Sweetwater Police, this is Chris. This line's being recorded. >> Hi, Chris. This is B at Central, also on a recorded line. Um, I have a caller on the line um advising that she knows the location of a male that has a no bond warrant in Hillsboro, but the um location that he's at is in Clearwater. >> Okay. So, he's wanted Hillsboro, but he lives in Clearwater. >> He's at an Airbnb in Clear Water. She said that he went live about 30 minutes ago from that location. >> All right. Do you still have her on the line? >> Yeah, I do. Did you want the address first? >> Sure. >> All right. Here she comes. >> Thank you. >> All right. >> Ma'am, so you're saying someone's wanted at that address? >> Yes, sir. Um, so there's and his name is Joseph Anthony Redden II. He's um he's been on the run from a no bond warrant out of Hillsboro County for a probation revocation. Okay. >> Since the 15th of June. Um there's also a police report that's been filed with the Largo Police Department regarding a company that he is the face of which appears to be some kind of a security fraud or a Ponzi scheme. We're not really sure yet. Um to the tune of $3.3 million. And we have uh there's a group of creators who have been trying to expose MCU and we have stepped up our efforts because he has placed his house for sale and has said that he is going to Europe and um when the police were when we determined that he was at his home in Largo, we uh one of us called the police to let them know to go pick him up and uh he refused to answer the door and then when the police left, he took off and he's been buried in Airbnbs. for the last it's 11 days now since the 15th. Um I was able to conf confirm today after uh watching him on a live stream about two hours ago. Um I was able to confirm his location and compare it against the Airbnb listing for that address and confirm that that is his current location. >> Okay. Uh can you spell that his last? Yes, it's Robert Edward David David Edward Nancy II. >> So, Joseph Anthony Redden, his date of birth is going to be and it's a revocation for DUI. >> You don't know the exact date for his birthday? >> Uh, I believe it's >> And what's your name, miss? >> My name is >> And what's a good call? >> My name is Baldwin. uh6 and that Airbnb appears to be attached to the home owner's um building. So if he doesn't answer, which he probably will not because he he's been staying hidden down, you can probably ask them to let you in or confirm with them that he is there. >> Gotcha. Okay. >> And he may very well be um just a heads up because he he is a and I'm not saying this is a hit to him because I realize it's disease and a problem. He is a prolific alcoholic. Um, so he may very well be at one of the bars that's just right near there that's still open. >> Okay. Gotcha. >> And you'll know his dog um he's got his dog Lolli with him and she will probably bark when you knock. >> Okay. I will uh send this to an officer to take a look at. Okay. >> Can I ask Can I ask a super petty favor? It's really petty. It's really petty. >> If the officers catch him, could one of them let them let him know that Bunny said hi, >> buddy? >> Because he's trashed me online. Bunny, he's trashed me online for the last month. I mean, trashed me. I've had people threaten my life, my daughter's life. I just want him to know that I was the one who found him. >> Okay, I will put that in there. I'm not sure if an officer going to do that, but I will add it to the to the notes. If y'all can be petty on my behalf, I would love it. Um, you know, just out here doing my civic duty, helping y'all find the wanted criminal, but I would really love it for him to know. Otherwise, I'm going to post a video so that when he gets out of jail, I can be just so you know, Joe, it was me. >> Okay. >> Everything you put me through, I was the one who found you. >> All right, M. I will send this out. If for any reason an officer has more questions for you, they're going to give you a call back. Okay? It's going to come from an unknown. And I will wait with baited breath because I promise you my hope is that you guys catch him tonight and I can grab that mug shot before I go to bed and sleep peacefully. >> All right, you have a good night. >> All right. Thank you so much. Yeah, the credibility of this. >> Yeah. [Music] police can you come to the door? Keep an eye on Can I help you? >> All right, it's Clear Water Police. Could you come to the door, please? Can you hear me? Hey, he was just in the backyard. He's coming to back inside the house. Let me see your hands. