Stop. Stop. >> Oh. >> Are you okay? >> Oh. Oh. >> Oh. >> Oh, she just hit it. >> Harden gift. >> Put your hands behind YOUR BACK. >> OH. >> WOW. GUYS, TODAY WE HAVE THREE cases with people making very poor decisions, but also I've traveled over 2,000 miles to hang out with my man Sheriff Lamb. >> Sheriff, it's a pleasure having you. >> Good to see you, brother. >> This is good to have you in the studio, man. I've seen you on on YouTube, but actually having you here in the studio >> It's a real pleasure. >> Thank you. I feel the same. It was nice to I see a little break come out to Arizona. >> How's the heat? >> [laughter] >> I was going to say, it's not a place for a ginger man. >> Hell, no. >> All right, you want to get into it? >> Let's do it. >> All right, the first case we have is a woman in a road rage incident where she actually pepper sprays the other driver. >> All right, sir. Can you go back to >> Okay. Okay. >> All right, how are you? >> See, two guys Two guys, I I stopped. >> You what? >> I didn't know people drove around like this, okay? >> Yeah, anytime you see something like that, stop the video. >> It's a little distracting. >> Yeah, a little bit. >> Guys. >> Guys, I stopped and after they go to left and go after me. Before me. >> Can you go back to your car, please? >> Before me. It's very dangerous. >> Okay, is this your car? >> Yes. >> Okay, are you alone? >> They're like waiting to get in somewhere. >> already talked to the other officers, but I have to uh speak with you as well. So, you were in which vehicle? >> I'm in that black Range Rover. >> Okay. And so, can you >> So, they're suffering the effects, it looks like. >> Yeah. Well, look, we've all had it. >> Yeah. >> We were at the roundabout. [snorts] >> Okay. >> No bueno. >> Uh we were behind waiting in line. >> Who was the I'm sorry, who was driving? >> I'm driving. >> Okay. >> He's in the passenger seat. >> Okay. >> She's in front of the car in front of me. Right? >> In front of the car in front of you? >> No, no, no, she's in front of me. >> Okay. >> Right in front of me. And then he hurt Toyoda in there. >> Okay. >> All the cars started leaving. >> Look, there's nothing fun about being pepper sprayed. >> No, I've I've had it again as a ginger, I've had it twice and >> It sucks. >> It's bad. >> Okay. >> And it's been like a minute I honked. >> Okay. >> No, car wasn't even on. There was no lights, no brakes. Car wasn't even on. >> Okay. >> So I went around it. >> Look at his t-shirt. He's trying to get it off. Oh, yeah. >> The car comes on, she flies up behind my car, gets out, and I'm thinking I'm like, "Oh, what the And I I roll down my window like an idiot. I roll down my window cuz I was like, "Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you >> In fairness, do you think a lady in a bikini's going to pepper spray you? >> No. >> [laughter] >> Some lady walks up up to you on a bikini and challenges you, you're not expecting to get pepper sprayed. Now, if you walked up to her car and started challenging her, >> Yeah, she might keep her window up, lock the door. >> Or she maybe pepper sprays you from inside her car. But somebody walking up on your car and pepper spraying you, >> Bizarre. >> Bizarre. Pepper spray, if you wash it off, here's the way to do it. If you ever get pepper sprayed, heaven forbid you had to. You wash it and then you just got to just roll with it because every time you put water on your face, it reactivates. >> And also the first time I got sprayed, part-time academy, I washed it off and then I showered later and it reactivated other places. >> Yeah, you have to >> down the body. >> You have to bend over to to wash it off off your face. >> Nasty. Nasty. >> I didn't even get two words out, she pepper sprayed me inside her entire car. >> Damn. >> I >> Through the driver seat? >> Through my face. >> Through the driver window. Okay. >> Through my face, both of us. >> Both of us. >> Okay. >> I get out, he gets out. I get out. >> I have a video of her. >> Everybody starts recording. >> And then then after he gets the video, she starts attacking me, pulling my herself >> Mhm. >> and hitting him, and then she gets back in her car, hits our our Ranger Rover. >> She hit his car, too. >> And then flies around us, and that's when we >> Okay. You guys both got hit in the eyes with the Okay. Do you need a medical uh >> Wait a second. >> It's very dangerous. >> Okay. You guys both got hit in the eyes? >> It [laughter] kind of seems like this could be her sister. >> It does. >> Like >> I don't know if she they speak the same language or what, but they they have a very similar accent. >> Yeah, that's bizarre. >> My face is burning up. I don't know even what to do. >> My face is burning. >> Mhm. >> The house I mean we already had sunburn now we had we had pepper spray on top of it. >> His face is all red. I can tell. >> Sucks. >> This is kind of the evidence that supports the fact that they were pepper sprayed in the face is the fact that their face is all red. It's not like they're lying about it. >> Right. >> If we call them and they check you out, I don't believe they're going to charge you for that but I don't take my word for it. I'm not really sure how it works. The thing is we get pepper sprayed for you know as part of our training and it's like hours of you can't even open your eyes. So this thank god wasn't bad. It was some sort of Yeah, yeah, yeah. So >> She doused them. >> it doesn't get worse but then again I don't know what she used. Okay, I'm going to talk to her about that. Yeah, I'm going to we'll figure it out. Did you happen to notice like what she did with it after or >> She went back in her car. >> Okay. Okay, pull in right there. >> They have more rich car. They can't make everything right. >> Okay, which lane do you want to pull in there? >> Seems kind of like she's going in class warfare here. >> Yeah, this is class warfare. They had a rich car so they just can't be cutting me in line. >> Right. >> I would love to have the confidence that some people have to go out and rock something like this and then the confidence to walk up on a car and pepper spray people, you know. >> When I get home from the beach I'm exhausted from sucking it in, you know. >> [laughter] >> I'm just going to let it hang out from now on. >> Can you tell me what happened? >> I