It's never easy dealing with unpredictable suspects, and today we have two of them. I'll take you to the hospital right now, dude. First up, this young man has been making his family's life hell. And things spiral out of control when he decides to test the arriving officers. Let's go. Let's go. Please do not. Taser. Taser. Taser. Then we'll see this woman who missed her flight and decides to take it out on everyone else. They got to They got to put me on a flight. Okay. Get the home. You want us to take you to jail? Kind of. But first, officers are called to this family's home after their son kicked in the front door. All right. What happened? He came back and we didn't want him to come in. So, we said we'll put some stuff out for you. Go. We were going to give him money to go get a hotel, whatever. He kicked on the front door and she is petrified. So, yikes. Where's he at? upstairs. Where's he at in the house? He must be upstairs. Hey, Daniel. No, dude. I got to take a shower. Come here. Look, I had no choice but Get down here now. I literally have to take a shower. I don't really care. I said get down here right now. Down here. I'll go. Down here now. Obviously not complying right at the jump. So, this can be tricky because if this is his residence, then he has a right to be there. You can't really lock him out. So, if he kicked the door in, I mean, he could get in trouble maybe for damaging property, but not necessarily for breaking and entering or something like that. So, I don't know the exact situation, but it's not as clear when someone's actually living there. Got to get a a sweater on. It's cold. Fine. I'll go walk down here. I don't want you to touch me. Then you start walking. I'll start drinking. Let's go. Come on. Get down here. Come on. Let's Let's sit and talk. Come down. No. This guy that guy locked me out. Okay. First of all, I got a choice but to do this. I said to come downstairs. You're not listening, dude. Listen. I had no choice but to do that. No, you didn't. You did have a choice. I'll come down here. I don't have like a income, dude. They're sending me bills. Okay. Like that. Like I I'll go fix it. I'll go to the store. I don't know. I I don't know. Okay. So, they're mentioning the hospital. I can't go to the hospital. I'm guessing he has a mental health history and been like involuntarily committed in the past for similar things. Why? Why don't Why don't you stop acting like this? There's a lot going on. Okay. They keep locking me out. Exactly. I didn't even go. When I left here, you said you were walking and you were going to the gym. I didn't I couldn't even get You just kicked the door in on the house. That's not normal. Saying I can't be home. Okay. They kept saying I'm I had like I can't go no back to no homeless. I don't even have a ride to a homeless shelter. I did it because he locked the door and I need to be inside. I need to take a shower. My back's all itchy, man. I got like Lyme disease. Like, I don't care what disease you got. You come down and sit on this chair right now and start listening to me. Otherwise, I'm going to drag you down these stairs. Listen, we're we're talking here. Like, is that a threat? Dude, I'm going with you. Please don't touch me. You first. No, we've already gone through this. You're going to start moving. So, they definitely want to get him off the stairs. Get him somewhere seated where he's not so mobile at this point. He's kind of halfway up the stairs. He could easily retreat, go barricade himself in a room, and it would become much more difficult. So, they just want to get him downstairs, get him secured, and finish talking to him. I don't want you to touch me. Daniel, let's go. Daniel, just I'm going to meet you guys down. I'll go to jail. I'd rather go to jail into the hospital cuz in jail like they didn't Okay, we'll talk about that right now. Come down the stairs. Okay, so start listening. I gave the opportunity. Come off the stairs. Come over here. Come on. Just sit over here. Why do you got to make this so much more difficult than it needs to be? Come on. We're We're here because you're thinking about it. Screaming and crying on the phone. You got two more steps or I'm going to have to kick your wrist and I'm going have to touch it. So, I did look this guy up. He does have a history in this town. I forget what year it was, but at one point he assaulted like 10 people out of polls for voting. So, he is violent. He does study martial arts and he does go to the gym a lot. They're going to do everything they can here to try to