He saw us. >> Oh, he saw it. >> Ma'am, >> two black guys. >> Who did you give it to so I can go search their butt crack? >> On August 12th, 2025, a man places the keys to his $245,000 Aston Martin DBX inside the vehicle, expecting his girlfriend to shortly go outside and pick up their son from school within a few minutes. But around the corner, thieves managed to sneak up and steal the car before she's able to do so. This is the body cam footage of the responding officer. >> Come over here really quick. >> Come here really fast. I need you to sign something. >> You you Yeah. You don't know who took it, right? >> Sorry. >> You don't know who took the car, >> guys. Listen. Yeah. I have no idea. So, my boyfriend literally Anthony Martin SUV new car. It's crazy. I'm shaking. >> All right. Give me one second. I need you to sign this. >> He's coming out. Put the keys in the car and said, "Okay, babe. He's in the car. go to pick up our son. 2 minutes later, I'm opening the door. I'm like, "What? Where's the car?" He's like, "Are you joking?" I'm like, "No." >> So, it's you and your husband's car. >> Me and my boyfriend. >> Oh, it's your boy. Who's registered owner? >> Both. Oh, >> both. >> Oh, registers. Oh, hold on. No register. Let me call him. All these questions, you know, men usually. >> Here. >> Who is registered on the car? Police is here. >> Anything back in the tank for the >> police is on the loudspeaker. Who is registered on the car? Me and you or just me? >> Yeah, both both of us. >> Both of us. >> And you you you don't know who took the car or anything, right? >> You didn't see any anyone is suspected? >> Yeah. One one >> I saw. >> Oh, he saw it. >> Own it, ma'am. >> Okay. So, the guy saw it. >> Thank you. The guy saw it. Car stolen. Our our our saw it. >> Absolutely. >> Who cares? All right. Give me one second. I'm shaking. >> All right. That was the most important thing we needed. All right. Come over here. [Music] Where did that guy go? >> It's like a ring out of Miami that come up here to steal all these high-end cars. >> I'm going to need you for a minute since you saw. Did do you know did you get a good look at the guy who took it? >> It was a red sedan twodoor with a hatchback. >> So I was in that window and I was doing the trim work on the inside that red candy apple red that >> the other cop was showing me. Two black guys, one with a a red hoodie and one with a black hoodie. They They they had their heads low like this and they kind of peeked around a little bit. The one ran to the driver's side door and as soon as the the one guy got into the into the car >> the other guy didn't even he just ran back into the Kia and they just and they bailed and I and I'm not kidding you. It took 5 seconds. They went so fast, man. I've never seen anything like it. Okay. >> I couldn't believe it. I mean I I was like that's why I was wondering if the car got stolen cuz it was so fast. >> Yeah. I'm like, >> did they steal Did they just steal that car? >> Okay. >> And then two 3 minutes later that other cop was here and those people were were outside and giving their statement. It was that that quick. >> Okay. So, it was just it's something that happened within seconds. You were saying >> 5 seconds. >> Okay. >> Start to finish, man. They were quick. >> With help from the police chopper, officers spot both the Aston Martin and Red Kia flying down the highway. suspects end up ditching the Aston Martin in a parking lot and then hopping into the red Kia and moving across town to another parking lot. The thieves thinking they're steps ahead of the officers call an Uber X and quickly ditch the red key. However, not knowing they're being surveyed by officers the entire time. Shortly after, officers conduct a traffic stop on the Uber X. The guy's on the floor up there. [Music] >> Stop walking backwards. >> Take a couple steps to the right. >> Slow down. >> I got him. I got him. >> Walking back. >> Open it. Open it. >> He's not double lock those. Go clear from the driver's side. >> Locked. >> Just check it. >> Just check it. >> Clear. >> You can test me out. >> Yeah. Give me one second. [Music] That's as good as you going to get at the moment. >> What's all this for? >> I'll let you know in just two seconds. Arrest. >> Uh, you're detained at the moment. First name. >> Samaria. Z A M E A R I. >> Hang tight. We'll explain to you what's going on in just a minute. >> Yeah. >> I didn't get full on in. >> I got weed in your pocket. >> You got weed in your pocket. All right. >> Two seconds. Once all suspects are detained, the officers still have a problem. They can't find the key. And apparently the man who was driving the stolen Aston Martin claims he doesn't know where it