When I got here, he's laying down asleep. Okay. The car smells like weed. >> It doesn't smell like weed in here at all. We don't >> Okay. Regardless, at this point we're beyond that. At this point now, I'm identifying everybody in the vehicle. >> I gave you consent to search. >> Okay. >> Again, consent to search? >> I just I just want to help. >> Old? >> Not in here. >> All right. All right, but you got to be able to identify yourself as well, okay? >> I can do that. >> Okay. All right, ma'am, can you step off for me? Where you guys headed to? >> Um we're going to Georgia right now. >> Do you have a Boston ID? >> I don't have an ID on >> Okay, have you ever had an ID? >> Yeah, I've had one. >> From where? >> From Boston. >> Okay, so you have a Boston ID. >> Yeah. >> That's why I asked if you ever had an ID before. >> Yeah, of course I've had an ID. I just don't have one on me. >> Okay, do you have any type of identification? >> I really don't. >> That's a problem. Okay, you got to you got to you're an adult. You on probation or anything like that? >> Mhm. >> In Boston? Okay, what kind of probation? >> Do I really have to say this? We're not doing anything wrong. >> Yeah, you have I mean if you're on probation you have to be able to provide all that information. It wasn't It's not in Boston. We're all the way in Florida right now. >> What is your first name? >> Robin. >> What is your date of birth? >> Do I really have to say this? >> Yeah, if I have to ask you again I'm going to put you in jail. >> I didn't do anything wrong. Doesn't know her social security number. >> I have a serious heart condition. >> listen to what I'm telling you, okay? >> I'm telling you. >> I have to be able to positively identify you. >> Sorry, sir, but I don't remember my social. Really bad head injury and I forget a lot of things and >> Well, I need you to start remembering. >> All the excuses. >> I got booked in case a few months ago. >> Okay, so what is your social? >> I don't have it. >> Cuz you got to be able to cash checks, you got to be able to do stuff. >> I haven't worked. I haven't. >> Okay, so how do you survive? >> My My boyfriend helps me out. >> Uh-huh. >> And my family. >> All right, so you're going to lie? Cuz listen to me. lying to me, aren't you? to me. Cuz if you're lying to me, and once I find the truth, you're going to get whatever charges you have and my charges, okay, for lying to me. >> Okay. I'm >> That's why I told you to get your hands out of your pockets. >> It's just I'm cold. >> I don't care. Put your hands behind your back. >> Why? >> Do you have anything on you that's illegal? >> Can you please stop You can't just arrest me. >> Do you have Do you have a warrant? >> I don't think so. >> be straight up. Cuz they might not even extradite. All right, so I can't We can't find you in the system. So, be straight up with me. I got to ask. >> I'm I'm being >> So, what's going on here? We're going to go to my car. If you do have a warrant >> I do. >> Okay, out of where? >> Out of Boston. >> Okay, for what? >> Shoplifting and resisting arrest. >> Okay. So, they might not even They might not even extradite for that. >> So, usually they won't extradite if it's like minor charges, cuz extradition costs money, manpower. They have to come get you. So, if it's a minor charge >> And that's one big if. >> they might not ship her up to Boston. >> Give me your your real social. All right, what's your social? So, what is your What is your social? All right, then where? >> Boston. >> Okay, but they might not even extradite. Do you understand? That they might not even want to pick you up. It's not even worthy of picking you up. >> I know, but they probably I don't know. It's It's a felony. >> How about the guy in the back? What's his name? >> It's my boyfriend. >> The one in the back seat? What's his real name? >> Ryan. >> Ryan what? >> He says his ID is already ran. He's suspended. >> Okay. >> So, he gave me an ID first and had to deal with that. >> So, what's your name, sir? >> Suspended. >> Huh? Jesse what? >> better. >> Huh? >> This is the name of Kate that she gave me. This is what he just gave me. So, I'm going to confirm with her again. This is the one in the back. >> All right. So, just double checking. Your Your boyfriend's name is Ryan. Where's your Who's uh Jesse? Is that his brother? Or is that Is that another lie to me? So, he's giving me his brother's why? >> I don't know, cuz he's probably nervous and has maybe It's It's Ry- Ryan. >> Okay. >> Give me a name. He gave No, I just cuz he he was running