That was until she came back 2 days later and selected more items to steal, walking past all checkout points and ignoring loss prevention staff trying to stop her. After reaching the exit and only taking a few steps outside, she was immediately drove up on by a police cruiser to which she quickly ran back inside and was detained and put inside the loss prevention room. Unfortunately, the officer didn't activate his bodywn camera for the arrest. But the next portion clearly displays how suspects and officers can ultimately be led by their emotions. >> CeCe, what's up? This purse was taken from us 2 or 3 days ago, but she has it on her today. Yeah. >> But the tight What the is wrong with everybody? Why do you have to be so tight? >> I look what you're doing. Like, I can't >> Okay, I'll fix him. Calm down. >> Yeah, you're fixing. And as mentioned by Target loss prevention, a few days earlier she came into Target and stole a purse and other items valued at a total of $6921. The total amount of items she stole on this occasion was $10320. I couldn't locate details on the Georgia couple, but for 44year-old Brandy, she was charged with resisting arrest, petty theft, theft, and possession of a schedule 2 substance. Under Florida Statute 893.13, possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance is a thirdderee felony with maximum sentences of up to five years in prison, five years of probation, and a $5,000 fine. Petty theft over $100, and resisting an officer without violence are both first-degree misdemeanors with maximum sentences of up to one year in jail and up to one year on probation. As a result, she was adjudicated guilty on all of her three charges. And as a result of being convicted guilty on petty theft, resisting officer without violence, and possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance, the judge sentenced her to 120 days [music] inside county jail. And at the time of her resisting and stealing items from Target, she was on drug offender probation, which means that she violated this probation, and any hopes of getting out on probation were completely revoked. As a result of her actions, her probation was fully revoked. She has a felony conviction on her record and she was sentenced to 120 days in county jail. As always, let me know your honest thoughts down below in the comments. Stay safe out there and I'll see you in the next video. >> I got a no together. >> Nobody stealing nothing. >> I got on slippers. What the I'mma run from >> against the law. Nothing. I just smiled. >> You have teeth. >> I got I'm asking. I'm just not sure. >> Is that why you won't smile? >> Oh. Oh, yeah. Really? You're going to dab my teeth now, [ __ ] >> Right here. >> It's not a felony, lady. Right here. I'm willing to bet money on that one. Bet you.
