Come to the back side of the car. >> Anybody else in the car with you? >> Turn around. What's she wearing? >> Uh, my name is Tart, my wife. >> I don't like to be touched. >> Too bad. I'm sorry. You're getting detained. >> Why is he doing that? Help me. Help me. >> Get on the ground. >> Okay, I'm going to go on the ground. >> Okay, let me off. >> Get on the ground. >> Let me let me let me off. Let me put my hair out. I'm a female. Let me off. Let me off. >> Put your hands behind your back. Yeah. >> Why do you feel all my All right, I'm coming this. >> I got it. I got it. I got it. >> You got it. >> Appreciate it, sir. Hey, >> I got it. You good? Lock me up. That's what they wanted. You pulling my hair out, bro. >> Hey, I appreciate you, man. >> I'm a female. I'm a female. Hold on. I'm going get up. Stop putting me. I'm going get up. >> Get up. >> Hold on. Let me up. >> Get up. >> All right. Let me up. I got I got problem. Let me get up. Sit your ass in there. Get in there. I got one detained. I think I got somebody else in the store. Anybody else in the store with you, sir? >> No black females. No black males in here. >> Uh, appreciate you, man. Um, somebody pulled a gun on somebody out here. >> She was in the vehicle with them. I don't know where the other person is. >> What's your name? >> Appreciate you. Why did you pull my hair out? Why did you do that? >> You just pulled up behind me. Why did you do that? I'm good. >> What's your name? >> My name is Cad. I need to call somebody. >> Okay. >> Can you pull my hair out? Can you get my hair out, please, sir? >> Yeah, we'll get that up. >> Thank you. >> You got a gun on your weapon? >> Yes, sir. >> I've got a serial number on a firearm. We're going to be ready. >> Hey, she uh she hit the ground kind of hard twice. >> Has uh Scott making contact with the victim? >> Yeah, he just texted me and said he said the message. >> Oh, if you want to go around there, you can. I think he's I think he's behind that. >> Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Sweet. >> What's up? >> What you got? >> Y'all hear the call come out? >> Yeah. Yeah. Female with a gun. >> Did I I got arrest you? >> Uhuh. >> Uh yeah. I get there and I start uh call her to the back of vehicle cuz I don't know if she's got in the vehicle and that's her suspect. So I get her to the back of the vehicle and start patting her down and I go to detain her and she jerks away and says, "I don't like being touched." So, we just kind of start resting a little bit and I throw her to the ground and she gets up again. I throw her to the ground again. I get on top of her and some guy from corrections came and put her in cuffs. But, uh, I think Scott's talking to the victim right now saying it's DV. So, >> are y'all legally married or >> Yes, we're legally married. >> That didn't work. Oh [ __ ] >> She said they've been having some issues >> dealing with racism stuff that happened at her job. But she used to see used to believe that I started all of it because we had two dogs and recently one of the dogs came up dead I want to say two Sundays ago and we have a police report in Yellow Town. Both of them. She said that I started because the man that the dogs were on his property is somewhat related to my stuff guys. Okay. And she's trying to say that I was to set up the whole relationship, but I'm not. I'm trying to stand here and help her find somebody to help her go to court. >> Yeah. >> But she said today that today was going to be my death day that I needed to call my nephew and let him know so he could hear my voice for the last time. >> When did she tell you that? Was that just out there at the gas station or coming off of uh what's the road right beside the noodle bowl? Not Anderson, but the other one when you go. Yeah, that one because I had um a dash to Flim Flam Circle. >> Okay. >> It was 263 was the order I just dropped off. >> Okay. >> And when at first when it came out of Kabuchi, she just had it right here cuz she said she was going to leave me in the parking lot and she just moved parking spots. That's all it was. And when I came back to the door, I mean to the corner of my food, she had the pistol sitting right here. So I didn't think, you know what I mean? She's just sitting over there talking about just doing this with the pistol. It's not cocked. You can see when it's cocked because of the top of it, it'll raise up. >> Yeah. >> And then when we went there, I told her when I get done with this stash, I'll take her home. And that's when she cocked it coming off of that road and told me to call my nephew that today would be my last day that I needed to fire my family and let them know. >> And that's when y'all pulled into the gas station. >> I told her I had to get gas and another black and brown. And then just as a woman, can I go out the back