Help me. Help me. That come here. Okay, you're clear now. [Music] He has a gun. He's loaded. He took the baby. He's trying to shoot me. This man was running off with a gun and this woman's child. And the officers would do something extremely dangerous to rescue the baby. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. No. Get the kid. Get the kid. Come here, buddy. On January 9th, 2021, a motel worker called 911 when a man and a woman began struggling for what appeared to be a baby. We've got an Iight guest of another guest here running around with a gun here. We need somebody. He's beating up on his old lady. Just then, the man pulled the woman to the floor and dragged the child out of her hand before running off with a woman behind him dialing 911. Hurry up. Where is your emergency? Hurry up. Grab 7th Avenue. My husband just took my baby. He has a gun. He's loaded. He took the baby. He's trying to He's shooting fire. He's shooting, ma'am. Hurry up. He's trying to shoot. He's going to kill people. He's on 7th Avenue. He's on 7th Avenue. He's shooting us. He got my son. He stole my son. The woman's boyfriend, 37year-old Paul Balden, was with the woman's baby. And while it wasn't clear why, arriving officers knew they had to act fast when he started shooting at cars and people while holding the baby. Oh. Hey, drop the gun. Drop the gun, dude. 5118. He has a kid hostage right now. He has a gun. He has made one gunshot already. We need more units. Block off all traffic. Hit a blackmail with a child. Dude, put the kid down, man. Stop. Moments later, Paul unexpectedly pointed his gun at the baby's head, forcing an officer with a rifle to shoot at him and immediately run for the kid. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. No. Get the kid. Get the kid. Come here, buddy. Come on, buddy. Come on. Come on. I got the kid. I got the Hi, buddy. Hi, buddy. Hi, buddy. Are you okay? Hi, bud. I know. The officer was so eager to ensure the kid was safe that he went against his partner's orders to wait and ensure Paul was neutralized. Fortunately, the baby was uninjured. However, Paul later died in the hospital. But when this man illegally picked up an 8-year-old girl, police arrived too late to stop him from committing the finest act imaginable. You're okay? Yeah, you're safe. We got you. You're going to be okay. It all started on May 19th, 2019 when a woman and her 8-year-old daughter were walking down a street before a vehicle pulled up beside them, pulled the 8-year-old into the car, and drove off. Help me. Help me, Dream. My daughter just got kidnapped. The mother called 911, and Fort Worth police issued an Amber Alert with descriptions of the 8-year-old, the car, and the alleged kidnapper. 8 hours later at 2:00 a.m., Jeff King, a pastor and friend to the 8-year-old's family, spotted the suspect's four-door sedan at a hotel's parking lot and immediately called the police, who would meet a very disturbing sight on arrival. Ford Police Department, open the door. Man, I'm getting Open the door. Open it now. Break it. Open it. hands. Let me see your hands and step out here. Step out. Step out. Get on the ground. Chill. Get on the ground. Chill. Chill. Bed. Blood. Blood bed, man. Hey, here she is. Got her. We got her. We got her. Hey, buddy. I got in custody. We have her. The police arrested 51-year-old Michael Webb who rescued the 8-year-old who was in a laundry basket. But there was a problem. Michael was completely naked. The 8-year-old was naked from the waist down and there was blood on the bed. So, while they had found her, they knew her life would never be the same again. We need an EMT. Get get home meds. Don't worry about your clothes. We got a towel. Yeah. We got a towel. Do we have it? Can we cover her up? Can we cover her up? Yeah. With something here. Here we go, baby. Can we get her out? Come here. Come here. Let's go. Come on, sweetheart. You're okay? Yeah. safe. We got you. You're going to be okay. The officers were extremely disturbed by the thought of what happened to the 8-year-old and tried to reassure her she was fine. However, she ended up reassuring them. She actually ended up patting me on the shoulder and telling me that she was okay and uh she was she's brave little girl. Gosh, thinking of her comforting you. Yeah, it was crazy. Hey, let's go. Let's get her in here so she can sit down. The 8-year-old was returned to her family and Michael Webb was charged with kidnapping and sexual assault of something which he admitted to during interrogation. What did you say to SC Michael? I told her if she said anything that I would do something to her parents and if I was in jail, I would have my friends to do it. Michael had a lengthy criminal history dating back to his teenage years, and the federal judge in his case stated that society wasn't prepared to deal with him outside of prison. He was given the maximum sentencing of life in prison without parole. The 8-year-old's family thanked the community and law enforcement for their professionalism during the rescue. However, these officers discarded professionalism when they finally caught this kidnapper who dropped a 2-year-old from a vehicle still in motion. Put your hands back. Let me get up, sir. Let me get