Entitled people suck. I think we can all agree. But when they're behind the wheel of a car, things can get dangerous. Today, we have two cases where drivers don't think any of the rules apply to them. Explain to me why you're doing 87 mph in a 45 mph zone. First up, we have a woman whose dangerous speeding is about to become the least of her problems. Resisting. I'm not. Put your hand behind your back. Then we'll see this entitled couple who have no idea how to behave during a traffic stop. We don't have to hand you the license. Yes, you do. No, we don't. But first up, this deputy spots an operator traveling 87 mph in a 45 mph zone. And we're about to see that her attitude is just as bad as her driving. Deputy Lynn, there's Scott County Sheriff's Office. What you want down for me? I stopped you today because I got you at 87 and a 45 posted. Is there a reason for the speed today to be 87 miles per hour in a 45? That's the reason for the stop. I'm sorry. I didn't realize. How do you not realize you're doing almost 90 miles an hour? Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance? I was doing this. You asked me a question. The same speed as the car. No, you are not. Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance? So, that's super fast. Obviously, it's almost double the speed limit. So, could be more than just a traffic ticket. Could be negligent operation or reckless driving, driving to endanger. All those things are on the table with that kind of speed. I do, but you ask me a question. Okay. Go ahead and step out for me then. How about that? Go and open your door and step out for me. I'm not going to do that. You asked me for my license and I'm telling you to step out of the vehicle. Not going to do that. You ask me for my license. I'm giving you a lawful order to exit the vehicle. You can exit the vehicle or you can go to jail in handcuffs. It's up to you. This can be a ticket or it can be jail. It's up to you. You have two choices right now. You can open the door and you can exit the vehicle with me and we can duck business back by my car. So, can I ask you a question? 160. Can I ask you No, I'm not I'm not the one answering questions here. Start me another unit, please. Can I ask you a question? I need you to exit the vehicle, ma'am. I'm asking you to exit the vehicle. Are we going to do this at the red light? Yes, we are. I have I have lights on behind you. So, she should be able to tell by his tone. He's not messing around. He's given a lawful order. Just obey it. Right. I'm asking you exit the vehicle. This is my last request before you go to jail. Can I ask a reason? Because I'm giving you a lawful order to exit the vehicle. But that's not okay. I've asked you to exit the vehicle so we can conduct business by my vehicle. I'm giving you a command to exit the vehicle. You're fixing to go to jail. Step back here by the front of my car. Now explain the question you asked me for. Explain to me why you're doing 87 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone. Okay. Do you have your license and registration? I could have had it when you asked me for it. Yep. I asked you the vehicle. So now I just want your license then if you don't have your registration because it's in the vehicle. There you go. You are about to go to jail. But you're cuz cuz you want to though. No, because of reckless driving and because of refusing to exit the vehicle. But sir, I was going to ask answer your question and you literally stopped me. You know reckless driving in the state of Florida. Go ahead and continue to cut me off after every sentence. Go ahead and do that. Place your hands behind your back for what? Place your hands. You're going to jail for reckless driving and refusing a lawful order. Exit the vehicle when I ask you. I literally I exited the vehicle. Stop resisting. You asked me to exit the vehicle. Stop resisting. Just a side note, you still don't have the right to resist arrest. Just so everybody knows. Oh no, this this can't be. Oh my god. You literally Are you kidding me? What are you doing this for? Step it up. She's resisting. Resisting what? What are you What are you talking about, sir? I'm not doing this. I'm not resisting. Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. Hold your hand behind your back. Are you mad you're not like What are you doing this for? This is classic for these kind of traffic stops where the person is like pretending like they're not resisting but they are right in front. It's almost like an SNL skit. They're like, "What are you talking about? I'm not resisting." And then they're just resisting like crazy. This classic. Does anyone see this? Put your hand behind your back. Come on right now. Are you kidding me right now? Stop. Stop. What? Put your hand behind your back. What? What am I doing? Talking to you. Stop resisting. Resisting for what, though? Put your hand behind your back. For what? I'm giving you an order. He gave me an order. For what? He has no right to do this to me. He's on a power trip right now, bro. Are you kidding me? What did I do to you, bro? Stop. Are youing kidding me, bro? I did nothing to you. Stop. I did nothing. Hey, you're scaring me. So, there we go. We got some people stepping in, some good Samaritans to help the cop. And generally, they do enjoy