F G H I P. Let me Hang on. That's hard for >> that's hard for anybody though. What's your first name again? >> Jennifer. >> Jennifer. Okay, listen. Calm down. Relax. Please test her for me. >> Officers were not pressuring her just to make her fail. In fact, they kept reassuring her, changing the tests, and explaining that the goal was simply to see whether she was safe enough to drive. But even the most basic awareness tasks became a challenge. All right, I'm going to have you put your feet together and your hands at your side like this. Okay, keep your head still and follow the movement of my stimulus with your eyes only. Keep following my stimulus with your eyes until I tell you to stop. You understand? >> No. >> Okay. Make sure you keep your head straight for me. Okay. >> Sorry. >> No, you're all good. >> It's hard to like watch that. >> No, I got you. Are the lights distracting? >> Yeah, exactly. Here. >> Okay. >> Okay. Turn off the front ones. Perfect. >> Make sure you follow it. Keep your head straight. Okay. >> Like that. >> Yep. >> 1 10002 to 1003. I can't do it. I'm not going to be able to. Okay, you can keep trying if you'd like or you can stop if you >> ready. >> Okay, go ahead. >> 1 10 100 2 1003 Dude, I can't do it. >> Uh, we're going to go on to the next one. Okay. >> But with every test came a new reason why she could not complete it. And once she refused to provide a breath sample as well, officers had to make their decision based on the totality of the circumstances. >> With all the tests that we did, I'm going to have to place you under arrest right now, okay? >> For uh potential UI. All right. Do you mind putting your hands behind your back for me? >> Where am I going? >> You're going to go to Lake County Jail. Okay. >> Yep. >> Why am I going to Lake County Jail? >> Cuz you're driving under the influence. >> Why am I going? >> Do you got any weapons on you? Knives? Anything like that that'll stick me focus? >> No. Okay. All right. I'm going have you face in front of the camera. Face me. Okay. Right here. >> Okay. Back of my hand. I'm going to search your chest area. Okay. Okay. Got anything in your pockets? No. >> No. Okay. Mind just spreading your feet apart for me like that. Okay. All right. Back of my hand. I'm going search your chest area. No weapons. Nothing over here. >> Nope. >> Okay. Back of my hand. I'm going to search your buttocks area. Okay. Back of my hand. Search your B area. Okay. Back of my hand. Let's search your buttocks area. Okay. Keep your legs spread apart. You keep your feet spread and place in the back squad. Under Illinois Vehicle Code section 11-204 subsection A, willfully fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer after being directed to stop constitutes a class A misdemeanor. Under section 11-501, subsection D, driving under the influence can become aggravated DUI when additional aggravating circumstances apply. If the driver's license was suspended or revoked because of a prior DUI, subsection D, paragraph 1, subp paragraph G applies, making the offense a class 4 felony. In the end, she was charged with fleeing to elude and aggravated driving under influence. In the next special, this entitled brat talks down to police only to realize life doesn't always go her way. >> Cuz there's been advice that you crash into the mailboxes. >> I didn't. >> Okay. On the 14th of July 2025, officers received a call about a young woman causing a disturbance in a residential neighborhood. When they arrived, they first gathered statements from witnesses at the scene. >> I have a baby in the house and I hear knocking on the door. Knocking on the door, knocking on the door. I guess the girl wants to get in touch with my friend who's sleeping. Um, driving around here like a maniac. She almost ran over my foot or something. I asked her if she wanted water to calm down. She's banging on the doors. Everybody's coming out to see what's going on. She's not allowed on the property. The homeowner is actually leaving work right now to come here to deal with this. She's sleeping. I guess they hung out last night. She got drunk. She had nowhere to go. She ended up sleeping there. >> Is that her right there? >> Yes. She was supposed to leave, but she's racked her. I I don't know. But I was sleeping. I just had surgery. I'm not even supposed to be out here. But she's being very disruptive. um and like zooming off going around the corner almost hitting a car. She still hasn't left. Um she's mad at her because she got she left her there sleeping and she was drunk and she woke up and didn't know where she was because she couldn't drive home. So that's kind of what's going on. >> How old is she? 19. >> 19. Okay. >> According to the residents, Gabriella had been too intoxicated to drive home after the previous night out. When she woke up, she wasn't happy about being left behind, and the entire neighborhood was quickly getting a front row seat to that frustration. >> Good morning, >> Gabriella. Is that correct? What's going on this morning? >> So, you stop right there. You stop right there. >> Oh, sorry. I'm They didn't know I looked harmless, but um this is the second time you made me come over here just to Can you not record me? >> I'm not recording you at all. >> Okay. Can you stop pointing the phone at me? Because if you were in a position like this, I wouldn't do it to you. >> Okay. Okay, Gabriella, what's going on this morning? >> This is the second time you tell me to drive over and you [laughter] I live in Miami. I drive