On June 5th, 2025, officers responded to a domestic disturbance marked by frantic calls, raised voices, and conflicting accounts, setting the stage for a tense and emotionally charged police response. And ultimately they don't have any tortillas. >> Okay. And this sets him off. Becomes this whole big thing. Um but yeah, so then um now she gets upset because he's upset because of this. There's no tortillas. And so then she said that he starts grabbing things. Doesn't hit her. Doesn't ever hit her, but threatens to hit her and then makes threats that he's going to take the daughter away. And then all he's going to get orders of protection against her and all these other things, right? So that's what this whole thing is about to Did she ever hit him? >> Uh I I didn't get to that point yet. Oh, he just so you're aware, he has a mark on his leg indicating that he was hit by a broom from her. >> Okay. She's saying that yes, she did hit him, but it she said it was a self-defense. She said that he had grabbed at one point in hunger and at one point this stick. He said that he was going to hit her with it. So, she when I asked her exactly what he was doing, she just said he was going like this with it. >> Oh, I got >> Well, that's a dustpan. >> No, it's got a stick attached to it. >> Well, right. It's a dust pan, but it's got a stick attached. That's what was >> She's saying that she pointed when she said he grabbed that stick, she pointed at that. >> Okay. >> So, and then he did this. >> Man, the >> Oh, that one. >> Yeah, that's the man. >> Okay. She's saying she doesn't want him to stay with the kid because he never takes care of her. >> She can't hit people as well with the broom. And I'm like, >> that's >> And she said that he grabbed this and started doing something with this down here. >> Just like twirling it or whatever. >> Doing now. She says she was doing something like this by grabbing it. >> Okay. >> And then she took it away and hit him with it. >> I mean, he has marks. >> Okay.