stay in the line. >> You're in the way in line. >> Yes, I go back because I swim in this place and this is guy they see my car not rich and I just see my phone and they moved in left side when I drive they moved I stopped very quickly. They say your car broken. >> Okay, I'm not I'm having a hard time understanding. >> So from that does it sound like she wasn't moving so they thought her car they went around her? >> So, her story kind of matches their story. They said, "Look, we thought they were broke down. She wasn't moving." They say they honked at her. She didn't move. She was down on her phone, which she admits she was looking at her phone, but she said she was looking at her phone for a second. >> We've all seen people at at green lights on their phone. >> They go around her, then she zips up on them, which is what she says. She said she came to a quick stop behind them. She gets out and comes up and they said they >> say I'm broke down. They did say, "Well, we thought your car was broke down, so." >> Yeah, it's not like they The stories are matching. It's not like they straight-up just cut her. They They thought she was broken down. >> So, you're waiting in line, right? >> Yes, I'm waiting in line. >> what what did they do? >> Uh I just 1 second in phone and they go left or right, I don't know. Right. Right side before me when I drive too. When they stop, I took and ask, "Why you make this? It's dangerous." Yeah. It's dangerous. It's like a crash. like crash. I We make crash. >> Okay. >> So, for a low-speed crash, maybe. >> We think your car broken. >> Okay. And then? He said your car is broken and then what happened? >> I feel like this lady should speak her language. I mean, I don't know. Maybe that's Yeah, they they they kind of similar accents, but >> That's it. I sit in my car. >> So, nothing happened after that? >> Nothing happened after they go out in the car and begin make video. >> Okay, so they start filming you? >> Yeah. Because because I just Why you make this? It's very dangerous. >> Okay. >> I feel like she may be leaving out a key part of this. I just went up and knocked on it. Said, "Why you make this? It's dangerous. We could crash." >> Because I have one crash. I have stress. I can't make stress because my heart uh my I have >> heart condition? >> I called the police. went around her. >> Well, I got a news flash, stress isn't good for anybody. You know, it's good >> [laughter] >> it's bad on all of our hearts. >> And that set her off. She pulled up really close behind them and I could tell she was like kind of road raging. >> Witnesses are always good. >> Yeah. I saw her get out of the car and she pepper sprayed them. The guy in the passenger seat came out of his car to like get her license plate and film and she went over and started like hitting him trying to like grab his phone. >> So he got out. >> So I was like I was like yeah. >> Guys break this up like this is >> Good for him for even getting involved. >> And she got back in her car and scraped the back like pulled around them and like >> She may crash. >> [laughter] >> She may crash. >> Oh god. >> They go out and make filming. >> Okay, so there was no no physical between you? Nobody touched anybody? Nobody pushed anybody? >> I'm just aggressive and stressed because it's gay >> She admits it. I'm aggressive. [laughter] >> guy. I hate this. >> You hate rich guy. >> You want to pepper spray me again? >> Oh. >> Oh wow. >> Want more? >> Stop. It's not helping. The video's not helping, Ryan. >> Ass. Ass. I can't make crash with you. It's my lane. It's my >> Oh yeah, yeah. Suck it up. >> You gay. >> Fat. >> Crazy man. >> Exchanging some niceties there. >> Now they left out that part. They left out the niceties. But if you pepper spray me, I might be a little spicy, too. >> Yeah. Yeah, she pepper sprayed us. That's what we're saying. That's why we're pissed off. Yeah, he's on the Yeah, and then she comes harassing us. Yeah. Yeah, we already got everything. >> That's insane, dude. Are you okay? >> OH. >> OH. >> SHE just hit it. >> Pardon gift. >> She just hit the rental. >> Yeah, she did. >> Okay, is that is that new or old? >> It's old. >> I don't know. know. Maybe new. Maybe when they drive, I don't know. I am not feel something. >> Okay. >> You know, I am afraid we in America because they can pull eyes after there and >> I think what she's saying there is they can pull ice. >> Yeah. >> Which is funny to me cuz I don't know about you, but like if I went to another country, took up shop living there, would you be so bold as to like, I don't know, in like Germany or somewhere, get out of your car and assault somebody with a weapon, like pepper spray? I would lay low. >> Look, I've lived in other countries and frankly, we had this a situation where we had a road rage situation in Panama. Guy gets out, charges my brother, starts punching my brother, and my brother knocks him out in the middle of the road and rush hour traffic, and they hauled us all to jail. >> Yeah, exactly. >> And we spent the time in jail until my brother came back, and by the time they came back from the hospital, they were friends with this guy, but man, we sat there forever. So, yeah, it can be a problem, trust [laughter] me. But you typically you don't go to somebody else's country and raise hell, there's consequences to that. >> Mind your p's and q's. >> Make a problem with me, yes? >> I understand. >> When I go to America, I am not afraid, but after I afraid. >> Why? You're pepper spraying people. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, listen, so the vehicle they crashed into their car when you when you were passing them. When you when you passed them after the argument, you you crashed into them, so there's going to be a crash report as well. >> I am? >> Yes. >> It's my reason. >> Yes. >> Uh-huh. Okay. >> So, I've been told >> I think what she meant to say is my fault. >> Oh, okay. >> She meant to say it's So, you're saying it's my fault, but she said it's my reason, and the lady said yes. >> [music] >> When the other car passed you, you got out of the car, walked towards the car, and pepper sprayed the occupants. >> I show them spray, but I not. >> I guess it's Russian. So, this must be I wish I knew I didn't know what community this is, but they must have obviously have a large Russian population. >> They have to because now >> of them now. >> The cop speaks Russian, she speaks Russian, and I get the feeling that the gal that's taking the report also speaks Russian because there's a part in here where she hears her say something and it appears that she knows what she's saying. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, it didn't go off? >> No. No. >> Okay. Well, >> I say if I don't know who is it. Maybe drug or maybe crazy. I need be safe all time. I just take my pay pepper spray in my head. >> But, you got to >> Somebody told this lady she could have pepper spray and if she felt threatened could use it. Cuz usually when you give pepper spray to like your wife or your girlfriend, you're like, "This is for emergencies. Don't be afraid to use it." And she she took it like very literally. >> She's like, "Pepper pepper spray for you. Pepper spray for you. Pepper spray for you." >> Yeah. Let me cut in the line at Wendy's. >> [laughter] >> So, you're saying you had the pepper spray and you showed it, but you didn't press it all. Okay. And then after that, you called >> to to deny. >> Yeah. >> And the one of the males start filming you. >> Yeah. And I afraid after that >> Okay. >> in >> Uh I saw a video. She didn't look real afraid. >> What do you want? >> You want some more? >> No. >> marching after him saying, "You want some more? You want more?" She wanted a piece. >> So, she did not look that afraid. Look, by this vote time, folks, we've had two victims say that what happened. And her story was fairly consistent minus the pepper spray part. Then she admitted she had the pepper spray in her hand. You also had witnesses say they saw her spray the pepper spray. >> Right. >> You have evidence that these two were sprayed with pepper spray. So, not looking good for this lady. >> The walls are closing in, as we say. >> make this? Why you make my car video? >> Okay. So, did you at any point touch him then? >> Yes, I touch. >> Okay. >> I touch hand just >> Just gently like that. >> [laughter] >> Why you make video? He just keep it very close. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> I say, "Why you make video? It's my car." >> Yes, or just Steve, "Why you make video?" >> I could ask you the same question. >> Look, that real American Sheriff, I make a lot of videos. >> There you go. >> I don't want if It's It's It's something something happened, he can make photo and call police, call insurance, everything. But, he like "I'm rich guy. I'm rich gay guy." >> Okay, Alisa. So, >> Is that what he did? >> She's hung up on the rich and the gay thing. She's very hung up on that. >> I saw >> Does not like it. >> Okay. And it didn't really happen the way you're describing it to me. I understand that might have been your perception, but based on everything I've seen and everybody I talked to, you are going to be placed under arrest. So, put your hands behind >> Where are you going? >> Just relax. >> What's that? >> Into the pool on >> How long? >> You're going to see the judge in the morning. Just try to relax, okay? You're safe. We're going to put you in the car. I'm going to crank the AC up. You're going to go see some people about this. Then you're going to see the judge and then they'll let you go, okay? >> I don't know what they said, but I'm sure he said, "Hey, you're going to go to jail." >> Right. Don't worry, it's not going to be that bad. >> I mean, I don't know what her status is, but then you have your status in the country to deal with on top of this. >> Right. We'll get back to her charges in just a minute, but first this woman's going to turn a simple citation into much more. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Hey. Officer Palm Beach Police Department. Reason why I stopped you is cuz I was alerted that the registration owner was not valid. >> No, I am. >> Okay. Um you have your driver's license? >> So, I don't know I mean, you guys run plates a lot or not? >> Yeah, we just randomly run them. >> So, yeah, we randomly run plates. And so, when you run it, it will tell you whether the registered owner might be suspended. That sounds like what they did. >> Yeah, and like he if he couldn't tell who was driving, you stop the car to figure out is it the registered owner driving? Are they suspended? You know, if it's not, then send them on their way. >> But, it is probable cause for a stop. >> Absolutely, yeah. >> It's registered to Is there a male registered to this as well? >> My kids' father, but I don't know anything about his driver's license. >> Okay. So, what it was telling me like in May of this of this year, he was suspended and it's probably for an insurance um reason. >> Oh. >> So, yeah. >> I don't think he's aware of that. >> Did you co-sign to be on this or no? You did? Okay. You do have insurance? >> I thought he did. That's why I said >> Okay. She don't know if there's insurance on it. >> I'm not sure. I thought he >> So, that will be the problem. So, like he's got a suspended license, but also now the car's got no insurance. That's going to be an issue. >> Might have had it. >> Okay. >> It's possible. I >> Okay. >> But, you know whether you have insurance or not. Because it's not cheap. And when you're paying for it every month, trust me, you know you're paying for insurance. >> Yeah, yeah. >> All right. So, there's no insurance on the vehicle as of right now. As of right now, so you're not going to be able to to drive this vehicle. Nobody's able to drive the vehicle. So, it's going to get end up getting towed. >> What do you mean? >> So, there's no insurance >> What do you mean? >> showing on the vehicle. >> And this is like a no given break zone. Because if you let an operator go that doesn't have insurance and something happens, they'll go right back to that stop. >> And the police become liable. The agency can become liable because you had an opportunity to stop them, you didn't, they went on, they had a crash. And trust me, if somebody decides to make a civil claim against you on a traffic accident, those lawyers will look very deep into it and find that. >> Oh, yeah, absolutely. And when they crash, they've no insurance, the other person's screwed. >> Yep. >> So, nobody can drive a vehicle in the state of Florida you have to have insurance on the vehicle. He's been suspended for financial