Relationships can make people do crazy things. I'm actually going to drive away. Wait, wait, wait. Today, we have a woman whose revenge plan for her ex ends in complete disaster. Probably actually going to make you chase me. She just drove into my vehicle. Are you okay? Talk to me. Then a woman caught on camera attacking her neighbor whom she thinks is sleeping with her ex. She hit me in the face right here. She accused me of cheating on her again. She punched me in the face a bunch of times. Wait till I come up and really you up, ho. But first, officers are called after a woman is driving past her ex-boyfriend's house all day long until she finally hits one of his fence posts. But he's most concerned that she could be driving under the influence. Hello. Hi. What's going on today? Not much. I was literally trying to hold my ex-husband and he was like, "Leave." So, I left. Well, when you pulled in there, you hit a pole or something like that. You remember doing that? Whoops. I up the whole back of my car. Okay. And where did you go after that? I left and went to um Diana Valley and sat there. I had to go to the bathroom. So, Gotcha. Okay. Well, what do you how much have you had to drink today? We're not going to talk about that. I'm not going to tell you that. Okay. Well, where are you coming from? Cleaning houses. Cleaning houses. Yeah, that's why there's Well, you're obvious you're obviously under the influence of something. I've been smoking a lot of weed. Okay. Is that what you got in the vape there? That That one also not safe. I wouldn't do that right in front of you. I'm [ __ ] dumb ass. Like, okay. So, you know, you and I just met. So, no, I know, but you also know that my father is Ron London and like literally your father-in-law. Yeah. Yeah. Do you mind stepping out for me? I'm going to start looking for some of that professional courtesy here. I'm a nice guy. No, you're scary. And you have like rings on your fingers and I got rings on my fingers. I'm married. That's scary. That's scary. No, you're going to hit me with them. I'm not going to hit you at all. Why Why would I need to hit you? Do when they have rings on their fingers. That doesn't make any sense. Not to you. Do you have an ID with you? I have nothing. I'm probably actually going to make you chase me. I'm not going to lie to you. Whoa. Nope. You're not doing that. Nope. Get her out of there. Hop out of the vehicle then. Go ahead and hop out of the vehicle. I'm not your girl. You don't You don't tell me that you're going to cause a chase like that. You're not telling me that. Go ahead and hop out of Hop out of the vehicle. Not getting out. You literally just accused me of entering. Get out of the vehicle. You got me up. You're going to get out of the vehicle. I'm not I'm not actually going to get 45 with you. I'm actually going to drive away. Got hands on. She just drove into my vehicle. What's wrong with your car, daddy? Copy. Just Wow. What's wrong with your car, Daddy? Hits his cruiser and is taunting him. Drove into your vehicle. white Toyota sedan. Jessica then continued to flee at 90 mph, driving erratically while passing other vehicles. Copy 4587. Are you in pursuit now? In pursuit. Direction when you get it. Going to be northbound. 457. She just wrecked. Send EMS. I checked that. She's recovered it and now she's wrecked. We are north of Bingham on the curve. 641. Send EMS. As he approached the vehicle, he observed that Jess was unconscious and trapped inside. So, here in lies the debate with vehicle pursuits with the police. Different by jurisdiction, different by state, but law and order states, they want you to chase. They want you to get the suspect. They want justice to be served. States are a little bit weaker. They see it more like they want to protect the suspect and the motoring public from the dangers of a pursuit. So that's kind of the debate. Are you okay? Are you okay? Wow. Talk to me. Talk to me. We all 457. We got entrapment. Happy ran into me and I Yeah. I'm glad you weren't hit, sir. I got to try to get her out of there. Okay. You need any help or anything? Potentially, I'll keep you on here as a witness. Why don't you pull your vehicle either just in front of mine or off further to the right so people can see the lights tool there? Yeah. Yeah, I'm right here. Usually the fire department has those. Hey, I'm sorry, Perkins. Are you bleeding? I'm sorry. Are you bleeding? What's happening? I don't know. Okay. Well, you're talking to me. That's a good thing. Sorry. I was scared and I got scared. I don't want to go back. All right. Ambulance is coming. It's fine. Oh my gosh. Sorry. See, you're armed. You just keep talking to me. Such a a helpless feeling as a cop when you're fresh on one of these and there's enttrapment and you can't really do much and you're waiting for the people with the right tools with the jaws of life and all the other tools you might need to get an extraction going. All you can do is to try to comfort them and make them comfortable until the appropriate tools and personnel show up. What? What hurts? You're not a bad person. I'm just waiting on the ambulance. She's talking to me. She's okay right now. Go ahead and you guys are good. Thank you. Just keep talking to me. Okay. Is I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that to you. Well, do it to me. You did it