horrible secrets and get her arrested no she me in the mouth the hands everywhere it all started on May 31st 2023 when police were called to a mother maltreating her 7-year-old daughter I just I just telling her the truth I'm telling the Mom what's going on sweetie so um we just got there and she just messed me up and and she keep on messing with me every single time and she kep on being crazy the little girl was completely terrified of her mother and the Cry for Help was a way of releasing her internalized emotions but the mother was somehow pleased with this something the bystanders found very disturbing minut been trying to go on the street with a bike in a busy street we we we're concerned for the child safety that's what we're here she all right so I have another officer that's coming okay so we can start separating people and getting everybody side the things do what what we saw you do in the restaurant that's Insanity then step in my way please it's not illegal because whenever you do that I raed two kids money yes can you come talk to me over here yes sir the bystanders seemed more concerned about the 7-year-old than her own mother and it was no surprise that the little girl had experienced this level of neglect on multiple occasions what happened with what happened with mom um now she just started going crazy now she just started going crazy as that happened before yeah why did she go crazy but she always yell at me every single time because um I just want to get new toys and and my mom don't let me every single time did did Mom do anything other than yell at you did she you or anything she always but um we fight every single time and I just do ugly stuff to Mom on accident that's myy um so I just don't want Mom to go to jail though why would your mom go to jail um she went to jail like three times or so three times why um so Mom and Dad probably like my dad punch mom and my mom punch dad does Mom with her hands that she with anything else she usually hit your yeah it hurts it hurts did she you anywhere else yeah she me in the mouth the hands everywhere it just hurts the little girl was very familiar with domestic violence but as terrible as it was at such an age she was lucky to realize that it wasn't normal or healthy both bystanders and officers showed great compassion seeing that she was a victim of her mother's awful parenting she's intoxicated little girls hair while she was on a bicycle snatched her back and then she her more than once um in her leg and then and she would soon be made to pay for her actions I'm giving you my hands your hands are fine do you have anything on you that could H me or stick me uh there's a razor blade and the there's a razor blade yes sir she was charged with cruelty to children and given a court order to stay away from her daughter who somehow still loved her mom very much is she going to be okay she's going to be okay she's going to be with me and I'm going to take care of fortunately no serious injuries were recorded in this incident however the next police call for domestic violence would end in a tragic death can you hurry he's going to hurt my mom it all started on February 19th 2020 with a disturbing 911 call from a female named Briana claiming her father had taken both both her and her mother hostage hello all this 911 we got to call do you have an emergency yes dadd here is here in my res he has he has a ring order he's on an anle mon right now he violated it can you hurry he's going to hurt my mom I've already got them on their way okay what you doing her father was a wellknown gang member named Jose Martinez who had violated a restraining order to hold him hostage so officers were immediately dispatched to the home unaware of very important details about the hostage situation that Briana didn't tell them heye up here come here go hands up let me see him don't come up here don't come up here watch the front door Jared over there not come up here you come on no you my kid are on her side they hate me so I didn't got nothing to give for no more told you guys stop yes you are not we just both women were in extreme danger but any attempt from the officers to save them could do much worse because they soon realized that Martinez wasn't joking around when he did this to his daughter pleasee seeing help but being forced to walk back to her kidnapper showed the level of trauma Brianna was facing Martinez's message was clear and the officers began deescalation tactics but while that happened officers outside the apartment noticed something completely unexpected there's one right here is it CRA no somebody's waving at Us open your window open let's get a louder talk to about get screen out hey hey kids C can you push the screen out hey is is your door shut okay is there just two of you you two and the dog the couple had five kids together and while one was already identified as a hostage two others understood their lives were in great danger and remained silent in a room hoping for someone to save them and although things were already very dangerous it was about to get much worse you got to have a ladder you got a ladder oh you it was surprising that the kids and dog had managed to stay quiet throughout the incident but while this rescue happened the officers inside the home had managed to persuade Martinez to release his wife and daughter hey step over to me okay come down step over to me you're fine hold on I got to patch you down real quick okay your arms out to your side see here okay okay okay you can stop are you all right yeah he just said he was going to himself I know I understand but he's on he's on and he was smoking while we were in there smoking yeah okay but he wanted me to stay in there and I had to leave oh I know that's fine he thinks I'm cheating on him and all this stuff cuz he says he's got an audio and stuff but he's just on and that's what he's hearing and seeing but just when it scene things would end well for everyone involved the officers realized that Martinez would do exactly what he said as they heard one shot from inside the home to discover that he had himself ensuring that he would never confront his family again as traumatizing as being held hostage was Briana was still Martinez's daughter and the thought of never seeing him alive again deeply wounded her inside but this 17-year-old could never love her mother again after narrowly escaping her disturbing House of Horrors where she and her siblings were slowly dying my two little sisters right now up they're up turn them up yes it all started on January 14th 2018 with a very shocking 911 call from a 17-year-old hello this is 911 do you have an emergency um I just ran away from home do you know what street you're on um no uh I just R away from home because I live in a family of 15 okay can you hear me and we have Paris did you hear that okay how did they okay they he us they throw us across they