from me like he has warrants or something like that. I don't even think he does. >> Oh my gosh, what a crew. >> Oops. Hey. Okay. They're real jittery, real real jittery. I don't know what they're hiding. >> There's a lot of stuff on video, it's kind of hard to pick up, but he probably, like he said, saw the operator. The guy was very nervous, his hands were shaking, and he knew to just keep [music] asking questions, keep digging to see what's going on with these three. And really good job. >> Something something's up here. The guy in the front seat was shaking like a leaf when I got in. Who's Is this you right here? >> No. >> That's not you? >> No. >> Who's this? >> I don't know. Who's that then? >> That is such a Boston looking guy. That is Mr. Boston. >> You don't know? >> It's not me. >> Yeah. >> It's not me. >> Then who is it? >> I I don't know who was in the car. Who was already in the car. >> Who was in the car? And who's on Patrick Carter? There's an ID in the back that says Patrick Carter. You know? >> No. >> Okay. Who's the ID for the same name? A credit card rather, Wells Fargo card. >> Uh-oh. A plastic. >> Got a Massachusetts ID, Graham. This guy. You have a positive ID on this guy yet? >> I got random. I don't know what He doesn't have anything out of Florida. >> But you're saying that he doesn't have any warrants or anything like that? >> He does. >> Well, he's just I don't know why he would do that, but Hm. Hey, come over here, sergeant. and take these out? They don't have like different names on them. All right, just hook them. >> We'll get them with fraud then. >> Yeah. I'm not going to lie. >> He he gave me the ID. >> Uh-huh. >> And he was like, "Here's my ID." I don't know why he said it like, "What's the ID behind it?" And if you look at the two IDs, they look a little bit different. Not like a Not like a legit license. >> Uh-huh. >> And the license they gave back was suspended. So, I don't know if you can get them for >> Does that Does that look good? >> Some This girl right here? >> So, all these IDs are all different? >> Yeah, I know. It's him. >> And in most states, altering or producing fake state documents like a license is a felony. >> Yeah, it's 100% him. >> Yeah. That looks like her. Like this one here. This one. >> Yeah, I know. It's 100% Yeah, they're they're definitely 100% her. Probably her. >> Who knows who this guy really is if he's got all these fake IDs. >> And he already gave you a fake name anyway. He said when he stepped out, he said, "I gave him five minutes." >> That's going to be the one I'm going to say that has something that's inappropriate. Syringes Syringe caps. >> It is. You already >> You're arrested for the warrant. They're going [snorts] to extradite. They're going to extradite on that. >> So, they are going to come get her, which means the charges were pretty serious. >> Oh, come on. >> Well, I mean, they're in your bag. >> They're not There's nothing in my bag. >> Yeah, I mean, there's a >> There was nothing in my I have nothing like that in my bag. >> Well, I mean, you also have paraphernalia and stuff like that. You have drugs in there. >> No, I don't. >> Yeah. >> No, I don't. >> Why do you have fake IDs? >> I don't. >> Okay. Well, they have your picture on them. >> Okay. >> They're right >> Don't know where they are. >> Who made those? >> Weren't in my possession. >> Okay, but they're they're in your bag. >> They weren't in my bag. >> And you also have uh different narcotics in there. >> No, I don't. No. >> Well, you have triazolam in in your bag. >> Okay, I did have that in my bag. That was in my bag. >> Okay. And you also have like uh hypodermic needle cap in there as well. >> even use You can look at my arms. I don't. >> You have drugs right there. And then you have another little pouch there with some other paraphernalia. >> have paraphernalia. I'm not on anything right now. So, I don't see why I would have that. >> Okay. What is the little black bag there? Like a little fanny pack? >> It's not mine. >> Whose is it? >> I don't know. >> Well, I mean, now's the time to really know who it is. >> whose it is. It's not mine. >> All right. Well, your IDs were in there. >> Well, I don't know why. Cuz I don't have an ID. >> Okay. Well, I found your IDs. Bunch of fake IDs. >> I don't. It's crazy. >> That That name that he gave me, was that his real name? The Ryan name? Is that a real name? >> That's his name. >> All right. Cuz I Cuz he's got a bunch of fraudulent IDs as well. >> Why? >> Well, you know, [laughter] you guys are running around. >> Right. >> Well, I