responsibilities, probably because of an insurance issue for not having an insurance, okay? We have no insurance on file. There's no proof of it. So, it's leaning towards this right now. The insurance doesn't exist on the vehicle, which is a problem. >> I have my kids and everybody waiting. If If my insurance didn't notify us because we didn't have >> All right, hear me out with this, okay? Hear me out. Normally, I'd be towing the vehicle. What You're saying you're headed right at >> Yeah, I'm aware that I'm aware of that cuz I'm also on the vehicle. I don't know why it's not showing that I'm there, but I'll get my own insurance, but I have to have time and notification. They didn't >> Yeah, and you're supposed to show, you know, proof of insurance. So, I'm trying I want to make sure that you understand. >> I mean, what do you do at this point, Serge? >> I'll tow the car. >> Yeah. >> What else can you do? I mean, I have a question for you, Sheriff. So, in Mass, it's license registration. The insurance is on the registration. >> Ours are all three separate. You can show us it on your phone. You can have your your >> Right, something. But, you have to have some proof of insurance, and it's three separate things. >> And is it criminal for you guys? >> No, there are criminal pieces, but not having insurance is not a criminal. >> Okay. >> It's a It's a civil. >> We do a criminal like misdemeanor. >> All right. Let's go ahead and step back here and stand by the car until he's finished. >> For what? >> Cuz I'm telling you to. >> Here we go. She may get it worse. >> Yeah. >> She ain't having it. >> Oh. >> Get out of the car. >> Look, folks, rolling your windows up is not going to save you from getting dragged out of the car. It's probably going to now get your window busted and then get dragged out of the car. But, either way, you're coming out of the car. >> [groaning] >> You're going to be placed under arrest if you don't exit the car. For resisting. Step out of the vehicle. It's being towed. Step out of the vehicle. He's coming. You need to step out of the vehicle. >> It's a good sound proof car, by the way. >> [laughter] >> Yeah, you know what she was saying. Yeah, like you were saying, like you're prolonging the inevitable. >> Yeah. >> And you're going to get some damage to your car where you could just get out. >> And you're now going to pick up resisting, obstruction. Now you're going to pick up some some more misdemeanors, because look folks, I get it, it sucks. Getting a ticket, getting your car towed, costs you money, but this is going to go really bad from here. >> Ma'am, get out. >> She won't get out of the car, she just locked it. >> Are you able to bust the windows? >> En masse? >> Yeah, like Yeah, you you can if it gets to that point. >> honest with you here, we're going to be like, "Hey, get out of the car." We'll give you probably two or three times, and you're getting your windows busted after that. We don't mess around like some of the videos I watch, where you're they're telling them 100 times to roll the window Cuz from there it can get worse. They can drive off, they can run one of you over, they can hurt somebody. >> Right. >> Supervisor is coming. You need to get out of the car. You are under arrest. Step out of the car. Step out of the >> "I can't hear you." Oh, she's calling 911. >> Misuse of 911 now. >> Yep. Well, now she's going to go to jail for resisting. >> Do not call 911, or you'll be arrested for that, too. >> Open the door. Hey, fellas, come over here. We're going to bust it and drag her out. >> No glass breaker. Let's see Let's see how this goes. >> Get out of the car, you're under arrest. >> She's got a glass that can be tough one. >> Oh my gosh. >> It has a laminate on it. >> Look at that. >> He's got I think he's hitting it with his baton. >> Yeah. Need a finer point. >> So my cuff key I carried for a long time had a spring loaded thing. >> Pop. >> And it would just and it would just shatter. >> Yeah, I got I got that question recently on the channel, like do they issue those to us? They don't issue them to us. I think it's an individual officers can carry them, but we don't get them like standard issue. >> Or you can carry a little piece of spark plug, the ceramic from the spark plug, if you ever seen it. >> Yeah, people are doing all kinds of beanies with that. >> throw I actually have been sent some shatter balls, You can just throw them at the >> Those are crazy. >> and they will shatter the window, too. She's honking. >> Yeah. >> Oh, man. >> Sayonara. >> The The sticks is doesn't make it easy to break. >> That's stubborn. You don't get that shock and awe, the pop. >> These are a couple old dogs, though. They're not in any hurry to go. [laughter] >> Nope. Stop. >> Oh. >> Stop. Stop. >> Oh. >> Fresh pursuit. Continued pursuit. >> Get down. Get down. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. STOP. >> HE JUST WENT. >> STOP. WHAT THE HELL? >> THEY MUST BE BLURRING this cuz it's inside somebody's house. >> WHY DO YOU HAVE YOUR >> YOU'RE UNDER arrest for fleeing and eluding. >> For what? >> And reckless driving, resisting arrest. >> You are full of it. You are full of it. >> Well-timed video, ma'am. >> YOU ARE FULL OF IT. >> These are now joke cops out there. They went They followed her all the way into the house. So, you might say, "Well, she's in her house. You need a warrant." When you're in fresh pursuit of somebody that's breaking the law, there's the flexibility, which is why they blurred it because they didn't have a warrant when they went in the house. >> Right. You see her going, fresh pursuit, you got her. >> Good job. You just turned a citation to a felony. >> Yeah. >> Good job. >> Guess what? YOU JUST LOST YOUR BADGE. YOU JUST LOST YOUR BADGE. YOU JUST LOST YOUR BADGE. >> YOU HEAR that a lot. Rarely happens. >> You just lost You just lost your license. >> Says the person who has no no idea what's going on. >> Get her her ass OFF OF ME. GET HER ASS OFF OF ME. >> OH, BOY. >> NO, YOU didn't know what THEY JUST DID. I NEED AN AMBULANCE. I NEED AN AMBULANCE. >> SIT DOWN. SIT DOWN for a minute. >> Ambulance. >> [screaming] >> I'm in pain. I DID NOT SIT DOWN. >> This is a game that a lot of people play where I want an ambulance. They want to go to the hospital instead of actually being held accountable. >> Which is a huge