Oh my bad. >> That crack. >> All right, everybody buckle up. Today's body cam star performer is someone who allegedly decided that a vacant apartment belonged to her. Then, of course, she has to inform everybody that she knows the law better than the police. She refuses to leave, decides to fight officers on the staircase. She drops something that's not exactly a big surprise. And then she spends the rest of the encounter bouncing around between threats, life advice, and asking people if they know who she is. This is one of those body cam videos where every time you think that we've reached peak nonsense, somebody grabs a shovel and digs their hole a little deeper. >> On June 18th, 2021, officers responded to a call about a woman trying to claim residency in a vacant apartment. Now I want to press charges because I paid somebody to stay here. That's your problem. I've been here more than 30 days. Put in the strip. >> Listen to me. >> Listen. No, honey. You listen to me because you know I've been here more than 30 days. Almost 30 days. You feel me? >> Are you stunned? >> You got meed up. >> You're not going to come here and do this, >> ma'am. >> All right. And I told you. See, I'm a self-represented litigant. You feel me? >> So I will take your ass to court. >> Listen to me. >> Get your stuff and get out. I'm not getting my stuff and I'm not going anywhere. >> With the officer there, the landlord requested the woman be immediately removed from the apartment building. >> I'm not trespassing. >> I can give you my lease. >> [ __ ] >> Hey, chill out. >> Get your hand behind your back. Get your hand. >> You stay the right there. Don't you dare come up here. You hear me? >> You stay your ass right there. >> Stop it. somebody. >> So, I am genuinely curious about this lease. I want to know if she has a lease. So, the landlord has asked the police officer to remove her from a vacant apartment, but she's claiming that she has a lease and she's paid her rent and she's been there over 30 days. I am genuinely curious. The police officer not at all interested in seeing her alleged evidence or has he already seen proof that she's lying? I'm I'm genuinely curious about this. Like, did they take care of all of this stuff before the body cam switched on or before we got to see it? Because I don't know if you guys know this, but there has been lots of instances where people have been scammed by landlords. They've paid their rent and they've had what they thought was a lease, but the lease wasn't exactly real. and people were paying what they thought was their rent and then they end up getting evicted because the person they were paying the rent to wasn't the real landlord and the money wasn't actually going to the apartment. It's like a big old thing. If you didn't know, this is not my only channel. I also have a main channel where I discuss things like this. So, we've talked about this kind of thing before. So, I am genuinely curious to know if she really did think she was legitimately paying her rent and that she is being wrongly evicted from this property or she could just be a squatter. I'm going to lean more towards the fact that she is squatting since we haven't heard anything to the contrary. And this seems to be a legit apartment building with a legit landlord who called the legit police department to come legitimately move her ass out of the apartment. That guy better stay down there. I thought it was funny. The police officer's like, "You stay down there. Don't you come up here." And then as soon as he says that, she starts wailing more. As if she's trying to entice him to come rescue her. Hopefully this dude knows better. >> Stop it. >> Give me traffic. I'm fighting a woman street. >> STOP. STOP. >> Stop that woman. >> Give me the other hand. >> Give me your other hand. >> You're going to jail, too. So, come here. >> Come here. >> You're being arrested, too. >> Hold on. Why is he arresting this guy? He warned him and said, "Don't you come up here. This guy's not coming up here." So why is he telling him he's under arrest, too? Is this police officer just not having any [ __ ] today? Is he just like, "I'm not taking anybody's crap. Everybody can go to jail. I didn't sleep very well last night." I mean, that's fine as long as he really can take this guy to jail. The more the marrier. >> What the >> LET ME GO. LET ME GO. >> STOP IT. >> LET ME GO. >> LET ME GO. >> STOP IT. >> LET ME GO. >> STOP IT. >> STOP IT. >> Listen to me. >> Listen to me. >> YOU are trespassing on private property. >> You refuse to leave. Now you're being res arrested for resisting without violence and trespassing. >> Let me go. LET ME GO. LET me go. UNLESS WE GET A MOMENT, WE'LL GET YOUR INFORMATION. >> STOP. >> Stop it, MISS WILLIAM. YOU'RE MAKING yourself >> Let me go. >> Stop it. Going to jail. Stop it. >> Help me. >> There you go. I need some help. Get her down the stairs. >> Brandon, please. Stop traffic. >> Get off me. I can't breathe. >> You can't breathe. You're on your side. >> Seriously, >> you're on your side. You have an open airway. >> You have an open airway. You're breathing. >> 1066 1033 on south. Channel's clear. 