this was the moment everything changed in an instant for these officers you called me [ __ ] say that [ __ ] again you're mental hey buddy breath buddy bre breathe breathe it's all right breath you right now stop stop stop no you're about to get T get out get out on the ground that screaming officer is 14-year police veteran officer Josh baker who on March 12th 2021 performed a traffic stop bought a car whose owner had outstanding warrants however when officer Josh approached the vehicle he discovered that it wasn't driven by the owner but by a woman named na Nicole and that is the least deadly surprise he would get on this stop just bring your bag out here okay man' stop stop going through it come step right back here what did you take out of it nothing I was okay all right listen just come back here I think we're getting off on the wrong foot okay because I'm really confused on why I'm getting St he's got several warrants okay that has nothing to do with me you don't know who's in the car nobody's in my car well now I know that however now I'm going to address the other problems okay so you want my bag and all my belongings so just step right back here can I use the restro and let you know this be an audio and video recorded just to let you know okay Nicole wasn't suspected of any crimes but being in the car of a convicted felon with multiple drug rated warrants wasn't really a good look and when she started reaching into the car officer Josh remained oblivious to the horrors that awaited him church we step back here 21 to 23 do you need be code three negative just code two so it's just in here yes sir okay was there about 5 minutes from me this this yes it's 13 can I have you starting route you're about four minutes away disregard actually disgard that yeah I'm not done with that though where's your lighter at 1 it says you're about minutes away dri the Dollar General can have you 23 you SC me thank come on since people pulled over by police can get paranoid and become uncooperative officer Josh gave Nicole free roam to make calls and even smoke a cigarette to avoid that but after discovering drugs in the bag he moved to detain Nicole and it was at this instant that everything changed for officer joshh here do me I turn no hold on don't put me in hand cuz I haven't done anything wrong ma'am no don't put me about to get tast no get down get out on the ground down on the ground no no no no entering her car Nicole tries to turn the car on and drive off but she gets tased by the officer who then tries to drag her out this goes on for 20 seconds until Nicole reaches for a gun and then shoots officer Josh in the chest before getting shot four times in the back and thigh area 23 shot fir shot fired 1 [Music] Cod 23 I'm hit with multiple gunshot wounds Nicole somehow drove away from the parking lot but she didn't get far before crashing by the side of the road she was transported to a hospital where she died in surgery 2 hours after the incident however officer Josh also underw surgery but survived and was placed on light duty when he returned to work several weeks later go TR fir I'm down that was a Mexico State Police Officer minutes after getting called to a gas station by an employee who believed a woman was using drugs in the bathroom on arrival he made contact with the employee I don't I'm pretty sure she was something in there she's in the Cadillac yeah good is she the cill yeah is there anybody else with her uh there's a man in Aver re a driver receip thank you so the officer knew where the woman was and who she was with and all he had to do now was to approach her and begin his investigation this seemed straight forward as he parked behind their car and approached the vehicle but he remained unaware that minutes later he would end up in a very fatal situation [Music] I one thing Tommy's attempting to flee ram my car send him another unit if there's any units there to help him and 10 there until can you head out to1 that way the mail driver managed to escape the officer which led to a high-speed chase of 85 to 100 mph during the chase the officer stayed within viewing distance of the suspect while being sure to share updates with dispatch it's going to be a silver Cadillac female passenger male driver dark ended Windows he is coming out eastbound triple 3 now do you have aircraft that would be beneficial and although he maintained his calm composure during the Chase he made a very major error with dispatch 51 just to confirm your dire travel you are going east B apologies I am westbound I am westbound now sorry about that coming up on Mountain the officer gave an incorrect location so backup was nowhere to be found this meant he was alone with the very wild couple and keeping a good distance would be wise but for some reason after 4 minutes of Chase the officer took a chance to perform a pit maneuver resulting in great chaos hit maneuver at sto Hill vehicle is down immediately the officer stepped out of the vehicle the driver of the other vehicle fired several shots at him and one of them hit the officer in the neck sh fired I'm down I'm hit leaving subjects are fleeing West female and a male send me a 551 hit by what gun fire 49 we got gunfire on the overpass the city 51 do you have a weapon descrition negative keep in mind that this officer still had a bullet in his neck and had blood literally dripping down but was still calm and kept updating dispatch he even picked up another firearm to arm himself in case the suspects who had run away decided to come back to 501's 20 um from else however that wasn't needed as the suspects were long gone and left the officer to deal with his very fatal wound all right man he get right in