Turn it off. You >> entertain right now. >> Huh? >> We'll throw some questions. Where did this happen at? >> So, this she um the address that's where her bus stop is. >> All right. And uh explain to me what happened. So today I got a hold of her um of a phone, my mom my mom's phone that she took cuz you know she she's been misbehaving and I took her phone. So she took my mom's phone and my mom has been looking for this phone everywhere. So then she was like well since you have the phone I have to come clean. So I was like, "Okay, what?" She told me that there has been this gentleman, Hispanic older male, that has been harassing her at um at her bus stop. He's he drives a white truck. He has been trying to talk to her for some time. She just been ignoring him. But then I believe to yesterday um he made contact and she ignored him. Today he offered her um I believe a cart or ecigarettes. So >> okay. >> So he was like and for that she would want he wants And she said, I was like, "Okay, what's his name?" She said, "She doesn't know his name. She just knows where the truck is parked." I said, "All right, so show me where the truck is parked. It's parked in front of this house number 20." She said it has a fish hook decal on there and he lives there with his parents. >> How old is your daughter? >> 15. white truck, older Hispanic male, offered E6. Uh E6. All right. And then what what what do we have on this guy as far as as far as anything? Um >> what do you mean? >> I mean, more of a description. >> Um she said that he is Hispanic. Um older gentleman, but not too old. He lives there with his dad. Um it's his dad's truck, but he drives it. He works for a construction company. She's not sure what construction company it is. >> Curly hair. >> Curly hair. Uh you said the truck has >> a um she said it had like a a fish hook or something like that decal on there. >> What time does her bus get on there? >> Her bus I drop her off at 6:30 in the morning at that at that intersection. I don't know what time her her bus is supposed to be there by 6:50. So, >> is it when she's being dropped off or or >> I guess I cuz whenever I cuz I have other children, so I drop her off at her bus stop, then I go home. So, it's happening after I drive off. He's approaching her and flagging her down. And today he said that she told me >> not when she gets off the bus. >> No, no, no. Just waiting in the on the bus. Waiting for the bus in the morning because I wait for her in the evening time. >> And you said 6. So, I drop her off around 6:30 in the morning. So, anywhere between 6:30 and 6:50 in the morning, this is happening. >> Okay. What What about her phone has did she think you were going to find about the gentleman? >> There's there's nothing on here about the gentleman, >> but it's just basically talking about the situation. >> Okay. With friends. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Here it is. No names. >> No names. >> And she even told him his her age and he said, "Well, do you have any friends that's older?" She said, "No." >> All right. Um >> but if you if you do want to talk to her, she said she's willing to talk. Um, so I'm going to >> what I wanted to do, what I wanted to do personally, I was going to get her dressed and get her to the bus stop and see if I can catch this myself. >> Yeah. >> All right. I'll be right back. >> So, how did this come about? Did you just go through her phone or did she open admit to this? >> So, she what happened was I took her phone away from her because she was acting up in school. Um, and then she stole my mom's [snorts] my mom's backup phone. My mom upgraded her phone. This just has Wi-Fi on it. So, because she wants to get on Instagram and talk to her friends, >> she took my mom's phone. So upon looking cuz my mom was like, "I can't find my phone anywhere." And I was like, "Have you seen it?" And then it just hit me. I'm like, "Hm, he has her phone and I've we've noticed that she's been logging in and like talking to her friends." So I'm like, "How if I have the laptop, I have the phone, I have everything." So I told my mom, I was like, "She has her phone." So today when I went and picked her up from a bus stop, um we went to the library cuz I had to wait for my son to get off his bus and it's like a hour wait. So we wait at the library >> for him. >> They went inside the library. I stayed back. I looked inside her backpack and I found the phone. She came out and she was like, "Oh shoot, there's Nana's phone." I was going to give it to her. I was like, "Hm." >> Yep. But you had her the whole time? >> Yeah, I had it the whole time. So then she was like, "Well, since you have it and I want you to trust me, I'm going to come clean and tell you." >> And then I was like, "Give me one second." So you and her and who else was at the library? >> My youngest daughter. She's only five. >> Okay. So you told them to go in the library? >> Yeah. I parked the car. I was like, "Go ahead and go. I'm coming in." Like I was taking out the trash out of my car. >> Mhm. And then something said go back to the car, just check her backpack cuz her backpack's right there. She's not going to think nothing of it. So I went back after cleaned out the car and went back and I checked her backpack and I found the phone with no case, just make it inside a folder hidden. So I was like, [clears throat] so then that's when she came out. She was like, dang, Nana's phone. I was going to give it to her. And I was like, okay. So then she was like, "Well, since you have it, I opened it." I was like, "Why do you have it?" She was like, "Just I'm bored. Like, I don't have nothing. You took everything. I don't have anything. I'm bored." I was like, she's like, "But I want you to trust me." I'm like, "You're off to a great start." >> Yeah. >> So then she was like, "Well, since you have it, you're going to go through it. I'm going to come clean." I was like, "Okay, go ahead." She was like, "Um, there's this guy that I've been talking to. Um, he is an older guy. He's at the bus stop. He flagged me. He's been flagging me at the bus stop for a while." And, um, she [snorts] he said that he had offered her he had been trying to give her some ecigarettes and then she That's the only thing I allowed. I was like, "Okay." But she said that he has been wanting more. So then I was like, "Did you tell him how old you are?" She said, "Yes." And his response was, "Do you have friends that are older than you?" She said, "No." So I said, "So he's aware you're 15." She said, "Yes." I said, "So, how did this all happen?" He's and I'm guessing he's been watching me drop her off at the bus stop because the house is right there and the bus stop is right there. >> So, when I drop her off, [clears throat] I have like a 20minut window to get home, get my seven-year-old ready for school to get her onto the bus. >> So, it's just like I'm like, "You're old enough. I shouldn't have to watch you get on the bus, right? you're in high school. >> So, I leave. I drop her off by 6:30 every morning. I leave and I get home. So, this has to happen between the hours of 6:30 and 6:50 that this is happening. >> So, she was like, "Yeah, um, he keeps fighting me down, flagging me down. Um, he scares me sometimes and my heart and all this and all that shit." And then I have the messages. I sent it to the evidence thingy. I screenshotted it. >> Turn left. >> White truck. >> Are we going in here? >> No. No. No. Not yet, man. As soon as he moves, soon as he starts to drive. Go. I guess they want us in there. Go. Go. Go straight to the front. Turn the truck up. Turn your lights on. Turn your tire off. Turn. Get out. Get out. Turn off. Turn off. Get out the car. Get out. Get out. Get out.