to yourself. I don't give a [ __ ] if I honestly I don't care. My mom was caught for Grant Travis County Tony for a long time. So, thank God Civic is [ __ ] retired cuz he would literally be on my All right. Hey, the the biggest thing what I just want to give figure is she in the car and just her arm is sticking out thing. My left leg is moving so I know I'm not paralyzed right now. All right. Hey, but I'm really How about you get Give me your wrist. All right. Give me your wrist. I really [ __ ] up. I'm sorry. I'm going to try and take your pulp. Okay. No. I'm so sorry. I'm not like this. I'm sorry for you. Is there anyone else in the car? No. I had nobody. I would never have [ __ ] driven like that if somebody else was in the car. Well, the ambulance is going to be here in just a little bit. I should have just got out when you tried to get me out the first time and then I got scared and I ran. I was going to She was scared as she was mocking him, calling him daddy. What's wrong with your car, Daddy? Don't know about that. Can you get Morgovich for me? He's He's not working right now. But if you tell him that it's me and he went through the academy with my mother, I promise you he's going to [ __ ] come here if he finds out that I did this and [ __ ] did this to you. while speaking with her. She's acknowledging that consciousness once more. You'll be okay. Okay. Uhoh. Hey, Angela. Hello, Miss Perkins. Perkins, we got to get her out of there. She might have just lost consciousness. You want me to bust that? Yep. Okay. What's that? Okay. The female just lost consciousness. coming through. Do not want it sucks. Glass goes everywhere. Hey, talk to me. Talk to me. You want a You want a something on the back? All right, we got some FD guys there. Good. If Bruce can get it stable, can you make it stable? Jessica. Jessica. Jessica, look at me. Hey, right here. You good for a second, Mary? She's talking to him. I will not be home anytime soon. A text message uh many a cop is sent to their spouse. I saw her sweep head hit me head on. I was riding this way and just coming up that curve. Were you chasing her? Yeah. Okay. And she just was right going right at me. She saw it and she she actually she almost defensively she almost took you out pretty close and then she just she tried to correct taking you out. Is that what Yeah. She's just tails. You saw it. If you're almost She hit that ditch. I figured probably close to 100 miles. She was probably about 90. Yeah. All right. Very good, sir. Thank you for stopping. Yep. Mary, while they're on this, can I get you on photographs? Let's take some good ones from both ways. Um, and there you can see where she hit the guard rail. Follow the tracks. I don't know if she hit the guardrail. Okay. I don't know. This I don't feel good. Okay. Okay. I don't feel good. All of a sudden, I'm fine. Yep. About 90. Lost consciousness for about 5 minutes. It's crazy. Those speeds obviously can be deadly. All the crashes I've been to, if people are going the speed limit and they crash in like a modern car, usually people are fine or just have minor injuries. It's when you get the speed, you know, 30, 40 mph above the speed limit and you crash like that, it's no holds barred. You're going to get pretty injured. Sorry. Yep. Is your ID in the car? Probably. Grab my purse. Okay. We're going to Yep. Okay. Sorry, boss. Do you have like a name or anything? Jessica Perkins. Jessica Perkins. Jessica was subsequently taken to the hospital to treat her injuries and undergo a legal blood draw, which later revealed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.234. Yeah, I think so. I got little shards of glass, but I'll just wash it off. Ah, son of a biscuit. Got it. Did you find some more glass? Found some more. He's got it all embedded in him. Dog gone on it, Mary. Why couldn't we just go home? I know. I'm like looking for her. I love the accents. You're darn tooting. I'm sorry, sir. And yeah, that's another conversation cops often have towards the end of shift. Something going on and you get wrapped up in it. And now you ain't going home on time. You're going to be late for supper. Well, there was a cyclist that was headed northbound and she corrected because he was there. He she almost took him out. You guys, do you? No. Thank goodness you didn't hear anybody. I wonder if anybody took any lararsenes recently cuz there's just a ton of jewelry in here. I'm not seeing that wallet or anything. There's a ton of jewelry in here. And then she gets turned like this front end this way. We're just playing at this point. Oh, okay. I don't know if you guys are doing cop or not. All right. Case closed. Case closed. We'll get back to her charges in just a moment. But first, officers are called to a woman attacking her ex-boyfriend and his alleged new lover. Luckily, everything was caught on camera. What's going on today? Zoe. Hey. Hey. Y'all were here earlier today. Yeah, I read the notes for that. I just I don't know what's going on. Um I'm literally right across the street. I was acquainted with her at one point. She's like on some form of drugs or on psychosis of some sort. I don't know if it's like postpartum or what. What are we wearing today? Looks like she's a character from Flash Dance or something. Yeah. I don't know who y'all were out here or not, but she just went over and