Trooper Dylan is patrolling a rural road when out of nowhere he spots a suspect operating an ATV unlawfully. What should have been a quick conversation quickly spirals out of control. The suspect uses the ATV to his advantage, or so he thought. But the real danger doesn't actually start until the chase comes to a crashing halt.
