The entire scene was a mess as an officer sustained a dog bite and both father and daughter remained combative. However, they were eventually arrested and charged with resisting arrest, obstructing, harassment, and domestic violence. But even they weren't as combative as this drunk driving dad. Tasty, man. For what? For what? For what? The officers would teach a very hard lesson. Roll over. Roll over. Roll over. On April 18th, 2024, an officer pulled over a vehicle for speeding, but the driver refused to stop till he got home and parked on his front porch. You know why I'm stopping you? Yeah, I was speeding. I'm sorry. A little bit. Why don't you pull over right away? I'm sorry. I live here. Five. Yes, sir. Okay. I apologize. What you in a rush for? No, just trying to get my son here. The man sped while drunk with his son in the car and now traumatized him by fighting with the officer. He felt untouchable and wanted to bully his way out of this. But once backup arrived, he would completely regret everything. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Turn over. For what? Cuz I told you for what? Roll over. You're going to get tased again. Slow down. Get someone's video, man. Oh my god. Stop. Okay. Open that door. None of his neighbors or even his wife came out in support of him as his car was towed and he was taken to jail for DUI resisting and obstructing charges. But the next father not only embarrassed himself daughter everybody don't [ __ ] give me no safety. Yes you did enough. but even his daughter in front of her entire school. Step back. I can get my daughter out. You just step back, mother. If you're enjoying this video, please like and subscribe. It all started on June 6th, 2024 when officers were called to a park regarding a girl adopted from a school group by a couple alleging to be her parents. The more aggressive you are with your hands, the less likely you're going to talk with his hand. I talk with my hands. I'm sorry. I talk with my hand. Quiet. What's I was telling him I talked with my aunt. Okay, let's let's bring it down a little bit. Talk to me about what's going on here. Okay, this morning driving from Holly, Michigan. Okay, my daughter came got a trip. Tell me I need your phone. Okay. Yeah, we need your phone. Okay, this bus driver, she's messaging about how the bus driver's going in and out of lane swerving into cars. Okay, I'm following behind the four buses that came from Hollywood, Miss the bus driver is doing 10 miles an hour over with a bus load of kids. That is reckless driving with a bus load of kids. 10. They're saying, "Well, the bus can't go over 70." That's fine. But the speed limit 70. That's still 10 m an hour over the speed limit with the bus load of kids. To me, that's reckless, especially with my daughter on that bus. The father and stepmother claimed the bus taking their daughter to the park was speeding. So, they didn't want her to go with the bus on their way back to Ohio. But, there were multiple things wrong with this claim, according to the school teachers. So what what is their side? So I mean it's a school. I mean he's not on the the list. He can't just take a kid. Okay. So our student information system has no record of him as a parent or as an emergency contact. The expectation that's signed off by a parent by the actual parent is that a student gets it on the bus. The student travels home on the bus with us. We live in Michigan, right? So the in releasing a student I can't do that. Their complaint is that they allegedly have proof that the bus driver is driving reckless and they don't feel safe sending their kid home on the bus. So that's what they that's what their problem is. We called the charter bus the complaint. Yeah. They said buses are cut out at initially he said the bus was driving 90 m hour. Right. The bus um company said they cut out at 72. Okay. So there's no possibility. And then he's shifted his story a bit since saying his daughter has proof that the driver was driving recklessly. Okay. The man wasn't in the daughter's emergency contact list as the girl's mother appeared to have full custody making his alleged care seem questionable. Also, teachers and even an offduty officer followed the bus to the park and none of them complained about speeding. Just just having that discussion like bottom line, she has to go back on the bus. We wanted to go on this truck. So, what I'm going to do is when she goes back on the bus, I'll have our local PD at the school before they arrive. I'll call right now and get the sheets up. Are Are you traveling with the group? I'm No, I'm in my truck. You're in your truck. Okay. Yeah. And I will stay with the buses because of this. Yeah, cuz I've got all my I got my rig and everything in there. So, I'll stay with the bus on the way up cuz this guy's this guy's out of his mind right now. Yeah. Clearly. Um, so the officers decided the girl would go back home with the bus as planned and the girl's father would explode in front of everyone for this is she has to go on the bus because we can't we can't override the school's emergency contact