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. >> Where is he? Where is he? >> Turn around. >> Yeah, I'm here. >> Turn around, my man. >> I'm here. I'm here. Jesus. >> Oh, I'm here. >> Turn around. >> Okay, I'm off. >> Lay on your belly. Lay on your belly. >> Wait. I'm peeing. I'm peeing. I'm sorry. I'm good. You're good. >> Put your hands away. >> They're there. They're there. I'm peeing. >> I'm sorry. I'm I'm peeing. I'm peeing. >> Oh shit. Stop peeing. >> We're going to double them. >> Yep. >> I'm sorry. I'm winning myself. >> You're good. >> I'm good. Yeah. >> Why'd you stop, bud? >> You heard the door and acknowledged. >> Scared. I'm sorry. >> You got scared? >> Yeah, I got scared. I'm sorry. >> No. No. It's my fault, not you. Okay. >> Shit. All I saw was like >> Oh yeah, you locked up. >> Like what? >> Yeah. >> Just um I got to check behind that tree cuz the first time he came out there, he was doing something behind that tree. >> Do we need FD to come check him out? >> Yeah. Hey, can you walk to your side? I forgot >> I did. >> Okay, you're good. >> All right, >> we'll take after you on the side. >> All right, you're going to tuck your knees in. >> All right, turn to the side. >> Okay, >> you're good. >> What can I do to help you guys? >> Right. Right leg, >> right? >> Use that to to step up. >> Right. >> So, >> ready? Three, two, one. >> We're going to get some on this side. >> Sorry. I don't want to stress your shoulders out. >> Come this way. >> All right. 3 2 1 >> There we go. >> Joseph, you have a warrant. Nobody told you. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. You're aware of it then? >> Yes, sir. I was actually going to court tomorrow cuz I have everything done with my probation. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> Yes, sir. >> Yeah. That's why when they told me I said, "Okay, well, I have everything done, so I just have to go report it." Hey, who's uh if someone can throw a cruiser up? All right. There's some on my legs. >> Mine's really >> Yeah, it's the taser probes and all that. If I walk, I'm not sure. >> It'll be good. >> No, those those are rip. >> You'll be good. >> Yeah, those are ripped. >> I don't know. Whoever the >> Mine is, but mine's got the smallest uh spot for me to sit. Yeah, >> slow down. Slow down. Sorry, I was just walking. My bad. This one? >> Yeah. We're going to put you right in front of >> this one or that one. >> Well, you don't want to go on that one. >> Yeah, we'll just have them right here. >> Why not that one? >> Cuz it says K9. >> Oh, yeah. Never mind. >> Unless you want to get bit here. Right in front of the LT's car. >> Yeah. >> Face the vehicle. >> Yeah. >> The only thing that's going to poke, stick, or stab. >> No. >> Okay. >> Anybody else? >> Just the dog. the uh Airbnb owner will take care of him for the time being. >> No. Um I doubt it. I mean, they don't they don't even like having a dog. Um so, >> you have no underwear under you? >> No, no, no. >> Okay. >> Um but I mean, I guess I can have any other local >> So, I'm trying to think about if I know anyone that can come take care of her. Maybe in my phone. Hey, >> you want that one? >> Oh, you got two phones like Kevin Gates. >> Hey, you want to you want to double check just in case? >> Yeah. >> No, I just want social media one. >> Yeah. >> How old is It's um 12 days, I think. >> Oh, >> I thought I was done with my probation, >> but they told me I ended up owing >> You can turn around. You can just lean on here. >> So, I thought I was done with my probation and from a DUI 3 years ago, four years ago. >> Yeah. >> And then they told me I owe 50 hours, but I have the 50 hours done. >> So, it's just a miscommunication. >> Yeah. I just need to call my probation officer and say, "Here's my hours and um and then pay whatever fines I owe." I got >> Yeah. I didn't even know about it till social media was like, "You have a warrant." I was like, "What do you mean I have a warrant?" And then I thought, >> "How do they find out before you?" >> I wish I knew. I have people who so I do social media for a living. >> So I have people who really don't like me. >> And they were like, "You have a warrant." And I thought they were just like, because people have told me I'm on the run from the FBI. They told me I'm on the run from the NSA. And I was like, "Sure, I do." >> And then they told me, they were like, "You do?" So I looked it up. My lawyer said, "Yeah, you do have a warrant." I said, "Well, for what?" They said, "Well, you have uh 50 hours of community service left." And then I said, "Well, I have that done." So, I was just needed to provide that to them. >> Yeah. >> And I actually plan on giving it to them