June 15th 2024 police officers were called when a woman caused a bit of commotion when her child's father attended a school graduation because they've been having a dispute so when the police find out she has an arrest warrant you won't believe what happened next just showed up graduations um he's been stalking yes he's been stalking me for the past year he's tried to kill me he ran my car off the side of the BR like I have a protection ORD he's inside yes what is he wearing so B I don't even know but I can show you a picture of him and it's like every time I call you guys there's nothing you can do last time I said he was outside my house did you take a picture it's 3: in the morning I don't got a time to take a picture 14 14 this is him that is confirmed yes it's confirmed they just stop here's the thing when you do a civil protection order that's not through us that's through the Sheriff's Office okay so the sheriff's office has to serve him they already did yeah no just hear me out so when they don't if he doesn't we don't have proof that he was served we can advise him of the protection order and tell them to leave but here's the thing we it it doesn't and and I don't mean to be rude here it doesn't matter what you have in the car it doesn't matter what you have on the phone they served him as of three months ago he's trying to take you to court we have to have proof of that to try to yes okay and I'm trying to explain that to you that's all so if we if we have proof of that we'll Ser his ass now and arrest him if if y'all couldn't serve him before serve him now in a wrest cuz this is [ __ ] every time they pull up to his house he's oh I don't live here oh I don't live there so you can't serve him with how the are you protecting me you're not well every time I thing so for in order for us to enforce a TP you have to be served first sure you can't you can't just write a TP and then ARR as of right now doesn't have a service you know what she did you know what she did I think she had it served in a you know she C went to that house and just took the address down and was like send it there yeah but they haven't physically youly so she thought that that was all she had to do and I told her we've been we've been doing this 6 months now I haven't seen my son but I mean I've seen him but I haven't seen him I'm always hovering I'm a real dad so wherever it's a civil protection order it's however long until the person wants to drop it see I don't know if it was civil she gave me one but it was about over I just to see when she came back into the room and this is the dad playing threaten me I'm the owner of the business and um he came in he said nothing she was the one that got up and got all with you know rowy and upset and start cussing and going and I told you you got to get my da not my we having our graduation today just cussing and off he said nothing her he said y think I got you like I said we we're we're just trying to confirm everything so if she hit you that'd be something different but her just holding a fire extinguisher that's why do you have a fire extinguisher that's designated for a fire so once you take it out of that context that's that's a weapon wielding a weapon and now she used it against you that that's that's a whole different story y'all will be carrying a body I was holding my daughter so right now yeah right now still they still trying to confirm it to see if you were given if you were served any paperwork if you if if you was not served man I ain't going to lie you we going to be out here right regard a nobody nobody if you if you if you were sered no Agents from the court no police officer no Sheriff nobody I ain't seen nothing I got you if if you were served we'll check the diameters of of that protection order and then you know we go y y dealing with somebody who know police station would have it on fire like um the the county sheriff's office I Monday or Tuesday I said am I am I allowed to be here cuz she's used that to try to keep me away from my son and I ain't been served right she knows what my address is so he has a video he's recording the whole time he didn't do anything this this a kid's graduation got my daughter upset this a 8-year-old now she like believe she won't pay for that oh yeah I'm already KN I'm already knowing get my be a been serve nothing so is it no I'm just I'm just ask what you want man she a n the the address that she may have in order to I don't know if that's the case or not but it's been months is that an address that you live at I don't know if she actually did that I I just that was a shot in the dark but I'm just like it's been six months so how do you know that there is or was a protection order or any Tye every time I say I want my son she said oh you got to go to court this a PTO this is restrain I said that make sense I would know they would have it doesn't take 6 months for you guys to find somebody and C them some the program and that's the first thing got say I said she called police and she probably got a warrant like that's the first thing I said had a war she knew she had a warrant from the gig this is my thing that's why she leave she's got court caught the court appearances she didn't show up for that's why all of a sudden the longer we're here she wants to roll out well then I guess that protection order ain't ain't a big deal to you now okay but she ruined my grandson's day I got that and and you know something m' I'm sorry I'm sorry that that's this is how you have to spend your Sunday for Saturday afternoon but she's going to shefield on their Wards she's going to have charges for months now so she'll be on the phone to call you and make arrangements the bond I'm sure you guys good yeah you just I don't know where he went just if you will yeah he's he's in he's inside that guy's at the car well he could [ __ ] B but if you will just yep yep she was charged with battery on an