get him to cooperate and not have to scrap with them. Let's just talk outside. Let's go talk. Please don't touch me. Please do not touch me. I have so much PTSD. Seriously, let's just go for a walk. Seriously, you can't even make I'm walking. Do not touch me. Please stand sit on the chair right here. This is all I've asked of you. Sit down. Sit down. What do you guys want to know? What happened? Sit down, sir. Locking me out. They said I have the right to What's up, Officer Bazinski? Dude, what is going on? What is your problem? Why are you coming at me with issues, man? These people locked me out. They said I live here. Shut the up. Okay, so he's going bad cop route, I guess. Coming at him pretty hard. Other cops are doing a pretty good job of keeping him at least not overly elevated. This guy's not interested in that and seems pretty pissed. So, I don't know how it's going to help. Do you want to go to the hospital? I'm noting with you. I'm not playing your stupid games. You know exactly what you're doing. Probably dealt with them a lot. Sit down. I literally live. Sit down or you're going to the hospital, dude. Just like Can you take it? You're not telling me a goddamn thing. Sit down. Okay. Can Can you just make touch me, dude? Sit down, dude. You're I'll take you to the hospital right now, dude. Okay, the fight is on. Get in here. Wow. Let go. Now we're not going to the hospital. We're going to jail. Let go of them. Let go of them. I got him. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. All right. You're getting Put your hands up. Put your hands up right now. Chill. Just let me up, man. Put your hands up. Please lay in the ch. Put your Get a set of cuffs. 1120 your status. Get a set of cuffs. We're okay. Get two over. Are you done? Stop. Yes. I'll go with Stop. Oh, you're going to jail now, dummy. Put your leg out. Let go of my hand. So, he's going to be one of those that says he's cooperating. I'm cooperating now, but actively not. Stop it right now. Taser. Taser. Taser. Taser. Taser. Taser. Taser. Taser. Locked them. Stop. Stop. Put your hands up. Put your hands up. I can Can you cut Can I stand? Do I have You're going to get some cuffs. Put your hand Turn around. Okay, I'm standing. I'm going to turn on your stomach. Tight space. It's so difficult when it's like that. Let me stand. Hands on your head. Hands on your head. No, dude. Dude, let's go. I'll go. Can I please contact my probation officer? Tell her. Give me your hands. Give me your hand or you're going to tase the guy, dude. Hand or tase the gun. I'm gonna tase you right now. Okay. Put your hand behind your back. Get him behind the back. Okay. Stop. Stop right now. Wait till you get out of this. Poor woman's house. Stop trying to hurt me, dude. Stop. Stop resisting, sir. Okay. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. I'll go. I'm going. I'm not doing anything. We're going. Let's go. I'm ready. I'm ready. I need this. I need the sandals. Let's go. Put your hands behind your head. They are in front. They're cuff. I can't. I can't. They're in route. Okay, stop. Not ideal. Looks like they have two cuffs on them there and they're in front. Definitely want it behind the back in this guy. But again, it's a tight space. You can't get many cops in there. He's very in shape. Studies martial arts. And sometimes you you take what you can get. Get on the ground. Get on the ground right now. I'm going to hit you with [ __ ] Down on your knees. Get on the ground. What are you guys doing? This is a miracle. Somebody hold his leg. The hobble on him. His head. Hobbling time. Stop. Something. Stop. Stop. You're going to get tased again. Right. Can we go peacefully? Stop. peacefully. No, you're not. Seriously, just trust. No trust. You're under arrest. Trust me. Understand. I know I punched you in the face just a minute ago, but trust me now. Officer Stanley, what do I do in the situation? I want you to roll over. If you don't roll over, I'm going to tase you again. You understand me? Can we just go outside? Any goodwill you may have had with these cops is going gone, my friend. Uncuff me first. You can roll on your stomach and put your hands out towards that basket. Can you uncut me first until you do that? Dude, my radio's on South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force. Dude, I got knocked out in the face. Where'd he blacked out? Seriously, said he got kicked in the face and blacked out. You're going to want to go to the hospital and get that checked out. Like, I'm waiting to get up. I thought you You're noting