pain for us. You You to sit there with them and >> That's what she's trying to do right now. >> What are you doing indoors? >> NO. NO. STOP. I JUST TOLD YOU I'M PREGNANT. I CANNOT SIT DOWN. I JUST TOLD YOU THAT. I JUST TOLD YOU THAT. >> [screaming] >> YOU WANT TO RESCUE? >> YES. >> I THINK THE kid is saying, "Mom, what are you doing?" >> Yeah. Mom, not not again. >> Yeah. >> Probably. >> Yeah. >> Get your hands off me. >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING? SHE'S A QUESTION NOW, LET'S SEE. >> WHAT'S UP? THEY ARE LYING. HE JUST ASSAULTED ME IN MY OWN HOUSE. >> YOU YOU SAID YOU'RE PREGNANT? >> YES. >> WEEKS? HOW MANY MONTHS? >> ARE YOU [ __ ] KIDDING ME? >> HOW MANY WEEKS ARE YOU >> GET [screaming] THE [ __ ] AWAY FROM ME. GET THE SUPERVISOR. >> THEY'RE ON THE WAY. >> THEY WANT YOU TO GO TO JAIL. >> THEY JUST TRIED TO KILL ME. THEY TRIED TO KILL ME. THEY TRIED TO KILL ME. >> [laughter] >> WHAT HAPPENED FOR? This kid is freaking out. >> [screaming] >> OH, JEEZ. >> NO, RIGHT NOW. >> ARE YOU THE SON? >> YES, I'm her son. What the [ __ ] ARE YOU DOING? >> DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY WEEKS OR MONTHS SHE'S PREGNANT? >> SHE'S A LOT STOP. WHAT ARE YOU >> HOW MANY WEEKS OR MONTHS PREGNANT? SIR. >> SHE'S PREGNANT, TOO, BRO. >> SO, NOW, they're being very nice to him. We would make him move back. And if not, you got to put him in cuffs too, just in until you get it cuz he's he could get more and more agitated and he's a big kid. What I would do is you got to clear him back cuz they're agitating each other right now and >> And look, these cops are being great. They're veterans. They >> Right. >> are clearly not new to this job. >> you put her down? She's pregnant. >> How many weeks OR MONTHS PREGNANT? >> BRO, WHAT THE I NEED [screaming] A MEDIC. >> Get out of my face. Get out of my face, dude. >> What are you doing? >> I'm [ __ ] problems, man. >> Caitlin. >> Head down. >> She's been called dude, man, bro. I'm [laughter] like, what is this new thing in our culture where we're calling ladies bra? >> I got to be honest with you. I'm still impressed with the >> Stop. >> straight kick to the door, boom, walking in there. >> seamless. >> I loved it. I had one similar scene one time where we chased this guy, went in the house, boom, kicked the door in just like that. You can't even imagine the person sitting on the couch and all of a sudden the cop comes busting through the door, chasing you and tackles somebody in your home. >> What did you bring to MY HOUSE? >> CADEN! >> OH, LOOK. I THINK THEY'RE PUTTING HIM IN CUFFS OVER THERE. >> PHIL, get her. You got her? >> Yeah. See, they ended up having to put >> They ended up having to put him in cuffs. >> You guys need to back up. Back up over there to the car. >> And these cops are super calm. >> Yeah. They're not getting rattled at all. >> I need a medic. >> Sit down in the car. >> I need a medic. >> Oh my goodness, lady. >> I got All right. There you go. Now you're going to get shoved in the car. >> I need a medic. >> With those pajama pants in public, you know. No shoes. >> What are you doing? She's pregnant. What the [ __ ] are you doing? >> She's under arrest. >> All right. I don't want to talk to you, bro. >> You cannot interfere with cops. >> want to talk to you. I didn't interfere with anything. Get my job out of my driveway. >> Stop. >> Oh, they got the What's it called? The halo rule or something? Which is nice. >> to pass it here in Arizona, but it didn't It >> Really? >> Well, I know. >> That's too bad. But the best knives yet, cops, you have to stay back from the scene where cops are working, otherwise you're just automatically >> are These are great cops. They were calm when she ran. They gave her plenty of opportunities to get out of the car. She didn't. Then she came home. They went right in and took her into custody. >> not overreacting. >> were calm with this kid, but when they needed to put cuffs on him, which I was saying, "Hey, put the cuffs They did. Boom. >> It's It's for his own good to detain him cuz like you said, seems like he's not slowing down. He's just amping up. >> I've always said, you You always take these off. >> Right. >> You always take these cuffs off. When you don't have them on, things can escalate and people can get hurt. And so I'm glad that they got them in custody. They can take them off after. >> Absolutely. >> You just committed a crime, dude. >> Okay. >> You had every opportunity to walk away. >> So she was resisting from another officer on a traffic stop. Uh she got uh assisted to the ground. Then she says she's telling us that she's pregnant. >> Assisted. >> Goes in every report. I guided, aided, and assisted the suspect to the ground. >> the suspect to the ground with a straight-arm takedown. >> Right. Just like academy taught me. >> She has a um abrasion to one of her forearms. >> Okay. >> That's right. >> That's more than an abrasion. In fact, I went into labor. He slammed me on the floor. >> Come on. >> Okay. >> Pulled me down, pinned me up, and knee'd me in the door, put trying to choke me, all kind of stuff. >> All right. Well, my partner's going to get you a ride home. >> They're like, "We're EMTs, so are you okay?" >> All right. >> I'm 12 weeks. >> 12 weeks. >> He was beating me up with my hands behind my back. And I told him I could not sit down. He forced me to sit down. >> Thank goodness for body cams. >> Exactly. This is one of those situations where she would call in and say all this and then the camera's going to show. >> Most cops I know like the body cams now. >> Yeah. >> We'll get back to her charges in just a moment, but first the cops pull over this drunk driver. Little did they know the girlfriend was also going to be a serious problem. >> You got your all your information there? >> Uh that should be my my credit >> So you're coming from Alamogordo? >> I know we're going to Key West. >> Are you going to Key West? >> Yes. >> So you're on your way to Key West? >> Yeah, for my birthday. >> Oh, okay. What do you know about Key West? Do you know what Key West is? >> Okay. You do a lot of traffic stops in Mass? >> Yeah. >> It's always funny when you get the passenger starts chiming in all the stuff. >> always a problem when they start talking. >> Like, "I'm talking to him." She's over there chiming in. >> Yep. What's special