here. >> I woke up in my hang. >> Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath so I can understand what you're saying. >> Okay, slow down. Take a deep breath. >> In my home, asleep in the neighborhood. Like you don't do that [ __ ] to people. She lived with me. I would have never I never >> Okay, take a deep breath. >> I never left her on the street like that. Now she's talking [ __ ] I DON'T UNDERSTAND, BRO. I DON'T understand what I did to you. >> Gabriella, how did we get here this morning? >> I was with her. >> When? >> Take a deep breath. Relax. Officers tried to piece together what happened, but Gabriella was far too worked up to calmly explain it. Just from looking at her, it was clear she was too intoxicated to fully understand what she was doing. >> Okay. >> She driving me here and now she calling the cops on me. [snorts] >> Okay. When did you get here? >> I don't know. Do you know? >> You were too up. You were I drove you here after you got drunk and you were leaning over in the car. I parked the car and I said, "Gabby, lock the door. I have to go to sleep." I went inside. I couldn't even bring you inside. I got in trouble for how late I got here. I never told you you could come and spend the night. >> So, the two of you went out together last night. >> Okay. So, after you went out last night, what happened? >> I wake up in like >> Okay. Were you guys drinking? >> Were you using drugs? >> Gabby, >> are you good, bro? >> Gabby, I'm speaking to you. acting all like >> Gabby >> brand new >> Gabby >> Gabby I don't think you are able to drive. >> So if you get behind the wheel of your car you're going to have a problem. >> Given Gabriella's condition officers made it clear she shouldn't be driving. But that's typical of stubborn people. The more you try to reason with them the more they'll do it. >> Gabby stop. >> That's fine. She's allowed to record. Okay, Gabby, you need us to pull over, please, cuz they've been advised that you crash into the mailboxes. >> I didn't. >> Okay. Well, we're going to review the video. So, and I don't think that you're in any condition to be driving. So, I want you to pull over and get out of the car, please. Watch yourself. Watch yourself. Okay, Gabby, step out. >> I'm not going to step out with the car. >> No, >> Gabby. >> Hey, you got a window? >> No. >> Gabby. >> Hey, if you don't open if you don't roll this window down, we're going to bust the window. Ordered to pull over and step outside, Gabriella instead locked herself inside and repeatedly refused. Officers even warned that they would break the window if necessary, but she seemed determined to find out whether they actually meant it. >> We are about to break your window. >> Is the car in park? >> What are you doing? >> Okay. Is the car in park? >> What are you DOING? >> I'M NOT GOING TO STEP OUT. WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH YOU DUMBASS PEOPLE, BRO? NO, I'M NOT STEPPING OUT WITH THE WRONG WITH YOU? YOU'RE NOT GETTING ME OUT. WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH YOU? I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. >> GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE. >> I'm not getting out of the vehicle. You're so ugly. Get me out. You suck at this. >> I got it. I got it. I got it. I didn't even do anything. [crying] >> A locked door didn't get Gabriella out of the situation. Once officers removed her from the car, she kept resisting and turned to insulting them, even bringing their families into it. Somehow, she was still finding ways to make things worse. >> I know karma's going to get you, guys. Don't worry. >> Don't worry. >> Not worried. It's going to happen to your daughter. Luckily for me, >> a Don't you worry. What happened to your mother then for this? >> Sure do. >> Yeah. Yeah. I wasn't here 16. Do >> you have anything on you? >> You start dumb ass. >> Do you have anything on you? >> I said no. No. Dumb. You not here. >> Well, you going to jail today. >> All right. Take me to jail then. >> Okay. Whose car is this? >> Guard her legs. Please >> lady. >> Oh, what? What? How bad happens to your daughter? >> He's a teenager. >> I didn't even do anything, bro. >> I didn't even do anything. >> Hey, I'm going to get hit. >> You relax. Get >> me do something now, Leo. >> All right. Now, you're going to sit up. Bring your knees to your chest and sit up. >> On the count of three, you're going to stand up. One, two, three. Stand up. >> I need my phone, bro. >> All right. >> I need my phone. Yes, I need my phone. >> Grab it for you. >> Under Florida Statute Section 7 84.07, 07 subsection 2, paragraph B. Knowingly committing battery against a law enforcement officer while the officer is lawfully performing official duties elevates the offense from a first-degree misdemeanor to a thirdderee felony. Florida law separately criminalizes resisting an officer. Resisting without violence falls under section 843.02, while resisting by offering or using violence falls under section 843.01, 01. Gabriella was ultimately charged with battery on law enforcement and resisting arrest, but the chaos is far from over. Next, this aggressive woman bites a police officer like it is nothing, then immediately tries to act like it was all an accident. >> Bite you. You have a camera. >> There's a D there. >> You have a camera. I did not try to bite you. >> On the 9th of July, 2025, officers responded to a bar to investigate a reported battery. But before they could even figure out what had happened, the woman involved