In Georgia, a McDonald's manager gets physical with one of his employees. After a heated argument, turns physical, forcing police to step in. >> What's that guy's name? >> Dustin. >> So, Dustin apparently grabbed him by the hair. >> We're in a little argument back there. And >> I want I want to press charges. >> He wants to press charges. Let's find out what the side of the story is back there. >> So, is is he still here or is he gone? Get your butt up here. >> He in the back. He don't got >> Oh, he's I'm I'm pressing. >> You talk to him. You come in. >> Hey, come here. >> All right. Are you Dustin? >> Yes, sir. I am. >> So, tell me what happened. >> So, he's one of my employees. I have um sometimes I have a little anger issues a little bit. Okay. >> And I kept asking him to do stuff. He kept telling me no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Um he called me a [ __ ] Um he called me all kinds of names and I just lost my control. Um so I pulled his hair and everything. So I'm being honest with you. >> I understand what you're saying. >> Yeah. So um basically we live together. Um me and him are almost supposed to be homeless. Me and him going through a lot um cuz we're living in a motel and we don't know if we're going to have the money, you know, for the room until we get paid. So both of us are under a lot of stress. Um me and him always there for each other. I love him to death. Um but I just lost my control. But yeah, there you go. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Now um when did this happen? just a few minutes ago. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, um he's under a lot of stress. I'm under a lot of stress like our living situation and everything. And so, me and him um we always get mad at each other, but we always, like I said, always there for each other. But, um I know that still don't give me the right, you know, to do something like that, >> right? >> But when he called me about it cuz I'm gay and stuff, that what really done it. >> Well, you are an adult. You gota you are aware of your actions and you can't be putting your hands on people like that. >> Yes, sir. I understand that. >> So, you said do you all live there? >> Yes, sir. >> Yes, sir. >> Yes, sir. >> But I do have If y'all don't take me to jail, whatever. I do have I can go to my friend's house, >> but he cannot drive my car cuz he does not have a driver's license. >> Y'all share a car right now? >> Yes, we do. >> Okay. >> And his name is Michael? >> Yes. >> Okay. What's the last name? uh his last name. Mhm. >> Um >> let me go ahead and get a phone number for you. >> My phone number? >> Yeah. >> Um 706. >> Go open my car. Um I think it's in the Yeah, it's in the armrest >> and everything. I think if not, I can give you my ID number. >> Okay. >> 058. >> Yeah. >> 145. >> Just sit tight for just a moment. >> I'm going to I'm going to ask them if they have any other questions. So, it sounds like they get in altercations all the time. Now, I don't know how physical that it gets, but what had happened essentially was they were arguing about doing certain tasks. Um, he had essentially called him the f- word, you know, homophobic slur [clears throat] and he kind of took offense to it and decided to put hands on him. And at that point, that's when all everything kind of um escalated. He started screaming and everything from there. It's like they're amicable in one moment, but then the next moment they're kind of volatile. >> Keep them not talking. Hey, separate, please. >> Do you mind hanging out over there for just a moment? Oh, he says he wants to press charges. And I mean, that's battery. >> Who's the manager here tonight? >> Addie. She's on the phone. >> No, no, but the one here. >> Him. >> Is there anybody else other than him? >> Uh, Savannah. She's on the way up. >> Okay. Cuz he's going >> Okay. >> To jail. >> Okay. So, >> they they taking so long. >> No, it does not matter because you all live in under the same roof. is considered family violence under the state of Georgia law. So, we have to arrest. There's no ifs or buts about it. Okay. >> At this point, you press the charges. >> It's us we are. >> And I'll be more than glad to tell them that, but the the fact of the matter here is this is a continuous thing that's going on here between you two. It's not healthy and it's going to get motion. >> I mean, I don't want to see men go to jail. Yeah, but the minute it gets out of control, and that's going to be every time, not just today. I can't leave you two here, >> and then it gets out of hand again, and then one goes and stabs the other. >> All right, come with me. >> Take a pen out of your hand, please. >> I do have somewhere to go tonight. I mean, I can I can go to my best friend's house. >> Yeah, but that we can't do that at this point. Not once a battery has been committed. >> Okay. >> So, I mean, can I do him that way because he's calling me names? I mean, >> no, you you'd be the predominant aggressor here in this [music] situation. So, yes, you can file against him >> on your own later when you get out. Yes. But as of tonight, we have to separate and this is the way we're going to do it. Okay. Can I put these in front? >> No, not right now. >> All right, go ahead and hop in for me. >> Over in Florida, a biker driving the wrong way catches the attention of an officer. But wrongway driving becomes the least of his problems, and before long, he somehow manages to make his day 10 times worse. >> Pull over. >> Hey, just pull over there, brother. >> I'll come, sir. >> You're driving wrong way. >> I'm not allowed to drive on the side. >> Oh, sir. I didn't know that, sir. >> That's all right. It's not going to be a big deal. Just give me your your ID. Hey. Hey. With blackmail on a bicycle and middle. >> How's it going, man? >> My fault. I didn't know you was just >> I ain't going now. I'm just making sure. >> No, no, no. Just stop. Just stop the bicycle all together. I Thank you, bro. Appreciate it. Listen, last time I stopped a bicycle, he took off from me. Ended up tasing him, just so you know. And now can you take your hands out? Thank you, bro. Thank you, bro. You're good, bro. Uh, so so yeah, the reason for a stop it's it's it's uh you're so you're you're riding your bicycle runway. So there's another bike lane in the other side. >> You're supposed to be riding that way. Okay. >> Um I'm just going to run your information. Make make sure everything is is good and and you'll be good. All right. Okay. >> Um do you have an ID with you? >> I don't. I don't. Okay. Give me one second. Where you coming from? >> All Stars. >> All Stars. You work there? >> No. >> Are you just hanging out? Yeah. >> Do you mind keeping your hands out of the park, bro? Thank you, bro. >> It's just It's just a, you know, a safety thing, man. Not that I don't trust you. Just don't trust nobody. You know what I mean? Mainly in this profession, we got we come across a lot of people that, you know, that want to harm us >> and things like that. So, for your safety, my safety. All right. What's your name, brother? >> Hon. How do you spell that? >> Aq2 >> 02. >> 92. >> I was just going to say, man. O2. Oh, brand new. All right, bro. And then uh let me just add the serial number for the bike, which got to be I'm just going to flip it, right? 232 copy one. Black male, Florida. Last name the first name Aquin. He's spotting a little bit at all. >> No, he's a good guy. >> Yeah. Oh, okay. It's going to be on a great bicycle. >> So, yeah, bro. You can you literally can get killed. >> So, I can't go across the street. >> Yeah, cuz like mainly mainly it's a it's it's a safety thing for yourself. You know what I mean? Like if you're riding over here, a lot of people are just not paying attention, you know, on their phones and stuff and they will just they will just hit you. And I promise you, we we get it. We get these calls every single day. But car versus bicycle. And you know who who's a loss, you know. So, give me one second. I'm just waiting for the the rebback. All right.