getting up right now. You'reing dumb. What the point of that [ __ ] Grab this arm and help bring it down. Make sure you can radio. Hold that arm. Move. I swear to God. You put those hands out flat right now or you're taking a ride on the taser again. Do you understand me, sir? Got a lot of weight on my back, though. We're going to wait for this kid's a problem. I'm willing to guess they have like a minimum response on the card for this house. Like the property card. Like two man minimum cuz this guy's a handful. Stoping moving, dude. You're going to get tased again. Where are his arms? Where are his arms? They're They're handcuffed already. They're handcuffed already. Are they in the front or the back? Front. Who's pushing my leg? All right. All right. Get move your leg. Move your leg. Sterling, move your leg. It's so hard, especially somebody trains martial arts like jiu-jitsu. They understand how the human body moves and they understand how to manipulate that or they can feel openings when you're wrestling. It makes it real hard. Come on, man. I need I need ambulance. We got it. I'ming wet. You got to relax first. I am. I promise you. I promise you. I promise you. You got to get us back. Firefighters are just all lined up out there. I have no choice. Put him on the ground. Go theing ground. Taser. Taser. Taser. Oh my goodness. Taser. Stop it. You're going arms. Stop it or you're getting a ride again. Give the officers your arm. It's like that fancy taser. TR getting another ride with a taser. I want you. We got We got to try to get hands on there. Give them your hands. Legs. Make sure we have legs first. Peacefully. Stop. We're good. Go two on one. Go two on. He's trying to get up, guys. It's fine. Someone lay on his head. All right. I'm stuck. Get off. Hey, get off. Get off. Get off. Get off. Get off. Get the off. You got to That many people involved. Someone's got to be coordinating things. Tony, watch your I have his right arm down. Don't bite. Don't bite him. Oh jeez. Andy's a biter. Stop it. All right, we're done. We're done. We're done. I just don't want the thing out. Okay. Don't bite me. Don't bite. I'm not going to bite. Got like four prongs in them. You just tried, dude. Supposed to be offers. Like you took a badge. You took an oath. Shut the up. Like like I didn't want this. I don't like created the whole situation. I didn't want this. What do you mean you didn't want this? You punched a sergeant in the face and then kicked my partner. Dude, you guys clearly has some serious issues. You guys know that like with something conversational the entire wrestling session. It's like I need I need some water. Can I get Can I get some like water in my mouth? Yeah, that's low on their priority list at this point. We'll get back to his charges in just a moment. But first, officers are called to the airport after this unruly passenger refuses to leave after missing her flight. Who? Who? Yes, I am. I'm waiting on a flight. Okay. So, you're not flying. Are you guys not? Okay. So, you miss your flight. You're not refunding and you got to exit. That was happening. That was She was helping rough. You don't want to help me no more. You don't want to help me now. You got to exit. Yeah. We're going to escort you out. Exit. Where? Are you from here? No. Well, I need to I need to get What city you you with her? Come here. Come on. Right. So, you get too drunk, the airline can just deny you. And it sounds like she's not even getting her money back. So, total bummer for her. But also, you have to be pretty drunk for the airline not to let you fly. Where y'all from? Okay. But she's going to um Where she from? Um Alabama. All right. She's drunk. You good? Yeah, they're not going to have fun under no circumstance. Oh, so here what I need you to do. We don't want no problems. Obviously, when people are intoxicated, you go, you know, they're unpredictable. Try to get through to her. Assist us and we're going to walk her out. I mean, she's drunk. Yeah. So, we can't just leave her by herself, right? You did you come here with anybody? No, we're together and it's just us. What time is your flight? My flight is 8:10. Her was at Hers was at 8:40. Are you willing to stay with her? Yikes. That's a big ask. Uh, it have to probably be like a family member for me to miss my flight to stay with somebody who got too drunk to get on the freaking airplane because she's going to be by herself and we can't leave her by herself. And I don't want to take her to jail. Public's intoxication. She's fine now. But if she starts turning