Cops in Florida have just pulled over a man accused of firing a gun into the air during a heated family feud. As he steps out of the car, they see the man has a weapon tucked into his waistband, putting officers on high alert from the start. Head, open the car. Do it now from the outside. Um because the only thing I know is is that these people started with me the other day talking about I was shooting or somebody's house got shot up and I didn't want to get questioned. I don't really put them wherever you want to put them. Okay. Officers found that the gun Jacobe was carrying was missing exactly one round from an otherwise full magazine. It's alleged that Jacob's mother has a long-standing feud with another family. As the feud escalated, it led to Jacobe and his mother following the victim's car in their black Dodge Challenger, going as far as running stop signs and red lights to keep up before coming to a stop where Jacobe allegedly warned the victim he was going to kill them before firing a single round into the air, causing the victim to flee. Jacob's aunt and mother have arrived on the scene to try and claim his vehicle. So, so he is he's getting like boxed up the street. So, why would his car get towed? Like I I know that you are you're his I'm his aunt. Yeah. So, I've come to situations before and they've allowed me to take the person's car instead of towing. As long as they said it was okay, he wasn't here. He's not here anymore. He said I was able to take the car. Okay. He's getting telling. Why? Cuz we're telling him. We're seizing it as evidence, too. Evidence for what? Of crime that he was involved in. That's why he got arrested. Do you get what I'm saying? Yeah. I'm not understanding that cuz if it was an aggravated assault, he didn't hit nobody with his vehicle. He didn't use his vehicle. But it was used in the commission of a crime, which is the crime is their felony. He was the registered owner. I mean, he doing his job, but then you got Listen to me. With the car, I have to seize it. Okay? Okay, listen to me. The um Mr. Jacobe, right? Okay, that's your my son. Your son. Okay, listen. When you can obviously call call the uh records, they'll be able to figure everything out with you and then the legal division gets it, too. So, you can call the legal division to figure out what's going on with the car. Okay. They got 13. Jacobe was charged with improper exhibition of a firearm and discharging a firearm in public. Despite convincingly pleading his innocence, Jacobe would go on to plead guilty after surveillance footage of the argument was uncovered.