don't know. >> Okay. Um where Where'd you meet them at? >> Um they're from back home. Right now, we we have a couple of mutual friends. So, like, you know what I mean? >> Okay. >> From back home, from where I used to live. Haven't been there in just about 8 years now. >> Yeah. >> So, um Yeah, I just I just know him. He's just happened to be out here. I'll tell you, they're in a tough situation. They're like homeless. >> Well, he's got a bunch of different fake IDs. She's got a bunch of fake IDs. Uh like military IDs. You know anything about those IDs? >> Who? These two right here? >> Yeah. We had them on the We had one of them on the floor. I mean, that's >> Fraudsters. No, I I didn't see or I know anything about that. >> Okay. >> Um military. >> That That fanny pack that's there. Whose fanny pack is that? >> I don't know. I don't have a fanny pack. What you want? >> The There's a little black fanny pack. That had some paraphernalia and stuff in it. >> I don't have a fanny pack. I have >> Well, I mean, now's the time to know what >> it's one of his. >> It's weird. There's all these things in the car, but nobody owns them. >> How'd that get in there? They just must be somebody else's. >> Well, now's the time to be sure and be I know because it's it's you know, it's it's going to be crucial for you to know this stuff. Okay? Cuz you It's your car, right? >> That's all I know. >> Okay. Well, but you're operating it. You got passengers. You're in physical control of this vehicle. >> What what What bag are you talking >> It's a black little small fanny pack. >> I think that's his. It's his bag. >> Okay. >> It's got a shoulder strap. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You know, like I said, the the problem is one of the big problems is, you know, you gave me a fake name. >> I understand. I I told you that I gave you a fake name before. >> And uh you got a bunch of fake IDs you got all over the car. You got one right by your feet. One when I stopped you. >> my fake my fake IDs in there? >> Yeah, your fake IDs. You got two in the back in a bag, a little fanny pack. Uh with your with your girlfriend's uh uh picture as well. Uh other fake. Where did you guys get those from? >> I don't know. Somebody said something about getting getting phones with them. Like, you know what I mean? Like, we didn't do anything. I I I don't You know what I mean? They're not They're not mine personally. I didn't pay I don't even know where they came from. Somebody just said to take my picture. You know what I mean? That's why I took my picture. >> [laughter] >> I I I I don't know. I mean, like, someone did take my picture and they put them on the ID and then I took them, but it's like I I'm not even involved. >> Like, if I knew the information, I would have >> Okay. >> Yeah, a fake name, I would have given you a fake name with with that information. You know what I mean? I didn't know. You know what I mean? They're not >> Okay, but I mean, you can't be holding stuff like that, you know? >> Come on, guy. >> That stuff will get you uh big trouble. In that bag, you also got paraphernalia. >> What bag? >> In that little fanny pack with your IDs. You also have uh >> What fanny pack? >> The little black bag >> that you have. What paraphernalia is in there? >> Well, there's like toy boy and stuff like that. >> Okay. That's it. That's it? >> Well, I'm just saying that that >> He said there should be more. >> Okay. What uh what else there is yours other than that little that little bag there? >> One of the backpack back there. >> Okay. You know, also in that little bag, you also got some other uh drugs in there. I don't know what it is. Some white powdery stuff. >> Where? White powdery stuff, where? >> It's in a little like a colorful >> green thing? >> Uh-huh. >> That Does Does drugs in that? >> Yeah. >> [laughter] >> Drugs, I snoozed to me. >> Well, what is it? I'm going to I'll test it. >> I don't I don't even Dude, I didn't know there was drugs in there. >> Okay, well, I mean Maybe it's got I've no idea. >> Like I I don't I don't know. >> So, what you got Troy boy? So, is it is it is it coke? Is it crack? What is it? That way I don't have to waste a bunch of test kits. >> I mean I do fentanyl. If if anything would be fentanyl if anything, but I didn't It just Who is this? >> That's his That's all fake ID as well. >> This one's fake, too? >> Yeah. >> All this from loitering. >> They all have fake IDs and stuff. He admitted that the fake ID was He got the fake ID so he could write this far. >> Oh, wow. So, is