system. I get that you're concerned about how this bus driver is going. So So I'm going to let I'm going to let I'll let her drive the bus. No. How far is your jurisdiction? City of Sanduski. Because we get two minutes down the road. He's going to be doing 701. I'm going to call 911 and I hope y Okay, I'm just saying. I know, but you're starting to yell. Okay. Because it makes me daughter and everybody don't [ __ ] Give me no say. Yes, you did. Enough. Don't tell enough. I am telling you enough. I am sorry. And then I Well, detective explain to her. Okay. Step back. I can give my daughter a hug. You just step back, mother. Okay, listen. If you open your mouth one more time, you are going for disorderly condom. I can't give her a hug before. You can give her a hug, but if you don't mouth it off, you're going I'm sorry that the people are pushing me away from you, girl. The cops and everybody. I can't stop. I can't run. You can give her a hug, but you can't keep mouththing off like this. Walk away. Bye-bye. Okay. And when they give you a step in the city, who's going to protect my kid? No. No. Answer that for me, please. Please. Yeah. I mean, our our jurisdiction is only about 3 miles across. So, once you guys are out of town, if he's causing issues, just call him. I'll just call H. Yeah. Is he the one that Eventually, the girl was taken to the bus. And on the way to the school, her father called 911, claiming the bus driver tried to run him over. But contrary to his expectations, officers pulled him over instead and arrested him for disorderly conduct. But this father's incident isn't as shocking as this father's after he reportedly beat up his son for wearing makeup. I believe it was child and domestic battery. On February 7th, 2022, officers were issued an arrest warrant on a man after his son reported that he hit him for coming home from school with makeup on his face. We don't know exactly what happened or what. We don't even know who she didn't talk to. Girlfriend told me to call. Okay. Yeah. All right. For y'all so if I would hit that dude, man, I would I would have broke his off. Man, like I said, you know, it's not our investigation. We were just asked to come in and speak with you. Okay. We do have a charging affidavit for you. All right. That's from from his investigation. All right, man. So, you do have to come with us for that. We don't know. Like, we didn't we talking? We didn't do that investigation. We have to I not trafficking. I I I believe I believe it was child and domestic battery. So, like I said, that's totally not like our investigation. We don't know. Before approaching the father with the arrest warrant, the officers had called the mother in for questioning alongside the minor who had a bruise on his lip. Be a possibility that a smack or punch could have happened to his lip. I don't even know cuz I didn't I didn't even hear after he showed it to you. Oh. Oh, yeah. showed me that cuz I didn't even hear he couldn't do that himself that quick. If he did hit him, I didn't even hear that, you know, like I I guess I'm have to um try um I flag homeschooling him cuz he he's not doing that. When he get old enough, he can make his own decision if he chooses to do that. That's your choice. He told Mike, he don't got no business doing what he's trying to do. And we not going to have that. When he get out of my house, when he get 18 and he want to move out, he can make his own decisions cuz I got a 8-year-old. That's not happening. That first um day he came home with it. It was that Wednesday. I was supposed to come in that Thursday. I did it. He did it again Friday after me and his dad told him, "Don't you know you a boy. Don't do that." Right. You had no business doing it. You were what? You came in the ring too as a boy, not no girl. So what happened between senior and junior though? Did they get into it? He was telling him he pushed him and stuff he's not that. So dad and him got into it. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Yelling, screaming that. Yeah. Because of that. Oh, because him wearing makeup. Yeah. Okay. And he's he's not doing that. This is him right here. I already called and told him cuz I had Huh. Didn't did it get to a point where it became physical or well pushed him and stuff. His dad pushed him and stuff. Okay. And he's not supposed to be doing that. Um so from what from what we're understanding is that it was a little bit more than just pushing. I mean listen I'm not trying M I've known you a long time and I I've known you even longer. Uh-huh. Listen, like I said, it probably was, but I was not licking at the time my back was turned. The minor, who had visible injuries, claimed his father slapped, restrained, and pushed him to the ground for coming home with makeup on. The man, who was out on bond for a previous crime, was eventually arrested for child and felony battery by strangulation and ordered not to have contact with his son, pending the case resolution with a $7,500 bond. While his father was violent, the next father ended up killing people in what was supposed to be the happiest day of his life. Suspect in custody start PS and tar homicide as well. On October 22nd, 2022, an officer arrived at a Dallas hospital to speak with a patient regarding a lost item, but he suddenly heard three gunshots from a room down the hall. What happened? Hey, watch out, man. Watch out. What's 10? Dispatch. Got emergency traffic. 