is. Leading police on a massive hunt to find the stolen key. >> Dude, I never walked in with no key, no nothing. >> Okay, then where is it then? If you didn't walk in before, >> where is it? >> Never w never got out here and walked in with no key, no nothing. the people that saw you go. What we want to do is we saw you unlock the car >> on video, bro. >> What we want to do, I know what I'm saying. I gave it back to one of them. I hopped in the car and gave back to one of them. This >> But where can we find that key so we're not shredding her house apart? >> I honestly don't know. >> Which Who did you give it to? >> I was in a in a back seat. I don't even remember. >> All right, listen. >> I swear I got >> They're going to be pissed off. They're going to be pissed off. You know what I mean? Like, I'm just telling you. >> I'm listening, >> right? You know what I mean? Like, we got to do what we got to do, right? Like, game's over. >> Lost the game today, right? >> It's fine. >> See this key? >> Look at the key. >> You see this key? You see how big it is? >> Okay. What that means is when we write the search warrant, we're going to search everything in the house that's this size. So, whatever might have dope in it, guns in it, anything in it, we're going to look through because we got to find something this small. where you can tell us where a key is and it will be done. And I don't give a [ __ ] what's in the house. I don't care if there's dope. I don't care if there's guns. I don't give a I'm here for a key. But because the key is this small, that means I'm going to search through everything. I'm going to search inside toilets. I'm going to search inside pillowcases. I'm going to search underneath [ __ ] mattresses, in mattresses, in the attic, every thing there is. So, whatever dope is in there, whatever gun is in there is going to be found because I'm looking for something this small. And that's going to affect her and that's going to her. I just want a key. >> What I'm saying? I don't I don't Everything that you just did. >> Let me finish. The three people that went don't have the key. The car doesn't have the key. The only person that's unaccounted for is you. That means the key was in your possession when you left the car and went into the house. So, either you dropped it outside or you dropped it in the house. I don't give a [ __ ] But we're going to find every gun and every piece of dope and every other thing that's in there that's worth a damn because we're looking for something this small. >> Yes. So, can you tell me where the key is or you get who you gave the key to so I can go explain the same thing to them so we can get the [ __ ] out of here and I can go home and not get in. That's what I'm saying. >> You're saying I got out the key. I had the key. >> No, I'm saying the key is unaccounted for and the only person that had the key that's unaccounted for is you. So, it's real simple. 5 seconds. Are you going to tell me who you gave the key to or where you >> It was one of the ones who who you already had that was out here. >> So, they stick it in your [ __ ] I'm asking >> you gave it to them. >> Who did you give it to so I can go search their butt crack? >> More simple. I I was in there and saw you with the key go into the car. So I know you had the key. >> I just need to know who you gave it to. >> I I told him I gave it back. I didn't have nothing to do. >> I just He's watching you. I know it's this big. I'm not lying to you. I'm not making jokes. It might be in their ass crack. So who did you give the key to so I can leave you alone and go figure out where the key is? [Music] inside of the the two skins or the two. Not the big. >> Not who. Not either. Just who did you get to keep it? >> The two skinny ones. >> One of the two skinny ones. >> And one of the two skinny ones never went back into the house. >> Were they in the car with you originally? >> You gave the key to somebody that was in the car with you, not up there. >> Yeah. When they came, I was I was already in the car with him. The heavy set driver and then one other guy >> uh who was skinny. Okay, I'm going to go tell him to spread their cheeks. So, we're done with that part. Right now, what we're trying to do is Is he the friend of yours? >> Uh-uh. >> Okay. Well, he was in the house. So, who is he a friend to? >> He's a friend. No, he not mine. >> Okay. Is that your son? >> Yeah, that's my son. >> Listen, we're in this predicament. I'm trying to just get out of here. >> I'm trying Yeah. I'm trying to help him. >> I'm going to ask you to ask him. >> Okay. >> To figure out where this damn key is because the reason you're sitting out here is whether we're writing a search warrant for that house