Now, I adise the air marshal there that that's the fed unless we get any more information I don't know about. There are two alleged victims or at least one right here waiting to talk to us. That's what we got. And the female friend. She threw it >> the liquid or the bottle itself? >> The bottle. >> An empty bottle. >> An empty bottle. >> It didn't do much damage. I got >> Okay. But what did Did it hit you? >> Yeah. Right in my face. >> Right in your face. >> My face. >> Like a plastic bottle or aluminum or >> As soon as plastic bottle as soon as I hit my face. He said like let it go, you know, just let it go. And but I can't. So I got up and I went to the the attendant [laughter] and I told her what happened and she offered to um maybe change her of seats or change us of seats depending on her you know her convenience. >> Okay. >> And so we changed seats >> and that's basically it. But she to my face >> and because she didn't like our conversation. >> Okay. >> That that was basically it. >> All right. Did you >> Yeah. Did you get hit with any of that? >> I do not like you did. Okay. >> And was this up in the air or was this on the ground? In the air. Was there any further altercation on the ground? >> No. No. >> No. No. >> We were just having a chat and I remember she said >> so so we business partners. So we're talking about business. >> Okay. >> And as she just turned around, threw the word bottle. It flew into my face. As soon as that happened, I >> the actual bottle just a liquid. >> The actual bottle face. As soon as that happened, I got up and and talked to the students and and told them what happened and I asked to either >> I'll give it to you. >> I'll give it to you. You'll get it. >> The person that we need to talk to you it's >> everything is talk about relax y >> get the officer badge number. >> Yeah. 11573. >> Which one of y'all? >> He might be downstairs. Yeah, >> for charity. >> Well, yeah. So, the stuff that happened up in the air is one thing, but then she obstructed. She resisted on the ground. And speaking Spanish louder and you know how Spanish sound. >> Imagine how Spanish sound. I'm not knocking. I love Spanish. >> I was saying I'm Florida. >> Look, I go mito. I know Spanish a little bit, but that get and we on a plane. You're not even being mindful. Like I said, as we in the plane, it's already blocking my ears. >> I got to hear you. Like I said, I'm not saying to shut up completely, >> right? >> Cuz everybody else on the plane talking, but you didn't hear them. So he didn't they didn't put their hands on nobody. You didn't put your hands on nobody had nobody. Nobody. >> Nobody threw anything. It wasn't water getting splashed around or anything stupid like that. >> I just know I got I had a ball. Like they like can I just like whatever. >> So everybody's getting louder >> because I talked to them first. They didn't I reported it. They didn't do nothing about it and they came back to their seat and got louder and poking me. I'm trying to tell you they they blocking that part where they did. They came back to the sea >> and start talking louder and and this is what they said. Oh, you be quiet. They said it in English. >> That part right there. You be quiet in English. And then they start speaking more in Spanish and stuff. >> Exactly. >> And mind you, she was trying to sleep >> before she got involved. She was trying to sleep. And there was another girl, the one that walked away. She's real quiet. He said she's quiet, but she can tell you herself. >> Right. >> They was being real and he's playing victim right now. I'm not knocking y'all playing victim, right? >> But stop playing victim. You started the whole thing. Like, I'm not understanding that >> you on a plane. Y'all pay for your legs to get space. I pay for a a a peaceful plane trip. Like, I'm not >> She was ultimately charged with resisting an officer without violence after deputies say she refused to comply on the ground.