10:30. A man with a gun up here. It wasn't clear what was happening, but the officer watched as a nurse ran down the hallway with blood dripping on the floor, indicating that she had been shot. While she ran to safety, the officer moved to get a closer look into the room, which was when he saw a man come out with a gun. Uh, all I could see was a black pistol. You see it right now? No. No. He walked in the room. I I actually He was coming out, but if he had the gun in his hand, I shot one time and he went back in the room. He immediately shot at his leg and he ran back inside the room. That man would later be identified as Nester Hernandez, a convicted felon who arrived at the hospital to see his partner, Selena, who had just given birth to a boy. It still wasn't clear what led to the shooting, but backup officers had now arrived and were determined to neutralize Nester and save the mother and child. Where's it at? Where's it at? Where's it at? It's right there. Where? That way. That way. That way. That way. Bravo 440. I'm going to leave you on fourth floor right. Hey, can we have my eyes on that guy? Walk out with your hands up. Walk out with your hands up. [Applause] [Music] Slow it down, guys. Slow down. Slow down. Hey, get out of the way. Come here. Do you see him? He's crawled out past her. Okay. Get the female out first. Female. Come. Get the lady out. Get the female out. Where are you? Come out. Come out. Arrest team. I'll be arrested team. Come out the room right now. Come out of the room. Get clothes on. Get closer. Keep your hands where you can see them. Come out of the room. Come on. Come on. I'm trying to get out. Keep your hands by your sides. Hey, is this your leg? Can you move, ma'am? I'm trying. Coming out. Coming out, guys. Come out. Hey, get him down. Hey, who got Let's get him out first. Stand by. Come out, guys. Come out. Which car is he going to be placed in? which leg. Eventually, the officers detained Nester and provided aid to Selena and the infant, both of whom appeared uninjured, but they also found another nurse sprawled on the floor in the room, and they later concluded that she was the first person Nester shot. Investigations later revealed that the entire incident stem from Nester's suspicion that Selena was cheating on him. I thought he was just drunk. That's why he was like being sentimental. Like I didn't really think think nothing of it. Then I hear like the the doors like from the closets opening like he's like opening the closets door slamming them and then next thing I know he um he like throws the like the little sliding like desk that they have right there. He throws it and then he like hits me in in my head with the gun. He was like he was telling me like just I don't know just I think he told me like who's who's here something like that. About how many times he struck you with the gun? I think the first time just once just once. Is he making any statements while this is happening? He saying anything to you? Um, I think he was just like saying like um that he had told me to stop playing on him and he was just telling me stuff like that we're going to die today. Just I mean Nester hit Selena multiple times in the head and neck while she was still very weak from child labor. But he didn't stop there as he even tried to take the newborn baby from her, saying that he would kill them both and anyone else who walked into the room. Eventually, he fatally shot two nurses, one inside and another outside the room before being neutralized by police. He showed no sympathy or remorse for the incident and even denied responsibility for it all. Have you ever threatened that you were going to kill Selena? No, sir. No. No, sir. Did you ever threaten to Selena that you were going to kill anybody come in that room? No. Did you have any intention of harming anybody? No, I didn't. Tell Jerry what happened. And you just described how you got to the point where the nurse came in the room, slapped him at that. I I panicked. I I panicked. I was like, and Sina, she started screaming. She was like, "Oh man, I couldn't even understand what she was saying." And I open up the door and uh I shot I open up the door like with my right hand. And I opened up the door and I shot out the door. Boom. Boom. Twice. I shot out the door twice. Did you see anybody outside of the door when you shot? No, I didn't even look outside. I just shot. What was the purpose of that? I I was so panicked. I was I was I just shot somebody. You know what I mean? I was just I I was real panic. It was like a How can I say this? Like a example would be like u like if like if my mom or like somebody's mom has like a a favorite coffee mug that she drinks coffee with every morning and you drop it and you break it and when you broke it