about Key West? >> Well, I just wanted to go for my birthday. >> Got you. >> Okay. >> All right. >> It also doesn't help the driver out. >> Right. >> Not much at >> All right. Step on out. >> Yeah, not much is a problem. >> Not much, maybe two. That's always the answer. >> Not much, but I don't really have good balance. >> All right, be honest with me, how much have you had to drink tonight? >> Nothing, sir. >> You just said you you didn't have much. >> I had lunch, and that's it. >> What if I tell you you're coming from the direction of Key West and going towards Islamorada? >> [laughter] >> Whoops. >> Oh, no, no. That >> We're going We're going to Key West. >> Okay. All right, man. >> Going the wrong direction. >> Does he appear to be under the influence? >> I'm seeing some indicators, I believe. >> Absolutely. [laughter] >> So, dude, I know you've been drinking. So, I know you've been drinking, and you told me even at your window you haven't had that much to drink. So, let's be honest with me, how much have you had to drink? >> Uh I haven't had much to drink. I'm over here celebrating her birthday, that's it. >> You You could be over here celebrating Jesus Christ's birthday right now. I'm going to have you submit to a standardized field sobriety exercises. Do you determine you can operate a motor vehicle? >> Is this all that necessary, bro? >> Uh yes, sir. >> Okay, you got slurred speech, slow movements getting out of the car. I'm sure that when they walked up to the vehicle, there was a some at least a moderate odor of alcohol that they probably reported. You look for bloodshot eyes. >> Not aware of the direction he's traveling. >> Doesn't know where he's going. They had a reason to be partying. He says he hadn't been drinking much, then he said he didn't, then he said he had lunch, now he says again not much. >> Right. >> You willing to do it or not? >> I am willing to do it. >> Foot parallel to the ground. >> So, >> using his hands. >> five, six, seven. Can I stop? >> Keep going until I tell you to stop. >> eight >> Okay, you can stop. All right, you see the red light? Put your chin down. >> HGN >> your eyes only, you understand? >> HGN. I base like 80% of my OUI's on HGN. It's It's so good and completely not admissible in court. [music] >> I would get people out of the car. First thing I would do is HGN. >> You can tell as soon as they if it's if it's got that nice nystagmus on the Supra of 45, they say it's it's 0.08 to 0.1 every time. >> I think I only had one and that was one of my first ones when I was in the training still. Every other one I ever had was right on. >> Right. >> But HGN, you would do it. You already know whether you're going to arrest them there, but you still go through all the field sobriety tests for court stuff and yeah. >> Look at the other headlight. >> All right. >> Do you want to tell me anything wrong about my driving tonight? >> And by the one by the By the way, the one that I was wrong when I was doing the training was like a 0.06. >> Wasn't wasn't goose eggs. >> No, it wasn't goose [laughter] eggs. They were still under the influence, so. >> All right, ma'am. You have somebody to call come get you? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, unfortunately, he's he's going to go to jail for DUI. No tolerance. All right. Should've made better choices tonight. I'm sorry it's your birthday. We'll get somebody on the phone to come get you. >> If I have to drive him back, he's the one that's been drinking. No. No. If we let him go, we get fired. Sorry. This is y'all's fault. Both of y'all's fault. Yeah. It's zero tolerance. Yeah. No, he has a history of DUIs. >> Oh. >> Yeah. >> What is it for you guys? When does an uh DUI become a felony? >> Agg DUI if you have children in the car, driving on a suspended license that was suspended for DUI, then that's agg DUI as well. >> Okay. So, you have like an aggravated >> Or if you've had so many DUIs within the last so many years, that is also agg DUI as well. >> Okay. That's what we have. We have three and up becomes a felony for us. >> Yeah. And so, look, I have no tolerance. Many people on my channel have heard me talk about I had a son, a granddaughter, my 22-year-old son, 11-month-old granddaughter, my daughter-in-law were all killed by somebody driving under the influence of marijuana and alcohol. So, I have zero tolerance for this. And so, when they say that they don't let people go, that's why because there is people that die from this and I'm I'm living proof of that, so. >> Call a ride cuz it's getting towed. Y'all come out on our streets doing this stupid [ __ ] endangering our people here, you know? Our kids out here. >> Absolutely. >> Call a ride cuz once tow truck gets here, car's getting towed. So, call somebody come get you. >> Hey look, man. I'm with the guy. I've been through this. I've had the knock at the door and it sucks. >> Yeah. >> But he did leave from here. >> All right, now we're going to go put this in the tow truck. >> I can see it in the middle right here. >> That's probably the direction you were going. >> No. >> Ma'am, we're not up for argument. >> [laughter] >> Like you're arguing with him for going the direction that he was going. >> It was a totally of pointless conversation. >> Yeah. >> What evidence? >> We're not doing We're not >> No, but I his mom is a lawyer. >> Oh, well. >> We don't care. >> Mommy's a lawyer, so I guess let him go. >> Surprised he didn't want to call his mommy like so many other people do. >> Right. >> Yeah. His mom's a lawyer? Oh, shoot. We're trembling in our boots. We better let him go. >> Right. So sorry. >> I know you don't >> We don't care. We we >> I just want to understand what's going on because honestly, he hasn't had like I know him. >> The experts in interviewing say if someone uses that, whatever they call it, honestly in front of something they're about to Sometimes they're about to >> If I'm being honest, were you not being honest with me all the other times? >> Right. It's like a tell. >> He hasn't had >> This is going to be like his third DUI. >> I know he's had DUIs in the past. I've had my own DUIs. >> Okay. Yeah, that's great. And you know, and there and you know, and there's a point you know. >> But here's the thing, she clearly it's not important to her and they haven't learned their lessons