the neck right here about give me some pressure on it okay all [Applause] right open this trap up what is in he's not already how we get this vest off and just understand the velcro like this on the other side 913 right here in the M give me that radio can I help anybody I just watch traffic traffic please stop them from coming through make them go that way Med 501 I've got some help here the officer was taken to the hospital to get further medical treatment and everyone else got to work in 24 hours officers identified the two suspects as Alana Martinez and Caleb Dustin EG they located the home used as their Hideout and then deployed air units SWAT teams New Mexico State Police and K9 units all geared to capture the Suspects [Music] walk to us hey we're going to call her we're going to call here keep walking towards us what do you see nothing dud keep walking going to put your other hand back behind me is there anyone else inside the residence hey bro what's your name C Dustin huh Caleb Dustin the officers discovered that Caleb had multiple felony charges and was on the run for close to a year for violating parole a third time when he shot the cop with each violation his parole officer asked the court to put him behind bars but those requests didn't stick thankfully the officer has since been released from the hospital and is now recovering with his family 11 days later on February 22nd UNM Specialties Clinic removed the bullet from my back um and I've been trying to recover ever since the last two officers in this video didn't expect to be ambushed but that wasn't the case for Deputy Aaron blae who took extra steps to ensure his safety you mind putting back the back down the back window please for me all right awesome but still ended up in a fight for his life after pulling this car over for a dark tint I'm Dey blazer with s County Sheriff's office before I ask you any for any um information reason I'm pulling you over is because your windows appear way too dark first at you okay so if I could do if you could do me a favor just roll this window about halfway up that'll be that's good right there so in the State of Florida the front window can be 25% back window can be 15% okay the lower the number the darker the tent your your front window is measuring at 3% okay so I thought it went about uh back one I thought no no so so as you can see three what that means is only 3% of the outside ambient light is getting through your window okay that's why that's why they do that that way um do you have your driver's license registration proof of insurance the stop began quite normally with the driver Rocky Rudolph seemingly calm and even sharing a laugh with the deputy see you on the trail look like what the hell 253 this this is not this is the registration right here okay it's saying it's uh I guess your your birthday is probably on the 5th is it yeah so so ultimately it it's technically expired but we don't site for that there's case law that says it goes to the end of the month so you need to get that changed I'm doing this new project down here the homeless Community thing they doing okay I'm building that there down there building on there and stuff Mr Rudolph yes sir is there any reason why there would be a hint faint of of weed coming out of your vehicle but just as the stop was coming to an end Deputy Aaron made a troubling observation that would turn Rocky's smile upside down Mr Rudolph yes sir is there any reason why there would be a hint faint of of weed coming out of your vehicle do you smoke do you have any friends that smoke anything like that no just black and black and M smoke no I know the difference between Black and Mild smoke and just and that do you do you have any uh marijuana in the car okay so there's no marijuana in the car at all okay in the morning all right can you can you do me a favor and just shut the car off for me what happens huh well I smell I smell marijuana and you know have a you know I have a card so I'm not listen L listen I'm not I'm not concerned with some personal use stuff man it doesn't even warrant my time would you mind shutting the car please huh I'm smoking a Black I understand just shut the car off for me please okay all right 2513 some step them up please and if that look tells you anything it's that Rocky was done cooperating with the deputy and things would escalate very very quickly it's it's no big deal I mean I'm not from marijuana listen listen do me a favor do me a favor do me a favor I'm telling you right now I'm telling you right now stop stop stop stop put it put it in park put your hands up with me step him up now do please sir I'm telling you why you doing put your hands up put your hands up put your hands up I swear to God push your hands up Rocky then tries to reach for the officer's gun forcing him to shoot at him while dangling outside his car window but not for long the deputy was dragged through a 100 yard distance before falling off the car window to rest on the site of the road a Manhunt led to Rocky's capture within 24 hours and he was taken to jail after being treated for a gunshot wound to the leg he seemed greatly frightened during the incident and his actions appeared to be an impulsive reaction the judge gave him 30 years and still his family was Furious I just want to um apologize for my unintentional actions I didn't mean in home you know to off the but this Theory would appear to be false as Rocky's prosecution stated that he was a habitual felony offender with at least 20 felony convictions on his record Rocky was faced with a long list of charges including attempted manslaughter aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and was sentenced to 30 