was already creating an entirely new set of problems. >> She's about to go to jail. Don't listen. Give me your right knee. You're going to go to jail. >> Give me your right knee. >> What did you say? >> Give me the right knee. You're going to go to jail. [music] >> Back off the phone. >> I'm sorry, but you need to get off my phone. >> Let go. >> You need to get off my phone. >> You need to get off your back. >> Your feet are tain. I need you. >> [music] >> Stop. Don't do it. Stop. >> You seriously are not allowed to. >> Absolutely. >> I'm not allowed to. >> You're not going to go to jail for resisting a second. So, listen. >> Please get off me. Please get [music] off me. >> Seriously, please get off me. >> Once that ID you, I'll let you go. I know you're being >> I have my ID. >> Hey, you're not >> I have my ID. I have my ID. I have my ID. You missed the opportunity. >> Will you let go of handcuff? >> I already said I have my identifying. >> Now you're under arrest. >> Officers simply wanted to identify Sophia during the investigation, but she became fixated on repeating, "I have my ID." while resisting detention. A basic request for identification quickly turned into a physical struggle that never needed to happen. >> Sit down. I have to sit down. >> Sit down. You need to listen now and act like an adult. SIT DOWN, >> OFFICER. I HAVE MY ID. >> I have my You're detained right now. Listen to what I'm telling you. Sit down. >> I have my ID. >> Sit down. >> I have my ID. >> SIT DOWN. >> I HAVE MY ID. >> WE ARE INVESTIGATING a battery and you're the offender. >> I did not BATTERY ANYONE. LOOK AT MY ID. >> Sit down. >> I have my ID. >> Sit like he's asking you TO. DO NOT >> SIT DOWN. YOU don't sit. >> Sitting down me. >> You're about to go if you don't let us down. Sit down. >> If you have WHY ARE >> YOU TRYING TO BITE MY PARTNER? Sit down before you TRY TO >> SIT DOWN. DETAIN ME. >> I'm not trying to detain you. You are detained. >> What are you doing? >> I have my ID. >> Is it a lesson? Help me. I have my ID. >> You have to listen. >> What's your Is your first name? >> At this point, having ID or not won't change the situation. So, it's best for her to remain silent and abide by the law. >> You You say that in court. You say that in court. >> You say that in court. T R E. How do you pronounce it? >> T L R E Y R. >> How do you pronounce it? That's how you That's how you spell it. You ready to listen what's going on or not? >> You said someone called you. >> Yes. >> Where's the Okay, so you said someone called you. >> Yes. >> Who? >> The establishment. >> Who's the establishment? What's your name? >> What bar are you in right now? >> Neighborville. >> What bar are you in? >> What do you mean? >> What bar is this? >> What do you mean? >> The establishment. The bar that you're in. >> This is Banter. A N E R. >> So they have security staff here and a bartender here. So you fight the woman. >> I did not fight a woman. >> They also said that you took her stuff which was on you when we came in come in contact with you. You did. You took the phone. I did not. >> It's not yours in a wallet. It's not yours. >> That's why I'm mad because >> they were in your hands. They were in your hands when I came in contact. >> No, I did not. >> And then you're not listening. We were asking to give you your ID. You're being detained. >> No, I gave you my ID. That's why you had it. That's why you have it. That's why you have No, I asked you to not detain me because I would give you the ID that's in my bag. >> Phone and phones in our faces. >> No, I asked you to not detain me because I would give you the ID too much to drink. >> Mr. S L G I don't talk to them. Call your lawyer. You're fine. Call your lawyer. Keep going. Call your lawyer right now. Call your dad. Call your lawyer. >> Mr. G. You're not part of this. Go. Is that his name? How do you pronounce her name? >> Once Sophia finally listened, officers explained they were investigating allegations that she'd fought another woman and had the woman's belongings. But instead of helping clear things up, she remained far more interested in arguing about being detained. >> Hey, stop yelling cuz you don't call the shots. You're about to go to jail and about 3 seconds if YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH. >> BUT I UNDERSTAND THE LAW AND I know that you don't has information about my name. Put it in your car. >> Whose phone is that? >> Put it in your camera. >> IF YOU DIDN'T, >> how old are you? >> I will swear to you the law that you did not Mr. S. >> Way too old to be acting like this in the bar. >> E L I did not put his phone into the camera. You're in handcuffs cuz you're acting like a child. >> No, I'm handcuffed because you two did not know the law and handcuffed someone. >> Wrong. Felt like you're about to say something else. What else? >> Who did not commit a crime? >> Is it against the law? >> WHO DID NOT commit a crime? Is it against the law to try to bite an officer? >> What? >> Yes. >> No. >> Could you go to jail right now? Yes. >> No. >> Are we trying to work it out elsewhere? Elsewhere? Yes. >> No. So, if you want to keep acting like a child and keep talking and run your mouth when you don't know what you're talking about, you'll go to jail. >> I'll leave. >> I'll leave. I'll leave. The other option is you can sit down and >> stop talking. >> Sophia insisted the officers didn't understand the law while they reminded her she'd resisted and allegedly tried to bite one of them. Despite all of that, she was