conference regarding the incident I think throughing this whole process you have never heard me once utter a word about any Agency for doing their job that's what they're there to do I believe ultimately the only person to blame for that incident on that night is Nick COI and that's why I've taken full responsibility for it some people wonder if he was being true or simply putting on on a show for the citizens who elected him but everyone agrees that his arresting officer was very professional in doing his job even though it meant arresting a sheriff however this officer disobeyed his supervisor by refusing to violate an innocent man's constitutional rights and he would get fired for it I can't be part of it cuz it's unlawful well you go do what you're going to do I'll take care of you it all started on April 21st 2024 when officer Joe Lamberth pulled over a man for allegedly swerving down the road and then requested a breathalyzer from a DOI train officer named Quincy Cannon whose arrival would not go down very well cuz y asked for officers so I'm like I thought you already did everything or testing and stuff hey h hey I'm not I'm not unless yall want to work it I'm not arresting nobody because I'm not doing anything still got me on nights so unless yall want to work at DUI if not I'm going to have somebody come pick them up who stopped the car I did it's your I I got I got I got call for your body camera is upside down yeah some this but yeah um yeah um I just got called y'all asked for ala sensor I have an ala sensor whoever needs it can yeah just let me see sued the sheriff's officer for racial discrimination and emotional distress among others he felt he was only doing his job and so the termination was unwarranted however this officer would try to bully a woman into obeying him I'm stayed away from you that's what I'm doing how about walk off that would be great stay away from me sir only to end up getting humiliated by officers and eventually fired trying to do the job they tell me to do and you guys were cut me off at the knees on May 6th 2024 a Montgomery citizen arrived at the county clerk's office and started filming the property when a security officer confronted her can I ask what we're doing you could ask it doesn't necess mean I'm going to answer well you're on government property so I do require an answer I don't have to I decline to answer respectfully decline to answer okay well you have to have permission to film here this is County government property do you know what the first amendment is you know what ma'am film and walk around no she's not she's not you don't know the rules here okay you need to you need to check with somebody before you make that that's my lieutenant dude I don't care I the rules here after the incident after several calls to the mayor and his employer regarding the incident he seemed very hostile during the encounter and appeared ready to start a fight at any moment which would have made things more difficult for everyone however that didn't stop these officers who saw their police chief being detained by another officer and immediately swung into action got put your hands on it all happened on December 18th 2023 when an Oklahoma County Jail refused to detain a non-native man arrested by the tribal police you guys are taking I'm not taking County Central do not roll my in my facility still in your he's not in my C the argument got so bad that the muscoe deputy chief arrived at the jail only to get into a very heated exchange with a Jailer hey you better take your hands off of me you get that are you somebody with little hands on the Captain N Out of my building you're going to go with us I promise see you [Music] you put your hands on me first and the arrival of the jail head wasn't any better as he even claimed they didn't recognize the police department not is going too they're refusing to take them yeah we don't recognize the already okay the state of Oklahoma that's not an option it is a director saying not the director of or the director of your jail hey there's big difference there I don't hear say multiple muskog Sheriff deputies arrived on scene and blocked the jail County's Patrol units during the altercation eventually the suspect was detained in the jail and the Jailer who got into an altercation with the deputy chief was charged with felony battery against the law enforcement official it wasn't a good look for either group but this wasn't the first time for the musco G Sheriff deputies as only a year before this they were involved in another altercation which was so bad that even suspects they arrested began complaining about it move the car or I'm is sad man they doing this your legs okay on July 16th 2022 Columbus Police refused to call off an operation that was overwhelming the musi county jail so the sheriff instructed the jail to process the depuy's prisoners before the officers prisoners and this would create a very chaotic ordeal between Sheriff deputies police officers and even prisoners hey Snipes they're still denying us Erica they won't let us in they won't let let me H ain't that right no you go in there before us I'm going R watch this oh yeah yeah I'm going to file I'm going to file a complaint a legitimate complaint mean but go at home that is the most unprofessional thing I've ever not like us so we have five people sitting here outside waiting it's wonderful the sheriff is very pissed with