come personally put handcuffs on you it all started when this Orlando man called officers to report that a scammer claiming to be a US Marshall called threatening to arrest him if he didn't pay over $100,000 for warrants the man then invited the scammer to his house to get the money unaware that officers were waiting to Ambush him once he arrived get on the [ __ ] that Caravan that Caravan is butt there's a cops right here all right stand up sit on your butt there you go the man claimed he was dropped off by a cab driver and was only told to pick up a package for $1,000 with no idea what was inside or why it was being collected but the officers weren't the least convinced picked the wrong one bro he picked the wrong one not in this County Big D not in this County he told he already told him it's the cops he was on the phone with them no I was like there cops here I don't know why yeah you don't know why I mean I don't know anything about it but we're going to find out so don't you worry about it yeah sure should stay in another County don't come here so what happened basically one of the guy reached me out he asked me like I have to go like I have to go at this location pick up a package and just bring it back to the airport okay and they will pay me like th bucks where'd you fly out from from Dallas okay where's this guy from and I came from really from Pennsylvania to Dallas and then Dallas to here like connecting fls okay so you flew all the way to Dallas to pick up money I I'm not sure what is what was in there you I just got the location you just thought it was totally legit that you just come to some guy's house I'm not sure like they were like they will pay me th000 bucks and I was just going through some stuff like I just had a baby and we are not meeting up the bills and everything and it was going to help me out a little bit so that's why you realize that you're taking this man's retirement you're taking everything he's ever worked for listen to me for a second listen to me listen to me for a second you're taking everything that this man has worked for in his entire life he worked in a a he worked in a a great profession to build the money and you're coming over here and you're taking it from him I totally understand that sir but that that's not what I'm doing I I just got told okay scams on the elderly are very unsettling and the officers made that very clear but they eventually started to believe the Man story when the main scammer initially posing as the US Marshall called to speak with them this is detective Jacobs of the arba County Sheriff's Office we got your boy and we're coming for you okay just put you on notice you feel good about you feel good about yourself scamming old men out of their money just sh hear you yeah I'm an actual cop I'm I'm not a fake US Marshall like you say you are I'm going to think I'm going to find out who who you are I'm I'm going to put a warrant out for your arrest and I'm going to come personally put handcuffs on you oh I will you picked the wrong County to do a scam in I'm coming for you it was concerning just how daring the scammer was to speak with the officers at that point considering nothing good could possibly result from speaking with them but he only got much more arrogant that he even tried to scam the man with the officers right there Orlando yes yes this Orlando what happened uh they arrested the guy that picked up your money my money and and I hope you can uh I hope you can send some of my money back or most of all of it what what you got from me uh last Sunday your money will come back one time as I have told you you're really good at playing this part bro but we're going to find out who you are so don't worry about that you picked the wrong County to do this kind of why don't you keep quiet for a moment why don't you come make me this mule was charged with attempt to commit fraud over $20,000 and given the opportunity to act as a witness as the Sheriff's Office partnered with Federal authorities to try to take the scam Network down so you're you're telling you're telling me you gave someone 2 kilos of gold yes the man on the phone is a not me I don't know anything about it and they said well this sounds like fraud and they connected me supposedly with I'm guessing some kind of a bureau or something Wason I talked to a young lady there she put me through to supposedly uh an investigative agent in the Social Security bu I have a whole bunch of charges my Social Security involving I don't know eight Banks and a whole bunch of sorry you did you did what I gave him two kilos I didn't give him directly I gave it to somebody in a car both ingots were worth $154,000 and the man was also asked to liquefy stocks annuity and Certificate of Deposits at the same time the scammers were trying to defraud a 77-year-old woman even after already taking $285,000 from her so the officers gave her a bait package and the scammer arrived collected the fake gold and drove off unaware that he was being followed by police you're doing 20 and a 25 you're doing 20 M hour and a 25 speed zone you like a whole line of people behind targeted weak elderly people and stole their hard-earned money but instead of coming clean since he was clearly caught in the ACT he would try to manipulate his way around the damning consequences of his actions I I cannot see because you need an ambulance what do you need an ambulance can Ryan start start fire us please are you okay Mr my I cannot see I I see black black black black okay we're call Ang for you we're going to call an Ang I need drink water 30 how old he why don't you sit sit yeah sit now put the on come on buddy come on put you over in the grass that way you're not on the hot sit sit on me I can I can got all right you're good there there you go that way you're not on the hot out fault considering he was now surrounded by cops and just committed fraud it wasn't clear if he was acting or just really scared and light-headed but he had no idea what awaited him and the officers would press him so badly that he would eventually be forced to confess his crimes but first he would say this today right now you just got a package a gift yes who from who who is that uh my relative who my relative your relative that was your relative yes oh okay um and where are you taking the package