This cop thought a vague call was enough
to question and threaten a man just
sitting on a street corner. But he
didn't expect the man to know his
rights, boldly exposing the harassment
and demanding the exact law he was
breaking. When the officer couldn't
justify his actions, his tough act
quickly fell apart.
>> I'm here because you are standing at the
corner,