some immunity from this. If you step in to help the cop with a legal arrest, you will have the some of the same protections police have. In most places, the cop has to request it. And then there's a thing called transfer of authority. Now, you have the authority to the police cuz you're helping the police. But, I think it's kind of implied in this case where she's resisting and he's having a problem getting her into custody. I literally did nothing. You know what? You're doing something now. Now I am. Now I am. Now, now I admit I am to arrest anybody he feels like. So at this point, stop. You don't have to throw me on the car. I'm right here. I'm right here on my hood. I'm right here. I'm not leaning on, bro. I'm right here. You don't have to lean me on anything. Lean on the hood. I'm right here. I'm standing right here. Stop. Stop. I'm standing up, sir. Turn around. All right. I'm literally standing up. Stop. Stop yelling. Stop yelling. Stop. We got to catch my breath. Stop hurting me and I will stop. Keep yelling. You're doing resisting. You are resisting. Resisting pulling. You're causing the hurt. God. Stop. You can call him down to be searched. What the wrong? You're hurting me. Because you keep calling back. You're hurting me. You're hurting me, bro. I don't know. Huge emotional swings. Out of control. Probably has something on board. Alcohol, drugs. There's got to be something. This can't be baseline for her. Get in. Get in. Put your foot in. Now it's my hand. She's drunk. I can smell it. You smell alcohol? There you go. Got her. Uh, are you hurt anywhere? Yeah, that's I'm aware of. You got average. So, she's going for reckless and resist. Okay. 8745 in heavy traffic. She's weaving as I'm catching up to her. Yeah. No signals, no nothing. Okay. I'm good with it, huh? You good? Yeah. I guess my breath. I don't see an ID in here. I don't know if people know that, but when you have to tussle with somebody as a cop, even like a smaller female or male, it's exhausting. You don't have as much fuel in the fuel tank as you think. You get out of breath pretty quick. I got you. I'm working on it. That ain't my blood. I don't think maybe it is. Yeah, it is. Yeah, it's yours. Little here. Little here. Did you drink it? She did smell like alcohol to me. But yeah, stop. All right. Now, we're going to do a little inventory of the vehicle. Also could be a search incident to arrest cuz she has been arrested. See what we find. She smells like buzz balls. Hey, she smells like budge balls. Hey, I see some buzz balls there. Yeah. Nice. It was He's pumped. Evidence right there. Oh, no. That bag's full of the empty ones. I've never had a buzz ball. Anybody had one? Let me know in the comments. Are they any good? They look terrible. More buzz balls. Party of one. I'm gonna let her know what she's under arrest for. But if y'all want to do a tow log for me and tow it. Okay. All right. So, you going to jail today? All right. You made that choice. Can my Can somebody come pick up my car cuz they Oh, heck no. We tolding that. Heck no. You ain't fighting the police and getting your car back. No. No. Fair. Ain't a chance. You don't even got to explain anything. Oh, I I don't have to. You're right. No, because you're not going to. You're absolutely correct. I'm going to explain to you why you're going to jail, though. It's called bat leo. That's a felony. Resist violence. What are you resisting? You didn't literally reckless driving to me. I guarantee you my lawyer's going to get you. That's what they all say. Many do say that. Your badge number. All right. It'll be on your arrest report. hear me? What is that? What is that little doing to you? Nothing. I'm going to get her out of here. The Lord knows I was speeding. Oh, looks like we got a biblical scholar in the back. Only he knows the reason I was speeding. The reason you got a badge is just for that to have a badge. You don't care what comes out of the civilian's mouth at all. Not one bit. But the one who's in charge of this whole entire universe is going to have you by the balls. Because if you don't want to treat a human like a human, he's going to take you where you deserve. And that's not where godly human go. I'm going to tell you right now. I think that's like a nice way of saying you're going to hell. I think and that's where he judges you by, okay, by your fruit. And your fruit, I'm sorry to tell you officer, is brought into the court. So go ahead, play that. Let's have some music. Cuz in Jesus name, you are going to hell. You better pray tonight. Pray about your wife. Okay. God forbid you. Easy, sister. Oh, now you want to get sensitive about your family, but you about mine, right? Oh, okay. Exactly. Go ahead. Turn that [ __ ] too. You better keep the static on cuz if you don't, I'mma keep talking to I'd be careful with stuff like this, like intentionally irritating a prisoner by playing loud static. I know she's being annoying, but kind of walking a line there. Keep talking. Yeah, turn it off. Talk all you want. Better yet, turn it off. Yeah, talk all you want. Cuz I'm a child of God. I think it's amazing back here after you get off acted as soon as you approach my vehicle was not how Jesus acted. Yeah, she's definitely proitizing from the back seat here. Yeah, the Bible says a fair amount about