From experience, I can tell you that alcohol makes every arrest much worse. Please don't be like that. You cannot bite me. We'll see this woman absolutely lose it when she realizes the cops are going to tow her dad's car. Please don't take my [ __ ] car. Get out of jail. Okay. Then we'll see this 19-year-old learn some tough lessons after she's caught shoplifting in Florida. You committed a crime and that's why we're here and now you're being trespassed for it. Okay. No. But first, deputies spot this black Mustang going double the speed limit at 109 mph in a 50 mph zone. These deputies couldn't be prepared for what they're about to face. That was beyond stupid, man. Sorry. You You do realize you almost collided with another car. Sorry. Where's your license at? It's in the back. In your in there? Yeah. I'm sorry. You're participating. I wasted. So, it varies stateto state, but usually you don't really have a right to ID the passenger if there's no reasonable suspicion that they're involved in some kind of crime. You need my ID because I wasn't driving. ID, please. Ma'am. Ma'am. But I don't understand. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Listen to me. Stop. You don't stop. Stop. Calm down. I don't want I don't want to be throwing my idea out there if I wasn't driving. Ma'am, calm down. I'mma explain it to you. Okay, I get it. Oh, no. You don't get it. I'm trying to explain it to you. Okay, I want you to explain. We are stopping. I'm going to If you stop talking, I would love to. Go ahead. Explain. Okay. You are in a vehicle that is being stopped. So, we are requesting your driver's license because we are allowed to. Totally. Okay. I'm not going to ask you. I'm Listen, I'm going to ask you one more time and then I'm going to take you out of the car and I'm going to put you in handcuffs. Well, you're going to put me in handcuffs cuz I wasn't participating. Cuz you're notating. But I wasn't in if I wasn'ting driving. I'm going to give you one last chance here. Thank you. I wasn't participating in it. Watch your knees. Step back here. The racing statue. I'm Deputy Win. I'm with Lee County Sheriff's Office traffic. The reason why I'm stopping you was 109 in a close to 50 mph zone. That's insane. 109 miles an hour. I mean, driving to endanger, reckless operation, negligent operation, like the female officer said, the racing statute in Florida. So, yeah, this is this is criminal. Okay. Then you go the wrong way and almost fly with another vehicle. Okay. Why? I'm sorry. I wanted to be I'm sorry. I just have there's no good reason. Alcoholic beverages tonight. A little bit. a little bit. Okay. All right. Your judgment a little bit. Address still good for you. Really? I'm so sorry. I just was enjoying my day today with my car. The sad part is is it would have been a stop and you may have gotten a court date because of your speed. If something happened just is only my fault, not me. Are you willing to submit to a field party exercise to my fears that you're driving while under the influence? Sorry. Are you will do you speak English or traffic headquarters? Do we have an available translator? Seems like he speaks it well enough. Not scared car. Well, it's actually not her car. No, it's registered to somebody else. Scared dad. Just do me a favor. Go stand over there with my partner, please. Thank you. Dad died. Okay. But the car still registered to him. Yeah, I know. But here's something. So in most states, if you pass away or relative passes away and the registration's active, it's still in their name. It's going to go all the way till it's expired. There's not really a function where the DMV is notified that the person has passed away. When it has to be renewed, you'll have to change a title and all that good stuff, but it stays good until it expires. Here I died and he is still paying the card. Um, I was just driving her car. Listen. Oh my gosh. You didn't tell me if you don't calm down. Relax. No, you're not. I promise you you're not. No, you're not. I've been calm as [ __ ] I don't know what you guys are going toing do in my car. I'm stressed the out. I need Listen, stop. Stop. If you don't calm down, we're going to have you have a seat in one of our patrol cars. Just another example of alcohol being that emotion multiplier. If she hadn't been drinking, would she be like this? Probably not. I mean, is this the crime of the century? No, it's not a big deal. You're not going to be permanently deprived of your car. Don't worry, we're going to figure it out. But she can't handle it cuz she's too drunk. Then you need to relax. You guys tell me what the I have to my [ __ ] car. That's all I need. I'm going to give it to you one more time. Trying to be a dick. She's going to be a problem. Take a breather. Relax. Okay. Because you acting like this is not going to get this situation to go any faster. I need you to relax. I'm stressing out. I will tell you everything that's going on once I get to that point. But right now, we're not going to tell you what's going on until I figure out what's going on. Okay? So, I need you to relax because I can't focus on you and focus on him. I I don't think you do. I just want to know what's cuz I want to go home at night. So, do I you think I want to be here now when I work at 5:30 in the morning? I don't want to do I need you to breathe. Relax. Okay. Otherwise, we're going to have you have a seat from the car. I know. Okay. Fair enough. All right, stay calm. She's not capable. You can tell she's I I understand. I get it. But at the same time, I got to have her calm. Get it for me. What? It's under the car right now. I'm not trying to be [ __ ] Oh my gosh. Baby needs her Bubba. Can you do me a favor? Can you go under the car and get it? You can grab it, Alex. I couldn't. Thank you. Hey, I'm going to need you to help me translate for a DUI. Put his feet together. Arm suicide. Touch the top of my pin for me. Perfecto. Perfecto. Go ahead and begin. Oh, ninestep walk and turn. How we doing here? 1,00 14. That doesn't look too bad. Left. Right. Left. All right. We didn't see it in its entirety, but this officer thinks he has enough to arrest him, so he's being placed under arrest. Questions that have come up before, actually quite a bit in the comments are, "Have you ever let anybody go after they've done field sobriety?" And the answer is yes, I have. I've had people come out of the car, do field sobriety, and pass well enough that they went on their way. So, yes, some people do pass. You're now being placed under arrest for driving while under the influence. You understand all of that? See or no? Yeah. All right. He's chill. He gets it. Taking his licks. You guys are not going to see my car. Oh my gosh. You guys are not going to see my car. What are you wearing? You need to relax. Please don't take my car. You can't take my car. You can't take my car. I got my mom to pick up my car. Please don't pick up my car. Where is your phone? I don't know. Somewhere in the car. Don't take my car. My dad's not here to pick up my car. But dad, it's under his name. Please don't take my car. Please don't take my [ __ ] car. Got to hurt your hand. That's all I'm asking for. All right. Well, come out of the car, please. Again, she's throwing a tantrum. She's intoxicated in public. Disorderly, but the cops really don't want to take her into custody because of all those things and the big headache she'll cause. Can she avoid it? You can call your mom out of the out of the car. I'm begging her. Take my car. I'm Come over here. I don't want you to get hit by a car. Come over here. I don't want you to get hit by a car. Do not touch me. big. It's a nice car. Thank you. Also, they have to take the car because it's a DUI arrest. So, the car has to be seized for a certain amount of time to ensure that the person who was arrested doesn't take possession of it again. So, there's really no avoiding it. The car is being towed. Do you want me to tell your mother where you're at? Somebody needs to come and pick you up. Naples, please. You're not in Naples. You're not in Naples. You're in Fort Myers. Where am I? Fort Myers, [ __ ] Bass Road. Do you want me to tell her where you're at? Speak English. Okay, that's fine. Do you speak any English, ma'am? No. There's I I don't Only the daughter could translate for you. You want to get Do you want to get an Uber and go home? No. I want my car to get old. You're at Bass Road in Summerland Road. Someone needs to come pick you up. Please, please get picked up. You can tell the mail cop is running out of patience. Listen, it's either you get somebody to come pick you up or get an Uber picking my car or you're going to go to jail. Okay. What the am I going to do? Your wish is my command. Why you going to take me to jail? Why you going to take me to jail? Let me resist. Let me take some my mom the Let me get her. Let me talk to Let me Please let me take the code. Please don't be like that. Please don't be like that. Please don't be like that. Don't be like that. Perhaps get a rap back so she don't bite you. No, you can't. Oh, you drew freaking blood. Oh, nasty. So much bacteria in the human mouth. Besides that, the state I work in, biting is considered mayhem, which got severe penalties. I think it's