years in prison Deputy Aron was treated for non-life-threatening injuries and released from the hospital some people argued that he was the in instigator in this incident but this next officer had only himself to blame after challenging a mentally unstable man to a fight you called me [ __ ] say that [ __ ] again you're mental and this was the moment he realized that was a very bad idea that would lead to a mentally unstable man taking his gun from him yeah this chaotic incident happened when a 27-year-old male named kishan Sims entered a police department Lobby in emotional distress I need to make a complaint so finish welcome manifestation bull manifestation yes manifestation bullsh okay I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about like the chief or something the chief only need to talks to people if they make uh an appointment they only make you have to make an appointment with the chief to see him have to call or something okay requesting to speak with the chief of police in manifestations of some sort wasn't the usual kind of appointment and considering Sims appeared to be serious about his request the officer thought he had mental troubles but the problem began when he tried to tell him that yeah but everybody you need to talk to that you want to talk to or uh you have to make an appointment to see them well that's the way it's going to be you can say no all you want I'll stand here okay I have someone who actually needs help can you have them sir don't be difficult just just there's no one that will talk to you probably will no yeah because you're talking about some kind of manifestation it's tell it's that you know what that tells me what that you're mental you're [ __ ] [ __ ] say that [ __ ] again you're mental come to my face the officer likely wasn't wrong about Sims being mental but he was about to find out just how mental he truly was say it you have to leave now sir or what you have to leave now sir call someone right the [ __ ] I'm not calling anyone you have to leave why leave make me leave leave make me leave make you leave yeah make me leave make sure this is on you have to leave sir make me leave say that [ __ ] again you called me [ __ ] say that [ __ ] again you're mental [ __ ] mental bro the [ __ ] out think I'm playing bro huh ain't nobody [ __ ] Mentor [ __ ] call somebody so I can [ __ ] talk to someone get off me say that [ __ ] again the officer was sent to the ground with a punch to his face and and you think he would back down and maybe call for backup after seeing that Sims was unhinged but that is the exact opposite of what he does that [ __ ] again say that [ __ ] again we can do this all day yes we can yeah this time the officer was punched twice and fell to the ground as quickly as he got up but then he did something that would Place himself and everyone in the building in great danger yeah take H [ __ ] [ __ ] not today yeah do I hear this [ __ ] out here who is it I have no idea giving an person access to a firearm could have started a fatal gunfight in the police station but thankfully officers came just in time to prevent him from reaching for the gun I'm going get all your your first [ __ ] you that's what it is yeah grab my nuts I'm calling the cops on that it's not how you do this [ __ ] gay you want to suck my dick while you at it huh you want to look down there something you want yeah okay yeah stay on you do first punch [ __ ] that's why I got you he came in wanting to speak to somebody the over don't try don't try and he starts talking about some kind of manifestation happening exactly so I told him nobody's going to talk to you cuz you're acting like a mental he got mad because I called him mental exactly Sims was charged with aggravated robbery assault on a police officer resisting arrest and obstructing arrest he remains jailed after being handed a $1,000 Bond the officer was examined at a Health Center and was returned to Duty with the police department considering additions to deescalation training for their officers but the next officer was powerless against the Fatal situation he found himself in and no one is certain what exactly happened to him but again with no blood tests taken at the hospital we may never know for sure what made him pass out on June 4th 2021 the San Diego Sheriff's Department arrived to investigate an alleged break-in at apartment they had taken the suspect to a hospital and began a search of his vehicle when deputies found what appeared to be drugs inside Fel or what I mean white white powdery so I'm like do you have an n95 mask I don't have a no okay then just take a step back and if you don't have an n95 we put it in our plastic bag what knowing full well that fentanyl is a strong opioid about 50 times more powerful than heroin which which has caused a wave of Overdose deaths among people who consume it the officer decided to clear out the area and find a safer alternative an n95 mask wasn't available but a arar hand spray was and the officers had no idea how important that would be to this incident if you want to move on to the stuff on the ground and if you want to do the other side just be careful where you're breathing and what you're doing okay where's our Naran at go ahead uh it's in the driver what you want on is it trar yeah um clear it I don't I've never used it as long as you know how both deputies David 5A and Scott crane never used Naran before and while they would have preferred not to they were seconds away from finding out how it truly works meanwhile 5A had finished his over 10-minute search of the vehicle which uncover a gun and three bags filled with white substances start copy that want to do it on our hood or on the