then you know better than to be talking to us like this he's just being an okay I got you and I'm fine with like he literally just hit me right here okay so as far as her giving me a ticket uh I'm a law enforcement officer okay so he literally ran into me as I was coming off like driving here he me I feel you so I something I don't believe you we have I mean you know how it works we have an independent witness that you don't know he doesn't know that says differently it says they saw you a that's what okay why do you think that because he yelled at me the second I got out of my car and went up to him and tried to talk to him so as far as him not being nice how do I go about challenging him for being nice no like we literally met each other okay right here he was not the nicest person and I feel like he's doing this because of where at why did you tell him so many times that you were a cop um I'm not sure okay did you think that was going to make the circumstances any different with him or anything of that nature I didn't do anything to him okay at all I'm just wondering cuz listen I didn't do anything to him generally most cops that I know we don't shout that we're cop the woman tried to play the victim but the officers didn't buy it and after she refused to take field sobriety tests she was arrested for DUI battery false imprisonment and burglary she was in great shock after being held accountable for her actions however the same couldn't be said for this female officer even though she single-handedly traumatized an entire family for life it should have never happened and it happened because they're black quy it all started on July 23rd 2023 when Frisco police officers pulled over a Dodge Challenger they suspected to be stolen the car wasn't actually stolen and the suspicions were caused by an error from an officer but they now Drew their guns at the car occupied by a couple and two miners who would be aggressively instructed out unlock your car slowly exit the vehicle face away from [Music] [Applause] us do not face us everybody in the car hands outside the window hands outside maintain your hands outside slowly start walking backwards walk backwards keep walking keep walking backwards keep walking relax relax relax relax put your hands back come on sit back here what did I do come on the woman was horrified after having multiple guns pointed at her without any explanation and the officers did the same for her son her nephew and her husband but while that happened the officers decided to rerun the vehicle's tag and that uncovered something that would ensure this incident traumatized the family for the rest of their lives ar ar is Arkansas that's why I sto stop back everything's good back to the car everything's good on it they ran out Arizona you say Arizona or Arkansas AR for Arkansas AR so this is my this is my initial one Arizona though Ariz the vehicle's tag was out of Arkansas but the female officer had it run out of Arizona hence an incorrect registration return with only a typo the officer had scarred the family of four who were simply going for both children's basketball games this was heartbreaking enough but the officer's emotionless apology would cause a much greater level of trauma all right so it looks like I made a mistake so I ran at a for Arizona instead of AR and that's what happened you I made a mistake just listen though it could have went all wrong for us though what do you mean by that I'm just saying I wonder cuz like I say I I dropped my phone here they yelled out don't move or we shoot that I dropped my phone if I would have went to reach for my phone we could have all got kill inst you know man it's just a it's so much [ __ ] man this this hey man I'm man we had no intent on on doing this you know we're humans as well and we make we make mistakes right I'm not justifying anything I'm just saying like it wasn't a computer that read it it was our human incident and almost tried to downplay the family's reaction and although it seemed like only the man and his wife were affected the kids were equally terrified inside and would never remain the same like my son he's not talking like my son is not talking he he he's he's not himself and just think about he had to go play three games after that incident and was only able to play one he looked me in my eye on the court and said Daddy I can't do it you know my nephew come up to me like look we almost you see what I'm saying so it just it just it put me in a bad place as a protector of them because you got guns on all of them and I can't do nothing if I was to do something I wouldn't be here you see what I'm saying all over a mistake this should have never happened our son Jaden was in the backseat of the car and my and my brother mentioned he was screaming for his life Uncle we're about to die to die like screaming in tears petrified so I mean this should have never happened and it