us okay and he runs the jail so with the depuy's prisoner going in while five officers prisoners remained outside the officers were enraged and since the jail was run by the sheriff they would transfer their aggression unto the sheriff deputies by blocking their car in so I got a call to go to I can't go to the car want child it ain't not no it ain't because of me man I got nothing to do with that I got nothing do with that there my call between the sheriff and the guy that works over there it ain't got nothing to do with me move the damn car or I'm going myself how you going to move it move I'm not going to be deed outside of the jail hope I don't see you get your ass on Street cuz I'm going to drive the and you can tell yourn supervis everybody I got you huh hey you Chief I'm sorry we got a situation over here we got CPD won't let our guys out and they're about to get go and blows I'm asking your CPD officer to back up his car and he's saying that his supervisor tell him not to let and again no one no one on our side is threat we're having a TI for Tad over the scene was getting tense and with more and more officers and deputies arriving an altercation seemed very likely everybody in everybody in yeah this is as bad as it's pretty bad dude because that video was about Ste was saying I'm about to arrest you for instruction yeah to me cuz this guy's got a call but then my Sergeant's telling me not to move right I really wish this is not my car right there dude I'm going to leave the keys in there dude I I really not wanting to to be a part of a to get charged with a crime dude for a stand dude I'm telling you right now bro uh possession schedule two obstruction and drug related objects so far it's all get in your cars pull your feet go outside get in your car pull your prisoner out the fence thankfully the police captain arrived on the scene and instructed the officers to release their prisoners with a ticket it was shocking that the suspects behaved better than the officers and at some point even felt bad for them this is sad man they doing this your legs okay stakeholders in the Sheriff's Office and police department met 3 days after the incident and released a statement saying our sheriff's department and our Police Department typically work very well together looking after each other and that the sheriff will be given more advanced notice of other Special Operations however the next officer's actions not only affected them but it also destroyed an innocent man's life simply because he didn't look American he's from Israel that's a that's and the other officers were disgusted by them that's what I mean does that sound saying to you no I tried to exp these guys on April 26th 2024 officers arrived at a bar regarding a physical altercation and were immediately approached by a man claiming to be a federal agent I'm with the he's with the ATF he was inside we're like where are you from who kind of left yeah the hill belly okay he's this guy's not from this country so we started fighting with him he's like ah you know whatever so here we are he's holding down well regardless if he's from this country or not what happened he's not from this country yeah okay what happen though stop relax a leg lock not getting out anyway I'm okay me I know you're illegal all right let him let him go you stay on the ground stay on the ground oh okay just sit there yes they don't let me call police they took my everything I'm were definitely being they were really being aggressive with him they really were where he was sitting here they were trying to snatch his phone they were turning his arm it appeared The Fez detain the man on suspicion that he was an illegal immigrant but since everyone including undocumented immigrants have rights under the US Constitution the only criminals here were the drunk off-duty federal was approached by an officer with very Sinister intent what are we doing taking pictures working on a story for the township you're working on a story for the township well about the township for for me for you yes you making a documentary um it's a news story a news story yeah you have ID I always have ID okay can you provide that no you can do whatever you want but as far as uh I just need to identify who you are no you don't yeah I do no you don't I do sir no you don't yes I do and what law is that well it came in as a suspicious person anytime we investigate as to somebody calling it about suspicious we need to at least identify who it is we spoke to you're not in trouble in any way sh form okay then I don't need to give a DAT well you do what is that to know who you are what law or just wanted to bully the man but he would regret his actions once his super supervisor arrived and listen again if you failed to provide your documentation you can be placed under arrest for you think so oh I know so you know so so I'm going to ask you again can you please provide your documentation otherwise you are going to be placed under arrest for obstruction and here's the other problem now you lied to me so now I have a concern as to whether you're being truthful and honest with me do you understand okay well you're not being truthful and honest with me because you haven't quoted a law yet there to show you I already explained to you what I need to do supervisor if you fail to there's actually a supervisor right there okay and I don't need to have a supervisor anyway because I