obeying authorities and to be cautious because they bear the sword for a reason. So maybe you should hit your Bible a little bit more. You work for the devil, but God created you. I think you're hilarious. And and you know who else thought Jesus was hilarious? The same people that arrested him and had him crucified. So go ahead and find me hilarious. And I hope you're not Jesus. So and I hope you laugh arrested and I hope you get everything you want today. And I hope that Jack is fat. You couldn't even hold me down to the ground. Come on now. Put me oneon-one with you. Come on now. Get out of here. Your backup because you're hurt so bad. And God knows you're wrong. You're so wrong. And he knows you got that badge for wrong reasons. Cuz you're so hurt. You're hurt. That mustache looks like and you can't grow a link of hair on your head. That's why he knows you. Dirty pool. These are defense mechanisms. Go ahead, arrest me. I did. Yeah, do that. I do that. I did exactly that. And are you happy with that? I hope you are. I hope you throw a party tonight. Go ahead and speed cuz you can go 40 above cuz can't. Yeah, go slow down now, right? Cuz I said that out of here. You just mad. True. He clearly has dealt with someone like this before and it's not bothering him at all. He's playing it off pretty good. You'll feel better tonight. In Jesus name. You will have what you deserve in God's time. God controls everything and he knows I got this cuz of whatever I did. Right or wrong. That's true. Correct. Get what they deserve. Right. That's why you're a handcuff. Right. Right. Right. Right. Go ahead. And yours is going to be so much worse. I'm telling you right now, officer, you don't know who I am. And you don't know the power of prayer. Okay. It sounds more like voodoo to me. You're going to use prayer to somehow mess with his life. God knows to choose you and God knows to choose me at this time. So, thank you. We're best made in heaven, ain't we? with cops. Little bump. I'm telling you right now. Hey, give you the heads up on the bump. You're one of the crooked ones. And you're one of the ones they talk about online 24/7. You're why they got a stupid ass name, examining her foot, pleased with her speech. Give me a minute. I'll be right with you. coming up. We'll get to her charges in just a moment. But first, officers spot a vehicle failing to stop at an intersection. And they soon realize this stop is going to go beyond a traffic ticket. Do you know that? They're in the driveway. Roll your windows down. Got home. Nothing counts now. All the windows. All the windows. Pull it all down. Chill. Don't tell me the [ __ ] when I know the law. You don't got to pull everything down for me. I bet he doesn't. What's up? My hand straight, bro. What's wrong? What the What you trying to stop for? Why a passenger in any motor vehicle stop would start yapping like this? I don't know. Just keep it shut. What the stop for, sir? When you calm down, I'll tell you. Well, I'll call. I'll have to be called to tell you to tell me to stop. Okay. My name's Officer Cox. I'm with the police department. Okay. So, nobody has no guns or nothing. Stop screaming, man. Man, stop being disrespectful then, sir. No one's being disrespectful. Cut light off. Can you take it out my eyes? They're hiding your ass. These people are just looking for a reason to be upset with this. Call the police. I ain't no calm down. I don't like 494. My name's Officer Fox. I'm very Yes, you can. Can you move your hand? Officer, could you move your hand 3 in to the left? Thank you. And we have a other list of demands as well. Out of the car. Stop. Kella, tell my mom to come out here. What did you stop me for? I can't get to telling you my thing. I just I'm trying to hear. What did you stop me for? I will tell you when you come. Can you have your sergeant come? His face. Can you have your sergeant come? Trust me, my sergeant's coming. A lot of people are coming. Well, good. Yes. Okay. So, what the purpose? You ain't telling me nothing, sir. You're not telling me nothing, sir. Be quiet. Don't stop. Don't want to get his face. Don't push me out the way cuz you thinking nickname. They right. They not right. 605. You're not even telling us to stop. They're going to get their own evidence and put the system on trial. Nice try, Copper. I'm stopping you because of two things. one the window tast. I need your license. When your sergeant come, I will hand you your license. You don't have to hand you the license. Yes, you do. No, we don't. Ma, do not roll the window up. Oh god, come get a land. You don't have He don't You can't do nothing cuz you ain't do nothing wrong. That is allowed. You don't have to hide the window. He can't have no L. He told me for nothing. My Oh, now big mama is involved. Hold on. Let me tell you. What? What is your badge number, sir? So I can have your badge number. Your badge number. 