like throw us across the room they hair they they hair I have two my two little sisters right now that was a 17-year-old named Jordan Turpin and while her report was clear the officer dispatched atted to the scene wasn't sure what to expect but he never would have expected any of this hi what's going on okay I just ran away from home okay and I live in a family of 15 okay my two little sisters right now up they're up yes where are they up at on the bed now mother didn't them up just to be mean okay they're de because they stole mother's food uh-huh but I'm sorry if I talk too much okay I've never talked to anybody out there so I don't I I've never been alone with a person so this is very hard for me to talk okay how did you do your parents know you left your house no they home do you take any medication what's medication medication yeah what's medication do you take pills do you take pills I don't think I've ever tooken a CL before okay Jordan seemed very anxious and lacked proper communication skills and while that seemed to confirm her claim of solitude it also made her story harder to believe and made the officer doubtful but she needed to save her sisters and was willing to do anything it took I called because my two little sisters they right now and they do you have do you have pictures of that yes I can show you I actually didn't have it and then one of my sisters told me I need to get pictures so see here you can look them see those are the places that makeing know then and that's and see how dirty she is we are so filthy we we we don't take baths we don't how did your sisters get like this okay your parents up because they stole food okay but they stole it cuz they were hungry who took this picture I did I took those pictures okay you make sure to save these okay okay I will don't get rid of those I will I won't the officers saw pictures of multiple underaged kids their beds while looking very unkempt and dirty this revealed that Jordan was actually telling the truth and that her 12 siblings were in urgent need of help so the officer called for backup and then drove with the girl to her home hoping that her parents had noticed she was gone and started destroying evidence or Worse hi s bu you how you guys doing good we got a call um for a check the welfare here at your house so for for what a check the welfare so just basically check on everybody make sure everybody's okay do you guys have kids in the house yes okay do you mind if we come in and just take a look make sure everybody's safe and everything's okay okay what kind of call did you get well we got a call that there was a young female walking around saying that she came from a house over here we were able to find out that this was a house and we just wanted to check and make sure everybody was okay they she came from here that's what she said from inside this house I think so otherwise we wouldn't be knocking on your door Sunday um I don't know did she say her name I don't know but we need to we just need to check and make sure everybody's okay the parents look flustered and terrified because they knew their horrible secrets were about to be exposed and there was nothing they could do about it how you doing sir I'm doing okay we were just in bed I mean like so most people are right now so we we expect you guys to be in bed no weapons in the house or anything have a search war or anything or no don't need one the officers found 12 kids independent adults between the ages of 2 to 29 years old some of which were to their beds the house was full of heaps of dirt with unopened meals and toys which the parents reportedly used to tease the children as they could see but weren't allowed to touch even though they were clearly hungry this was a very shocking reveal there was only one thing left to do but the parents reaction to it was equally terrifying uh Ma'am why don't you step over here for a minut okay okay with you and Sir step over here for a had the courage never having spoken to anyone like that I think it was like us coming so close to so many times and like I was worried about my simpl and when I saw them crying and worried I just felt like I had to do it like like I I would just wanted to do it I wanted to help everyone some of her siblings testified against their parents in court who still didn't seem very much concerned with their father giving this statement I never intended for any harm to come to my children I'm sorry if I've done anything to cause them harm they were both sentenced to 25 years to life in prison for Grandma okay is there a way that you can contact grandma no she I don't know her number while there the 15-year-old swept the home and took care of her siblings which appeared to be the only reason she was still in the house but the officers soon called their father to come pick them up and alerted DHS just before the mother arrived at the home with a very interesting story what's up okay where were you at today um I had call my kids dad and I had that long because he called me about my son and uh the ambulance I was trying to get to him cuz they been there at their grandma house and Janette and my truck my truck went down as he was calling me my phone went completely dead and that's what I was uh talking about the lady you know that was on the phone and that's what I had been telling her like my truck went completely down and come home trying to you know and they just told me that my kids dad um got got them M so and I couldn't even call let them know to come help me like nothing where were you at I was stuck on um I don't even know what the highway name is but I had been stuck there and I had left I left here about it was about like 2:30 I know it was about 2:30 and that's when he was calling me like I said about my son out at their grandmother's DHS came by Kid yeah and I had talked to her and she was saying she understood and and I was just you know letting her know what was going on and let I and dad had even let her ONN as well GOA that I I had been stuck on the side of the road so the officers couldn't tell if her story was true or not but leaving the kids without provision for their basic needs meant that she did neglect them and would be punished for it he's going to go ahead and take you into custody okay we've got M we've got charges on you as of right now okay uh for the kids yes ma'am can I make a call you can make call we get so what what's the charge come on hold your phone right quick they they turn to jail for they said for fing me uh child fing in charges meing in charges can you please come get me up it won't be able to get out there come she was arrested and charg with child neglect and the kids were placed in the custody of their father it wasn't clear if the woman truly felt remorseful for her actions but she at least attempted to show it however this mother was not backing down and instead wanted to fight the police