still about to be handed a remarkably easy way out. When you go home, >> I want I want you to Google I want you to Google trespass laws. I want you to Google battery. I want you to Google assault. >> I also want you to Google what entertainment is. And then hopefully hopefully next time you come out and drink. If you keep touching me like THAT, YOU'RE GOING TO GO TO JAIL for battery. >> What are you talking about? >> Don't grab my hand like that. >> What are you talking about? >> You just squeeze my hand. >> I did not. >> It's time to act like an adult. >> I did not squeeze my hand. >> Get out of the bar. Do >> I have my all my ID? >> You came in here with >> Leave the bar now. >> You need to leave the time to go. It's not time outside. >> Leave the bar now. Why are you calling 911? >> Because you guys use 911. You call 911, you go to jail. >> 911. >> Leave the bar. Now your name. >> Leave. You have 3 seconds to start walking. >> Leave the bar. Leave the bar. >> They have to not stop. Stop this. >> No. I need your name. >> They have given you multiple warnings. If you don't leave the bar, you will get arrested. >> You're not allowed back here ever again. >> But Sophia apparently didn't know when to stop. Instead of leaving, she kept arguing, called 911 with multiple officers standing right there, and ignored warning after warning. Her final opportunity to walk away was disappearing fast. >> Hands behind your back. >> We told you under arrest. >> You're You're under arrest. >> You so right now. >> Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Do not resist. >> You're under arrest. You're under arrest. >> What? >> Number one, false 911. Don't call 911. There's four officers right here. Go to jail. >> What is your issue? >> You need to act like an adult. You know, you don't know how to act like >> I told you 100 times. We gave you a chance to leave. I could have taken you to jail 20 minutes ago. >> For trying to bite an officer, for resisting, for failing to identify, and now you're calling 911 multiple times. We told you not to call 911. It's harm. It's conduct. >> I'm not sure where my friend is. >> You called an officer asking if we were real. They have this. >> The woman was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest. Next. This dumb girl does not want embarrassing footage of herself posted online, even though moments earlier she was acting completely unhinged. >> This recorded. >> Yeah, don't post that. >> Well, I mean, I don't post it. >> Please don't post it. >> On the 17th of June, 2025, officers responded to a crash scene after a female driver lost control, crossed the median, and finally stopped on the roadside. >> Hello. Who was driving? >> I was driving. >> Do you have your license, Mr. P? Yeah, it's in the car, but like I hit the medium and like I don't know what happened. Like it just went wrong. >> Can you give me the >> Yeah. Can you bring your flashlight boys 52? >> Can I use your flashlight, please? >> Where is it? >> Is it on the other side or >> Were you guys in the vehicle? >> Yes. Um, who was in this car? >> Us three. that I didn't I didn't see it and like he he like breaks really like fastly that I didn't understand like why he d like he drops like he like he went like on break like really fast >> and I understand why. >> Okay. Do you have the registration? >> Yeah. >> Do you need any medical attention? I just feel like I hit my legs and my feet really hard and my arms, but I don't think I need any medic like medical like anything like >> I just feel like I'm bruised. >> Can you get your uh registration for me? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I think she might be >> She blamed the car ahead for breaking suddenly, but officers quickly noticed something else that needed a closer look. >> Okay. Cuz the way you're talking to me, I can smell some alcohol on you. >> Yeah, I had a a little bit of alcohol, but I'm not like really tipsy. Like I feel like I'm capable of walking and >> So how many? A little bit of alcohol. How much is that? >> I had a twisted tea. >> A twisted tea. Just one. >> Yeah, just one. >> Uh how how many ounces was it? >> It was a small can and it was like a peach tea. >> A peach tea. >> Yeah. And I didn't even finish it all. >> Okay. >> So like I said, no, you know, I could smell it on you. >> Yeah. I I'm I'm not going to lie to you. I did have a little bit of it and I didn't finish the whole can so that's why I thought I was capable of driving. >> Okay. >> And >> that's fine. I mean so based on all that would you be able to would you be willing to submit to the field soiety test to make sure that >> I'm willing to do that. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Did >> can I just don't know if she needs to be seen. >> Do you need do you need checked out or no? >> Um I hurt my leg a little bit but like >> Do you want your vitals checked? >> Are you mom? >> I just felt Okay. Like that's my app and I understand but like I might have had a drink but like I'm not drunk. >> Oh and I I didn't say you're drunk. I I could just smell it. >> Like you based on that because I took a shot but like I >> So you drank that twisted tea in a shot? >> No, I took a test but like I understand like there's a certain amount that you can drink and that you can't drink to considerate that like you are drunk and all >> but like I don't think that I'm drunk. >> Okay. So that that's why I'm going to do these uh field sobriety tests to make sure that you're good to drive home. