spitting on him he is innocent unless

officers were lucky that Sam didn't have

fortunate as they're about to deal with
two extremely disorderly brothers who
are also being trespassed from Disney

M while this suspect was charged with
trespass after warning his brother
Christian was charged with resisting
without VI vience disorderly conduct and
trespass after warning they are innocent
unless proven guilty in a court of law
now some people can really ruin the
Disney Experience hey guys I'm John and

unfortunately some people can take the
magical Disney Experience and turn into
a nightmare for guests employees and
police officers and of course Disney
does have its own security to respond to
disturbances but when people are at the
park intoxicated and unruly this
Behavior can ruin someone else's day so
we open up today guys with police in
Disney security dealing with a M who
appears extremely intoxicated and right
off top his behavior is aggressive and
he's already been told to leave by
security but he's blatantly just
ignoring them and this is why police
officers have to be compassionate
because the Mel begins to cry to police
and although he still does have to leave
police do not want to be overly
aggressive diffusing attention is always
the best course of action and we do hear
that the Mel might have been served one
too many drinks and it's important to
know that Disney rule of thumb is a two
drink only per transaction and this is
done to deter guests from becoming
intoxicated and limit the ability of
guests to buy drinks for other people
using their own ID but after multiple
warnings he's trespass and he chooses to
be arrested but then while in custody he
does spit on these deputies and this can
lead to Sam being charged with a third
degree felony and receiving up to 5
years in prison not my idea of a
vacation but then Sam attempts to use
his preference of Lifestyle for the
reason he's being arrested but we know
that's not the case but if there was
ever reason to watch what substances you
put in your body this is it because Sam
knocks himself out while in police
custody but thankfully the officer
notices and gets the Medics to his
location but in the end notice the
transformation of Sam's mood after being
treated at the hospital was totally
different now in our second video guys
we have brother who are also at Disney
and appear to be drunk and disor and
right from the beginning these officers
are being extremely patient and waiting
to see if the mail will calm down but he
does continue to yell and be belligerent
which does go against Disney's policy
because when I think of Disney I think
of joy and having a good time but in
this guy's case he starts to run from
the police so I guess fun is different
for everyone but after a brief struggle
police do get him into custody but after
dealing with one brother police have to
arrest the other brother for trespass
after warning for refusing to leave the
property and yes these charges are only
misdemeanors but having to go to court
for nonsensical Behavior like this is
truly ridiculous but in the end all of
these auers kept an even temper and also
show compassion which isn't always easy
but lastly let us all remember to enjoy
Disney but responsibly
