appreciate you being honest with me man okay that's not honestly it's important no because like I understand how much there's no reason for me to lie but the reason like I also lied is because my mom's a state official and like I don't want her to get in trouble because of the mistakes I'm making that's your mom's name okay is she an elected official no she works with the state commission literally like down the road gotcha gotcha okay like I I'm sorry like there's no real reason to like have a DWI check I'm drunk I'm admitting to you that I'm drunk and I shouldn't happening so do what that he told me that you consumed you admitted to consuming in a horror this 99s what else have you consumed just that okay all right um just while speaking with you I could smell the eyes or bloodshot and watery just ordered alcohol okay I do apologize for lying okay no worries like I said if you lied to him you didn't lie to me yet okay but uh what I want you to do is just pull the tip of my finger with your eyes and your eyes only do don't move your head you understand all right just do your eyes all right cool we'll use this little white line right here just coming out of the way over here you have any issues with your legs yes no you don't have no issues walking turning or balancing no sir no would you consider yourself pretty healthy yeah so I have appreciated diet but oh okay yeah I do too but but I mean an officer no I mean yeah but I still gotta stay healthy you know yes sir all right but you you say that you could walk turn and balance yes okay all right I will try it I'm not going to I'm not gonna admit to anything that like I don't think I can okay all right so I'm gonna give you a set of instructions and then I'm gonna demonstrate it and then uh yeah and then I'll tell you when to begin just about let me just tell my dispatch no no she's down here of time now all right cool so we'll use this white line right here just stay right there okay all right so just place your your left foot on this on this white line okay perfect so put your right foot directly in front of your left Heel To Toe just like so now they're in the opposition do not move okay keep your arms to your side just like I am stay in that position okay that's gonna be the instructional face so just stay in that position so once I tell you begin you're gonna take nine heel toe steps on that on that white line Heel To Toe keeping your arms to your side looking down your back at your feet and Counting each step out loud once you get to the ninth step You're Gonna Leave Your Lead Foot planning take a seriously small steps with your rear foot and turn yourself back around and you take nine heel toes hips the opposite direction just get back in the starting position sure Lead Foot planted Lead Foot planted seriously small steps with your rear foot turn yourself back around take nine heel toe steps in the opposite direction okay you understand the trading process back one two two three again I took three steps for demonstration purposes how many will you take uh nine you'll take nine perfect and then turn around do nine back just like I demonstrated you understand the trading process all right so just remember keep your arms to your side look down look down direct at the at the feet and count each step out loud yes sir you have any questions no sir would you like me to demonstrate it again no sir all right just one more thing once you begin the test just don't stop yes sir all right just get back in the starting position yeah get back in the starting position right here back here uh with your right foot directly in front of your left okay all right so give me a sec whenever you're ready five six seven three four five six seven eight nine all right just take a step to your left just so we're off that little line all right cool so just put your feet together all right perfect so this next test is going to be the one leg stand so once I tell you to begin you're gonna be able to pick up the leg of your choice left or right six inches off the ground about the size of a Coke can both legs are going to be straight the foot that you decide to pick up is going to be parallel with the floor okay you know what parallel means uh 90 degrees what no no like like parallel no like like parallel they run parallel oh yeah yeah so the foot that you decide to pick up is going to be parallel with the floor okay and you're in uh You're Gonna Keep Your Arms to your side you're gonna look down direct at the foot that you decide to pick up and you're gonna count in a series of one thousands okay one thousand one one thousand two so so forth until I tell you stop yes sir all right so I'm gonna demonstrate it just stay in that position all right I'm gonna use my right leg for demonstration purposes but you could use your left or your right all right 1001 1002 1003 1004 1005 1006 1007 1008 and so on and so forth until I tell you stop yes sir you
