These are some of the worst Karens I've seen on Body Cam. >> You're going to take a stand today. >> What? For what? >> Freedom of speech. >> Bye. Bye. >> You are now under arrest. >> Bye. >> We have an Uber Eats driver who's going to go insane after her delivery goes wrong. >> Enough. >> play with me. I'll beat you dead out of out of my way. >> And a woman who's going to steal a $2 item and turn it into multiple charges. >> Is there a reason you took it or just >> just going to get the money right back and actually pay. >> But first, the cops were called when a man didn't get his Uber Eats order. >> You all right? >> Yo, pops. Pops, come down here. >> What happened? >> She was supposed to give my Uber Eats. Look, it says delivered. You know how Uber Eats work? >> Yeah, yeah. >> I looked down the hall for you. She says I need to confirm the Uber Eats on the phone. I don't need to do that. It said my order's here, enjoy. >> I never use Uber Eats. Do you have to confirm it or not? Let me know in the comments. I've no idea. >> Your order. >> No, I have to make my report. This is the type of person to attack me. >> I did not try to attack you. You don't got to say stuff like that. >> Just walk in the lobby. I have someone else coming. They'll They'll go talk to her. Just walk up the stairs. They're waiting there for now. >> She on the phone with the police? >> How you doing, man? >> Literally a cop right there. >> Excuse me. >> 4625 Park Ave, Union City. >> Ma'am. I'm Officer Marquis. We just got this place. What's going on? >> What's the I'm here I'm here to do the I'm >> She's like, "Okay, what do you want?" >> I do a delivery at my The internet's not working here. I asked him if he had Wi-Fi. He said no. I walked back outside to connect to the Wi-Fi. I crushed I connected to the Wi-Fi. I went back inside. He met me in the hallway. He's trying to attack me. >> How you trying to attack you? >> How? He's trying to snatch the bag and trying to snatch the bag. >> Trying to attack you or trying to get the Uber Eats [music] that he paid for and you are delivering? >> Swinging his hand like this. >> I don't know what he's doing. 10-4 10-97. >> I don't know I don't know what what I'm the police right here. I'm the police right here. I'm right here. Ma'am. He's right there. >> I'm the police. >> That's fine. >> So, what happened to your delivery? Can I see the lady delivery, ma'am? >> No, the problem is that you met me in the hallway. You're not >> Stop talking here. Talk to me. All right. >> No. >> delivery >> This is what This is what I'm telling you. This is what I'm telling you. >> Oh my gosh, lady. Ma'am, can I see the delivery, please? >> No, you cannot. This is This is what I'm telling you. >> I'm trying to figure this out. >> Okay. I I work for Uber. >> Okay. >> No, no, you cannot. >> I work for the orders, please. >> Okay. >> All right. I'm trying to figure this out. >> Okay. >> That's his order, right? >> Okay. No, this is not his order. Back up from me. >> All right. >> Back up from me. >> All right. Very cooperative. Enough. Enough. Enough with the threats. I'm talking. >> I know, but I don't have to stop talking. >> Right. >> It is he not. And I'm not playing with you. I'm not playing with you. This is my last time playing with you, okay? Any other time it's going to be that. Here you go. >> This is his order? >> Yeah, here you go. >> All right. >> Do not work >> Shut up. >> Fake pumping with me. I'm not doing it. I'm not doing it. Get out of my way. >> Listen, you you have your ID on you? >> Get out of my way. >> Very excitable lady here. Listen. Nope. See you later. 197 She is undetained. >> Advise, you Uber driver gave me his delivery and took off on her bike. She doesn't want to talk to me at all. Uh dark-skinned female on a bike heading uh down the last parkway. She's heading down the service road. >> Brother, she went the other way. Where are you going? >> 197 was on the and our female has took off on a on a bicycle going towards uh Tech Street. >> There you go. >> Reggie, you sent anything for uh >> You are not in trouble right now, but if you keep running, you will be obstructing my investigation and you'll be arrested. >> 27 >> Stop right now. Okay. 43, I'm on 5th and Flanagan. She's still refusing to stop. >> Not not shocking. >> Is that for a criminal or is this just verbal right now? >> We were advised that the party armed herself and threatened the other involved party. >> The one I have has been claiming that she had a bike lock in her hand, which she did when I was talking to her. Victim states that she threatened to hit him with it. Never got physical when they got verbal. >> And those bike locks are pretty substantial. You could definitely cause some damage on somebody. >> Back up on me. >> 43, she just attempted to hit me. >> Uh, she ain't stopping. Drive by slapping. >> She is backing him up. Back him up. >> It's some hustle behind that muscle. >> What? What? What? Get out of my face. I'm not