just back with you to Miami or Chicago or something Miami okay so so the gift is for you yes and and what do you what do you do with the gold bars what what do you do with the gold bars me what gold it's gold what do you do with it what's do for me yeah job huh it's a what what' you say he he gives you he gives you a gold bar right a gold box right that has the gold in it yes yes what do you do with the gold I I because my sister marriage uhhuh then I go I I when I I go India oh you went to India with it because my sister married in January your sister's getting married yes so you're taking the gold with you to India yes okay is that what you did 3 or 4 months ago yes in January in January did did that okay it wasn't clear if he actually thought the officers believed a story but he was soon placed in cuffs and arrested and seeing that things were getting real and he could potentially spend years in prison he finally came clean one one man told me that that's why I can't do this huh one man told me one man what are you talking about one man what one man told me uh you pick this and you drop help being Miami a man told you that yes who what man I he was charged with Grand Theft and organized fraud over $50,000 scamming the elderly was bad enough but this woman was so evil that she scammed her own mother many many times is it going to be you on the camera using her credit card because I I I don't have her card on May 6th 2022 officers arrived at a hotel after a woman called claiming that her daughter fraudulently used her credit card to purchase a hotel room out [Applause] out yeah I was just on the phone with my mom they weren't supposed to charge the um I don't want the door to shut um they weren't supposed to charge the room it was supposed to pull the room it says on the app like I just talked to my mom about that what for her visa yeah like I didn't even know her visa was on the app so I wanted to talk to you last week before all this about what aside from the Hotel payment the woman's mother also received alerts for payment of items worth thousands of dollars from a Target store a few days before this and she believed her daughter was also responsible because she had a history of stealing from her I'm asking if you know about the charges no all right so they did get footage of someone using it now our process takes a little longer to have access to the footage but they described a younger female that matches your description So eventually we're going to look at that footage is it going to be you on the camera using her credit card because I I I don't have her card I I'm telling you I know that she has it I understand that but there's only so many people in her life who could have gotten into her home picked up the card went to the store within the time frame that you borrowed her car and then return the car to her purse there's not a whole lot of people who would have access like that I wasn't even home in the times that she said that the charges were happening the woman scammed her mother so many times that her mother had to fire her from her business for writing fraudulent checks but for now she allowed the officers to search her purse and while they didn't find the credit card they found her mother's driver's license which also hinted at possible fraud use why is it that you had Mom's ID with your stuff oh that was um it's an expired one but when I had to do I used to basically system so I do all of her payments everything for her and I this is like expired 2 years years ago though yeah that's I used to work for I still have M too all right but once at the hotel desk the officers confirmed that the woman indeed paid for the room with her mother's credit card things didn't look too good for her and only her mother could save her from getting arrested at this point but that didn't seem very likely to happen have you ever given her permission to have your ID my ID yeah your Florida driver's license even an old expired one that expired in 2020 uh no okay she said that she she had one and she said it was cuz she used to help you take care of certain like bills or something like that she she worked in my office but I had to stop that because she was writing checks and stuff but you never part of that process of working for you she was never supposed to have your ID no okay the mother confirmed that her daughter's actions were fraudulent and the officers were ready to take her in she appeared to have used up all her mother's Goodwill at this point but one last bid to defend herself the woman would say something extremely shocking up on there for real between you and I are you going to be on the target footage using the card no I I we were just talking about that before you walked in I'm like it's going to be clear I understand that I know that I know how Target works I mean they've got like a screen in front of you when you're doing it you know I mean I'm trying to be as forthcoming as possible with you guys like I every single night been here the info is not checking out she also said said that you weren't supposed to have her ID and that there was no reason in the past for you to have it that is a lie what was it what was the reason again that you had it because I have done everything for her the surveillance footage at Target also showed the woman using her mother's credit card and after calling her mother a liar the woman was arrested and charged with unlawful credit card use and possession of another person's ID without consent ma'am come here come here come here this woman was caught committing fraud and she was ready to do or say anything to escape the consequences on March 14th 2024 officers at Target watched the Ladi skip All Points of sale without paying for items in her bag and so they followed her just as she was leaving the store ma come here come here come here what yo come here hey stop what's going on oh [ __ ] stop put your hands behind your back ma'am ma'am relax put your hands behind your back relax hands behind your back now what my cup's you got yours yeah ma'am stop resisting okay all right you're res I got to cussion 4 two [Applause] force yourself I tripped it back that's going for me hold on I need to call myid I got to call my kid let go the phone the woman fell head first on the concrete while refusing to cooperate with