this even his name? >> No, I got I got two DLs. So, this is what I was telling you, bro. When we go to the jail >> Uh-huh. >> I come back and he has another name because what? >> I don't know. >> Look at the difference in these two. >> Wow. >> and everything. >> Yeah. >> He gave me this and I was like, "Bro, like this is uh I was like, "I see the other ID back there." and he was just like, "Oh, yeah, here's this one." So, it's like super weird. >> Well, whatever. They know they They got pretty damn good IDs. It's pretty And they have all these um credit cards, too. >> Yeah, probably associated with the other cards their debit cards. So, they're definitely taking people's names. >> Bro, he's got so many different names on there. >> Um yeah, he has >> All these cards have all different names on them. >> Yeah, that was all his stuff, too. >> Yeah, we're thinking that there's like I could be piss, too. That could be piss or it could be like some >> Yikes. >> some of that some of that lean. >> Some of that >> Who knows what the hell that >> Grandpa's cough syrup. >> I know that he was >> He's a Yeah, he could tell he's a little slow. >> Hey, man. Just I was looking at all the IDs you got and all the credit cards. What What is your real name, man? >> That is my real name. >> Do any of them have your real >> Yeah. >> Okay. Does you have >> Social security, this one right here. >> Okay, that's your real one? >> Yes. >> So, the other ones are all fraudulent ones? >> No, I have like hyphenated names, so one of them is like that as well. Um the other one they uh was given to me for the rental car like >> You used to live in Massachusetts? >> And that's it. I don't have any I don't have a whole bunch of IDs. >> Okay. Okay, so your real name is what? >> Tio. Tio. >> Tio. Okay, so the other Ryan and all those were just like fake ones that you got? >> They're not They're not fake, but I don't have them. They were given to me for this vehicle like first. >> it out? Okay, but I mean all fraudulent stuff. >> They were given to you for the vehicle. Okay. >> Cuz it's in your It's in your name. In In your whatever name that you chose to use for that car. >> But yeah, like I said, you know, I've been I've been collaborative, you know, I I >> No, we appreciate it. >> I just don't understand why like I All of this I have to go to jail? Like I mean you guys can say >> I'm saying your license is sus- Your license is suspended. You're operating a motor vehicle. >> know that. I was unaware of that. I swear. >> Okay. And then you have a bunch of >> I didn't pick it up though. >> But then you have a bunch of fake IDs. That's That's a crime. >> personal knowledge. >> They're in your wallet. All that stuff is in your wallet. >> I'm trying to be nice to you guys. You're just trying to screw me over anyways. >> Well, I'm I'm talking to you about it. I don't have it in in front of me. That's why I'm asking you. Okay. >> Like what? So, now what? >> You're on the arrest. >> For >> For fraud, driving with no DL. Okay. >> I was unaware of that. >> Okay. Well, that one baggie that we they tried running that wouldn't they didn't get nothing out of it. >> Oh, really? >> That might have been it. Now, the little green heart thing had some residue. >> Yeah. >> Uh fentanyl. >> Okay. So, here it says >> He's being honest about that. >> We're going to put this in evidence. Is this like a Rolex? >> I figured it out. I knew it. >> It's a fraud, though. >> You can put it with the money. >> It's Oh, wait. It's an AP? >> No way it's a real AP. >> It might be um >> Oh, yeah. That's what I was going to ask you. >> Cuz if this is legit >> Yeah. >> and he's in the fraud These things are worth like 100K. >> Expensive wristwatch. We'll catch up with their charges in just a moment, but first a Walgreens employee calls the police after something doesn't seem quite right with this young man's prescription, especially when the prescription is for codeine syrup, commonly known as lean. >> They said they're having an issue with the prescription, so they're they're worried about it. Um just 11:06. I'm talking to the subject by the pharmacy now. Um do you have your ID on you, man? >> Uh I don't have my ID on me right now, man. >> Okay. Cuz they're they're having an issue. They said this they're having an issue with this doctor. That this doctor doesn't like the numbers aren't working out and they're not able to match anything, so they're not going to be able to fill that. That it came off like >> to my doctor in person and had this figured out before >> So, trying