door? >> And I just started running. >> Did she ever like hold you against your will or anything like that? >> That's what I'm saying. Yeah. >> We've had arguments before, but this time when I looked at her through her eyes, I didn't see her no more. >> Yeah. >> Did she point the gun at you or anything like that? She did. >> Yes. >> Did she like hold it up to you like >> No, on my side. >> On your side. Okay. >> But once I know that guns caught, it can't go uncip out and take the bullet out yourself. And I don't play with guns because we grew up my mom's best friend committed suicide while she was on the phone. So, we don't deal with guns. >> Do you need an ambulance or anything like that to check you out? Are you okay? >> No, I'm fine. I just want to go >> get my stuff from her house and go find somewhere to go cuz she knows where her mom lives. She knows everybody lives. >> Okay. >> Well, she fixing to go to jail. >> It still don't matter when somebody b her out of jail. She still going to try to find me. >> And her birthday. >> We got people that can help you find other places to be, other places to go. We got >> I'm seeing my family though. cuz like she told me that my sister's not back allowed back in her house. Even though my sister's been living with us since uh October of last year, well, November of last year. >> And she told me my sister's not allowed back in her house. She needs to bring back her house key back to the house. >> We'll get off straight now. Okay. >> When you say she cocked it, >> you talking about she racked it? No, she cocked it back with the clip in it and everything. I seen the bullet hit the chamber. >> Okay. And she pointed it at you. >> Yes. >> At your ribs. >> Yes. >> And said what again? >> Today's the day you're going to die. May the 3rd. >> Okay. >> And I didn't even deal with police like that. >> Okay. >> You got your car? >> No, it's all the way back down at the gas station. So, he is coming to check uh her out. >> Hey, I'm going to get your information stuff. You want to have a seat? This is not supposed to happen. >> Well, maybe this is supposed to happen. I know it sucks, but this could be >> I grew up with this. >> Yeah. Well, this could be the turnaround for you. Okay. This could be turning the page right here. All right. You get away from all this and start a new life and get away from this cuz you don't deserve this. Nobody deserves this kind of behavior. You know, >> that's what I was telling him. She grew up with a rough life. You know what I mean? >> But why would you accuse me? I've been here through it all. I've seen your mama pass away. I've seen all your aunties. Your dad passed away at 21, your mom at 16. I watched her aunts fuss and fight over you for a check. You and your sister for a check and her sister's about to have a baby on the 13th. >> Yeah. >> of this month. Her birthday is on the 15th of this month. >> Do you have an ID in there or driving license? >> I think I do. Unless she took it out. >> Well, she's got multiple charges. Okay. Coming at her. She's going to be in jail for a minute. >> Maybe that's good for her cuz she is Bob Holder and she does have PTSD. So we have victims right advocates who literally this is all they deal with. This is their job helping people like you victims and stuff. Uh just different outreach and stuff with you know housing, financial stuff, therapy, whatever like you might need. Okay. So there's people who this is what they deal with. Okay. So I mean >> a lot of folks say my throat just because I had her locked up. >> Well, you didn't have her locked up. She got herself locked up. >> The same thing. She's going to say I did it. I've seen this stuff a thousand times. >> We deal with this stuff all the time and the victims come out a lot of times much better off than they were. >> Watch my mom go through this my entire life until I was still a >> Yeah. She's watched her mom going through this. >> Well, we're going to do we're going to try to break the chain with you. Okay. We're going to do everything we can do and help you right today. But, um, you've also got to do better stuff. Okay? You can't if there's a no uh protection order, she won't be able to contact you. She won't be able to >> My phone's in her name. >> Okay. Well, either way, if you get a new phone, whatever, she's not supposed to be contacting you in person, through social media, through text, nothing like that. Okay? she violates that she can be locked up on >> free and I can stay with this even if he'll talk to me now. >> Yeah, >> there's somebody out there that cares about you and you'll be all right. The suspect was transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center where she was booked on charges of aggravated assault, domestic violence, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
