People rarely have good reactions to being arrested, but these two women are going to go berserk when police attempt to arrest them. >> Young lady. >> [screaming] >> We have a woman who immediately got the cops' attention with her terrible attitude for a traffic stop which she was only a passenger for. >> You're going to be searched. >> Why would I be searched? I'm a passenger. You're touching me. >> And another woman who flips out after being suspended from her job at Amazon. >> You're going to be escorted out of the building. >> But first cops pulled over this car, but it wasn't the driver who's going to be the problem. >> Hello. >> How's it going, bud? >> How's it going today? >> I'm all right. What's the problem? >> Good. I just pulled you over for not wearing your seat belt, is all. >> It was on, bud. >> It was not on. >> Yeah, well, it was on. >> We got four kick cameras. It was 100% not on. I was watching. >> All right, buddy. >> So where I work, you cannot pull somebody over for not wearing their seat belt. It can't be the primary reason for a stop, but in a bunch of states, I think like over 30 states in the US, you can be pulled over just for not wearing your seat belt. >> Really? You want to tell me it wasn't on? >> I'm not going to argue with you. Stop being a dick. >> Okay. >> A seat belt? >> Yeah. >> Get out of here. >> I'm not You can You can think it's petty if you want, but still saying don't need to lie. It's not You still live in that >> I am. >> Perfect. >> Can I go then because I live down the street and I want to >> No, but when we're done you can go. >> [laughter] >> I'm not the driver and I'm wearing my seat belt. >> I'm telling you you can't leave, so no. We'll sum it up. >> So in a motor vehicle stop, a passenger is not just free to leave. >> Don't be too long. >> All right. Uh do you have insurance on the car? >> I need to meet some here at the house. >> What's that? Do you have insurance on the car? >> It's in there, isn't it? >> No, it's just attitude for no reason. >> I don't feel good and I want to go home. I feel sick in the back of the >> Okay, sorry your driver wasn't wearing a seat belt. That's our fault. >> That's not my fault, either, though, sir. >> No, it's not, but you're involved in the traffic stop. >> I'm just a passenger. >> You got to get up with it. A lot of people Oh. >> I just got a ride from the food pantry. My food's in the >> Okay, you can't leave. >> Okay, then call your supervisor. Ask him the rules. >> Here we go. >> The rules are the law. >> I'm not doing anything. I'm a passenger. >> And you're not free to leave. I'm on a traffic stop right now. Okay? >> Call the daytime supervisor on the shift. >> Well, now, you wanted a supervisor, so I'm getting her a supervisor. >> I'm talking to him now, so >> I know. I'm just letting you know. He said he didn't want problems, so Can you roll your window up real quick, ma'am? >> She's going to be a problem. >> Okay, we're going to run the dog, so you're going to roll the window up. It's It's a risk. >> I demand a supervisor. >> And the supervisor is on the way. >> So, we're going to search the vehicle cuz the K9 alerted, and that'll be all done, all right? >> The K9 can be run around your vehicle in a traffic stop. The courts have decided it is not a violation of your Fourth Amendment rights for a dog to sniff the air. >> Yeah, what do you want me to do? >> Tom, can you go and have her out for me? >> Yeah. Do I stay? >> Yeah, stay there for a moment. >> Did he make a call? Can I get the dog off or not? >> Yeah, just stay there right there, though. Okay, so the on-shift supervisor is on the way. Uh he will be here shortly. You >> to say my name, and I still need it, please. That's all I need. >> He's on the way. He's on the way. Uh you are going to be asked to exit the vehicle here shortly. >> Can I get out now, then, please? I'm sweating. >> Not yet. Just give it a second. Once he's done, I'm going to send you back there. >> You will not >> Huh? >> Touch me. >> What? >> You will not touch me. >> You're going to be searched. >> Why would I be searched? I'm a passenger. Call my I want an ambulance, then. You have no reason to touch me. >> K9 alerted. >> No, I'm a passenger. >> A little bit excited. >> No. Let I told you I have Parkinson's disease. >> I have Parkinson's >> I want to go home. He gave me a ride from the food pantry. You won't touch me. >> Okay. >> You won't touch me. No. No. >> [screaming] >> No. You're taking demands of me. It's not fair. >> No, we're not taking demands of you. >> I can't hear you. I'm sick. Literally, I'm sick. Please. >> Okay. >> No, I'm not listening. >> Come on. >> Thank you. Where's my heart my hat? >> Okay, so you're going to come back here with him. >> sure I'm leaving. I'm going home. >> No, you're not. You're not, or else you're going to be placed under arrest. Okay, stand over here. Put your purse down. Your purse down. >> No. >> Your purse >> here. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands up. >> No. No. No. Brett. Brett, call the ambulance. No. >> Oh boy. >> anything. No. >> We have one here. We have one resisting. >> [screaming] >> Stop. >> We're videoing you. >> No. >> We're videoing you. What are you doing? >> Somebody's high as a kite. No. No. >> Do you want to be >> No. >> Or we going to taze you? Do not kick. >> I'm not kicking. Let me go. Let me go. >> Stand up before you hurt yourself. >> Yeah, there you go. >> Fell flat. >> before you hurt yourself. >> Stop. Let me go. Sorry. >> Stop resisting. Stand up. Stand up. >> You can't touch me. >> Come on. >> You can't touch me. >> You're going to hurt yourself. >> You can't touch >> You're on video. >> You can't touch me. No. >> And stand >> Don't touch me. >> Stand [screaming] up. >> No. >> You're going to hurt yourself. We don't want you to hit your head. >> on me. Do you have any spit? >> Stand up. >> I can't. >> We need to stand up. Yes, you can. >> Right now. I'm going to help you up. >> 3 2 1 up. >> Stand up. Stand up. >> Okay, you broke my leg. Get it. >> Okay. >> I can't breathe. >> Okay. >> You broke her leg. >> Calm down. Calm down. >> Stop me. >> Watch his back. >> Help me. >> No. >> Take the bag off. >> No. >> Stop. >> No. >> Oh my gosh. You're going to get tazed. >> Just so you know, this is why officers want to retire desperately after 20 years of service. >> Take the bag off. >> No. >> I'm getting too old for this sort of thing. >> People like this. >> Stop for real. See, you were going to get tazed. Put them down. Put them down. Put your hands behind your Put your hands behind Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> [screaming] >> wild >> You're going to go to jail for this. >> Oh yeah, you're right. >> Don't touch me, Brett. Don't touch me. No, you can't take my bag. I'm just a passenger. I'm just a passenger. >> He's searching your bag. >> No. I'm just a passenger. >> Okay, stand up.