a criminal. >> She's armed. >> All right, by cheating. They're coming up towards that boy. >> You got my ass. What's up? What's up? >> I'm not playing with you. >> What's up? >> I'm not playing with you. >> What's up? >> Drop it. Drop it. >> Stuck in that loop. >> What is wrong with you? What's up? What's up? What's up? What's up? What's up? What's up? >> Oh my goodness. >> I am not playing with you. >> Got people in there. >> You better drop that. I am not playing with >> So right here, she's cocking that back, threatening to hit him with it. Going to have to start thinking about a use of force here. Technically, how it works is you go fists, we go baton or pepper spray, or taser. You go weapon, we can technically go firearm. So, see what happens. He's got nothing out there. >> [screaming] >> Right? Mhm. She's lucky she's not getting shot. He was hit in the head pretty Those locks are really heavy. If she gets a hit off and hits him, could knock him out, then she has access to all of his weapons, all those people are in there. Those are some considerations. Nope, they don't want her. I don't understand why he didn't at least like give the taser a shot. They're not always effective, it's like a 50/50, but something besides that. Still, so he's already been >> attacked and still he has no tools out, nothing. >> I don't need no >> I wonder if I can find a cigarette. >> Get him off of me. >> I got one, sir. >> No, get him off of me. Get him off of me. >> Get a cuff on him. >> No, get him off of me. Get him off of me. >> Listen, relax. Relax. >> Off of me. >> 21, we're going to clear from one block. You want to sit over here? >> You got smoked and that's what I was talking about. I'm not saying it would be right or wrong to have lethal force involved here. I wasn't there. Obviously it's officer's discretion doing what he thinks he can handle. >> You did You didn't bring a gun? >> I didn't think I'd need one. >> [snorts] >> Well, that is the reason we're allowed to go to our firearms when somebody's armed with a substantial weapon. >> Watch what I do, what's your name? I'm going to stab you wide. >> I'm here at the block. >> No, I ain't at the block. You know that. I'm not playing. >> Hey, listen. Listen. Listen. >> Hold on. >> No, no, no. I'm not listening to nothing. >> Hold your back. >> Yo, his wrist I got I got it. Relax. Make sure he's okay. He's bleeding. >> Is that the block? Is that the block? Is that the block? We both got you. >> Ma'am, what's your name? >> We both got you. >> What's your name? >> We both got you. >> What is your name? Hey, hey, please. Please. >> We both got you. >> Wow. >> Yeah, we both got you. It don't matter to me. Bye. >> I get in there? >> Yeah. >> He's like she hit me. >> All right. >> He's like, you know, relax. Relax. >> Tossed the bike lock at him so I can hold it and his wrist got separated from his ear. >> Oh, she hit him with the bike lock? >> Yeah. She cracked him in the head, though. >> No, I'm going to stab him. I'm going to stab him in the face. >> Nice. >> What's your name? >> Class act here. >> This is the police department. What's your name? >> My name is Jalil Ross. I'm doing an Uber delivery. >> She's delivering your food. >> the hallway. >> What happened though? That's That's what we we tried >> Here's your food also. Let me assault you. >> Nothing happened. >> We were trying to talk to you. >> No, he ain't he talking about nothing. >> tell him about me blocking my car in the side? He's He's got something on his >> I don't hear you. >> All right. >> I mean it's not a game to me. >> Yeah, I get it. >> hear you. >> We'll get back to her charges in just a moment, but first the cops were called when this woman walked out of a shop without paying. >> You got your driver's license, registration, proof of insurance? All right, hold on a second. What? >> I work right there at the tobacco store. That girl in the blue jeans, she just stole from us. >> Blue jeans? Did you call Did you call it in? >> I just She just did it. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> Right here in that one. >> Screwing up your nice little traffic stop. >> Which way? >> Right there on the corner. >> 278 >> I got her license plate, too. Right there. >> I'll be out with a 33 at tobacco store. Turn Turn the car off. >> My car is a >> You got your ID on you? >> Not today. I have to go to the DMV and get a brand new one, but I have a picture of it and I can show you a picture of it. And I have my insurance and I have my birth certificate and I have my social security with me today. >> All right, that's fine. >> Okay, um seems maybe in a little bit of a manic state, talking kind of fast, little off. >> Do you mind getting that out for me? >> Yes, I do. I have to step out the back and grab it back. >> bag. >> Beautiful. I already know I was caught. >> 278 >> Not denying anything. >> Well, just like >> No, she was caught. >> Is this the only thing you took? >> That's the only thing they saw