The police even informed him that a blood test might be required if he failed to complete. So, when I drove by this way, I saw a bald man sitting in the driver's seat, and I believed it was you, Ryan's friend. The situation became more challenging when the man tried to avoid responsibility and contested the police findings. He claimed he was not the driver and that Ryan was the one operating the vehicle. All right, Matt, you want to hop out for me? We're at the jail. No, we're at the hospital here. We're going to draw your blood. Nope. I said I want a lawyer before I do anything.