up. Oh, you want to get up now? Oh, we want to get up now. If you're enjoying this video, please like and subscribe. It started on August 15th, 2024 when officers were in pursuit of a stolen vehicle with a 2-year-old in the back seat. Hey, you just hit a cruiser. There were intense turns and bumps in the chase as the kidnapped suspect even hit multiple squad cars and was with the baby whom he might have harmed. Southbound walking. This was a high-risk chase as a crash would harm an innocent kid. But the officers remained calm over the radio while closely following the suspect to avoid heightening tension and causing a catastrophe. But this calmness would end once the driver suddenly dangled the 2-year-old from the vehicle before dropping him on the ground with the vehicle still moving. He's he's throwing the child out of the car. units. We take this dude out. Take him out with a cruiser. He's got a He's throwing the baby out of the window. He's All right. I just All right, bud. lot of excitement for one day. You should be able to Thankfully, the 2-year-old was unharmed and the officers could breathe a sigh of relief. But this wouldn't last for long because the higher-ups wanted to end the chase and the officers weren't having it. Like, what the they want us to Why do we canceling this? It's a kidnapping and he hit three cruisers. 700 78. Where did you last? The chaser doesn't get cancelled. I didn't see behind him. It was eventually discovered that the man was the young girl's uncle who was visiting his sister then only to carry her sleeping child out of the house to a neighbor's apartment. This was very strange and so the neighbor ensured the girl's safety with her mother, the strange man's sister, before calling the cops on him. Stand up. 17. I copy. [ __ ] bro. All right. Watch that foot, man. Pull that in. Upon investigation, the man's sister reported that he was mentally unstable. And while it wasn't clear why he abducted the girl or what he planned to do, it was clear that the neighbor did the right thing by taking her away from him. And he bought me a little girl. From where? From his sister. That's his sister. Okay. So the little girl was spending the night with her and her kids and he kidnapped the little girl and brought it to me for some reason and I banged on my door and when I came out she was screaming and I snatched him snatched her from him and I don't I don't own a weapon but you ain't in trouble or nothing, bro. So listen with my friends and my brother I guess picked her up. I heard I heard something and then I heard the door closed and then I heard my brother yelling at saying. So that's your brother to help. Yeah. Okay. Does he have? He has severe problems. Well, he has mental issues cuz he has brain damage. A lot of bad heavy stuff that fell on his head. So that and he did he doesn't know. But he has this problem. And I tried to get him help but nobody will listen to me. Nobody will do it, you know, help him out. He wants help. The girl's father was eventually called to take her home and the man was charged with abduction, resisting arrest, and obstructing official business. Hello. It's okay. Come here. Oh my god. We're 1086. This six-year-old girl was taken from her bike and into a car by a very sick man. Oh my god. We're 1086. We have It all started 30 minutes earlier on July 2nd, 2021 when a man on his fort saw a car stopped beside a little girl riding her bike. Suddenly, a man came out of the car and did something unimaginable. I grabbed her by the collar, slung her around, threw the bike. So, I mean, it was for a six-year-old, that's pretty. Immediately, the witness got into his own car and began chasing the vehicle while making a call that would clear out an entire police division. Everybody was responding. Everyone from the entire division dropped everything they were doing. We probably had 13, 14 cars. 30 minutes later, police made contact with a little girl and her very sick abductor. See your hands? The suspect, 40-year-old Robbie Wild, had no connection to the girl and told police that he tried to console the girl as she cried, adding that he planned to drive her back home because he was afraid he may hurt her. Robbie initially pleaded not guilty, but then admitted to kidnapping and was sentenced to 13 years imprisonment without parole and registration as a sex offender. However, the next person needing help was a 2-year-old toddler. You okay? What's your name? And he was completely devastated. You're safe. We're going to get you to your daddy. Okay. On March 1st, 2024, Akran police officers noticed a vehicle reported stolen with a 2-year-old still inside. So, while some officers searched for the car thief, one officer decided to stay back and be with a kid. You okay? What's your name? You don't know your name? Microsoft [Music] or up to 20% off your entire cruise. That's okay. Let me get you out of the car. Huge savings with my find your my personality and transgen.com. The vehicle owner reported that he parked and went into a store only to come out to see the car was gone. So, the baby was all alone in the car for over an hour with no idea where his father was, leading to this emotional reaction. Check this out. You like flashlights? Oh, it's