Open the door from the outside. >> I hear you. I hear you. This is not my husband. >> Okay, we'll figure it out. Get out of the car. >> No. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. HANDS UP. HANDS UP. >> LOOK AWAY FROM US. TURN AROUND. >> Take another step to YOUR LEFT. ONE MORE. STOP. SLOWLY, start walking backwards towards the sound of my voice. Start walking backwards. Keep coming. Keep coming. Keep coming. Just keep walking backwards until I tell you to stop. >> Keep walking. >> Keep walking. >> Keep walking. Keep walking. You're almost there. >> Keep walking. Stop. Hands behind your back. >> Hey, get him behind the car. Behind the car. Back behind the car. Walk back here. Is there anybody else in the vehicle? >> No. >> Anyone else in the vehicle, make yourself known. >> Okay, partner. >> Any other passengers in the vehicle, make yourself known. >> Any additional passengers in the vehicle, make yourself known. All right, we're approaching on the right. You got the driver's side. >> Yep, watching it. Okay, so what's going on? All right. Your tag comes back to your, I'm assuming, husband. Okay? His auto license suspended for fleeing from us. Okay? When I turned around on you to try to pull you over way back there. >> Oh, wow. I did not see that. I'm listening to you. >> I was trying to turn around and get up to you and I was going 107 and you were still pulling away from me. >> I was only going 65 mph. >> Okay, well, I got you going 80. >> I was at a point and then I was like, let me slow my butt down cuz they might be out here. They might be. I probably I don't know if it went to 80. It probably did, but I broke. I didn't see no lights or nothing. Yes, my husband got a fleeing and he's on community control and that's why I'm like, this is me and he's at home where he's supposed to be. >> Okay. >> And I just went to DeLand and I went to DeLand. I'm being honest. I went to DeLand and I went to DeLand and I know I left a piece of blunt by my by our shop that we own and I got my piece of blunt and I smoked my blunt cuz I've been in my I feel like my step daddy called me. I'm just going through it. My daddy and my mama and I just left the house and Keenan is there and I went to the shop and I just eased on through. I I took this way to DeLand and I eased back. I do remember going probably like 70 something. I don't remember the 80, but I did not see you behind me. >> So, so you you said you have a blunt you had a blunt? >> I >> any other kind of narcotics in the car or anything? >> No, there's not. It was a piece of blunt. I promise you, it's a piece of blunt that was left. We got a shop on Amelia. We got a shop in Amelia's closet. It was out there by the window. I remember leaving it out there and my step daddy called me got me deep in my feelings. I went to see my brother today. I drove 45 minutes to see him or whatever. And I just wanted to ease my mind so I left the house went and got the blunt and smoked it on the way back and that was it. But it been gone because it was only probably about that much of it but that was all. >> Okay. >> Oh my god. >> Do you smell some marijuana coming from the car? So what you do? Search your equipment make sure there's nothing. >> Okay. Okay. It was good. >> When's the last time you smoked marijuana? >> That was it. That's I was riding. If you would have pulled me over back there I probably would have but >> Okay. >> I don't have nothing. I had a piece of joint. Y'all can check my pockets. I think I got card. >> We have a female deputy on the way over. She's going to check you when she gets here, okay? >> Look, why you going that fast? You know how much deer and animals run out here? You could have hit >> I think it was when I slowed down cuz I seen a deer down [music] there by a sign said caution or something. But I wasn't going fast this whole ride. I wasn't. I wasn't going 60 65. >> I was going to press the cruise control. Nobody crashes out there cuz people hit bears and deer and everything. >> But >> If everybody's doing like this >> But when he when he caught me doing that he can't even tell you I was doing that for 5 minutes. That was for a split second. I looked and I'm like let me slow my butt down while I see a police and I know I passed one person. I remember seeing a person on the side of me but maybe you was the person on the >> I I was coming out that way so I was probably the car that you passed. That's why I got you going 80. >> Okay cuz I remember that's probably when I looked at myself and say slow your butt down. >> Okay. >> Yeah, that's probably when. I do remember going it but it happened one time. Well, slow roller came on. I was grooving to the music and that's >> A female deputy just pulled up. She's going to search you, all right? >> I ain't got on nothing. I just threw on my my pullover. It's a pullover here. >> It's just a little bit, yeah. >> I'm cold. >> Oh, cold right now. I'm >> Phone. >> She said she doesn't have a man. >> I don't. >> Okay. >> You can feel coochie. >> All right. So, the strip over here are obviously the reason I'm here to search a person. Huh? >> I said I just threw these on. >> All right. You don't have anything underneath it? >> No. I think I got a t-shirt on. I ain't got a bra and pants. >> come here to the front of this car right here. Front of the headlights. All right. Let's go right there. All right. There's nothing on you that's going to poke or >> You stick me, stab me? >> is a pullover thingy or whatever. >> Okay. I just asked this question to everybody. Yeah. >> That's a whole yeah. That's my husband's car and all. >> Who is me? >> That's >> My brother going to be