because they're still doing it. And what is it going to take? Killing somebody, hurting somebody? >> I know. >> What is it going to take? >> It's awful. It's a very common thing not to have any DUIs in your past. >> for Amoretto. >> No, no. Come on in here. We got a guest in here. >> [laughter] >> Come peek in the middle of this camera in here. >> Oh, the great Frank Sloot. >> Good to meet you, brother. >> Right in here in the middle cuz then everybody will get to Look at folks, we got a guest here. >> Fridays with Frank. >> What's up? >> What's going on, man? Long time no see. Looking good. Looking good. >> We're on Sergeant Steve's channel right now. >> All right on. >> Well, I heard you were in town, man. I had to I had to stop by. So, I drove down from Phoenix. For those of you don't know, this is the Fridays with Frank. What's your channel? Tell everybody your channel. >> It's Frank Sloup on YouTube. Just f r a n k s l o u p. They all know it. >> Everybody knows Fridays with Frank. >> me tell you, the three of us, someone watches one of us. Someone watches all of us. >> I had told Sergeant Steve that Frank might show up. >> I'm all right here. I was kind of thinking like, well, if he's on duty, I hope they're not doing some kind of stage when they pull me over and >> [laughter] >> humiliate me on video. >> They We We We did it with Slow Jammas dance, so we we've done it. >> You don't want to end up in the back seat going to jail, too, tonight. So, let's not do it. >> This man has done some serious DUI investigations. >> I can imagine. >> Frank, how many DUI investigations you think? >> I'm in Oh, I'm in the thousands. Yeah, absolutely. >> You got the mad award, for sure, though. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah, I just our award ceremony was last night. So, got a different guy in my squad car, but I got it in like '08, '13. [music] I got it a couple years ago. >> That's awesome. It's good work, man. >> And then we were just talking about how I've been affected. These people are driving under the influence. Clearly, they don't learn. They've done it over and over again. Frank knows my family very well, how my kids were killed. This is why we do what we do, because we keep these people off the streets from hurting our family. >> You're going to get a DUI if you hop in that driver's seat. >> I'm going to get a DUI for parking the car right there. >> Yep, you are. >> [laughter] >> And you can't park the car here. >> I'm going to >> This guy's no nonsense, by the way. >> I love it. I love it. >> You can You can call Jesus. >> Sheriff. >> You can call [laughter] Jesus. >> You want an Uber or a taxi or anything to come get you? >> Okay. All right, I just want to make sure you have some transportation, cuz the car's getting towed. >> So, just so people watching know, like with an OUI, DUI, whatever you want to call it, you can't release the car. Most states you have to hold on it, right? How many hours is your guys' hold? >> If you're above a 1.5 or it's a felony, [music] it's a 20-day hold. >> Yeah. Oh, wow. >> Ours is 12 hours. >> That's cute. >> [laughter] >> He's a mass guy. >> Yeah. Oh. >> Oh, you're a mass hole? >> Yeah. >> [laughter] >> Oh, okay. All right. Now I get it. >> No, it was involved in a crime, yes. No, no, that's okay. It's involved in a crime. Okay, look. >> No, I >> You're going to Oh, she's not getting it at all. >> We don't give We don't give a [ __ ] what what you got. It was involved in a crime, so it's getting towed. That's what happens. Do you understand that? One more thing out of you, you're you're you're you're you're impeding our investigation. You're going to end up going to jail with your boyfriend tonight for a totally different charge. >> This is ridiculous. >> It's involved in a crime. >> Her behavior is ridiculous. >> That's what happens. >> Also, Florida. That's Florida crazy, baby. >> They don't mess around. >> If it were me, I'd be like, thank goodness I wasn't driving. I get to go home. >> Yeah, but she can't do that. >> Oh, no. No, she's going to continue to go push it. >> I will let you know and give him a courtesy, that way he can get out of the list. >> I would I would like to to know right now if you could let me know >> She's got demands now. >> so it doesn't get charged hourly cuz I know they're going to charge hourly for the tow car. And if you could also let me know where he's being >> So I can pay to not get it charged, right? So you're >> Whatever I have to do to to get the car out to get him >> These guys are no nonsense. >> Is that your personal >> Yes, it is because that's my woman and >> Yes, we are. >> Okay, so do you guys have the same last name as him? >> Yes, we do. >> I highly doubt it. >> We're behind the tow truck. So this is what's going to happen. I'm going to run your name and if it comes back that you're lying to me, you're going to jail for giving me false information >> Yes. >> I love it. >> because you me that were not married. That you guys are just boyfriend and girlfriend. >> Time to come clean, sister. >> last name. I'm going to give you one last opportunity to correct >> Guys, this could be fantastic if you lied. >> [laughter] >> I'm just trying to help him. >> What is your last name? >> I'm just trying to help him. >> What is your last name? >> Okay, it's >> No, no, it's not fun. >> It's It's fine. I'm just trying to help him out because I want to bail him out. >> But you're not helping. >> Right. >> And she's certainly not helping him herself. >> You're making everything worse. >> Yeah. >> I want to be responsible >> But we're all going to be at the same place. >> And I feel terrible that he drove, that he got arrested. Like this this is not >> You're a grown man. >> This is not fun on my birthday. >> And it's like his third DUI. >> Yeah, so he's got a He's in a learning ditch. >> [laughter] >> I just want to help him out and bail him out. >> last name? >> I don't Please respect me if I'm >> She's already walked herself into a a corner here and she's trying to figure out how do I get out of this. >> I'm saying this like correctly because I don't want to be in any trouble. >> You realize you could have been gone? >> I know. I understand. >> I am legally telling you you have to identify yourself. >> I understand. >> So right now, the first thing you need to do is tell