trunk do it on the trunk okay2 a so now all that was left was testing out the substances to confirm what they were and then bagging them but these two simple steps would turn out to be very very deadly for the officers through the class sck careful with touching it like that just and oh and we just got we just got fent all too so yeah 919 all right sorry dude all right bye it tested positive for yeah both of them did and I still have another bag and he's got one more bag so it's probably going to be the same yeah methanamine that's that looks like heroin oh is it oh it's white I was looking at the brown okay watch your face close to that [ __ ] [ __ ] yeah that stuff's no joke dude is super dangerous got to be really careful I hate dealing with it and with confirmation that there were two bags of Fentanyl and one bag of methamphetamine what happened next created a very controversial and life-threatening series of events Paul 6 Sor me 1141 for my partner you all right dude call six code cover hey dude wake up hey buddy 91 yes code cover C cover for 91 all 6 I need 1141 uh code three breathe buddy bre breathe breathe it's all right breathe breathe breathe breathe breathe breathe it's okay it's all right it's all right buddy you're okay breathe breathe breathe breathe it's okay I got you I got you breathe breathe 45 bre it's okay breathe it's okay are you okay talk to me okay sorry no no don't be sorry you're okay sorry don't be sorry there's nothing we sorry about I got you okay I'm not going to let you die I'm not going to let you die it's okay just focus on your breathing okay focus on it I need n can it's okay you're breathing you're okay byebye look at me bud look at me Focus okay look at in my eyes you're doing good okay help help us on the way you're going to it's okay don't be sorry just just focus on breathing okay Sor hey Dave nothing to be sorry about okay you're okay Dave it's all right you're going to be fine Bud you're doing great you're you're awake hey dude we're a family there's nothing to we sorry about okay that's why I hate this [ __ ] garbage you're doing great bud as soon as you get his belt off let's get him on his uh you get we have fit all so he we've already done three Nar can he on okay I'm not going to administer another one unless he start to lose no no we're good he doesn't need another one you're okay bud you don't great bud considering Deputy 5A was just done putting all the drugs in a plastic bag when he fell straight to the ground the officer thought his situation was a result of the fentanyl intake luckily for him he had an experienced partner who immediately went back to training and saved his life but this unfortunately wasn't the end of 5a's troubles 5i hey another do hey hey hit him up dud give him another come on I just I just one what in the [ __ ] is taking so long Dave Dave keep your eyes open okay bud Focus budens to light I know you feel like you want to throw up or anything dude just a little bit what's that the light you want to roll I'm sorry 914 still the hospital with the attempt to eventually paramedics arrived and 5A was taken to the hospital alongside Deputy crane who mentioned that he had several similar reactions throughout the ride there although the county sheriff Bill Gore concluded that Deputy 5 a had suffered an overdose from incidental contact with fentanyl medical professionals have since countered this with claims that it could have been a panic attack from fear that he was handling such dangerous drugs however Deputy 5A was not given a toxicology screening after the incident so we'll never know for sure what caused his reaction but everyone including officer 5A knows that the power to stay alive was not in his hands I was trying to gas for breath but I I I couldn't breathe at all F you okay talk to me sorry oh no no don't be sorry you're okay don't be sorry got you I'm trying to not let him go like I'm just I wanted him to know he wasn't alone but as crazy as this case was the next officers had their world literally turned upside down in a split second on May 2nd 2022 a Milwaukee patrol squad containing two officers was driving through an intersection when a reckless driver ran a red light and crashed into them leaving the officers in great shock are you okay I'm okay just hang out hang TR to just hang out just hang out he's the one I'm good I'm good I'm good I'm good I've never been in I've never been in a car accident take a deep breath take a deep breath 524 527 responding 52 just take a deep breaths just take some deep breaths it's okay it's okay it's okay just relax okay try hey hey look at me look at me look me okay we're okay we're okay are you hurt even while in a very improper position the male officer was able to calm his female partner who seemed to be experiencing great anxiety as a result of the crash soon enough officers arrived at the scene and something unexpected happened [Music] I'm get her get her get her [Applause] get are you all right than I'm good I'm good I'm good is she okay is she she's okay she okay considering the officers were put in that position by a citizen it was cheerful to see other citizens working together to bring them out of it everywhere I'm surprised you didn't hit me man that was me right there what she blew the red light okay she blew the red light that's my truck right there I I seen her the squad car coming [ __ ] ran right into it hey hold right there she's right there she's right there she yeah you sure yeah positive bro look at this sh just hang out here for a minute right I'm I'm sorry hey we got a win this right here got firefighters soon arrived and helped the female officer out of the vehicle luckily no one was injured