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Can I blink? >> Yeah, you could blink. >> Okay. >> Aubrey first admitted to an unfinished twisted tea and then a shot entered the story. Still, she insisted she felt perfectly capable of driving and agreed to perform the field sobriety exercises to prove exactly that. Then you want me to turn around >> like instructed. >> Make sure you count your steps out loud. >> One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine. Turn around. And one 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. Let's turn around. One 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Turn around. >> Okay, you're good. 2001, 2002, sorry, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009. >> Leave your foot parallel. >> 200 8 No, wait. 9 10 11 2012. Sorry, I'm just not You're okay. >> 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, [snorts] 2017, 2018. Sorry, I'm not that coordinate. 2018, 2019, 2012, you can stop 21. >> The exercises became harder than Aubrey seemed to expect. Before long, she was beginning to wonder whether an arrest was coming next. >> All right, Aubrey, go ahead and turn around. Put your hands behind back. >> Am I under arrest? >> Yeah. So, you're under arrest for driving under the influence. Okay. Can you show some light? >> Yeah, I got I could [snorts] >> Can you do a SI, please? >> Sia. >> All right, come on. Oh yeah, you can put on your sand. [snorts] >> Here. [clears throat] >> Oh, you want to take her cops instead? >> Take these. >> No way. >> Okay. Going to lock down a mouse. >> Then is this your car? Like don't see you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. It's going to be towed by sunset. Okay. Just let you know. I'll give you the card um to the officer who's [snorts] arresting you and you'll get that with you. Okay. >> Did I fail the drug the test? Uh, so it's not a fail or pass. >> Oh, >> it's basically it shows whether you're >> Yeah. Show signs of impairment. >> The answer came moments later when Aubrey was arrested for driving under influence. She kept asking whether she'd failed the tests or how far over the limit she was, but officers explained they were looking for signs of impairment, not a passing score. These cuffs are really hurting me. >> I'll take one off right now when we're uh whenever I sit down. [snorts] >> It depends. Sit down. This one. That one's going to have to stand. >> I know you can smell alcohol, but I feel like I'm not that drunk. So, it's not so much as how drunk you are. It's the fact of So, the test that he did, it's not pass or failure. >> Can you help me please pull down the table? Oh, >> I'm sorry. It's okay. So, like we were explaining is those tests aren't pass or fail. They're they're designed to show any signs of impairment. So, that's what it is. So like I'm I'm sure I had a shower or two, but like I'm sure there's a certain percentage of like how much you have to be, you know, if you get rested. >> Any amount impairment to the slightest? >> Oh, so I'm drunk. >> Well, I mean, again, I'm not the one who did your tests, but I'm definitely >> Aubrey remained focused on one point. She simply didn't feel that drunk. Officers explained that impairment was what mattered. At the hospital, Aubrey briefly denied driving despite admitting it earlier. >> Okay. How soon can I get bailed out? >> So, you'll have to wait till the morning to see. >> Are you serious? I have to sleep here. >> No, you're not going to sleep here. You're This is not the jail. >> Dude, look at my leg. That leg's horrible. >> Oh, yeah. >> He's um once you guys are done here, he's going to take you to the hospital, get medically checked out, and then from there, you go to the jail. >> Okay. How am I going in the hospital? >> No. >> Oh, also. >> So, yes. these [ __ ] They're not [ __ ] >> I'm going to drop them all and I'm just dating one them [ __ ] >> Hey, is this recorded? >> Yeah. >> Don't post that. >> Well, I mean, I don't post it. >> Please don't post it. I >> I [laughter] know. But there's I know there's someone that likes to >> get these videos, so it's public. >> I love you, but you for not like saving me. >> That you good, though. I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. >> Okay. Honestly, my >> She badgered the officers about using the bathroom like this was her own private service stop. Then in a strange twist, she brought up her dream of becoming a nurse. >> You must bail me out right now. >> All right. So, >> no audience >> like in order to get off the >> Wait, what am I getting charged with? >> Aggravated DWI. >> Aggravated. >> What was my damage? >> 18 and.1. >> What? And what is it supposed to be? That's double the limit. The limit is >> the limit is 08. >> Oh, how do I fix that? >> You go to court. >> I'm trying to be a nurse. It's not that's not going to happen with that. >> You're going to go to court. >> I'm doing something. >> Not really. >> Did my mom show up or no? >> I think it was your aunt. >> My aunt told my mom, huh? She said that >> and then I >> I don't know. I just saw your Oh, yeah. She said she was going to tell >> and I told her not to. She said I have to. >> Not that big. >> The result of her blood alcohol test was 0.18. That's 0.19 g of alcohol per 210 L of breath, [music] which is more than double the legal limit. She was booked at the detention center and held until her initial court appearance. But things didn't end there. This time, police had to head to the airport and deal with this stubborn little princess. >> Charlie, I'm