put hands on her. She put hands on me. It's all on video on the That's my woman, too. I just broke up with her four days ago. I came over here to let her see your kids. Okay. Um she broke into our house the other day, broke into my room, said that I was her husband. Um, no, you weren't, were you? No. Oh my god. No. Why does everybody say that? No. I'm Does everybody say that? I live here with my friend Jackson. Um, he's playing the camera right now. Um, she I've watched we've watched her hit him all day long. He hasn't called, but no, she hit me in the face right here. Wasn't that hard or anything, but um, she kind of has a problem with standing still and not kind of touching herself. She seems a little off, a little tweaky. Um, but like no, she needs serious amount help. She crawled into my dog door the other night. I was like, I don't even know what to think or do. Like, I don't know. They asked me if she's under the influence charge and I'll go, she's got to be because like I'm I'm kind of crazy myself. I got a little dulu myself, but no. That's Yeah. No. So, what are you waiting to have happened? Um, she punched me in the face. So, yeah. You got to press charges on her or take her to a hospital or get her some help cuz she just needs help. And if I have to press charges for her to get help, then that's okay. My roommates, we got cameras all over the house. So, and he's grabbing the footage now. Yeah. Okay. I don't I don't even know her to be honest. Like she's been I've been accused of her for the past sorry you're fine for the past I don't know six months, eight months and I've never even spoken to her till today. Okay. Um picked her up from school. I came over here maybe 40 minutes later. So she picked up your kids from school. No, no, no. Your wife my woman. I'm sorry. I know my hand motions. No, you're fine. They're everywhere. All right. So she picked them up from school, right? I came over here maybe 45 minutes later with my son who's uh one and a half. Just here to be cordial. We're trying to make plans to go to Florida to be a co-parenting situation. Okay. You're being cordial about it. Well, she accused me of cheating on her again. She punched me in the face a bunch of times. I'm not pressing charges. I heard she is. So, she p So, your girlfriend punched you in the face. Your ex-girlfriend, right? And the What's on video? Where's all the scratches from? Oh, I don't have any scratches on my face. Like, I know I got on my neck and [ __ ] Yeah. Where' that come from? That's probably from the same fight or from the So, your ex-girlfriend did that. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, everything that's on my face right now is from Okay. You know, she broke into the house the other day, too. Like, that's ridiculous. What were we out here earlier for? Um, I have no idea. I didn't come outside. I'm not nosy like that. Who called us earlier? I have no idea. Um, we saw we saw it on the cameras upstairs. I feel like I I was standing in the road like, "Oh my god, I probably look like a crazy neighbor." Why do you have a police sticker in your top window? I don't He's got So, he finds like stuff on the side of the road and everything. Is that Is that illegal to have I mean, no, but it's weird. No, no, no. He's got like he collects like trinkets and stuff like I don't know. I don't want to press no charges. No, you're fine. Like I I don't want her in any trouble for me because Okay. I mean, I love her, but she's being probably the dumbest person I could imagine right now. So, who got how'd she get involved? She been I've been accused of her for six months. And as I come out here to leave because she's aggressing. I try to pull out. She sees her out here. Storms over there and starts punching her in the face. It sounds like the ex-girlfriend's got domestic assault battery and regular assault and battery. Oh, she starts punching her as well. Oh, yeah. I got blood on my uh Do you got any weapons or anything on you on a rampage? No, sir. Oh, you're fine. You I shouldn't have done that. That was so stupid. You're fine. I'm such an ass. So, your ex is in the house. Yeah, she should be in there with the two kids. There she is. Hello. There she is. She's also beat to [ __ ] for you. Whatever. She can't defend herself. Yeah. Yeah. I was attacked in inside the house, [ __ ] first. All right. Let's get them separated. Narcissist. Okay. Hi. I'm sorry. I'm the desire. I'm the I'm the criminal. I guess that they called on. What? What happened? Oh, I'll tell you what the happened. Sorry. I'm inside or just got back from store. Um food was delivered. Um, nasty across the street, heard say something. I came inside. I said something to him that he didn't like. He came and sucked. Yes, him. Yes, him. He me up and then Iinging defended myself and then I saw her outside again and I was like, she keep or I heard her say something and I was like, what the dude? Why don't you come out here and say something? Cuz you always got something to say, but you're always in behind your little door on your porch. So, they're going to have to determine the primary aggressor, the dominant aggressor here. And he's got marks. She doesn't seem to have marks. And then also the neighbor got A and B done to her allegedly. Sounding like this woman is probably the primary aggressor. So, yeah, I might have. Yeah. Who