out oh okay do you have your driver's license yes sir were you guys headed tonight going back home okay is this your vehicle yes can I see your insurance card s there you go perfect because it's both underneath my mom's name and my name okay this is the only one I need at the moment so I'm gonna get these two back to you oops and then real quick man what I'll have you do is I'll have you step out and I'll speak to you right back here okay do you have any weapons on you nope okay where were you coming from tonight man okay I'll talk to you right back here you okay okay so real quick against my alcohol coming from inside the car yeah who's been drinking tonight uh she she you haven't had anything not even one drink one yes okay why are you stamped you have a stamp right here oh because we because that's the only way we can get in into canvas okay what kind of drink did you have uh Red Bull mocha Red Bull and vodka yes and you just said one okay so just judging by you driving without lights on I can smell alcohol coming from inside the car I'm just gonna make sure you're safe to drive tonight okay as soon as I do that get you guys on your way okay you used to live at the one three residents okay I'm gonna turn these lights off you can just hang out right here I don't want to Blind you okay all right man will you stand right here where my lights pointing and then face me so I'm gonna have you take your glasses off you can fold them up just hang on to them you stand with your feet together toes touching arms just like this by your side okay take that hair just brush it the best you can behind those ears perfect I'm gonna be going going back and forth with my finger I don't want you to move your head throughout this test I just want you to look right here at my fingerprint only moving your eyes and your eyes only okay do you understand what I want you to do yes sir any questions yep okay see my finger this one's going to go up okay foreign to work with Okay you can just hang out all right man I'm gonna have you stand right here where my light's pointing you're gonna face your car okay I'm gonna kick some of these larger rocks out of the way you take a couple steps back from me all right so looks like you got about a one inch heel maybe a two inch heel on those boots I'm gonna be asking to do some walking and turning tonight do you feel comfortable in those boots yes would you like to perform these tests in those boots yep anything I need to know about before we start do you have any injuries no problems walking turning bouncing anything you what I'm blind okay well you could take your glasses and put them back on okay but besides being blind do you have any injuries or anything I need to know about nothing okay all right man so I'm gonna have you imagine about a four inch wide line okay you take a few steps back for me that four inch wide line is going to go from your right foot it's going to go completely straight to the back of your car can you picture that four inch wide line yes about the width of your foot you're gonna take your left foot without doing anything you're gonna take your left foot you're gonna place it on that four inch wide line just like I'm doing so I don't want you to do anything else just listen to my instructions take a few steps back okay your left foot you'll place on that four inch wide line just like this keeping your arms by your side you're gonna take your right foot you're gonna place it in front of your left heel to toe touching heel to toe touching perfect this is the starting position for the test I don't want you to move or start the test until I tell you to do anything else okay when instructed to do so you do nine Heel To Toe steps along that four inch wide line just like this one two three but on your ninth step you'll plant your lead foot with the foot behind it you'll do a series of small turns keeping your lead foot planted you'll continue down that line nine Heel To Toe steps one two three now when I instruct you to start You're Gonna Keep Your Arms by your side you're gonna count each step looking down at your feet and once you start you won't stop until you're completely finished with the test too nice that's correct yes ma'am any other questions you understand go ahead and begin awesome number of steps do you remember the instructions Pam yo play it turn and then you're nine steps back perfect have you stand right here for me face me next what I'm going to ask you to do is you're going to pick a foot of your choice okay whichever foot you choose you're gonna raise it off the ground your leg is going to be completely straight your foot will be parallel with the ground not pointed down not pointed up yep your arms will be by your side Arms by your side you're gonna focus on the tip of your toe and you're gonna count one thousands until I tell you to stop just like this one thousand one one thousand two one thousand three continuing until I tell you to stop I don't want you to start right now okay okay go back do you have any questions before we begin you understand the test focusing on your toe legs straight foot parallel Arms by your side go ahead and begin go ahead and stop I'm gonna bring you back over here okay man he says your vehicle yeah okay will you place your arms up here yep I'm gonna have you take this arm place it behind your back okay push your other arm behind your back take one step back for me hello will you step out for me ma'am yes I was wondering is this her cell phone yes hand it to me and then go ahead