me. She saw me. >> Is there a reason you took it or just >> Cuz I can't find my card. >> Hold on, Chuck. >> And I don't have my wallet on my ID yet, but I was just going to get the money right back actually. >> Yeah, you can't find your card or your wallet or whatever, then you just take stuff from the store. That's totally normal. >> But guess what, I changed. Oh, because of that's on other tracker. So, I can't grab that either. So, you guys can just return that and I'll find something else. Because I have cash in my account. I can show it to you. >> I know I I know who you are. You're from earlier. >> Okay, so I can give you the money. >> Obviously, she has money. I mean, those Jeeps are very expensive. I've looked at them before and deemed them too expensive for purchase. So, she's got dough. >> Yeah, I'm with the suspect and my 10-50 at the same time. >> I'll show you my bank account. >> Wow. Retail theft. >> And I need a smoke cuz that's my medicine. >> Oh. >> And just get her >> Medicine. Cigarette medicine. >> don't have that cuz I lost my I lost my wallet. I had to get a new everything. That's my goal today. >> You still live by the compound, right? >> No, actually never. >> With your boyfriend? >> No. >> At a house you guys rented? >> I used to mow that yard. What's this? >> My bank account to show you that I have the money. I just lost my wallet. >> I got you. I mean, you got to understand that just because, you know, >> Well, that's what we have to do right here at the skin. Well, I'm doing the same right here. >> All right. >> We have to take a stand today. >> What? For what? >> Freedom of speech. >> [laughter] >> What? >> I don't have a piece of gold in there. >> Taking a stand. >> How are you? >> I'm trading that. >> Good. How are you? >> How are you? >> Good. What? No, you're good. What are you wanting to do? Are you wanting to pursue charges or do you want her trespassed? >> I want her >> We're both. >> I don't have >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> All right. Um what how much is this cost? Yeah, can you get that figured out? >> It's like a little >> You guys need to retire. >> weed grinder or something. >> What? >> What's up, Jordan? What's going on? >> I'm over this country and I really need just need to go get a new car. And I got a new car. I got a digital wallet in my phone, but >> That was quick. >> Is this your vehicle? >> This is my vehicle. I just got it cuz I have good credit. >> I got you. >> Decent credit. >> All right. You want to just step out? >> of info. >> Walk back here real fast. >> Yeah. >> You want to just take your bag off of you real quick? >> Yeah. >> Does the traffic stop have anything to do with the 33? >> Okay. Go handle that. I'll take over here. Is this our I don't know about that. This is a little bit more complicated than a traffic stop. He's already stopped part of the investigation. I already talked to the store owner. Why don't you just go over and take care of the traffic stop and leave this guy assigned to this. Just my opinion. >> You guys already caught me in my house. >> Caught you at your house? >> Yes. >> What are you talking about? What do you mean caught you at your house? >> all her information and then this is what she took. >> Okay. >> And I have the digital wallet. I can pay for it. I can do you something else. You guys can return it. >> What? >> do whatever you want. >> Should've started with paying for it. >> Well, >> Right. >> Yeah, go over there. >> I'm confused. You said, "We already caught you at your house." What does that mean? >> I have pigs that live over there, too. Screaming and doing some weird stuff. >> Okay. And where is your house? >> Do you get police? And you got some pigs over there that are doing some weird stuff. >> Right, please. >> Ah, coppers. Has to Has to sneak it in there. >> So, what What had happened today? >> I lost my wallet and I felt like being rebellious. >> What? >> I lost my wallet. I don't know where my wallet is. So, I'm getting a new ID tomorrow, I guess, cuz the DMV's not open today. That's it. And I have the money. I can trade Trade Trade it out. >> Okay. >> I have the money. I showed you my bank account. I can show you my bank >> Yes, you should trade the product out for money with the clerk. That'd be That'd be better. >> Well, >> That's okay. It's neither here nor there cuz a crime had already committed. How much? >> Well, where's the owner so we can have him talk so we can figure it out, cuz I have the money. >> Yeah, that's a great question. This is your product? >> Yes. >> Okay. You can sit down. >> Do you want me to call my boss? >> No. Stand up. >> For what? >> You're going to be detained. >> Cuz I got up? >> Yeah. Appreciate your cooperation at this point. >> Well, well, well, last spray. >> Huh? >> Well, I need to smoke, cuz you're making me anxious. >> Her medicine. I don't need to give you a smoke. >> Don't deny her of her medicine. >> No, I don't. Eventually. >> No, I don't. >> I