On December [music] 2nd, 2023, a man walked into a tattoo studio, got a $250 tattoo, and then claimed he lost his debit card in an Uber. When the artist asked for payment, he couldn't show a bank app, couldn't verify he had the money, and couldn't call anyone to help. Police were called, gave him multiple chances, [music] and asked him simple yes no questions.