you you you panic. You're like oh and your mom's like, "Hey, what was that?" And so you don't want her to see, you know what I mean? Like you don't want you don't want her to see. You just I panic and I try to like I guess make another distraction or or something. I I wasn't just really just I wasn't thinking right. Like you know what I'm saying? I just wasn't. However, no one fell for his act and Nester Hernandez was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. You're under arrest. I'm not even. This father was caught planning a shocking act with his four-year-old in the car. Just so you know, we have to call it DCF as well. Please. This is what happens. On December 19th, 2023, a man arrived at a motel after he agreed to payral relations with a worker while his 4-year-old son waited in the car, but he was actually talking to undercover cops and was stunned to meet them. You're under arrest. I'm not even I got my son in the car. I understand. Can I Can I call my baby mother? In just a second, we'll call the baby's mother. Okay. I'm not. Just be with it just a second. Okay. I promise I'm not. Yeah. I wish that was the truth. I really do. Okay. Please, how how old is he? Okay, you go with the officer, please. Hello. How are you? Your daddy's just going to go with us and talk for a little bit. I'm going to call your mommy to come pick you up. Okay. Okay. The officer's talking to your uh I guess your baby's mama now cuz she's calling the phone. So, just so you know, we have to call DCF as well. Um, they have to be notified that we've taken temporary custody of your shot child. Please. This is what happens. Can I just talk to my baby mother? Not right now. It's pretty wild. I haven't seen that before my career. It was shocking that he had planned to do all that while his four-year-old waited in the car. But he wasn't the only one affected by his actions as his partner, the mother of the four-year-old, arrived shortly after and she was devastated. What's going on? All right, mommy's here. Come here. Can you hold on one second? Arrested for a How how did he get to who? Her where did they meet? I need the Oh, they met at the corner. They met the undercover officer. Uhhuh. They talked about having who you where is he? He went to jail. He was taken already. He's taken out of jail right now. So he got arrested. So what the vocals talk about? Just one second, ma'am. We have He's a junior. So, apparently your son is out. Date of birth is 119 up here. So, you've been lying to me in my face. He's been lying to me in my state. They took the Sarasota. So, guess what? Not my problem no more. Figure it out. I saiding understatement because you don't know what's going on and what I have to do. is in this car, so let's say goodbye to him first. Okay, real quick. Real quick. Hey, give me a second, please. I can talk. I just need to breathe. I'm out here by myself. I don't have no family. I don't have a license to drive. I just had to get my coworker to come bring me here. I'm trying to understand what's going on because he said to me they were sitting over by the green chairs watching the water. So, how did you end up here? Is the point I'm trying to get. Well, and what I'll do is I will tell you everything that happened. All right. But the other thing, we can do whatever we need to in order to get you and your son to wherever they need to go. Okay. But I need to take a couple small steps here first. All right. He met he met with an undercover officer. All right. He didn't know obviously it was undercover officer posing his. All right. He agreed to pay her and he was going to go inside one of these rooms and receive the he was going to leave your son in the car. while it happens. Okay, now look at me. This is where I need you to stay home because I know I'd be extremely if I was you. Okay, that being said, I can reach out to some resources. I don't know how much time you have paid up at the Cadillac and we can see if we can get you into some emergency type housing. Okay. Okay. Yep, that's fine. The officer remained professional and attempted to ease the situation before the mother's work colleague arrived, helping to comfort her. Told me she doesn't have a license to drive, which that's no issue. We can do all the transporting or if you you have a vehicle. I do have a vehicle and I have a car seat, but I don't know. That's right. He has a car seat, too. Yeah. Um, but here's what I'm getting at is there are resources for moms and young children in the city. I will reach out and I will do everything right now to get her taken care of. The only question I'm on the flight to New York. I can listen to me. I can I can I I know I know you want to call 10 seconds. you if you want to go back to New York. Yes. We can also work that out. Okay. I have resources to get you free transportation with your son back to New York. Okay. I need you to trust me though right now. Can we do that? Okay. He took my son. I see it. But he's But he's gone now. So, let's let's let's worry about you and your son right now. She was eventually given the resources needed to take care of