need my water. >> You're demanding. No, thank you very much. >> No, I don't. Like, I'm not paying for that. And I was like, well, and I went out to just go take a picture of her license plate, but I saw him. And I'm like, "Hey, can you come help me?" >> Yeah. >> And she didn't stop. I mean, I asked her, "Hey, can you please come pay for that?" >> Okay. >> And then my boss >> You say, "Where are the police when you need them?" There's one right there. >> You have that all on the the camera footage? Are you able to pull that up? >> I can go home and go get the change. Or we can just trade it out. I won't come back. >> So, that that's not really how things >> talking about? >> Unfortunately, >> It's a misdemeanor charge. >> True. >> It's not even. It's literally not even. >> Oh, even. >> So, it's still a misdemeanor, because it's retail theft. Uh what what you're telling me that you did is retail theft. Hey, sir, go that way, please. >> He can go past this way. >> Uh-uh. >> Yes, he can. >> What's your name? What's your name? >> Jordan >> Feelings police. >> I'm John. I didn't yell at him. >> I think since he has her detained, she's not free to leave. He's investigating her for a crime, she probably just hit her with Miranda. >> You have the right to remain silent. >> I didn't yell at him. He was far away and I'm trying to stop >> let him >> Well, I didn't I was talking to you. >> matter. You just yelled at an old person. >> Jordan, what what's with the attitude? I mean, I'm I'm not >> Yeah, Jordan. >> What you just did to him. >> That dude. >> Okay, I understand that we're investigating the fact that you committed a crime and you're telling us you made >> $2. I did >> Okay, what if I were to take something from your house that's worth $2? >> Take it all. Take it all. >> That's that's a really great mindset, but >> Yeah. >> You're not going to get anywhere with her, my my friend. >> I'm not being serious, but >> No, you guys already did. >> Doesn't matter if it's $2, $1, $5, a penny. If it doesn't belong to you, you can't just take it and say, "Oh, I'm going to come back and pay you later." >> I'm tuning you out. I didn't call the cops on them. I got the owner instead. >> Well, I mean, that's You really should call us if somebody steals. That is what you do. >> No. No, not at all. You just make a fair trade and you talk to the owner. >> That's not That's I mean, if you know the owner >> the >> Here's the thing. >> 1500s? >> If you know the owner >> Bartering? >> and you want to do that before taking it, you can negotiate a trade with somebody. That's not how >> That's how nice I am. >> Okay, but that's not how businesses work. >> I commend him for trying to explain this to her, but really, we all know you're wasting your breath. >> You do it wisely, do it smart. You go and grab it and you come back and you grab what you need. >> That's You seem to not really understand how the economy and capitalism and >> it wisely, do it smart. >> All right. Well, Jordan, it it seems like you have a mindset that I would say is very You should probably change because that's not a [laughter] good way to >> Well, I don't have my wallet and I'm trying to get my wallet >> I didn't understand that. >> back in order, and I can't get my wallet back in order. >> She doesn't have her wallet, and she wanted something. >> No, it's not rocket science, is it? >> Don't you understand? >> I understand where you're coming from. I do. >> my mouth. Do you want to move the hair out of my mouth? >> Uh, I'll do that for you. >> Oh my goodness. >> You're welcome. >> This is a crime scene now. Hold on, Jordan, I'm talking. You're going to stop talking, you're going to listen. This is a crime scene. You don't dictate how this goes. We do. >> Okay. >> Do you understand that? You don't tell us how to do our job. >> So, then hurry it up. I'm trying to go across the street to my >> [laughter] >> Let's wrap it up. >> fire department over here. Do you have low blood sugar? >> Hey, I'm going to pull my car over here. >> Do you really have low blood sugar, or are you just saying that? >> really, really do. I need to eat food. >> Doesn't seem like it. >> She just said that she's got low blood sugar, she needs to eat. >> No. Calling the meat wagon. >> Okay, yeah, call for a medic. >> Okay. >> Do a blood sugar check. >> Okay. >> call up the paramedics? >> They're already on their way. You requested them, so. >> look at my eyeballs. >> What do they need to look at your eyeballs for? >> Well, I can't do anything else. >> You don't know if you have low blood sugar or not. >> They can take my low blood sugar. >> Yes, hello, thank you for arriving. I'd like an eyeball inspection. Thank you. >> You blatantly told us that you committed a crime. Doesn't matter if it's a misdemeanor. It doesn't matter if it's $2. It doesn't matter if you were planning to come back and pay them later. You're telling us You told That's not how That's not how a business works. Okay, my