tomorrow because I have uh 30 hours done for uh charity work for foster children. Then I have 20 hours done at um Serenity House down the street. >> Okay. Yeah. >> So, I thought I was done, but apparently not. >> Where inside is the other? >> Um it is next to my next to the bed next to the house. Right in the front. right next to the bed right in front. >> Okay. So, I open the door. There's a bed and it's next to the bed. >> So, you open the door, you go to the left, there's a bedroom on the right, bedroom on the left. There's bedroom on the left and it's the um little side table right next to the bedroom. >> Let's go over here. >> Get to another vehicle. >> Is there a code to get in the >> Oh, here. So, we'll let them check you out. >> Am I Am I cut or anything? No, you you got tasered. >> Oh, so they got to make sure. >> So, it's protocol to check you out after a taser deployment. >> They'll come over here. >> No problem. >> Do I just tell them I'm fine or >> they're going to It's just protocol. They have to check it out. Whatever they do, let them do and then you'll be good. >> Sounds good. >> Feel terrible. I like peed myself and >> Yeah. Five all this over. I got to turn in probation hours. >> Did they tell you like >> turn around real quick? >> Yeah, sure. Please. >> Show So Show So Show So Show So Show So Show So Show So Show So Show So Show So Show. You're back. >> Yeah. >> Do you need to see it or like Okay. >> I have to take you up to the hospital. All right. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> Okay. We're not allowed to take him out. So >> Okay. Any pain? >> No, I'm I'm good. Not for falling or anything once you got phased. >> Nah, it worse than the army. >> All right. How many times? Any idea how many times like shocks? >> K4. >> Can you get K4? >> Hey, how many how many times did you >> There's four showing. Five showing. >> They're just asking. >> Wow. >> I just said five. That's what I said. >> Yeah, that's a long time ago. Wow. >> Yeah. >> Would you like me to try to figure out who to call? Negative. >> Um, I'm still trying to think of who I can call. >> Um, She's got food, >> you know. Do you know I'll be able to resolve this >> with this being a Hillsboro warrant might be transferred to Hillsboro to see a judge there. I don't know. They're just going to give you more thinner blood. >> I just don't know what hill. Um Yeah, when you get to palace, we'll let you get access your phones and grab phone numbers if you go to that right now. >> Yeah, >> she's got some water. I need to walk back probably. No, I mean as long as she she can't get out. >> Yeah, I know. But you came out the back door. So you on the way out. >> I don't know how the door lock gets in the ass. If you do just lock it a little bit, she won't go anywhere. So I just have to turn in my probation. >> Yeah. >> Of course. >> Joe for you. He's going to have to go to the hospital. >> What's up, honey? >> He's going to have to go to the hospital. >> I know it's going to sound like you're repeating yourself, but >> things changed. Now you're in the back of a police car, handcuffs and all that stuff. And again, you just have to basically just tell us everything that you've already said. Yes, sir. >> Um, so, but I have to read your Miranda rights. Okay. Oh, please go ahead. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can or will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed represent you before any questioning. If you wish, you can uh decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of these rights have explained to you? >> Yes, sir. >> Do you want to answer my questions? >> Uh, sure. >> So, again, just real quick, obviously, we showed up because we got information that you got a warrant. We set up around the house. I saw you in the backyard a couple of times. Um, and I already asked you like, did you know that police were outside your house? I know you're telling me that you woke up, you had a couple of drinks earlier in the day or earlier in the night, I should say. >> A few. Yes, sir. >> Um, and you didn't know police were outside your house. However, when we were in the backyard and we peeked over the fence and we told you stop, get on the ground, you looked at us and you decided to turn around and walk away. And you told me that you didn't know why you did that. >> No. No. I just I saw the light. I I literally walked away. >> But you saw the taser light obviously. Did you hear the taser noise? Because it's a little noise that turns on. >> No, I I I mean I felt it hit me. I don't I don't know the noise. >> Okay. No. So, it's a noise when you when the taser