up to 20 years. Would you ever get 20 years for it? Probably not. But it is on the table. From where you draw blood, you dumb. I didn't draw blood from you, man. You didn't let me take the address to my mom, bro. I just lightly bit you, bro. You guys are taking Get the other arm. Oh my gosh. With her feet. Her dirty feet in your face. I can't breathe. You dumb. I can't breathe. Seems like you're breathing just fine. Stop resisting and kicking me. Stop. You understand me? Stop. I told you guys I'd take my [ __ ] car. You guys still did it. Well, now you're going to jail for a felony. What the you call my mom? You dumb motherucker. Why are you pulling me like? Fun fact, where I work, assaulting a police officer is a misdemeanor and assaulting a firefighter is a felony. Why are you pulling me like that? Can you not let me face my That's blood biting me, Larry. We'll get back to her sentencing in just a moment, but first, the police were called when a gas station clerk alleges a teen tried to steal some alcohol and then spat at her when she was confronted. Is this your white vehicle over here? Yes. So, what's going on? So, I'm trying to find my daughter as we sleep. Okay. Did she go north? North where? Like that way. If you look at me that way. Yes. You've been drinking quite a bit tonight, huh? Seems like it. Yes, you definitely have. I can smell it. And you're you're kind of swaying like this and you're mumbling as well. I am actually standing very still talking to you. I am Oh, is that is that your daughter? Oh, I hear somebody yelling. Yes, that's my daughter. I do not know if I'm reporting or not to verify which subject is involved. So, what happened at the Sweetard? Cuz we got I was trying to find my daughter. She is right here. I got accused of theft. Watch your watch your words. That's why I said accused. I didn't little bit of tootude on this one. like they were. I went into the speedway with my mother. I got a soda. After that, my mom got a flat tire. We were sitting in the speedway trying to fill up our flat tire. I went back inside for a water bottle and I got accused of stealing. What did you get accused of stealing, Alexis? Oh my goodness. I just got cold. I just got told. Calm down. Calm down. Take your phone. Calm down. Don't you stay here and don't say [ __ ] We got called because something possibly happened. We're not saying anything happened. It's just that's most of our calls is we get called. We just got to verify it. That's it. What is she accusing you of stealing? But is who the store clerk? Hello. Okay. Tell me what happened. So they've been here for probably about an hour sitting in the car in and out. The little girl comes in. And she goes to the beer cooler, looks, comes down this way, goes back to the beer cooler, grabs a beat box. Beat box. I didn't know what a buzz ball was. What is a beatbox? I thought that was something you do in a rap song or something like that. Let me know in the comments what is a beatbox. Shoves it in the front of her pants and then grabs two Gatorades and comes up here. And she just yelled at me to get out. You were stealing. You have to leave. And I said, "Ma'am, I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but I didn't steal anything. I just came in here with my mother. Like, I just want a bottle of water." You can already tell just by the way she's interacting with her mom. She probably was not being all that respectful. And they're trying to air up tires. The mom can't barely stand. Was mom the one driving? Amy. Okay. So, I told her I was like, "You can't be in here. I watched you steal that." And she yelled at me and she told me to get out. I'm not even from around here. I live in Jersey. Can you pull her up on camera just to make sure we have the right one? After I told her to lean, she threw some vulgaries and then she spit at me. Okay. You didn't spit on her, did you? Nasty. No, I didn't spit. No. Did she like purposely spit at you? Probably on camera, too, right? No, sir. I did not. We're going to see it on camera. I did not spit. See, there's the mom. There's her. How old is she? She looks really young. Young. How old are you? 19. 