or not. >> Uhhuh. If you write a search warrant for that. Have you ever been part of a search warrant for a house before? >> I know. >> Have you? [Music] >> No. I know. >> I've been I've been nothing but nice. So, please just >> All right. So, what we have to do is everybody stays out of the house while we apply for a warrant. That could take 3 hours, could take four hours, could take 5 hours, could take 1 hour. I don't know. They got to wake a judge up. My guy's got to type. So, if he has any knowledge of where this key is, we're looking for a key. And I'm going to explain it to you like I explained it to him. And I'm not insinuating anything. You hear me? >> I'm not insinuating anything cuz I already see you like you're tensing up like I'm bothering you. >> I'm tired, too. >> This key, okay, is about the size of the key we're looking for. Which means we look inside of everything that could hold a key this size. So if we come across guns or drugs or letters or any bombs or anything, okay, >> then we have to deal with that as well. >> Or we can just get our key and be on our way. >> But he's being stubborn and I'm talking in front of him. He's being stubborn. >> Correct. The key is not with the Listen to me. The key is not with the three people that went to the police department. The key is not in the car and the key is not on the ground. Which means that kid that unlocked the car on camera in front of us that had the key on him took it inside the house. >> So Jesse took it inside. You think he took it inside home? >> It's called logic. It's not at the police department with the other three people. >> You know what? Just write the one. Just just start on the line. >> You um you know what he did with the No, I'm trying to ask you. Did he take anything? >> Yeah. And I'm not being rude. I'm just telling you, we've done our thing is there was there was four people. >> Three never went inside >> and the one that unlocked >> and one went inside. >> That's not a lot of car. >> Yeah. They don't they don't have it. >> It's not out here. >> That's the only place that hasn't been checked yet. >> Who knows if he had a key with him? >> I ain't going to lie. When I was in the room, I was watching the old dog. He was in his pocket. The other option I'm going to tell you is, and this is all recorded and on camera and everything, you can consent to us searching his room cuz he was in the room. >> Yeah, you you search I need to go to bed. I ain't I don't have no key. >> Are you sure? Cuz I don't want you doing this because you feel like we're pressuring you or anything, but we need that key to make sure somebody doesn't come back and steal it again and it's evidence of the crime. So, as long as you tell me that you go in and out of his room, that he doesn't lock it and you're not allowed in it, you can give consent for his How old are you? Are you over 18? >> Yeah, I'm 18. >> Huh? >> Yeah, I'm 18. >> You're 18? Yeah. >> So, as long as both of you consent to it, we go in there and we look for the key. If not, we do a search warrant. That takes a couple hours. The other option is just bring us the key. >> I don't know them people. I don't care about no key. >> Okay. So, you're allowing us to go in? >> I don't care. I just need to go in my bed and lay down. >> Right. So you you're allowing us to go in there in this little >> Okay. Do you object? >> I ain't going to lie. When he was in there, I didn't see him. >> I I'm hard of hearing. I have a testimony. Ain't >> going to lie. When I was in and out, I ain't see him with nothing. So you can go in there. So I won't have no knowledge of this. >> Okay. I can go in there. >> He was just asking, "Do you know where the kid is?" >> Somebody else child situation. I got to deal with somebody else child. Correct. And I don't want to deal with this cuz I don't know the kids. >> Absolutely correct. I give you sir. >> Okay. >> Go and find y'all get the key. >> Where are those >> in the basket? >> In the first room to the right. >> In the first room to the right. >> The door. Make right and make a left. And as long as soon as you that walk, as soon as you looking out the hallway, the first room to the right. >> So I walk in. >> Yeah. >> In the first room to the right. >> Yeah. >> And then your pants. So whose pants are those? >> These extra pants I have here. >> Oh, you wear both? No, I said these extra pants that was here. >> Oh, they're not yours. >> Yeah. >> Yes. No, they are not yours. >> No. >> Okay. They're black. First room on the right. >> Yeah. >> Will I find the key in there? >> Huh? >> Not brand new key. You can search. You can search. >> Well, I'm going to I'm just I'm just again trying to cut to the chase because Okay. >> Which corner