partner's going to be the one to say how this goes. If he decides to let you off and give you Jordan. >> Please. >> I I don't like having to repeat myself. >> Bud, you don't have to repeat yourself. Just stop trying to explain it to her. >> If he decides to let you off with a court date with a court date, that would be his decision. If he decides that you're going to jail, you're going to jail. >> So, with this misdemeanor, you can write a complaint or you can take him into custody. I would probably do my best to get her a complaint and see you later, but we'll see. >> The way that businesses work in America, you have to pay for something that does not belong >> Why is he still doing this? >> Because that means you are paying for to own that piece of property. Until you pay for it, you don't own that piece of property. They do. >> Well, >> So, it doesn't matter. It doesn't >> No, it's not. >> Stealing is wrong, Jordan. >> That doesn't mean it's paid for. >> Here comes the big waste of taxpayer money. >> I really need to go home. >> Where is home? Who can help you out right now? Hey, this is Officer Mitchell with the Palm Bay Police Department. Um >> What city is >> calling in regards to your daughter? I was the officer that came out with DCF like that very brief moment. I don't know if you recall that. >> Oh, so they've been They have a history. >> She got caught stealing down here at Bayside >> Yes. >> Um >> But, will mom and dad come and get her? I'm not so sure. >> She was all over the place, sporadic. Um You know, she's she's appears to be intoxicated. My question is >> We'll field sobriety. >> your husband are able to come help out, I can give her a court date. Otherwise, I'm I'm going to have to I for the safety of the public, I'm going to have to take her. Okay. All right, sounds good, ma'am. >> She can't. >> We're not shocked. They're probably sick of coming to pick her up, if you know what I mean. >> He can't. >> You're on your own this time. >> Right now, I'm going to place you under arrest, okay? And we're going to go to jail. Yeah, it's it's for two misdemeanors. Would you mind doing a transport? I >> Well, that's a big ask. Hey, would you mind taking her? I just don't want to. >> That sounds like Charlie works. So, Charlie, want you hop on that? And be smart about it. Jordan, can your mom come get the Are you okay with your mom getting the truck if she's willing to do so? >> but I want my I want my mom to come pick me up. >> Okay, that's not an option. >> Mom's going to be like, "Oh, is she gone? Yeah, we'll come get the truck. No problem." >> Then my stepdad can get my stuff. Can you guys take me home? No. Take me to my apartment. >> No, right now the safest spot for you is going to be in our custody, so we are taking you. >> Can I call my stepdad? >> Okay. You know, Jordan, let me I'm going to tell you this right now. Even if your stepdad had come out to our crime scene, he would have not been able He would have not been able to do a thing. I don't care if his military status. I respect his military status. However, that's He's above us in the >> Yeah, he outranks you. >> in the army or the the Marines or the Navy or whatever. Okay, military sergeants have no jurisdiction. Okay, and I told you, when we when we get when you get the opportunity to write down phone numbers, >> I would probably just like put some tunes on and pretend I don't hear any of the things she's saying or questions that she's asking. But, to each their own. He wants to explain things to her that she probably will not listen to. >> Okay? It's fine. I don't mind. I've been called annoying my whole life. >> [laughter] >> I wasn't there, so Right, go to real pig pen. Right. Real pig pen. >> Into the pig pen you go. >> You're going to need it. >> [laughter] >> Good luck. Godspeed. Oh, boy. I hope it's a short ride. Oh, little having a little tantrum. Throwing a little tantrum. So she's calling in the dispatcher so they can make a note in the log. >> Jordan, sit down. >> Oh my goodness. >> You're going to get charged with damages if you keep >> We need the wrap, ladies and gentlemen. At minimum, a hobble. >> [laughter] >> Oh boy. Let the little birdie out. >> So you going to damage our our van with all those you're banging. Okay, I don't know you didn't, but I'm going to take a look and you're going to get charges if you did damage it. It's okay. Well, you're also on camera and I can see you banging and trying to damage our camera and everything else, so. Oh. Step in. Do yourself a favor and stop Do yourself a favor and stop talking. >> Good advice. >> All right, we'll call you after. You can call me. Good luck. >> The Uber Eats driver was charged with assault on an LEO, resisting by fleeing, resisting by force, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, terroristic threats, obstructing, and burglary. I was able to find her court documents on the 2007 terrible New Jersey website, but it didn't look like she was sentenced.
