The 30-year-old man was charged with three charges: fleeing or attempting to elude, resisting an officer without violence, and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. His third charge, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, was dropped, and he pled not guilty to resisting an officer without violence and fleeing or attempting to elude.
