Viewer discretion is advised. February 28th, 2025, police responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle in an area known for drug activity. Local businesses in the area contacted police after witnessing several individuals approach the vehicle and quickly leave. Here's what happened next. Yes, sir. Hey, how you doing? Good. Just got in the car. Did you ever go talk to the people that did? I just got in my car. You said there was suspicious activity in there. I didn't say you were involved activity. Don't even know, man. He ain't got no man. I got a lawyer. Do you have an ID on yourself, sir? Did I commit a crime? Possibly. I haven't committed. I have reasonable suspicion that that you committed a crime. Or you can or you can step out of the car. Go ahead and make a city injury on city. No problem with this sitting right here patronizing businesses. That's what we do. It was called in by a reporting person that the vehicle was a suspicious vehicle doing handtohand drug transactions. Apparently, there were evidence of these drug transactions. Cab drivers coming up, other people coming up on with an ebike. Okay. Coming up to your truck. They gave the license. That's not my truck. Okay. Well, you were inside that truck. Well, I got an ebike sitting behind the truck and I got a location on that ebike. Listen. Yes, I'm listening. Okay. So the officers who wasn't who wasn't me approached the truck announced their presence as police officers of the reason why they were there and apparently you guys were not providing any identification of who you guys were. Okay. And that is a number. So all these calls have a time. It took y'all a few minutes to get there. Took every Okay, cool. Say no more. Gotcha. said the house on another call for that to help out those officers because they were trying to Well, sir, I give it that. They cannot lock me up for resisting arrest with no charge. Either I'm charged with drugs or I'm charged with. I know I'm not charged with that because everything just don't make no sense. I know exactly where I was, my location's on, everything, you know. So, we already know that. No, like I say, you a training officer. You know it's some [ __ ] Well, I know they gave a description. If they called in with that much, they gave a description. The driver was charged with possession of marijuana under 20 g and resisting arrest. The passenger faced the same charges and was released pending further proceedings. On March 11th, a warrant was issued for the passenger after failing to comply with pre-trial conditions related to the February arrest. The warrant included the original charges and carried a $75,000 bond. 2 days later on March the 13th, while still in custody, the passenger was additionally charged in a separate case with trafficking and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