gets turned on. It's like an audible noise to kind of let you know like Oh, something electronic turned on. Did you hear that noise at all? >> No. >> Okay. But but is there a reason why you turned around and started walking away when you were >> No. No. It's on me. I just panicked. >> Okay. And again, you were aware that you had a warrant, correct? >> Yeah. I found out about 4 hours ago. Yeah. >> Okay. So, and you said you were going to go take care of it tomorrow? >> Yeah. So, I have my probation hours I have to turn in. >> I thought I was done. It's a DUI from 4 years ago. And then somebody told me online, they said, "You have a warrant." >> Okay. >> And I said, "Oh." I said, "For what?" And they said, "Violation of probation, but I have my hours to turn in." >> And then I I I was going to pay whatever fines. I didn't I didn't know anything. >> Okay. >> I mean, I just I have the hours I have to turn in. I mean, if if that's all it is, if I did something else, I don't know. >> Okay. All righty. Thank you, sir. I appreciate it. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Oh. Oh, I texted her. She hasn't texted me back. She's probably sleeping. >> You don't have a plan B that you need to hit up? >> Uh, let me see. Um, I'm just looking for anybody else in Florida. >> Yeah. Um, >> God, >> I wish I knew more people in Florida. Yes, sir. >> Real quick, are you still on probation? >> I I didn't think I was till 4 hours ago. >> So, okay. >> You're still on probation. Or do you know if you're still on probation? >> Not as far as I knew. Okay. >> No. >> Did we run them on 12? >> Yeah. >> I got told that I still owed hours. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Which apparently I didn't turn in the paperwork or something. >> All right. I'll I'll check to see if you're still on probation. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> I mean, I would assume I'm on probation cuz I got a violation. I thought I was done. It's gi a why I don't even drive. It could be done with probation and this warrant's just >> Oh, I got you. No, I don't have anyone else in Florida and she hasn't messaged me back. Should I So, when it comes to my lawyer, what should I write down her number now or? >> If you want. >> Um, okay. >> I can write it down for you. >> Oh, thank you, sir. I appreciate that. >> So, I just have two numbers for I I really appreciate that. Thank you. >> No problem. [Applause] >> I was worried I I did something else. I was like, "Holy shit." >> Yeah. Did something happen in Largo before coming here? >> No. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm selling my house. So, I have a bunch of open houses. That's why I'm staying here. >> Oh, okay. My house is hopefully sold this week. >> What is the number you want me to write down? >> Uh 813 >> 789. And then the other her alternative number >> y >> is 813. >> Um, did you want me to write down the other chicks? >> Sorry. >> Did you want me to write down the other chicks? >> Yeah. Oh my god. Yes, that would be wonderful. Thank you. >> Yep. >> And then her number is Laur It's Lauren. It's um uh 813. >> If I call her, I don't want to call her. >> Gotcha. But she hopefully she gets my I mean, she's a dog lover. I think she'll come. >> I will put that in your wallet. >> Thank you, sir. >> Yep. >> And I'll take that back from you. Do you want to turn it off so the battery doesn't die? Yes, please. Thank you. >> I always think outside the box. >> This is obviously very You've obviously arrested somebody before. >> Uh yeah, a couple I don't know if I hit 150 yet, but I'm in the hundreds. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> God, I actually don't know anybody any police on this side of the water. >> Anybody I know is the sheriff's office. >> Oh, okay. I had a bunch I used to own a bunch of CrossFit gyms. So I used to have a lot of sheriffs and people like that. >> Were they local gyms to us or >> No, none on this side of the water. All on tips. South Tampa CrossFit CrossFit Eore >> uh 428 >> own body mechanic for a little bit, but the owner the co-owner was too much to deal with. >> Yeah. Do you want this? >> I'll turn off too as well. Thank you. >> Yep. Thank you. No problem. >> Do you have a bag for this stuff >> or do you want me to just put on the dash? >> No, you can just put on the dash. >> I'm just going to put it on the dash. >> You just put on the dash. >> I'm putting it on the dash. >> What is it? His wallet. >> Two phones like Kevin Gates. >> You know Kevin Gates, right? >> Who's that? >> No. You don't know who Kevin is? >> You're fucking >> I got tired. >> Phone. Oh yeah.