to pass a fraudulent prescription is pretty ballsy because obviously pharmacists are going to go ahead and verify that it's real. In most states, that is indeed a felony for obvious reasons. >> Um my name is Jaylen. >> You don't know your last name? >> I'm just cuz I'm kind of tired right now, but my >> My standpoint, that's >> I'm pretty tired. I can't remember my name. Hm. >> Real odd that you don't know your last name. You use your mom's new married name? >> Yeah. >> It's usually your born name. You're getting you're getting that changed over? >> No, but I'm getting that changed over. >> Okay. Okay. So, that's Yeah, I was trying to say from my standpoint, that's real odd that you don't know your name or anything. Pretty odd. And you're like, I'm going to look at this. Just write it. So, that doesn't help with the whole this feels like a fraudulent prescription thing. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, that doesn't fit that doesn't work. Say your first name. >> Um what was it? Jaylen. >> You don't know your own birthday, either? >> [laughter] >> What's your first name? Uh what was it? What did I tell him? >> The license, please. >> I'm not lying. I would just I just go I went so I'm doing to actually confirm the surgery. >> Well, we got to confirm some things first cuz it comes off like you're trying to fill a fraudulent prescription. So, we got to confirm >> Don't know your Don't know your birthday. This is all telling me that this is not a legit prescription that you're trying to >> Yeah, if we're investigating you filling a fraudulent prescription right now. >> Well, hold on. We're we're looking into some things first. I got to figure some things out and then we'll talk. Do you mind having a seat for me? >> Oh, yeah. >> Okay. So, how old is your uncle? What's uh what's his birthday? Do you know? I'm asking for yours, though. I was asking for yours. >> My birthday is 3 >> [music] >> What's your name? >> Uh James John. >> So, you So, none of the information >> I asked for your name. >> He is John now? >> And you gave me a different name than what you just gave her. What's your name? >> What a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive. >> What name did I just give? >> What is your name? I don't care what name you're giving. What is your name? >> My name is James. >> Oh, man. James John? >> Yes, sir. >> Is that your whole name with your last name? John? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, from my standpoint, you've given us three different names, two different birthdays. I have no idea who you are. You have no idea who your uncle is. You don't know how to spell your last name. So, where did this come from? >> What do you mean? >> You have a prescription. You created this yourself? Are you trying to You were trying to fill fraudulent prescriptions? >> I wasn't trying to fill a fraudulent prescription. I got it from my office. >> You just said you created So, Okay. So, where did this come from? >> From email. >> Did you make a fraudulent prescription? >> Uh no, I didn't make a fraudulent Honestly, I have nothing else to say. >> Okay. Well, all right. Have a seat. >> I'm not being detained. >> Yes, you are cuz we're investigating a fraudulent prescription. >> 100%. >> And I'm not going to the police office. >> Have a seat for me. We're investigating a fraudulent prescription. >> We don't know that right now. >> We don't know that right now. Have a seat. Hold on. No, we're not going to >> Ooh. Easy, fella. >> I said I'm not going to the >> Not right now. You are being held for investigation. >> For what? >> For filling a fraudulent prescription. >> I didn't fill out a fraudulent >> That's what we're looking into. >> But I didn't do it. >> Okay, that's what we're looking into. Okay? I need you to have a seat for me, all right? >> But I didn't fill out a fraudulent prescription. >> That's what we're looking into cuz none of the things you're saying is making any sense. So, that's what we're looking into, that's what we're trying to figure out, okay? >> But I didn't fill out a fraudulent prescription. >> Okay. >> Oh my goodness, broken record. >> you're telling me and what it looks like are two different things, okay? If you didn't fill a fraudulent prescription and that's not your intention, then we'll be good to go. But from what you're telling me and what we have on paper, none of this is making any sense. >> Well, I was filling out the prescription and I was going to go pick it up for my uncle. >> Okay. >> Therefore, I can't get it up for my uncle.