is your room in? This one right here. This window. >> This window. Yeah. Yeah, I'm ready when [Music] >> After getting a search warrant signed, the officers comb through the house, but quickly realize it's going to take much longer to locate the key. So, they try to use the driver's friend's mom to get the driver to tell officers exactly where the key is. >> You're running us in circles. She wants to go in the house. She gave us consent to search the house. Instead of us searching the house for another two hours trying to figure it out, here she is to talk to you so you can just tell us where the [ __ ] is. >> You can't just tell them what you did with the box or whatever it is. >> It's not a box. It's a key and a paper. >> You seen it coming right up there. >> But you were the last one out by yourself. >> You were in that house by yourself. >> My whole time just to find whatever they looking for. >> So You don't know where it's at. You was the last one had it >> from from the card. Yeah. Me getting a registration. >> Okay. Where the box at? You was the last one with the um with the fan. So what you did with it from the time from the time you got out the car from the time you walked in my house? >> I gave it to um one of Jared where we came from. He said he seen it with the registration. I give the key to them. But they saying they don't have it. And then they don't got searched already at the um phone. >> Which which person did you give it to so we can see where they looked on the ground? >> H >> I said I'm telling you I didn't come over. >> Okay. Which person did you give it to? >> Which one of the boys? >> I don't I barely >> The one who was >> the one that was sitting on my board. >> Yeah. That's the one I was talking to >> up here right now. >> No, no, no. Jared, Jared, Jared, Jared. >> Not the one that was already here. Not the one that was talking about the one that was sitting on my port. >> No, no, the other one. >> I only seen the one that was sitting on my port. >> So, he didn't come to He didn't come to my >> He ain't come. >> What's his name? So, we can call them and say search this person. >> He got arrested, right? >> Yeah. Yeah, the other three are at the >> So they got to be out of one of them other three. Which one? He want to know. >> It go by He go by Jared. I don't know his for. >> So you gave the key and the registration to Jared. >> No, I ain't get a registration to Jared. I just left it in the back seat. >> The registration you left on the back seat in a Nissan? >> I said I get everything back. >> Sweetheart, I'm hard of hearing from the military. I don't understand what he said. >> He said he left it in the back seat. >> The registration. >> The registration. Where' the key go? >> I don't know that before we made before we came here. I been gave that key >> to who? >> One of the boys that you already >> Yeah, Jared. I don't know his name. >> He goes by Jared. >> He goes by Jared. Will you post me showing them a photo? >> Show them a photo of the three boys. >> So, you said not him, right? >> This dude. >> This is who had the key. >> That one. The boy Mari. He said his name was Mari. Now, you got yourself in all this trouble. I know this [ __ ] here. >> I don't even got a phone. I ain't >> Yeah, you had no business with these boys. Y'all just [ __ ] up your whole adult hood at an early age. >> So, who who your mom at? Where your mom at? >> Dominic. >> Mama caller. >> You probably going to have to call like twice. >> I'mma call her. I text her phone. She'll probably hit me back later. What's your name? >> 954 588. >> What's your name? >> Blender. >> And what's your name? >> Ronnie. Running. Running. >> Yeah. >> Oh, name Linda. >> Belinda. >> Belinda. Miss Linda >> in the car. Where was he seating? So I can look in the car again. >> Front. >> You told me before it was the back. >> No. No. Other bro is in the back. It was only four. >> So he was in the front. Driver's side or passenger? >> I'm not lying to you. I I told you it was four. >> Yeah. You told me there was four. And then you said I gave it to one of the dudes in the back. Not the fat dude. He was the driver. One of the two skinny dudes. >> Yeah. But I ain't mean to say the back though. He was in the front of me. >> She talking to >> front driver side, not passenger side. Right. He wasn't the driver. >> In the back where the other the other boy with the uh blow up the dark skin. >> The the big dude was driving the whole time, right? Or no, cuz it's his baby mama car. This one. It's turning out to be way more difficult than it needs to be. >> The suspect is charged with burglary of an unoccupied vehicle and grand theft auto. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