like, "What the hell is she at?" >> No, no my >> Your brother? >> No, my >> Oh, yeah. That's what she at? >> This is your husband's car, right? >> Yeah, he's yeah. And he's he's on the community patrol and of course they took it for you. That and >> We got a um white Mercedes that I'll be driving. >> Spread your legs for me, love. >> um um >> Okay. Your feet. Spread your feet a little bit. >> But they got both of them. >> What do you What's What's between your >> That's my coochie. >> Yeah, there's something there, though. >> No, there's no >> There was something that was >> Feel it. >> There was something a harder that's not a body part. >> Listen to me. >> Is she going to jail? >> No, it's my coochie. >> She's going to jail, right? >> No, I ain't do nothing. They think it, but check it. >> Listen to me. All right. You're going to jail. Okay? >> Why? >> For whatever happened here. All right? You're going to jail. There is something that feels hard. >> Feel my Feel it. I don't >> Whatever it is. I'm just saying I feel something. >> on my clitoris, okay? That's what I'm telling you. I don't have on no drawers. You're feeling my clitoris. >> Okay, it's not hard like that. All right? >> Okay, feel it. >> I'm not going to strip search you here on the roadside. If you had anything on you >> Okay. I'm going to be >> go to the jail, it's a automatic felony. I'm just letting you know that, all right? There's something that feels not normal to me. I'm a woman, you're a woman. I know what things should kind of feel like, all right? And I'm just letting you know that I feel something that does not feel like it should be there, all right? And I cannot strip search you. Okay, so you will get you will get a felony if there's any contraband, narcotics, tobacco products, anything like that. So, honesty is only going to save you here a felony. So, what do you have What do you have stuff between you? >> You did not even you're still feeling the gown. Maybe you probably felt this. >> I'm asking you what's >> Why is you doing me like that? >> Okay, I'm asking you what's in there. >> You went down there and I moved I'm like my coochie and then like you probably felt maybe this this this thingy right there went between your >> legs. I had to go up pretty hard, all right? >> This is what I'm saying. You grabbed the gown and you're feeling down there. >> between your legs. >> Like that's not right. >> You can you can catch the felony. You can catch it. You can catch it. >> over thinking I'm my husband. >> All right. >> Like you I don't even know if you know the whole story and you're saying >> I have no idea, but all I can tell >> but why you said it like that? >> This is your last opportunity. If you want to take care of it here and not catch a felony, that's fine. We go to the jail, you end up getting strip searched, they find whatever it is, you're catching a felony. So, I already know something is here. You just need to be honest with me. It's just going to save you a felony. >> All right. Okay. There's something there. >> Okay. What is it? >> It's a bag of marijuana. That's what >> That's it. It's not fentanyl, not heroin. >> No, I don't do that >> I just said I don't want to get exposed. >> I was smoking. Yeah, I ain't even high. >> So, how or is it not not to to get too much in detail, but is it stuffed inside of you? Is it somewhat coming out? That's what it kind of felt like to me. All All Obviously, we're not going to deal with this on on the roadside because we're out here in public. Besides that, the tear, is there anything else >> No. >> on you? >> No. >> Okay. I don't want you to like light this up exposing yourself. All right. So, how much are we talking about? >> I don't know. I just probably one joint. >> One joint? >> Yes, just one joint. >> Okay. >> You don't have to Don't Y'all don't do me like that. Come on now. I'm a wife, my kids at home. They don't even know I left. Don't You know the whole Yeah, I'm not doing all that. Nothing like that. Okay. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to read something to you. >> Okay. >> So, this time you're under arrest for a felony. You're at least facing a reckless driving charge, okay? Which is a misdemeanor. We're going to figure everything out. >> What's What's reckless driving? >> So, >> What was >> multiple traffic infractions that can be determined as reckless, okay? You were going 80 back there in a 50. That's 30 over the speed limit. Plus, I saw you swerving a little bit and when I was trying to catch up to you, I was going triple digits trying to catch up to you and I could see that you were still pulling away. I can't prove that. >> That's Yeah, cuz that's >> But that's what I'm saying, okay? >> It's not true. >> So, I'm going to read you this card. >> It's not true. It's not >> All right, these are your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say may be used as evidence against you. You have the right to talk to an attorney and have him or her with you now or anytime during questioning. If you cannot afford attorney, one will be appointed to represent you. If at any time you wish to stop talking or have an attorney present, all questioning will be stopped at your request. Do you understand these rights? >> I'm just going through something. I'm I'm I'm suffering with childhood trauma. I'm talking to my brother, my my daddy, my mama. I haven't talked to her since May. Step daddy just called me. He in his feelings and he threw me in my feelings for the rest of the day and I slid to D'Land. I going to speed limit. I can't even say it right. I can't even say it right back and then when they stopped me to put the things