stolen items was a luxury offered to the 44-year-old as most shoplifters get arrested before even leaving the store but even with this Miller chose to do something that would ensure she spent the remembered for a very long while she was charged with petty theft battery upon a peace officer and resisting arrest but the next shoplifting couple were willing to fight the officers with their very last breath you're going to have an issue with me I didn't resist and unlike the officers in Miller's case this officer was ready to fight back how many times you know what would have solved all that gentlemen sir ma'am yeah what what would have solved all that I just want to tuck my if you sat down when I told you to sit down correct I was just that non nonsense officer was dispatched to a Walmart after a couple were caught picking Cosmetics from shelves and into their personal bags in the shade both you stop I'm recording sit down right there you're not free to go you take off running the cop had instructed the couple to sit down 10 times it was very important that he gave them multiple chances to cooperate because as you might expect things were going to escalate very quickly Kenneth was left with a bloodied head from the fall and in one minute the officer was able to secure the couple in cuffs they had many chances to cooperate but Amy decided to walk away nobody was trying to resist nobody was listen and Kenneth charged at the cop for grabbing Amy I was nothing but nice to you people and all this made the cop extremely Furious how many times you know what would have solved all that gentlemen sir ma'am yeah what what would have solved all that I just wanted to check my if you sat down when I told you to sit down correct I was just worried about him what' I pulling away although Amy's excused to Che on her dog seemed like a ruse there actually was a dog in her car but there was also something inside the car that could have worsened the situation however possession of a firearm didn't seem to be a criminal offense in the state as the couple were only charged with resisting arrest retail theft and aggravated assault on a peace officer but the next store Thief is the last person you'd expect to steal or to act entitled all right d so uh they got you on camera basically taking money from the register putting in your pocket M yeah I got you on camera get the store vest and store logo on the wall don't explain much dodg a holly is a Walmart employee who was caught stealing from the cash register by now most people know Walmart is the worst place to steal from because of its surveillance but DOA seemed unbothered and even denied stealing I have my own money okay well I mean it's on camera can I see for myself I'm going to show you the much I see me putting taking money out daa was spotted stealing cash from her register over five separate instances in 7 days she would take cash from a customer open the register reach into the stash by the left and fold the bill into her left hand while collecting the change for the customer after that she would give the customer their change and then put the money hidden in her left hand into her vest pocket using this method she stole over 500 bucks but she denied this very aggressively looking looking for something so you're going to listen to what this gentleman is going to tell you to do right now okay right now you're at work what I'm going to need you to do is uh like a statement about why you have this money and explain to us what has happened in these previous days okay I'm taser on her but didn't use it but the next officer had to pull a taser and a gun out on this very crazy shop te this is 50-year-old Robert Banks who thought stealing from a Walmart was a good idea unfortunately for him an officer was waiting for him at the exit of the store and once he got out the officer immediately went in Pursuit come here D he's going all the way towards the again entrance hours in detention before being released on a $2,500 Bond Robert eventually owned up to the theft but the same couldn't be said for the next shoplifter who had more than enough evidence against her and then I think she was trying to look for a little bag or something to put it in may you see she walked away with the little black bag the chaotic incident started when officers approached a woman suspected of stealing expensive cologn from a Sach store hey ma'am hey got a second I need to talk to you what about s's Avenue what about it I need they say you took something from them I need any of admitted on camera that she planned to take the items but dropped them when she saw the Lost prevention officer and she admitted this multiple times I didn't take any he was circling around me so I just left right it's uncomfortable right yes he always do every time I come in the store not only did she admit that but she also admitted to reason for a theft I him I didn't do anything yeah but you cuz he was standing right there but even though the woman admitted to attemp theft it wasn't proof that she did in fact steal but she would eventually give the officers all the proof they needed there the woman had been arrested previously for shoplifting and she wasn't doing herself great service by telling the cops but she wasn't going to stop there what we can do is he said if we don't get the officer soon discovered that she may have been honest about that back took it yes so I'm going to give you the opportunity to and I don't know where your friends went the ones that were distracting the the clerk did you hand it off to them I didn't even have no friends with me no I did not okay that's fine it looked like there were some people that were trying to distract but that's okay the items weren't in the store or with the woman and since she came into the store with people the officers assumed she gave it to them either way with video evidence of the woman putting the prescription medication needs to stay in those uh prescription bottles even when you're on trips cuz with the thing that says stash on it it's definitely not the best look and also discovered that she had 15 prior arrests four shoplift what Grand Theft Grand Theft the woman was charged with Grand Theft and resisting an officer with violence but the next shoplifters acted very clueless about what they had done were you guys switching barcodes and clothes and stuff um no no it all happened on April 23rd 2023 when officers stopped a car with occupants who had escaped a Walmart after shoplifting hello I'm off Police Department the reason I'm stopping is do you guys have a little incident at Walmart right now at all no you guys weren't coming from Walmart no away from Walmart okay okay do you have your driver's license the reason I'm here is cuz they had a shop looking okay they described a white hatchback Chevy car kind of what you have oh okay well still nothing okay were you up there at all uh no okay the driver denied being at Walmart even though she immediately claimed that they didn't steal an and while she might have said that out of fear she would immediately contradict herself you have an idea on you ma'am yeah do you have one too I don't you don't have one no no okay we don't have nothing to sell in okay so you weren't at Walmart at all yeah we weren't we didn't steal nothing okay well just cuz you didn't steal anything doesn't mean that's not a problem the driver was big on the denial of theft but the store had video surveillance of them changing tags of products so the officers had to detain them you and Tammy kind of walk together within the store yeah y'all were switching barcodes on things yes okay well I I don't even know the items what were the items that you guys were switching clothes trying to just swap the the clothes out for cheap items were you guys going to pay for the items at the cheaper rate yeah okay but can I pay for all this stuff let me let me so here's what's going happen okay I do have to take you to Walmart I have to see the footage that confirm that it is you okay right now I I believe it to be you okay 19-year-old Amilia came clean to the officers about the attempted theft but that wasn't the only case for 18-year-old Tammy who unsurprisingly had warrants for her arrest so for sure you have one warrant you might also have another one so you might have two warrants okay but for sure you have one warrant one's for failure to pay fines and then the other one we don't care clearly you guys are at Walmart you and Amilia were in the store together walking around okay were you guys switching barcodes and clothes and stuff oh no no okay so if I go look at the video footage it's not going to show that and with two varying statements the officers took the girls to the Walmart and review the video surveillance of them shoplifting hello got both of them so cool so she notices label switched with this the diapers are okay she said she was trying to go get stuff for a baby shower that's really what she was talking about home girl that was in the black not the one in the blue dress the other one she's saying she's more than willing to pay for the items no okay that's all I had to ask I I had to ask cuz she's like I have the money I'll pay for it I was like no we we we never ever take okay and that's all I need to know so here's what's going to happen Okay blue dress girl is going to jail for sure she has warrants she's going to go to jail for the shoplifting okay I'm going to take the other one in jail for shoplifting too cool so they're both going to jail for shoplifting right thank you guys thank you guys for a good description on the car too it was weird that the girls had money to pay for the items but decided to steal them anyways that was a bad choice though as they were now headed for jail you're under arrest now for Sho okay she's under arrest for the same thing and her warrant okay so get out okay mother charges aren't clear they were likely arrested for petty theft