her and her son. And the man was charged with and child neglect. Show me your hands. Put your hands on your head now. This father broke his daughter's door down after she called the police on him. And he would get a brutal takedown for it. Come right down to me. What are you doing? Oh my god. On August 25th, 2023, officers were called to a residence regarding a man having a physical altercation with his 17-year-old daughter. And they arrived at the front door to hear something shocking. Knock on the door. Make this. She doesn't believe his gun is breaking the door. Open the door. Open the door. Open the door. Huh? St. Cloud Police. Open the door. Police department. Open the door. Left. And then your hands. Let me see your hands. Show me your hands. Put your hands on your head now. Walk out. Walk out to me now. Come out. Come out to me. What are you doing? Oh my god. What are you doing? Don't move. You're under arrest. We ask you to come out. What? Wait, whoa, whoa, whoa. I'm in my house. What are you doing? Why did you just slam me on the ground like that? Come, come for me. Come to me. Come to me. Come to me. Is there anybody else in the house with you? Come outside. Come outside. Come to me. Oh my god. Okay, we're going to get him out of here. Just come to me. Walk towards Sergeant. Okay. All right. Pokemon here. Let me out. Do you have any weapons on? Wait. Wait a second. Do you suspect me of committing a crime? Yes, sir. We do. Do you have any What is that? Well, I do not have any sidearms on me. Okay. So, what's going on? Not emergency. You can My my daughter called and said I was trying to something. We'll talk to you in a minute. Oh my god. Okay. Let's step over here. Holy [ __ ] I'm not allowed to talk to my daughter the right way and then she she can lock herself in her bedroom. That's your daughter, huh? That's your daughter. That's my daughter. How old is she? 17. Okay. Yeah. No, I I did not commit any crime whatsoever. I'm being a father. Okay. Look at me, man. You give me So, what happened here today? Uh I came home. My daughter had a bunch of clothes that she bought from Sheen that I She doesn't have that um clothes. I understand she's almost 18, but until then, she has to live by my rules. All right. She got really upset, my daughter did, and got a little physical with me. And I was like, "Okay, you know what? Um, you know, that's that's when I went and talked to the neighbor next door and I came in and she locked her door. I said, "Open your door. You're 17 years old. Open your freaking my clothes that you bought cuz I was going to cut them up with scissors." All right. And she wouldn't open the door. So, I kicked her door in. I said, and I was going to take it off the hinges, but I had to go get a a a hammer and and a and a screwdriver to get the door off the hinges. You're you're a minor. You are under my protection until you're 18. That's it. And so I was I I kicked the door in and she just freaked out, whatever. Boom. So, she ran into the bathroom and I just started going through her clothes. Okay. And that's it. Did you ever Did you ever lay your hands on her? No. Did Do you see any marks on her? Did you stop? Absolutely not. I did not lay hands on my daughter. Nothing like that. All I did I kicked her door open and she freaked out. She went into her bathroom, locked it, and I and you can go see all the clothes on her floor in there. I started going through her clothes and looking for my clothes. Did you ever push on any way? No, she she actually she just ran by me and got into the So, was there any physical contact between you other than her running by you? Did you ever put hands around her neck? Did you ever, you know, push her? Did you ever hit her? No. You know anything physical? No. All about Have you ever choked her out? Have you ever pushed her? Have you ever Are you kidding? Do you Did you not just hear No. No. Did Did you hear what I said? I don't even want to explain it cuz it's happened so many times before. No one ever just said anything. Just focus on today. I promise you today we're going to do something about it. Okay, we're already here doing something about it now. You're safe. Whatever happened happened. So, it was the night time. I'm wearing my tank top to go to sleep. He's on the phone with his friend and I come out and he says I'm dressed like a and like all this stuff, whatever. And he comes and he tries to come in my room. I'm like, "What?" Like, he's drunk. I just don't want to deal with him. And he says, "Give me all your clothes. I'm cutting them all up. Whatever. Then he just breaks down my door because you went back to your room at the point because I can't put myself surrounded by him. I can't do it. Like my I can't. So he comes and he breaks my door down. I'm like, what are you doing? Like I'm just speechless. Like I can't I can't. Where were you in the room at this point? I was standing like right in front of my desk just standing there. And then he just starts like grabbing everything, trying to look like through my whatever my clothes, trying to get my clothes ripped up and all that.