out, I'm like, it's me, it's not my husband and it's like, then you come and you like, you already getting trouble for what you did." And I'm like, "Damn, what if if I feel like if I would have got pulled over back there and I guess I didn't have no weed, I get a regular speeding ticket." But I got done the way I was done because my husband has a history of He got a fleeing and eluding. So his license he's on community control. He's home right now. >> County? >> No, Volusia County. He he he's on community control. He had a fleeing charge. They took his license for a year. The truck is in his name. We have another car that's in the both of our names, but they threw the thingies out like I wouldn't stop, but when I seen his lights, I said, "Oh, damn." And this is my second time getting pulled over. You probably can look it up. I was headed out to the school probably like 5 days ago to um do something with the kids to Matanzas. The guy pulled me over. He thought he was my husband. You know your tag? And I'm like, "Yeah, that's my husband." And it's like I seen the lights and I I know like I own a business. I'm grown. If I see them lights come on, I know his license suspended. If police get behind me, I got to pull over. You feel what I'm saying? I got to let y'all know it's not me, it's him. You know, he don't drive. And I just feel like I'm okay, whatever with the marijuana, but I'm treated like I did something. Okay, I if I speeded, I would if I was speeding and I got pulled over and he turned the lights on, I'm going to pull over. I'm not trying to run. He talking to me like I'm trying to run. He pulled me over. I just got to take my ticket. You feel what I'm saying? And I got to pay my ticket, but I don't I don't know >> in time did the marijuana get >> That was At what point in time did the I've been put that I'm not that that I ain't lying to you about that. I said whatever whatever, but I've been put that up in me cuz it's like Like I don't know. My mind is I don't know. You >> When did that happen? After the lights turned on? When you getting when you're getting stopped? Because I mean it I'm just being straight. It ain't normal for somebody >> Somebody just put it up >> Put a little bit like >> Yeah, that what I do cuz if you check that truck ain't nothing in there. I don't ride I don't ride like that. I don't I don't ride like that. I'm just going I'm just going through something and I know what I learn and I'm like, "Let me get my stuff." And that's what I did. Just got my stuff and I And if I do have some, I take it home. My marijuana card is expired. It is. If y'all look it up, it is. But anyways, but I go home and that's what I do. I sit in my garage and I chill with my kids and then I'm a whole wife and that's what I do, but this is my second time getting pulled over in this car and then they pulled me over in my white car cuz they seen his name over. And anytime them lights get turned over on me, I know to move over and I don't know. He must have been behind me, but if he was behind me and I seen lights, my mind is telling me it's just a regular car behind me. But if he would have turned those lights on me, I would have I would have pulled over. The things getting thrown out. Y'all didn't even have to do it cuz I know I'm going to get pulled over if the police run this tag. >> Where did you have the weed at before you put it inside your pocket? >> I had it in the cup holder. It was probably in my lap or something something like that. A cup holder probably was in here something like that. >> did you >> I've been Like I told her, I've been put that up there. I do not ride like that. I don't >> Yeah, but here's the thing. Like it's not normal for for >> Yeah, I know that Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. >> It's like it's like, "Oh I'm fixing to get stopped." >> Yeah, no, I know it's not normal for somebody to do that, but that's what it is. >> So, if >> That's what it is. >> As as this whole thing was going down, you were saying >> this in me. This stuff got put in me when I was there where in D'Land. That's when it got put up in me. When I got on that road and got ready to drive, that's what it was. And like I told him, I was smoking. Yes, I was. >> I can I can smell it on you. >> Yeah, yeah, I know. And if I'm riding and I'm smoking and I know I got it on me and I shouldn't have it on me, I'm going to put it away just for >> Just a little bit? >> Just it's You want me to show it to you? >> Well, I'm eventually going to have to >> Okay, I'm going to say I put it up for sure. >> All right, a little bit. Okay. It's not big down there. >> Okay. >> So you believe it. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop trying to grab it. What's in your hand? You just took it out? >> That's it. >> So you already got it? Is there anything else on you? Nothing else. What's up? >> Tripping. I'm thinking I'm a dealer. >> You're not going to be able to eat it, do anything with this stuff again. Yeah. No, just put your uh butt This is This is backwards cuz it's a cop car so we don't have to um reach across to the passenger seat, all right? You want your shoes off? >> Okay. Oh god. >> [snorts] >> Damn it, man. >> [clears throat] >> My auntie finna be like, "What the freak?" This is crazy. Where the camera at? Can I see me? Are they >> finished searching? That's done with, right? >> I have no idea what they have and haven't done. They called me for a female search. >> No, I need to make sure they done cuz how y'all treat me, I want to make sure I don't want nobody to try to plant nothing else on me. Damn, I need to be home in my bed. This is up. >> [bell]