on the go. Get up. >> On the 4th of April, 2023, Atlanta police were called to the airport because a Southwest passenger was denied boarding due to intoxication. The airline rescheduled the flight for the following day, but Jessica wasn't about to leave easily. >> She can't get to the flight. >> Hey guys, >> I'm here. All right. So, I guess you >> I already know >> every day. Same. Okay. >> All right. Please go home. >> Yeah. But you're not going to go home until tomorrow. They might rebook you. >> It's not happening today. >> I have to go home. >> It's not happening today. >> Do you know anybody here in Atlanta that you could possibly stay with? >> Okay. >> Next time you got to wait to drink until you get to your destination. Hey, [clears throat] >> she going to get some >> she can sit still she can do but other than that she get >> No. Well, she's already booked for tomorrow. So, I'm taking her. >> I'm booked. >> They have you rebooked for tomorrow. >> Can I talk to >> mom? >> Yeah. >> Talk to the office. >> Mom. Oh, it's me. >> No, I know. >> Jessica wasn't even under arrest at this point. Somehow, a fairly easy solution was already becoming unnecessarily complicated. >> Hi, ma'am. This is Officer Kendall. I've been called out because she's intoxicated. Of course, with Southwest policy and guidelines, they're not going to let her fly for another 24 hours. So, >> yes, I understand. >> So, I have to take her out of a secure area. So, I would just explain to your daughter that she needs to go ahead and comply or she will go to jail for public. >> Um, all we're trying to do is just take her out of a secure area. She's at this point she's not detained, but I have to remove her from the gate. >> Want to relax? >> She's not booked until tomorrow. Told you that. >> So, if you could explain that to her for me, I'd appreciate it. >> Say, why'd you hang up on your mother? All right. So, I'm going >> I'm going. >> Okay. Come on. I'm going to take you out of a secure area. >> You might want to talk to your mom. Talk to your mother. Don't hang up on your mom. >> I'm not I'm playing. Just bring it down. >> Should I go to the bathroom? >> If you need to use the restroom. >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Come on. Let's go to the restroom. Get your bag. Okay. >> Let's go. >> Yeah. Cuz it's going to be a problem. I'm not even going to leave that out. Come on. Let's go. You said you need to use the bathroom. Let's go. Come on. >> Right now, you're just going to use the restroom and then we can talk to your mom and see if she can book you a problem. >> A hotel. >> It's not going to be a problem. Just go with >> Apparently, it is. Apparently, it is. >> Where's the restroom at? >> Ma'am, it's going to be right here. >> Officers kept giving Jessica chances to use the restroom, call her mother, and calmly leave the area, but she didn't seem to realize her easiest option was quickly disappearing. What is her name? >> Come on. Come on. My name is Jessica. >> No. What happened was unfortunately they >> name. Come on. >> My name is not Kate. >> Okay. What is your name? >> Jessica. >> Okay, Jessica. Come on. Let's go. >> No, I'm Come on. >> Come on, Jessica. Let's go. >> Listen, Jessica, you're going to work yourself up into something and you don't want to go to jail in another state. Let's go. Come on. I got to take you out of the secure area. Let's go. >> Come on. Breathe and walk. Come on. Just breathe. Come on. Come on. Let's go. Let's go. Put your foot down in front of the other. You're okay. Come on. >> No. Okay. >> You know what? >> That's fine. We're not going to do this tonight. >> You're putting handles on you. >> I am. >> I am. >> Okay. You But it's okay. Are you going to comply or not? Are you complying yet? Yes or no? Now, let's walk to the car so I can drop you off. >> Let's go. >> Let's go. Come on. Let's go. >> Jessica was clearly warned that she could simply walk out or eventually turn the situation into an arrest. She insisted she would cooperate, but that cooperation wouldn't last nearly long enough to change where the night was heading. >> Let's go. No. >> LET'S GO. NO. >> LET'S GO. >> NO. >> NO. >> NO. >> Let's go. Get up. >> No. >> Get up. >> No. >> Get up. >> No. >> No. No. >> No. No. What are you doing? What are you doing? Throwing me. >> No. You throw me. >> Get in the vehicle. >> No. >> What are you doing? >> Get in the vehicle. >> What are you doing? What are you doing? What are you doing? Help! No! No! No! No! >> Eventually, the patients ran out. Jessica was handcuffed for being publicly intoxicated and refusing to comply, then continued resisting on the way to the patrol car. Missing her flight had officially become the least of her problems. >> Okay. All right, Jessica, cut out for us. Step out there. >> You can step out. Are you being mean? >> Here are being nice to me. Yes. I'm going to be nice to you. Come on. You're good. >> I want the other one. >> Yeah, you're fine. >> No. >> You're fine. >> No, >> you're fine. >> What's wrong? >> You got to pick We got to get you out. >> No, >> Jessica, you got to come out. >> No, no, not there. >> No, she's not going to do anything to you. She's with me. So, I got you. Good. Come on. It's cooperate with us. That's all. This way. Walk this way. >> Thank you. Yes. You get inside, they going to get some phone number. The phone for you. You can call me. >> Yes. When you get home. >> Yeah. When you get in here, they going to turn your phone off. They going to get you something about the