me your full last name. >> I I I'm only just trying to help him out. >> It's so easy to >> I just want to take my Uber like you told me and call it a day. >> Well, we could Uber you to jail. >> your name. I told you, it's Jasmine. >> What's your date of birth? >> Why are we doing this? >> Okay. >> Like [laughter] I told you, I'm not in any >> Yeah. >> I'm not in any trouble. >> No, no, no, you are >> You are now. >> Yeah. >> What is your date of birth? >> You are now. I would listen to him. >> I am giving you a chance. >> My date of birth is today. It's today. I'm telling you today. >> She's super lucky that you can tell they really don't want to take her into custody. >> Yeah, they don't. >> Cuz it's a whole 'nother problem with her. >> The guy whose body cam that we're on right now is having no part of this and he would like to probably take this girl to jail. >> He's getting there. >> Yeah. >> What year? 97. Like today is literally my birthday. I don't want to >> Birthday, princess. >> I just want to help him. >> That's the type of girl that wears a sash on her birthday. >> [laughter] >> That's the girl. >> A sash and a tiara. >> Yeah. That's That's >> It's my birthday. Yeah. >> [laughter] >> I just literally want to help him get out. I feel terrible for him getting in trouble. It's my birthday. This is the last thing I wanted to get involved with. >> I'm not going to lie. He's not going to be the first dude to get in trouble because of a lady. >> It happens. Get her. Ma'am. >> That's it. >> All right. >> Cops are coming out. I heard it. Here we go. >> I told I told you TO STOP STOP STOP WALKING AWAY. DO NOT >> DO NOT FIGHT. >> You can't start walking away. I told you to stop. >> She's never going to forget this birthday. >> Yeah. >> Stop resisting. >> No no no. I'm fine. I'm fine. I promise you. >> Guys, she's fine. Down you go. >> Put your hands behind your back. I PROMISE YOU I'M FINE. >> NOPE. >> OH MY GOSH. >> PLEASE DON'T ARREST ME. I'm asking you. Please don't arrest me. Can't Can't call it back. >> Can't unring that bell. >> walking away from me. >> I'm going to taze you if you don't stop. Shut up. >> I love it. Florida cops are great. >> Monroe County and those guys down there, they don't mess around. >> That's right. >> I'm heading to Monroe [laughter] County next week. >> Nice. >> Nice. Oh, yeah. >> Well, hopefully it's these guys. >> I'm going to go do SOME TUNA FISHING. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> OH. >> OH. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> FULL LOCK. >> YEAH. FULL >> [laughter] >> GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND >> SHE IS ON THE GROUND. >> GET ON THE GROUND. NOW. >> SHE'S TOUGH. >> She's tough. >> She is. >> She fought the cuffs off. >> She took the taser like a champ. >> Talk the talk and she walked the walk. You got to be tough. >> [laughter] >> I'M ASKING FOR ONE SECOND. I'M ASKING FOR ONE SECOND. >> TURN AROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. >> I DON'T WANT TO BE TASED. >> IT IS UNBELIEVABLE that she's gone through all this including being tased and still is defiant. >> Yeah, she's like, "No, I'm good, guys." >> It's insane. >> Cool, we could just call it good. >> [laughter] >> Pull these probes out of me. I'll grab an Uber and I'm ready to go home. >> Are we done here, guys? >> [laughter] >> Turn around. TURN AROUND. TURN AROUND. Turn around. Listen, turn around. Turn around. You want to get tased? I was just walking away for two blocks. Guys told me that I was running. I was just walking away to call his mom. That's all I was doing. >> [snorts] >> It's a good case study for like going from being in zero trouble to just building it and building building your own case >> and having every opportunity to walk away and not all this. Now, I mean, look, they're going to find stuff in the car, it looks like. >> Yeah. >> Here we go. Meth? >> It's a negative. >> A field test? >> Purple, so that's good. >> Why do you have a goose? >> going to charge for the weed or not. >> Like filled with meth or fentanyl? >> Cocaine. >> Fentanyl. >> Yeah. >> Anastasia received two counts of misdemeanor battery and her case is still moving through the court. Make sure you're subscribed and I'll update the outcome of her case. Tamara was charged with fleeing and eluding at high speed, disregard for safety, resisting officer without violence, reckless driving, misuse of 911 system, and failure to furnish proof of insurance. The reckless driving, misuse of 911, and failure to furnish proof of insurance charges were all dismissed or dropped. However, Tamara has opted to move forward with a jury trial to contest her other charges. Make sure you're subscribed and I'll update you with the outcome of her case. This arrest also led to some controversy with a former deputy chief stating during a city council meeting that Officer Rollins was seen choking and striking Hatcher in the video. Officer Rollins' department defended him stating that the allegations that Tamara was choked were false and an internal review found that Rollins had acted within department policy. Jasmine was charged with possession of cocaine, providing a false ID, possession of marijuana under 20 g, resisting by interfering with law enforcement, possession of drug equipment, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. After Jasmine's attorney cited case law that closely matched the facts of her case, prosecutors took a second look at the charges. Although Jasmine initially gave a false last name and falsely claimed to be the driver's wife in an attempt to take possession of the vehicle, she corrected herself and provided her real identity during the same encounter. Crucially, she did so before she was arrested, transported, booked, or had any official paperwork completed under the false name. Prosecutors ultimately agreed that her immediate correction created a strong legal defense to the false identification charge, meaning evidence recovered during the encounter may not be admissible in court. Ultimately, they opted to dismiss the entire case. Next up, this teen finds out what happens when you taunt the police. >> Come on. Come on. I can't breathe, Bob. >> I'm not resisting. >> If you want to watch that video, click here. Also, there's a link in the notes to Sheriff Lamb's channel. Go check it out.