19. So, you're an adult? You are an adult. I told her to get out. So, she's coming in yelling at you. Still yelling. Do y'all both mind just walking back over there to your vehicle so we can get out of the roadway? Yes, sir. Okay. Just use the crosswalk, please, and be careful. Yes, sir. Yes. Are you wanting to press charges on her spitting on you? I just want the trespass. Just trespass. Okay. She's already Oh my god. Just relax. They're both hammered. Prepare for trouble. Make it double. And they're both going to be a problem. We We have not have good experience. Okay. Listen. I don't want y'all both together. I believe that. Go stand over there and I'll talk to her. Thank you. Mom, please. I need to call my dad. Get I need to call my dad. You need to call They're going to You going handcuff? All right. So, is the cameras going to show you spitting on her? Yes. All right. So, why'd you do that? Because she accused me of stealing. Honesty, at least. I'm going back to Pennsylvania. Who's who lives there? Your dad? My dad. Okay. Are you closer to And then your mom? Yes. I just need my dad, please. How old is she? How old are you? She's 19. I'm 19. 19. Her story is you're walking there grabbing Dad. Hey. Hey. Dad. I'm sorry. No. Name. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Mom's about to be put in handcuffs for public intoxication if she keeps it up. I have you on camera still in that B box. I'm sorry. And then starting an issue in here with the clerk, spitting on the clerk. Okay. Do you want to go to jail? Because that kind of behavior is how you going to go to jail. I know. So, as of right now, you're lucky that she's not wanting to press charges, but she wants you she wants you trespass. If you come back one more time, you're going in handcuffs. Do you understand? Mom, please. How much have you had to drink tonight? Aside from that beat box. Just that beat box. You're not going to be driving either. I don't even have a license. Okay. Do you have an ID? Yes, ma'am. No. No. You need to hang up. Hang it up, girl. I have to tell you one more time. Like I said, you're going in handcuffs. So, mom needs to be separated. She needs to be put somewhere she can't have contact. She's just going to keep interfering. When I say do not interact with her right now, cuz I'm investigating a crime, that means don't. Okay. I don't want anything. You need to relax. I just gave him some water because your behavior does not look good on camera. The owner of the stores wants both of you guys trespass. So, I'm going to be getting that paperwork. You guys are way too intoxicated be to be operating that vehicle. Okay. So, if I were you, I'd call for a ride. Okay. Right here. Like we see in so many cases like this, they have the opportunity to just be trespassed and just leave. Can they do it? Don't say I need to talk to dad. Hey, you need to stop looking at this phone. What did I just say? Take a seat. Do not say anything else. If I have to come back here one more time, that's it. All right, just hang tight right there. Okay, don't don't move. They're giving her more than one chance because the underlying thing is the cops don't want to deal with this drunk lady in custody. They want to try to avoid it if they can. I'm not sure. I need you to be a big girl right now. Yes, sir. Actually, go. Yeah, she's not free to go right at the second. So, like she wants to get out of there. Okay. Called an Uber. I played the You act like it's the biggest crime in the century. That's what scares. I think I think the alcohol is playing a little bit of part in this. Shut up. Little bit. Hit your phone. Another day in the tank. What? What' you say? Hey, stop. Has your mom ever been arrested for anything? Not until we got to Florida. Can I Everybody gets it in Florida. You're not listening. You're drunk in public and you're causing a disturbance right now because you can't you can't follow directions. If I hit my vape. No, you can't let your vote take it. You blew out. Yes, sir. So, you're going to sit back there until I'm done and then we'll figure out what's going on with you. No problem, ma'am. Where's my quarter at? She's in the back of that police car. In the back of the cop car. She's not listening to lawful orders. So, she gained betain right now. Hopefully, grandma's not hammered. Give him a ride. Yes. Okay. As soon as I'm done with paperwork, we'll we'll get him out of here. I see. Just Okay. That doesn't make any difference right now. You committed a crime and that's why we're here and now you're being trespass for it. Okay. I can just take you to jail. Okay. So, it seems like we have a failure to launch here. She's 19 years old. She should be way beyond stuff like this. I understand alcohol is a factor here, but her maturity level is so low. I just take her to jail cuz we can go that route. I just want my dad. Okay. Well, you're an adult and I'm telling you what you did wrong and I'm telling you that I'm doing my job. Okay. So, you're going to sit there for a second. Be quiet. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. That's just be quiet, please. I'm just Okay. Just be quiet. Okay. Be quiet. All right, Alexis. Just need you to sign this. It's saying that you're being trespassed from here. Okay. Show it here. Can I read, but I'm I'm not trying to be disrespectful. No, that's okay. Okay. So, it's just a trespass warning. Okay. Okay. I can't come back to this speedway. You cannot come back to this property at all. Okay. Yes, ma'am. And if you do, just sign right here. And if my grandma and my mom is okay to come home, well, I'm dealing with that in just a second. This is just for you. This is just for what you did. Sign it. Okay. Stole some beer. Stole some beer. I don't drink beer, so I'm sorry. Try again, you stupid. All right. Let me see. Okay. Yep. That's That's going to be your next That's going to be your next step. Well, your mother is probably going to jail at this point. All right. So, so get in the car. Do you Do you want to go to jail? Do you want to get in the car? Ma'am, get in the car. Get in the car. You're intoxicated and you're causing a problem. Get your feet in the car. Is Nichollet? I'm not going to tell you that. She's an adult. You're an adult. Get your feet in the car. Get in the car. I can get in the car. Put your feet in the car, please. I am a I I am Can she do it? Okay. Okay. Are you refusing to leave this property at Got it. No, I'm not. I'm sorry. My feet. Okay. It's my mom's feet going. Just go ahead and pull down there and I'll I'll be right back. Just lock the back doors. She gets out again. She's going to jail. She's been trespassed. Yeah, we're going we're going to jail and she's and she's going to get a public talk start just like mom. You need to teach your daughter some manners. Yeah, she's she's about to go to jail herself. She's being trespassed and you are also being trespassed from this property. You cannot come back for 365 days. If you come back within those 365 days and you do not have permission, you will be taken to jail. Most trespass orders are default one year and they can be renewed if the property owner sees fit. Because you are intoxicated and you're not trespassed from this property, that car can't move from here. Do you understand? Can I send my mother tomorrow morning? Uh, that's fine. Okay, I understand that. Are you okay, Mom? Alexis, get out of the car. Get out of the car. Now you've done it. Turn around. I just wanted to make sure. No, I just wanted to turn around. I just wanted to make sure my mom You're a bad listener. Kilo 113, go ahead and come over. Get out. Get out of the car. You're right. I'm sorry, ma'am. You're sorry. I'm right. Did she say you're sorry? I'm right. Reverse that. We told you to stop. We told you to stop and now you're being Now you're being arrested. You're right. Okay, we're done. There you go. You're right. I'm sorry. She's right. You're sorry. Sit here and act like you're strong. No, you are 100. I'm not strong. Yeah. Well, we're sick of you acting like this. Okay. Being cooperative one second and then being like this. No, I never thought I was strong. You're 100% correct. And ma'am, do not move. Let's debate it. Now you're getting resisting. You're getting resisting and you're getting several charges now. Walk to my car. Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. Can you grab my uh Yes, ma'am. clipboards. Well, we told her she's Yes, ma'am. Again. Um I do. Grandma's like whatever. Keep walking. Mom, stop. Nichollet, go to your mother's car, otherwise you're so shut your mouth. You stupid. Stop. Did you get bullied? And so you get bullied. Oh, here we go. So obviously she's only polite and courteous when she thinks it's going to be advantageous for her. When it doesn't work, you get to see the true colors. Hold her. You're right. I'm I'm sorry, sir. Stop. She was very arrested for no reason. Nichollet, look at me. Walk to your mother's car and get out of here before you go to jail. This is my Oh, this is We're not driving. I'm sorry. You're right. How old are you? She's 19. She already hit me in the face. So, she's getting like mother. She's cooperative like this. And now she's turning into Yeah, cuz you'reing widen your stance. You want to see? Widen your stance. Good use. Stop. You want to see me take better? Stop. Widen your stance. Come on. Okay. You're You're going to get another charge. Okay. I don't want another. No. Stop. Get in the car. Get in the car. My mom. Get in the car. No. Oh my gosh. Oh no. Like a spider monkey. Get her in there. Stop. There you go. Bye-bye. You're a [ __ ] You're a language, young lady. Get out of here. If she gets out, she's going to jail. Nothing going to put my car in here on me.