1186. I'll be on your tickets. Hey, say your badge number so we can have it on camera. Zone 3. Can I have your badge number on camera? Get my um Can I have your body camera on? My body came on. Okay. I don't see the light. I don't see the light on. This the camera. I don't see your infrared license. Hey, they flying over here for like that. Screaming. I asked you for your license. You screaming. I asked you to take the light out my face. Calm down before they start doing stuff. This guy's barking out the window. Nuts. Window down for this. I need you to listen to me. Can they get the light out of our face, sir? Ain't happening, man. They're not listening. Okay. I have to get my purse. No, you're not. He don't want me to get my purse. He's telling me I don't have to. Listen, this in the back seat, ma'am. I want you to sit and take me out. Get him out. Get him out. Hold on. You cannot do that. You're not allowed to do that. Get out of the car. Get out of your car. Get out of the car. No, you're not allowed to do that. Get out. Get out of the car. Get out. Little zappy zap. Put my side on. I'm getting out. Get out. I'm getting out. I'm getting out. I'm getting out the car. Get on the ground. I can't get on the ground. So, these are all lawful orders. Producing your license registration. You have to do that. You have to get out of the car if you're ordered to do so. That's a lawful order. None of these are being followed, of course. And here's the natural end to disobeying those reasonable orders. Go ahead. Go ahead. Get him out. Get him out. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Step out. I'm getting out. I'm getting out. Get out now. I'm getting out. Get back here. I'm back here. I'm back here. Everybody move back. Move back. I don't care. Move back. Well, you're going to cop, too. They have my phone. Where's my phone? Shut up, man. You're doing it on purpose now. I ain't got nobody talking. You're talking to him. That's messed up, bro. When I tell you to get out of the car, you do it. My car to get out the car or I did not be mim. That's how it works. That ain't no law. So, what are you saying? Pennsylvania versus Mims. The Supreme Court decided that you can order passengers out of the car for officer safety. So, officer knows that. That ain't no law. Hey, just calm down. He's going to jail. Pennsylvania v, you get out of the car when we tell you to. You understand me? First off, he didn't tell me to get out of the car till you all got here. Our phone is in the car. How do I get in the car? Huh? Can I speak? I'm I'm calm. We're going to fix your car. I'm calm, son. I am calm, please. You've never been calm. And they doing too much. I'm calm. Why is your tightness so tight? We're taking one off. Yeah, but the one you just put on cuz you were fighting with us. Stand by. I show both my hands. I don't have any weapons or anything. Right. So, the thing was she said something to her. Not allowed to car like that. I'm going to I'm going to apologize. I don't get why people think they know better or why they think they can argue their way out of it or prove the cops wrong. It like literally never works out. You actually don't know better. Is it the internet? What are we doing? How are we frying our brains like this? So ridiculous and embarrassing for no damn reason. I did something wrong. I did. Yes, you did. I did not. You wasn't even there. So how you going to say that? You was not. Now you have the right week to talk to her. So when y'all see that I tried to reach over there at the hotel he's not allowed to get in the car. Yes he can sir. Pennsylvania vim that's not in Pennsylvania. That's the wrong state officer. So so he so he reached in the car. Not allowed to reach in the car. The passenger said to law enforcement I spoke with him and he said he was going to go check and come up here. You don't care. You wonder where she gets it. Police. Guess what's wrong with you? He's going to jail for fighting law enforcement. All for nothing. A damn traffic. Why am I still handcuffed? What? The mom's not wrong. She said, "All for nothing for a damn traffic stop." Correct. Yeah. None of this had to happen. It could have just been a citation. But your daughter and her little friend there wanted to spend the night in jail. Their wish is their command. I would take them both to jail, bro. Yeah. All day. If they don't want If they don't if they refuse to identify and they want I didn't refuse to identify. I was telling him I had to get it pretty much personal. Let's get him to uh the hospital to get checked out. Complaint. I don't want to go to no hospital. You're You're complaining of injury. I I got I got to have you I got to have you take him to the hospital. Okay. You asked for it. Listen, I don't I I just I really You can You can tell them at the hospital that you don't want medical attention. All right. But I got to get you checked out. Okay. That's all liability control. The guy at some point has to go to the hospital. Now, out of abundance of caution, they're going to make him go there and have them tell a doctor they're fine, and then they can note that in their report. The female driver was given a citation and released on the scene. But the male, Terrell, was arrested on charges of battery on specified personnel and two counts of resisting without violence. As a result, he was sentenced to 27 days in jail. Our speeding suspect was charged with battery upon a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer without violence, reckless driving, and property damage over $200. In court, she pleaded not guilty to all charges and has requested a jury trial. The case is still ongoing. Thank you for joining me on this video.