I physical altercation between their brother and their mother what's pushing my mom against us everywhere Savannah police you they're already in here they're already in here go they're already in here was kicking us out and she ripped J's LED lights and she J and this morning she was also me and this afternoon too so we called grandpa and then she locked the door we were over there she isn't letting us grab any of our things they they were at my house for about 3 hours they packed their backpacks and halfway to my house I live over 110 and they called me because she's got Asthma as and this happened today this morning you the girls appeared exhausted and tired of their mother's Antics and the thrill of the birthday had left their spirits and was replaced by frustration and a sense of neglect he dropped us off and then I went into my mom's room and I told her that we basically like went to her dad's house or my grandpa's house for like a couple hours mhm and she got mad and she screamed at me and she said that if I wanted to leave the house I could leave and that she's kicking me out and I said okay and then she wouldn't let me grab any of my belongings and then when I tried to walk out with my phone she took she tried to grab my phone I told her she doesn't have the right to grab my phone because she was drunk when she made that decision MH and she me until I gave it to her and then she got all mad at us she was like you're throwing me under the bus blah blah blah blah and then she said something about she was going to dog I was standing up for my sister and she kept me their mother's actions had made them lose all hope of a normal relationship with her but they weren't the only ones to lose hope as the woman's father mentioned something extremely shocking about her there he got caught I don't know years ago down lady lake [Music] lake and she went to court and did her side arrested both of them and then they came back she came back here but then she moved to Tahoe with some bre out there she came back here an abortion she's done had two abortion now she just yelled out I don't care about you girls anyways cuz I got twins I'm caring cuz I'm pregnant so she probably is pregnant again okay these girls ain't living the right kind of life and she doesn't like it because I'm right yeah you know and I didn't come to them they came to me today yeah for her to say well I just want to to you know last time when when she went to Carolina they put her in a psych board her own that guy called the cops on her I had to go up there drive up and get her out of there to bring her back here to reestablish her here and that's when she moved into my house and everything was good for about a year a year and a half and then she started all this stuff again she not only neglected her girls but was also damaging the twins in her with alcohol consumption meaning they could be born with health complications she was a danger to everyone and unfit to handle kids but she somehow didn't think so did you get into argument with them when you came back when they got back here when I no no not an argument a com like a conversation yes what happened during that conversation what was it about nothing I sat on my bed they sat in the chair there were cers in my room and and um I asked them why they had to go to POA just to get money it's not right I'm not that kind of person okay I'm not um I don't want my kids to think that they need to go to see my dad my dad just for money that's wrong was there some sort of physical altercation that took place no drunk father before they were eventually attacked they seemed distraught by the incident but their father appeared indifferent about it what exactly happened Happ tonight I just want I just want to is how long has it been like this I don't I just the just the arguing and the fights what what fought for the past five years five years and then the girls are old enough where they notice the [ __ ] and they don't want to handle it no more okay and so they'll stick up cuz I won't say anything and they're done with me not saying anything so they rather me say [ __ ] okay so I know you told me before but you know we were I was having we were having issues with him walking around and can't I couldn't really interview you cuz he was in your space the entire time um so can you well right now I want to hear the truth I want to hear everything you know he's he is in handcuffs he is going away for the night just from based on what I have now I'm just telling you he's being arrested for battery Family Violence right now against y' y'all's daughter we were drinking for the New Year's or whatever and he's suffering from a cold or whatever he'd asked one of them to uh do something and the 15-year-old yes ma' said just a minute okay and I guess that was wasn't acceptable for him gotcha okay and then so he started blowing up at her okay and then it they had words and stuff like that and he called her disrespectful and then he all of a sudden he said well I don't like y'all anyway and blah blah blah okay and then he had said something stepped in and started saying something and he called both of them and he said I can't stand y'all and then like I don't know exactly when they started but it started from one then I I got in the or I got pushed in the cage I fell onto the bed and then they were over there by the kitchen it were closed okay and then by the time I recovered I'm trying to trying to break it up who do you know who pushed you you don't know it was it was probably they were all together so it was probably like an accident where I'm trying to pull somebody and you got Shed off okay but did you see who threw the first punch during all this you would have to ask them okay I've talked to him I just wanted to that's why I just wanted to ask you I don't know because I I just noticed like when fell down with couldn't breathe I see all I'm good yeah I'm fine and then I seen his you know his shirt Ri so it was pretty the daughter seemed to have acted in self-defense so it was no surprise when the officers learned one of them had previously pointed a knife at her father she had uh had an incident with him where she got pissed off and was trying to stop on cissors scissors when was this not even a month ago so she's on like a probation kind of thing so she's not even supposed to be in the violent situation yeah she went to juvenile court or she went to juvenile court and everything so I don't know how this is going to react with her well well from what I'm getting at is what he telling is that she was she wasn't trying to be violent she was just in the argument and then got hit in the face so I don't being a victim of getting face shouldn't have any effect on whatever her probation may be now the male pled guilty to battery and Cruelty to Children earning him a three-year probation term and no contact with his two daughters and their
