discovered her identity they charged her with simple battery against a police officer and obstruction of a law enforcement officer and only 5 days after the incident Georgia's highest court ordered her removal from office as a County Probate Judge over ethics charges and prohibited her from holding any judicial office in the state for 7 years her actions were very concerning for a judge and were termed a flagrant disregard for the law but that only made the actions of this judge a lot more disturbing as he threatened to rule against the officers if they didn't bend to his commands I hear your hearing board found that Judge Williams violated six judicial laws and thereafter suspended him for 6 months without pay and also gave him a $5,000 fine for actions that ventured past coercion into retaliation but the next higher authority didn't even try to coer the officer as she came up with a plan to clear the charges against her right in front of the officer I'm the one that's going to prosecute myself you know what I'll do with the ticket okay on April 22nd 2024 a police Deputy signaled a vehicle to pull over for speeding but instead the driver who was the Monroe County district attorney Sandra dorly drove all the way home before acknowledging the officer in a very shocking manner sorry I'm the da I was going 55 coming home 55 and a 35 I don't really care okay so you can call