1333. Don't. >> All right, stand up. We're going to jail. >> Oh, you dropped a meth pipe right there, too. >> What? Oh, what? I'm acting shocked, but I can't really be shocked. She dropped a meth pipe. You can't make this [ __ ] up. He's struggling with her on the ground trying to get her handcuffed, resisting without violence because she's violating trespass on private property. And she drops a freaking meth pipe. She seems a LITTLE LESS INNOCENT NOW. >> YOU'RE BEING CHARGED. >> ARE YOU CRAZY? >> NO, YOU'RE BEING CHARGED. >> GET THIS OUT. >> Leave me alone. You >> stand up. >> Going to jail. >> Stop. What did I do? >> Stop. Stop it. >> All right. >> Oh, my pink. >> You wouldn't mind that crap fight. >> Stop. Stop. >> You had the opportunity to leave, Miss Williams, and you refused to do so. >> That's not what >> Then you decide you want to start letting people resist arrest. >> That's not what happened. You got to chill out. >> Why you doing that to me, bro? Chill out. We've got another case open on her. We might be putting charges on her. >> Uh, my complaint, sir. My complaint is right there at the top of the spin. Thank you. >> Yo, let me go, bro. Bro, I paid the money to be there. >> Well, they got to glove up. They got to glove up. She dropped a meth pipe. They got to check her for other drug paraphernalia now. See all those people just standing around watching the show? They're just standing around. See, and they're doing it the right way. They're just standing around watching, minding their own damn business because they know better than to interject because then they'd end up in handcuffs, too. We've seen it so many times. Everybody always wants to be involved. They love the drama. This woman is hooting and hollering and being all dramatic. It's like she's going for an Oscar. So, of course, everybody wants to watch it, but they should probably stand back. Otherwise, they might end up in the back of that car, too. Do you have anything on you? >> No. >> That will poke me. It will be a charge if I find something. I DON'T >> DO not do that. >> Are youing crazy? >> STOP. >> Your feet. >> Let's just put her in the car. I don't care. >> LET ME GO. >> GO get my phone. Go get my phone. They got all my stuff in here. >> Let's put in a car. >> A felony. Have a seat. >> I got a >> Have a seat. >> What do you have on you? >> I don't have anything in THE CAR. >> OKAY, STOP PUSHING ME. >> GET IN THE CAR >> NOW. >> OKAY, >> SIT up >> and sit in the seat like a grown woman. >> Okay, >> you kicking AND FIGHTING IS NOT >> I GOT TO GET IN. WAIT, LOOK. >> Put your foot in. Yo, >> your kicking AT ME IS NOT HELPING YOUR SITUATION. >> My radio done messed up again. >> Yeah, during the struggle that crackpot fell off. So, she says that she doesn't do drugs and she doesn't keep anything on her, but a freaking crackpipe fell out when they were tustling around. He said meth pipe and then he said crackpipe. Are those the same things? Please don't don't judge me. I am innocent. I don't I know very very little about drugs. Okay, hold on. We're going to we're going to see what Google says. Is a meth pipe and a crackpipe the same thing? >> No, a meth pipe and a crack pipe are not the same. They are different because they are used to smoke different drugs. >> Oh, okay. So, my next question was going to be, can you use the same pipe to smoke either one? Apparently, a meth pipe is a bubble pipe. It's a glass tube with a bulbous bulb at one end. And a crack pipe is generally a straight narrow tube that doesn't have a bulb. A meth pipe doesn't have a filter. A crack pipe has a metal mesh steel wool on one end. I'm learning new things. Residue. A white or pale crystallin film on a meth pipe. And a crackpipe has dark black carbon deposits. Okay, so they are very different. Well, which one is it then, officer? Is it a crack pipe or is it a meth pipe? I think I've heard him call it a crack pipe more than the meth pipe. So, that must mean that there is the uh dark black carbon deposits on a straight glass tube. We're all learning things together. Did you know the difference between the two? Let me know down in the comments. You don't actually have to type the words cuz I don't want YouTube to like block your comments or anything because they've been known to do that. But I genuinely didn't know the difference between the two. I'm not wellversed on the Uggs dre. You know what I mean? Thank you for your service. Thank you. >> No problem. Thank you. Thank you for your support. >> Thank you. >> This is my sergeant. He He showed up after the fact. >> I'm going to go and call investigator Bartholomew on the burglary case that they have on her currently. >> Gotcha. Add that charge or not right now. >> Do you want me to go back to my vehicle? >> Yeah, you can go back there and join him. >> I'm good here staying with him. I got your phone and I got your shoes. >> You Why you said that to me? >> What if I said I thought maybe she had a gun or something like that? Would that >> She's already been arrested for that. They released her after she got arrested for the warrant she had. >> 715. >> There's people in there. He came earlier this week. There was no one there. That's why he went in there to do work because he it was vacant and they broke the window last week uh during a a domestic kind of thing going on here. We get here, there's nobody here, but we've seen these same two in and out. >> Has she reentered here then? Is it the boyfriend's old apartment? Uh, there's no connection to it at all from what we could tell. The tussle started and I got her pinned and that's when I called for another. So, >> well, absolutely. The crazy thing is apparently whenever you as you're going hands- on, I called you on the radio. >> I don't know if you heard that. >> I didn't. Um, >> you would have been busy. >> Yeah, I was a little busy. >> I I No kidding. 