phone. >> We will over here. >> Ultimately, she was convicted of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. But the officer's shift was far from over when this lover struck troublemaker decided her devotion was worth challenging the police. >> Come on over here. >> Let me sit down. >> On the 31st of October 2025, officers responded to a home after a woman allegedly broke into her boyfriend's residence. She claimed she'd been assaulted inside. But as officers started asking questions, the story quickly became far more complicated. >> What's going on? Hold on. Hold on. And we ain't going. All right. All right. All right. We ain't going anywhere right now. Okay. We ain't going anywhere right now. All right. >> He was throwing me to the ground. >> Okay. Relax. >> Cuz I found him watching last night. >> Okay. All right. Relax. Okay. >> We're going to figure out what's going on. >> Let me just go home. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. >> I never want to see him again. I want to get out of this house. >> All right. Relax. All right. >> He pushed me to the ground multiple times. How much have you had a drink? Cuz you're you're you're wreaking >> somewhere for 3 years. Can I please leave? He threw me to the ground multiple times and I just >> No, we're not we're not we're not leaving yet. Okay. Need to relax. >> He threw me to the ground multiple times. >> You already said that. >> I know, but it hurts and [clears throat] I just >> You want an ambulance? >> I want to leave. >> Okay. I mean, are you hurt? Do you want an ambulance? >> I don't have insurance. I don't want an ambulance. I just want to leave. My dad is right there. I just >> I I already spoke to him. I already spoke to him there. Okay, relax. Okay, [snorts] calm down. >> He wants to beat him up, too, because he's such a piece of [ __ ] >> but he's not going to because he respects the law and he beat me up and I just want to go home, >> okay? >> Please, >> just hold on. Okay, >> I don't want to be here. >> The police approached her while she was in a state of emotional distress. Their first priority was to help her calm down. >> Okay, so what? Just kind of take me through this. What? What happened today? >> You said information. >> I left my phone and my keys to my apartment at his house [snorts] last night when I got in a fight and he called the cops on me >> last night. What time was this? >> Probably around like 9. >> 9. And what happened then? >> I found his phone. >> Okay. >> And ran out into the car. >> Okay. >> And asked him to drive me home. And he wanted to drive me home. >> Okay. >> So then, so then what happened then? >> What did the what did what did the police do? I found my friend pulled up and it worked out perfectly. >> Okay. >> For he pulled up looking for his wallet and I asked him to give me a ride home and he gave me a ride full. >> Okay. >> But I came today to get to get my phone and my keys to my dad's apartment and he wouldn't let me in and his dad was screaming curse words at me over the ring. >> Okay. >> And so I went in cuz I know how to get into his house cuz I've been dating him for three years. >> Okay. So now we're going up today. You came here. His dad's in there too. His dad is not in there. >> Okay. So, what So, so you came here today for what? >> My phone and my keys. >> Your phone and your keys. Okay. So, take me through that. What happened? >> I left them in his car yesterday. >> No, no, no. What happened today? >> I walked in here. >> Mhm. >> And asked for my phone and my keys and then he threw me to the garage. >> So, what do you mean walked in? Were you banging on the door? Were you >> He wasn't answering. >> And he wasn't answering. >> I wasn't yelling and screaming. I was just banging on the door. >> And then And then you said And then you said he wouldn't let you in. And and I knew how to get in. Yeah. >> So, how did you get in? >> Through the window. Because I've been dating him for 3 years and I know how to get into his house cuz his dad banned me from his house when I bent his Trump magazine. >> The police understood the gist of her story. Then, while the police were taking her boyfriend's statement, she became angry again. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Don't go in there. >> What did he just say? >> Come on. Over here. >> Let me sit down. As long as you sit there. >> He beat me up in there. >> Why did there was on my own try to run on you? >> This was him beating me to the ground. >> Then why would you go in there? >> Cuz I love it. >> Well, how's that working out for you? >> Well, when he said to stay right there, why would you run past him and then run over here? >> What were you trying to do? >> WHAT WAS THE PLAN? >> HE HURTS ME. >> WHAT WERE YOU TRYING TO DO WHEN you went inside? What was the plan? So sad because he went to a strip club with his son. >> When asked why she would possibly do that, her explanation was remarkably simple. She loved him. From there, things unraveled quickly. You guys are >> You got to go on cuffs >> now. Get on the ground. >> They told me strip CLUBS ARE OKAY AND THEY'RE NOT OKAY. >> On your stomach. >> They told me strips are okay. >> Get on your stomach. >> They're not okay. >> STRIP GLOVES ARE NOT [screaming] OKAY. >> STRIP GLOVES ARE NOT OKAY. STOP LAUGHING. >> THEY SAID THEY BOTH FIT THE strip clubs. >> I DON'T TRUST EITHER OF THEM. >> Let go. Let go. Okay. Let go. >> Stop calling me. >> Okay. >> You guys are disgusting. >> You got to tighten those up. >> Yeah. >> The fact