the officers and while it wasn't clear if she injured herself in the process she realized she was cornered and would do everything to escape ma'am sit up in the chair man those was a very controlled for get on your side get on your side get on your side if you're going to play this game keep run yeah ma'am ma'am ma' ma' can EMS is coming what's up playing these games she was supposed to be having a seizure and was eventually taken to the hospital where the officers discovered that she had theft related warrants and was previously banned from other Target locations she brought this on herself but somehow blamed everyone else for it you're wrong take take responsibility for what you did take responsibility for what you did and stop blaming everybody else around you just stop this isn't nothing about race there's no race no it's not it's you stole and that's it and now you go to jail for it you shouldn't have stole this morning okay you you made you made a wrong choice and now you're going to jail no you're right about that's what it's about it's not about race I know it's not about race I did make a wrong Cho cuz if you if you were white and you you were caught stealing you would been going to jail too no okay she would have never called yall just stop stop the woman was eventually charged with shoplifting and obstructing I'm not sure why you are here but you're about to go to jail this 33-year-old man scam was so extensive that he got sent to prison and there after deported to China why what do you mean why that's common sense on May 12th 2023 Ohio officers were out of Walmart for an event when they noticed a man pass the register without paying for some items so were those cards on him too yes yep all of them evidently there's some big scams going around yeah oh they use these things all the time for that oh yeah the man put multiple gift cards in his pocket and his plan was to document the numbers and information on the cards once's home before returning them to the store so when someone purchased and activated the cards he would immediately steal the funds on them with the obtained information but he was now caught and would try to act ignorant of the whole thing even though there was some damning evidence to prove that he was fully aware of his crime you got ID I no id id I trust I trust the America you what America yeah you're here I I passport you know what a passport is passport yeah let me see your passport in by L pass what was not brought in when it was where you living at where do you where's home where do you live where are you staying at it was also discovered that the man entered America illegally 4 months ago and had been trespassed for the same thing in so many Ohio Walmarts that he was banned from all Walmarts worldwide so he knew what he was doing but that appeared not to stop him and so the officers realized that he was only stalling the inevitable I get that but I really don't care so I'm not sure why you are here but you're about to go to jail why what do you mean why that's common sense you you English no good you you you're going jail you're going to start comprehending English real quick I I speak uh I think we're done deep let's go all right I'm he pled guilty to 299 charges of counterfeiting and a pattern of corrupt activity and was sentenced to 6 years in prison an eventual deportation from the United [Music] States hey just turn around and put your hands L right for me this woman defrauded the last place anyone would expect her to and it left everyone in shock so you're being placed under arrest right now for fraud on July 31st 2024 officers were called to a 7-Eleven regarding a fraudulent employee and ref so she did that for two weeks and total was $1,900 she's on the register right now I've got another manager in there who's supposed to pull her into the office so she doesn't get spooked and try to Vault um but she's in there right $900 the employee had only been working there for a month and had already stolen $1900 within 2 weeks but that wasn't even the most shocking thing about her fraudulent actions hey just turn around and put your hands behind right for me so you're being placed under arrest right now for fraud I know you got a lot of questions everything's going to be explained to you okay okay give you ever been read your rights before yes okay so you've been arrested before or no yes what were you arrested for um my previous charges um of what was it fra it was fraudulent Stu it I can't tell you the exact charge but I know it was was like fraud related yes okay how long ago was that um about two 3 months I want to say two three months okay all right are you going to school or anything like that currently no I just have three babies you got three kids okay the 21-year-old mother of three used to work at McDonald's before this incident and it wasn't clear why she left her job but this wasn't her first or even second a third fraud case and she even got confused trying to defend herself how can I put it okay like you scan it or I don't I don't know how to explain it it's just if you put in the wrong amount and you try to change it you have to refund it in order for it to go back in the system it's it's confusing to explain but it's just like any mistake throws it off okay so like that's what I'm saying like she was charged with Grand Theft and organized fraud and sentenced to 300 hours of community service 6 months with an electric Monitor and monthly restitution payments of $200 it was shocking that she tried to scam her employer but she seemed to accept her fate after the smooth arrest however there was nothing smooth about this scammer's arrest no sit put your hands on and she'd only make her arrest more unbearable by doing something very disturbing it all began when officers arrived at a Walmart regarding an aggressive woman caught shoplifting shop very very no I'm not I'm sitting right here take with jail let's go say what I just asked you he already got he already got what he got there a nothing else can goer no no a they took that pencil that was mine take her bag she reportedly stole electronic items and makeup so she would get a simple misdemeanor petty theft charge at most and be free to continue her day but she had an issue with the officer taking her bag and she would make the situation a whole lot worse