5 seconds. 10 seconds before you keyed up, I called you. police 243 313 >> and then it was dead air and then it was the you key up hear scream in the background asking for press 64. >> There you go. >> And I was like man >> man timing >> timing I'll have you a reporting. >> I'll stay here watching that while you talk to her. >> Yeah, I'll be done in 5 minutes. >> So that explains why he didn't stop to look at a lease or something because they already knew that something shady was going on. There was a broken window. I think it was maintenance or somebody was going in there to work on the apartment because it was a vacant apartment and then you know she was in there they broke the window so that explains it. So she's lying. She's lying about having a lease or I don't know maybe she was cracked out of her mind and she really did think that a lease existed. I don't know. Anything's possible when you're on the pipe, right? Man, I was I was genuinely curious if this was all one big misunderstanding and then the crack pipe fell out and then uh that removed all doubt. >> Yeah. Go ahead, boss. Thank you. >> Please, please, God, protect me, >> bro. Do you KNOW WHO I AM? DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM, MAN? PLEASE. NO, [ __ ] Who are you? Do you know who I am? Do you know who I am? Uh, nope. You actually seem to blend in with all of the other criminals that they arrest for this kind of [ __ ] And then you had to go throw in the stereotypical crackpipe. So, no, they don't know who you are because there's nothing distinguishing about you. Just saying. >> My name is Beer. with the beard. >> God know me, bro. Even if I don't KNOW HIM, BRO. GOD KNOW ME. >> All right, Miss Williams. >> You know who I am, bro. >> I ain't no bro. >> Listen, it's all Listen, it's all over. >> I know. >> I got your shoes here. >> I got your cell and I got YOUR MASK. >> IT'S NOT OVER. >> Are you going to get out of the car for me? >> No. >> You're not going to get out of the car? >> No, bro. You're going to make me go get all these people out here to come get >> Don't put your hands on me no more, my man. >> Get out of the car. >> Don't Don't put your hands on me no more, my guy. >> For real. >> Sorry, I was waving at you, but we can't talk through all this glass. >> So, I had to fight her to get her in cuffs and get her in the car. So, now she don't want me to get out of the car. I think she just got released a couple days ago for trespassing and stuff. It's unlocked. Go. Hey. Hey. My man better not put his hands on me no more. You feel me? >> YOU BETTER PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME NO MORE, BRO. YOU AIN'T EVEN A BLACK MAN, BRO. YOU DON'T EVER put your hands on me. You feel me, BRO? I LOVE YOU, MY GUY. But don't PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME NO MORE, BRO. You feel me? >> Apologize, bro. Whatever I did to you, man. Whatever I did to offend you, bro. You got my shoes. What you got? What you doing to my shoes, bro? You brought my shoes to me IN THE CAR. YOU BROUGHT MY SHOES TO ME IN THE CAR. WHY YOU PUT THAT [ __ ] IN MY SHOES? >> I'LL WAIT OUT HERE FOR HIM. >> He got door handles on. >> He got door handles on the inside. >> He's like, I'm going to wait out here. He's like, I got her here. I got her here. Y'all y'all can handle this now. I'm just going to just going to wait right here. I'm just just going to wait right here. You got your hands full with her. I'm just going to I'm going to sit this one out. What police officer? >> She got another crack in her going to have door handles on the inside of their car. >> That's fine. >> That's That's a ESCAPE CHARGE, RIGHT? WHAT IF I OPEN THE CAR DOOR? SMART ONE. DON'T PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME NO MORE. MY GOD. GOD BLESS YOU. >> I thought she said she didn't do drugs. I thought SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING ON HER. I thought she said this was all a big misunderstanding and she had a lease and every right TO BE THERE. OH WELL, UH, it looks like she's a big fat liar. Liar. Liar. Pants on fire. And here's the thing, too. So, if I'm not mistaken, she probably had a chance to just walk away, right? She probably had the chance to just leave. I mean, I'm sure by the time the police arrived, I mean, her ticket was written. like it was a done deal. But she probably had an opportunity to just leave. Why didn't she leave knowing that she had paraphernelia on her? Why didn't she just leave and save the charges? Seriously, she has been arrested before and released. Does she really want to go back? Well, she's back now. It doesn't really matter what she wants because she made some stupid, stupid choices today. Let me know what you thought about this one down in the comments below.