has it on video? Neighbor over there across the street. Uh, I walked outside and sat in the stairs. See that video? She told me she was calling the cops, so I was waiting on you guys. She grabs somebody with hair and starts banging on the door and knocks that door in. That's on video. Okay, that's what happened. And then she said she's calling the cops. He's calling the cop. He said the cops are coming. So yeah, I just kind of like went in my backyard and hid behind my shed cuz I was still waiting on video. What's your name, miss? I'm sorry. This is my first time here. My name is the wonderful Des. The wonderful Des. I got punched in the face. Well, you've both seemed No, I know. I put her in a choker holder to put her on the ground. Fully admit to that. I ain't got no problems putting that on the floor. I'm defending myself. So, who threw the first punch? She started telling me I'm cheating and punching right. Dang. Let me flip it. See this video. I promise I'm not delusional. I know one of us is, but And you don't live here anymore. I've been staying at my mom's for 4 days to try to just deescalate the situation because I'm not a very good person when it comes to accusing. I can't be accused of stuff. I just not that kind of person. I just want to leave. You know what I mean? Yeah. Here. Do you mind if I just hold it real quick? Camera. No. So my camera can catch it. Oh. Oh, you have a camera. Sorry. It's probably not the humor I can talk about. Yeah. No, I'm not one to call the cops or anything here, but I just got kids in the house. This is Oh, dang. Hang on a second. Right hook or right slap. Here we go. Miss Desiree, put your hands behind your back. You knew it was coming. Desire, put your hands back. Exactly what you wanted, ho. You hoax. Hope it was worth it. I know. I'm so stupid. Stop talking to her. Is he going to jail, too? Please go. I don't think he's going to jail. Please go to jail. No, I would rather take the Thank you to Akran Ohio Police Department for all the footage you've provided. So, like when will we see each other? Like 24 hours. Uh, depends on how long it takes to get you in the county. Walk over to this cruiser with me, Desire. Desire. Can everyone figure out? No, you just smoked a cigarette. I know. What do you mean? You don't get to just walk across the street on video and assault somebody and then ask for a cigarette. Oh, I didn't say that. What did you say? I said I'm going to be civil, you guys. I appreciate I know. Can you keep your friend here? Okay. Sorry. She's definitely a bit amped up. Get to lean back for a second. I didn't get to really eat her ass. So, then we get to really her up. No, you don't get to get you don't get privileges when you act like a fool. Hey, no. No. No. No. Why are they going through my [ __ ] Cuz you're under arrest. It's all my property. It's not. No. What's search incident to arrest couple days ago? I think she's worried they're going to find whatever drug she's on. I mean, I don't This is my first time dealing with you guys. This is the third time you've had parks in the past few weeks. Oh boy. What's What's she got going on? What's the whole What's her whole big deal? 433. I don't know for a fact. I've never seen her act like this. Yeah. So that's what makes me believe for my kids. Babe bad. Babe, can you please let me say something to him? No. It's about the kids. No. I'm not that [ __ ] up of a person, am I? Come on, her. She'sing nasty, bro. I don't still don't believe him. That's the funniest part. Like, that's how much of narcissist these two people are. Narcissist. What is with everybody calling everybody a narcissist? It's like everybody just learned this word and then anybody at all that aggravates you is clearly a narcissist. Please stop. No. Hey. No. No. No. No. Why are they going through my [ __ ] Why are they going through my on my property? It's not. No. What is that? Weed. It's legal. Bro. Damn, dude. I stink too. Like I didn't put deodorant on. I will whoop her ass again to get a second charge, but this time I'll make sure it counts. You're going to get a second charge for threatening probably if she ain't working. Uh that's probably worth it to make sure your kids have a house and food and water and stuff. I just want them to be safe. I don't understand why all this to happen. Yeah. Well, you know, if adults act like adults, it'll be a lot less reason for my job. But job security, brother. What the officer Steve? I don't know what the your name is. Sergeant Steve to you. You see me? Yeah. Right here. Yeah. Hi. Hi. Yeah. Wait till I come up and really you up, ho. I thought you promised to be civil. Wait, wait, wait. Can't wait to get the out to you up again. We actually really you up this time. If you cruiser, she's taunting me. Are you kidding me? I'm not I'm talking. If you kick the cruiser one more time, you will go into a rap. Do you hear me? Yes. There's an idea. Kick my cruiser. Sorry. Wrap it up, folks. She is taunting me, though. She's not taunting anything. She'll kick the cruiser. Like I said, we wouldn't be here if you wouldn't punch people. You're right. I should control my anger better. I'm something. Can you please help me before my tit pops out? Anybody? Absolutely. Thank you. Cuz I really would not want that. I don't want that to happen. This way. It's about to fall off. Thank you.