no you're not putting now put your hands on bro don't put hands on me bro put my face you on my I swear to God don't I already got it bro I'm holding my right here go no I Ain resisting dude don't put don't pun your shut listen you want to keep catching charges shut up I'm not resist can't move I'm na it don't touch my hair god listen relax dude I'm telling you're making it worse no I'm not I'm not you're going to jail pull stop doing that thank you all right see you I'm not moving you ain't going to hold me miss me turn into fony yeah that's not smart it's your fault you don't even know the situation yet it wasn't clear why she was so angry but she had now turned a simple misdemeanor into a felony and if you thought she'd be much calmer when left alone you'd be terribly mistaken so listen you have previous death conviction so even though this is do I what do I have to what we see it on your report on your in your criminal history you've been arrested for for theft related crimes for like what Grand Theft fraud and defrauding an inkeeper you have conviction so this is going to be upgraded to felony that was else you were convicted there there's actual convictions in your criminal history so this some El I $50 is now a felony so just letting you know I'm not worried about that somebody else actually got caught doing cashing a check with my you're not even she was mad things weren't going her way as she always wanted to be in control so she would try to gain back control in one of the most unusual [Music] ways you know what she was charged with battery upon a peace officer battery and theft she appeared to be a wild one and the officers contained her perfectly well however the next camera was so SLI slippery that a civilian tracked him down and pinned him for the officers what's your name Carlos thank you caros don't worry brother on August 8th 2022 officers were called after a Man Who Sold a shoe to someone he met on Facebook Marketplace reported the money being fake you have the 50 the bills with you right now the bills the the fake money that he gave you yeah so I have I have to take that for yeah you you want all the money this is the the issues that the fake 50s the man claimed he tried to go after the seller after realizing the money was fake but couldn't catch up to him however once the officer got inside the mall he immediately saw someone matching the suspect's description and began a Pursuit that would end very unexpectedly Orlando Police Orlando Police listen don't do it don't do it get on the ground give your head stop resisting stop resisting what's your name Carlos thank you Carlos no worries brother might need you for okay a random bystander helped the officers not only take down but also secure the scammer and he was commanded for it you just come over here he was a helpful witness I'm going go grab my my phone and my flipflop yep get him yeah yeah thank you a civilian performing such a takeown was an unusual occurrence but the officers also noticed another really a thing during the arrest when the ECT started crying get get him on the side I'm going to set you up so you can breathe better come on I told him don't do it when I told you to stop why didn't you stop need a medical intention you want them to check you out if you can't talk now your head yes or no all right check you have any weapons on you bro yes sir you do you do I think he's got AO on his pocket I can't tell is that it right there yeah okay the officers found a gun on him and he was charged with uttering forgery possessing counterfeited bills carrying a concealed firearm resisting without violence and providing a false ID to a law enforcement officer what I did now you you better get your hands off of me you're an own shoplifter this woman and her fraud team made the biggest mistake mistake after scamming Target and they would pay very dearly for it on December 17th 2021 officers were called to a Target after two women and a man who were recorded shoplifting the day before returned to the store and began loading up their cart the man then pushed the cart out of the store once full without paying for the items which was when the officer confronted him I got a receipt you have a receipt let me see yes I have it right here traffic 41 got one running brown shoes gray pants blue t-shirt towards apricorn just ran across avorn over by the Murphy's over by Verizon running back towards Target Target H4 towards Target the suspect made a beine and was now running straight to the Target he was or originally being pursued from this seemed like a really dumb move to the officer as it wasn't clear what his plans were but the officer soon realized his exact plans once he got on the target property see him where he at just jumped into a Grace an all right we're I'm coming in the paring Charlie Quebec Rome 7472 yeah he went out the side over there I believe he headed back towards aborn all right I don't have sight I'm going to turn off my lights and Sirens the cops lost sight of the male suspect and ended the chase but the two female suspects were still in the store and one of them stole a pink top to disguise herself a plan that wouldn't work very well for her hey you got ID on you let's walk back up here what I ain't did that with you about get your hands off of me you're an own shop lifter fo give me your hand don't hand off me I to walk with you don't give me give me your hand which side it was either by by the headlight I believe it was on the passenger side but I'm not sure it could have been on the driver's side the woman had two theft related warrants and had stolen over $55,000 worth of merchandise but she somehow tried to deny being involved in this fraud scheme even after being recorded on camera did you pull that shirt off the S car no I did not that's fine they'll be able to watch yall charge me with I walk out with no buy no she help really I did not nothing nothing okay you can argue with the about it I will take me to jail you taking me to jail okay so you you'll just sit in jail until you are identified okay so you'll be booked under Jane okay she was charged with felony theft by shoplifting and obstruction the male accomplice faced multiple felony warrants and the other female suspect remains unidentified if you like this video YouTube thinks you'll enjoy these two