that you think strip clubs are okay. You should not. >> That's actually not what I said. You asked me if I had BEEN TO ONE. >> [screaming] >> YOUR SO YOU THINK YOU'RE OKAY. >> STOP IT. >> STOP CLAWING ME. You're going to get another charge. >> Can you guys please just elucid him a little bit? I've been here. >> You know that. No. >> No. >> All right. You go up. GO UP. >> YEAH. [screaming] >> ACTUALLY, YOU KNOW WHAT? Stay right there. Can you keep her there? She fought officers as they tried to restrain her, then somehow turned the confrontation into an argument about whether strip clubs were acceptable. Meanwhile, police still hadn't even finished investigating the original incident. >> All right, she ain't going anywhere now. >> All right, >> guys. Good. I talked to the guy. Yeah. Yeah. >> Well, I thought we were before, too. So, >> can you please loose just a little bit? I I got hands >> and >> they're nice and loose. They they >> they're really not. I got I got scores from hand. I got fake now. >> Okay, just stop. Stop moving around. I can fit my entire finger in them. >> I can't though. Can you please loose? >> They're actually too loose. >> No, they're hurting me. >> We can fit a pinky in. >> If I can fit my entire index finger in there. >> They're reallying hurting me. >> I heard you. >> They're not for comfort. >> They're not design. >> Yeah. And I got kidnapped in them. >> Just sit still. You'll be fine. >> And now I'm getting kidnapped cuz he beat me up. He pushed me low so many times. I just want to leave. How did you get here? >> I My dad drove me. My dad's right out there. I want my dad to drive me home right now. >> How old are you? >> I'm 21. >> Okay. >> And I've been since I was 17 and he beat me up. Can I Can I please just take I'll I'll keep the feet ones on me. >> No. No. I don't trust >> No, I don't trust you at all. So, no. >> I mean, it's not necessarily my decision, but I I would if it was my call, I wouldn't take these off. >> Can you please at least loosen them a little bit? They can't be They cannot get any more loose. >> I got kidnapped. My parents paid $40,000. [snorts] >> They were both >> from my house. >> Can you please loosen these a little bit? They really, really, really are. Please. >> Once restrained, her attention shifted to the handcuffs, which she insisted were painfully tight. Even though officers could fit an entire finger underneath, she still expected to leave with her father, but that option was no longer on the table. >> [groaning] >> All right. >> You >> watch the stairs. >> No, I'm going to go with my dad. But can you please >> No, you're under arrest. >> No, you're under arrest, sir. >> For what? >> Well, home invasion for starters. >> I don't know how a home invasion if he has my phone. The home is a home invasion if he has my phone and my keys. My dad brought me here to get my phone and my keys and wouldn't give them to me. So, I had to go in the way I knew how to because we've been dating for 4 years. But did you guys hear that he stole my phone and keys? >> Can you take me to the hospital instead, please? I hurt my head. Yeah, please. Can you take me to the hospital? >> The woman is charged with aggravated assault of a police officer, domestic assault, property damage, AND TRESPASSING. >> HE'S MY FRIEND ON FACEBOOK, BRO. >> HE IS? >> YES. >> WELL, that's pretty good news, right? >> I swear you want to figure OUT WHERE WE'RE FROM. >> ON December 1st, 2025, officers in Washington responded after an off-duty store security officer reported that a woman had been smoking marijuana inside a Walmart and then drove away appearing impaired. And from the first contact, it was clear this stop was not going to stay simple. >> Correct. >> Correct. Just recording. >> If this is a uh highway patrol, is this correct? >> Well, right now we're off the freeway. >> Is there anything I can assist you for? And why was I pulled over? So, >> yeah, that's what I'm trying to tell you. So, >> okay. Well, I I just got on the freeway. I just left Walmart. And she's acting. >> While she remained in the driver's seat, officers reached back out to the original witness to lock down what had happened inside the store. And as that account described smoke, stumbling, and erratic behavior, Ayana was already building a very different version of events from behind the wheel. >> Big mood swings. Big mood swings right now. buying last name, shaking your hand. >> Why are you going to speak to me? This is another Lego stack. I just talked to three people. How can I assist you? >> I just came to talk to you. I'm here. >> How are you? It's the first of the month again, right? >> Where are we going today? >> You want to rap with me? Call safe patrol lines. >> If you touch my car the wrong way, see, you just exit the car the wrong way. >> You step out of the car. Okay. As the stop went on, her mood shifted rapidly from friendly to threatening and back again. And when deputies tried to move the investigation forward by asking for the keys and getting her out of the car, she redirected the entire encounter by turning up the music and refusing to cooperate. >> Okay. At this time, you're under arrest for DUI. Okay. >> For what? DUI. >> Need you to step out of the car now. >> I'm not. Nope. You want me to speed off? You thought you were smart. NO, I'M NOT. And even after she was secured in the patrol car, the argument only kept going. you know that you are subject to arrest getting a DUI from Walmart. >> Can I read this too so I can explain everything?