up, you know what I mean? You leave us no choice. They got to they got to put me on a flight. No. No. We can't. It's not going to happen. I'm not going to lie to you. No, no airline is going to allow you to fly in the state that you're in. So, where I go? All right. Stroking her head up. I'm sober. No, you're not. You're not. They're not going to let you fly like that. Like what? In the state that you're in. What is it like? You're not. You'll understand. She'll explain it to you. This cop has clearly dealt with a ton of drunk people before. And he's probably dealt with this exact situation so many times before. He knows the route he wants to take to try to not have to take this lady into custody. But can she do it? She We can't play with her. No. No. It's not going to happen. Just get the flight out of your head for tonight. Forget it. Sister for tonight. For a couple hours. That's No, ma'am. Can you come get a for a couple hours? Couple hours? Girl, this a new flight. She missed her flight and um the officer is telling us that she needs to sober sober up before she um booked another flight. Like worst call to get from somebody. Hey, uh so and so got too drunk to get on the flight. Can you just come hang out with them for a few hours? What did you say? No thanks. We're trying to get you in a safe place first. No, no, but we got to have you leave here. Huh? We got to have you leave here and we can't stay with you all night. You understand? What's wrong with me? You'll get it to She'll tell you tomorrow. She'll tell you tomorrow. It's so true. So many times you have a drunk in the booking room and then in the cell and in the morning. Well, wow. They get it. Unfortunately for them, it's usually pretty depressing. Not only do they understand, they're like a different person. If you if you exit, you're not going to make your flight. Yeah. We won't we'll let her go to the tip and then we'll turn around and we'll take Don't worry about it. Asia, I'm not going home until I get a flight. Listen, y'all going to drag me? We don't want to do that. Do we look like You going to have to do it. You going to have to do it. That's not cool. That ain't cool. We ain't going to do that. You just got to not drink before you come to the airport. Okay. I didn't come to the airport drunk. You are drunk. You got to rebook. Okay. Well, I'mma book it. You have to book it. Exactly. Spirit refunded you. Ah, Spirit Airlines. RIP and thank you for all the great videos. No, they did not. They said she had a non-refundable ticket. They Yeah, they didn't refund. She had a non-refundable ticket. Oh, non-refundable. That was my only flight. When we drag you out of here, you understand you're going to jail. We don't want to take you to jail. That's what's going to end up happening. In the morning, you're going to regret that. That's not what we want to do. We rather Why do you have to take me to jail? Because you're refusing to do what we're asking you to do. But that's not what we that's not our goal. what you ask me to do. So in Florida, as I understand it, they have disorderly in talk. So like you can be drunk in public and walking around. As long as you're not like creating a disturbance. So I think in this case where she's not following legal requests of the officers, she needs to leave this area. She doesn't have a ticket anymore, so she can't be there. That would be disorderly in talks and she could be arrested and taken to jail. What you ask me to do? All right. So come walk her. Come on. Come with us. Come on. Come on. We're going to walk. Somebody's going to pick you up. He really doesn't want to arrest her. You can tell he's right now. He's rooting for sweetie. All right, call dude. Tell him to meet us upper level terminal 4. See if he's if he's on the way. Yeah, I would confirm that full show. How do I How do I get Come with us. Come on. She's on the move. Can we get this done? You all right? Somebody say something on your phone. Very drunk. Very drunk. My phone. Come on. We almost there. Come on. Let's go. You checking on me. I'm checking on you. I appreciate it. I would say 10 10:50. 10:50. Yeah. I can come. Oh, you got some time. You know. Yeah. Thought she said 9:50 or 9:40. Hey. Yeah. Yeah. Don't go down them steps. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Last thing you need is her to take a header. No. No. We going to step upstairs. Can you Cuz you going to bust your head open, sweetie. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. I don't want you to get hurt. All right. Come this way. Why are you touching? Cuz I don't want you to hurt yourself. Don't touch me. All right. Good. Ooh. She's got that dog in her. You can tell. All right. I don't want you to bust your head open either. Okay. All right. So, just go that way. Go that way. Go that way. For what? Cuz we're going to go outside and she's going to wait with you. Now, we almost out of your face. All you got to do is just walk these last few steps and we gone. All right. So, come on. Let's go. All right, moving right along here. Almost outside. To the right. To the right. Will the ride even show up? We don't know. To the right. To the right. To the right. Walk out in traffic. To the right. You're almost there. Just listen to us. Come on. Don't do that. All right. Just come over here. We trying. Okay. I'm trying to help you. Please. We're almost over. It's almost over with. Just go this way. Come on. Come on. Yeah. It's like you pushing us into a corner. You almost there. You're almost there. Wait for you. Yeah. Don't Please don't do that cuz it's not going to work the way you work. But you're not going to wait here. All right. This is not Yeah. It is so frustrating dealing with somebody who's like really intoxicated cuz like you know what's going to happen. You can see into the future and you're telling somebody, warning somebody, and they just can't hear you. They have no idea what you're saying to them. It's very frustrating. You're almost there. Just walk right there and you're done. All right. You understand? But you're going to put yourself in a position where Don't grab me no more. I'm trying to help you. Oh my gosh. Lady, you grab me. You got to tell me. You can't grab me. I'm going to grab you. I'm going to guide you. I'm going to guide you to where you sit down and we leave cuz you need to chill for your ride to come pick you up. He really doesn't want to. But you can't chill here. Arrest this ride. No, but you can't chill here. You understand? Come on. Let's go on the sidewalk. So, come on. Let's go. Let's go on the sidewalk. Why? You just want you want to stick you in jail? Kind of. No, you don't. I'm warning. You won't be happy about it. Yep. Sit right there. You see? Okay. Get the on. Listen. Be respectful. All right. I don't I'm not that type of dude. We don't got to go to jail. All right. Don't don't don't go there with me. I'm not that type of dude. All right. All right. Don't Don't talk to me like that. All right. Let's go get that. You'll find out. I'm telling you now. Yeah. That guy's like, "Don't please. We don't want to deal with her. Can you get out of the road, please?" Yeah. What you want to do? What you What you want now to get you on the road? Just go sit down, please. Leave well enough alone. Sit down. You almost wait on a ride. What you want? You good now. Thank you. Exactly. Get the home. Yeah. Uhhuh. Hey, take care. Take care. All right. Take care. We appreciate you. Yeah. Get the Thank goodness for that friend. Thank you. All right. The officers wait to deescalate the situation. A few minutes later, her ride arrives, but the woman refuses to leave with the man her friend called earlier. I'm leaving. I'm going. I'm going. Uh-huh. That's what we're waiting on. You going to end? Yeah. So, just chill. No, we don't just chill. We've We exhausted a lot of patience with you. What do you do? All right. We're We're going to ask you here. Listen. No, you have to leave. Oh, okay. So, I'm I'm trying to find a way to leave. So, since they contacted her and she's so drunk, they can't let her go unless they know she's going somewhere safe or somebody's got her. God forbid she walks out into the road there and gets smoked by a car. Terrible tragedy. And also, these cops could be liable. You got to leave. Go with him and figure it out. You either leave. I don't know him. Listen, I'm going to ask you one more time to leave. You want to take me to jail? That's where you're going to end up going, unfortunately. But you don't have to take that route. Take me to jail. You don't have to take that route. I don't know what else to tell you. Three hots in a cot. My flight. You going to take me to jail? We tried. Put your hands behind your back. You blew it. You blew it. Yeah. Yeah. We tried to help you. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. I'm ready. I'm ready. I'm coming. Come on. I'm walking. I know. Keep walking. Listen. Don't get yourself hurt. Don't get yourself hurt. You're not going to win. Trying to pull away. I'm telling you. Whoops. Uhhuh. That's my life. I told you ain't going to win this battle. Uh-huh.