okay. You want to hold this? No. It's all right. There. I'm going to take you out. Okay. It's okay. Let's get you out of here. It's okay. Your jammies wet. It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. So, even though he could have handed the kid over to someone else, he knew that the child was in a very vulnerable state and wanted to calm him down no matter how many times his attempts failed. Can I put these socks on your feet, buddy? Keep your feet warm. Here, my daddy. There you go. My daddy. Your daddy? I know. We're going to get you to your daddy. We're going to get you to your parents. Okay. Or the good guys. I know. I know. It was scary, wasn't it? Let me see that foot. Big guy. How old are you? Three. No. Are you two? You got a jacket. It's all right, buddy. You're fine. You're safe. We're going to get you to your daddy. Okay. It's okay. It's all right. The officers repeatedly reassured the toddler before returning him to his father, and the suspect was eventually found and charged with kidnapping, abduction, and grand theft. The next kidnapper cowardly tried to play the victim. I just want to Why would you do that, man? But the cops weren't falling for it. Don't fight me. Stop. Don't fight me. Stop. On April 4th, 2022, a woman left her 9-year-old son in her car while she went into a store. But upon return, both the vehicle and the child were gone. So, the mother called the police who tracked the child's phone to a location soon filled with very determined officers. I got the car. Peoples and RDA. [Music] information with GSP radio. Go, go, go, go. He cut off on Peoples. Give me the air. Peoples northbound towards Oak Street. GSP is behind him. An immediate pursuit began and after the kidnapper refused to stop the vehicle, the officer performed a pit stop which caused great chaos. GSB pit. GSB pit. Show me your hands. Show me your hands. Watching the man act like the victim must have been very unsettling for the officers who ignored this and placed him under arrest. However, the actual victim in the case had climbed out through the car window and into an officer's warm embrace. She see [Applause] you did a good job. You did a good job. No. Excuse me. You okay? You okay? Yes. Yeah. We're going to take you We're going to take you to your mom. You okay? You're okay. My mom caught you. Yeah. Yeah, she did. Okay. Excuse me. Excuse me. I have to go now. Even after such an experience, the kid's top priority was ensuring his mother was okay. And the officer showed the perfect compassion needed. The kidnapper, later identified as 38-year-old Darius White, was charged with kidnapping, cruelty of, and theft. He was jailed on a $20,000 bond and has since maintained his innocence. Show your hands right now. Show your hands. This woman was so criminal that her own family called the police after she illegally took a child she didn't have custody of. What's going on around here today? Um, well, we had a good day. We took our grandson and then got home and came over and wanted to come and I told her no because she was here last night and hit him. Okay. And I told her, "Not today." And she said, "Well, Saturday's my day to see him." And I said, "Not today." Okay. And so she tore the screen door off the latch and then she um broke the glass and came in and grabbed him and took off. She didn't have custody of him, right? And uh so the dog was upset. He tore my pants. Okay. So, where did she go? She's next door. She's next door at the hospital. Okay. So, I went over and I got Okay. Yeah. So, she doesn't have any custody of all. Not at all. So, they just broke She just broke in and then Yes. took in. Uhhuh. Okay. So, you both live here, right? Yeah. Okay. And she's just She's my daughter. My granddaughter sister said something about the courts are involved in this in some way. Okay. Do you know anything about that? Um, are they involved in the custody? Well, we have legal custody. Okay. He's 10. The legal custody of is ongoing cuz they had a they couldn't find his father and they had to go through um certain steps by trying to find him first. Okay. So, he's but we do have custody of through child services. Okay. And that's who she broke in. The woman named Bianca broke into her parents' home and kidnapped her child whom she didn't have custody of. This wasn't the first time the officers were called on her, and the family appeared tired of her behavior, but they didn't know what to do about it. Based on this, I mean, if she doesn't have authority to be here to have them, I mean, we have some pretty serious charges that we could take her on right now. Is that what you guys want to do? Like, what do you want to do? I don't know what to do because like he left her in last night because she had brought back furniture and then she ended up hitting them. Okay. And that's the that's the second time she's hit them. Okay. All right. Yeah. She swiped down. Yeah. And I had to physically remove her out of the house. Okay. Are you want anything done about this? Cuz I I know like previously we come out here usually usually nothing no charges or want to be pressed. Um, so I mean, is that the case today or like the thing is here, if we go over there and we and we take her and you guys are not willing to fill out statements or wanting to show up to court, I mean, then she's just going to get out. Yeah. She's going to have more access to whatever you guys were talking about. It's a relative that we're still trying to hope for the best. So, it's that's the reason why like the up in the air charges cuz we're not even sure what the best bet is for someone in situations. The thing is is she's getting very physical. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Come over and gone upstairs. Um pushed me um hit her dad twice. Yeah. Um and she's just getting more and more and this today is uh I mean she's just more and more physical. I mean like that what happened today is unacceptable. You know what I'm saying? Like you don't you people don't have to live here in fear of her coming over here breaking your stuff and stealing a child. Like that's our department. That's pretty outland. I mean, that's that's to appear arraignment charges. Okay. Let I'm going to uh I'm going to get a hold of one of our like higher ups to make sure we're getting the right charges done. Um we're going to have you file witness statements and stuff, too. Okay. Eventually, the family agreed to press charges. And after admitting that she might be a danger to others and even herself, the officers were clear to take her in, and she would try to use slimy tactics to get out of this. All right. Step back. Franklin. Police. Police department. Where you at? Make yourself known. Police department. Come on down. We know you're here. Come on down with your hands up. Where you at? Come out with your hands up. Frank the police. Frank police. Show your hands right now. Show your hands. Put the background. Put the bag. Turn around. No, I didn't do anything. Turn around. The woman initially tried to resist arrest, but once it failed, she feigned being a victim, hoping to get sympathy from the officers. But once she didn't get what she wanted, she revealed her true colors yet again. Here, stand over here. Okay, stand over there, please. I don't want to have to go hands on with you, okay? Please, just stand over. No, I want to see the proof. I didn't even have kids with No, you're lying. You weren't with me a couple months ago. You've never been out with me. I want out. She was charged with burglary, interference with custody, resisting arrest, and criminal damage. However, these officers almost got themselves killed while trying to rescue a one-year-old from her kidnapper. Dude, put the kid down, man. Stop. These officers were so eager to rescue a kidnapped one-year-old that they nearly shot themselves. Hey, watch your crossfire. Crossfire, Chad. Holy crap. It's a rifle. On December 19th, 2019, officers received a report that a 43-year-old man named Ferris Deloney shot at a woman during an argument over custody of their one-year-old child, with whom he eventually drove off. So, officers tracked him down and immediately cornered the man who was still holding the gun with his one-year-old daughter in the passenger seat. But as tense as the scene was already, the officer's positioning would only make things worse. Raise your hands. Move. Move. Just move. Move. We got it. He's got to go. Come back here. Come back here with us. Watch your cross. Watch your cross. Just put your gun down. Put it down. [Music] What are you doing? Listen, man. It's not that big of a deal. Get out of the car. Come on. Put your baby right there. Sir, it's going to be okay. Come out here. Sir, it's going to be okay. Sir, don't do this with your baby. Just drop it, man. Don't do this with the baby. I can't. No, dude. Listen, it's not worth it. Don't do anything. It's not that bad. and help us. We will help you. That serious, man. We will help you. Let us help you. Just relax, man. Can I get the baby, sir? I think baby's in the city. I don't think the baby or I think it's in the front, too. I don't think it's Sir, can I get the baby, please? Can I get the baby, sir? Sir, can I please just get the baby on the car? Can I get the baby? Hey, just listen. Just relax, man. Just relax. Watch that gun. Watch that gun. Don't make any moves, man. Just relax. Hey, watch your crossfire, Chad. Holy crap. Rifle. I got to step out. Is there anybody over? Yes. Okay, you're clear now. No, just relax. No, don't you do it. Don't do it. Just relax. The officers appeared very tense about the situation as they repeatedly entered dangerous crossfire positions and made so many miscommunications with all officers talking at the same time. However, they recovered from this and the female officer managed to get the one-year-old out of the car, leaving her father with a gun to his head. Put it down, sir. Sir, please put it down. Nobody wants this. You don't want this. Just relax. Yeah. Put the gun down now. We need you to put the gun down so we can end this safely. Your baby doesn't deserve this. Neither do you. We're just trying to work with you. Please, please put that gun down here. Please put the gun down, please. Don't hurt yourself either, man. Come on. The officers tried getting him out for several minutes and he eventually exited the car and surrendered. The one-year-old was taken to her mother and the man was charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
